Cant say that ive had a much better experience going. These people took full c are of each detail. I proceed on a regular basis because of work and I will happily say next year I’ll Be using Proceed Quick Inc

I’m usually not one to write reviews but due to what a fantastic job Proceed Fast did with my entire moving experience, here I am.

From begin to finish, I’m rather surprised how easily the movement went. My moving adviser was quite comprehensive and knowledgeable. They carefully mimicked some mirrors that I was somewhat concerned about, and they came unscathed. And it did not cost me a buck more than I had been quoted, which I’m rather pleased about.

I’ve moved several times and also have used”family name” carriers which didn’t fulfill my expectations how Proceed Fast has.

Thanks a lot guys for such a fantastic experience. I’ll recommend you upside down to anybody searching for a quality, professional plumber. Thanks again!

This is my very first state to say move. First contact with Phillip sounded positive and quote was performed over the telephone. Was provided a time for pickup a few months afterwards.

Issue 1) I had been given a 4 hour window to pickup on a Saturday. 3 hours inside that window that I get a call in the movers that they will not be creating it and will need to perform it the following moment.

Issue 2) Movers arrive along with the newest verbal quote is considerably (hundreds of dollars) greater than that which was completed over the telephone. I expected a little difference, but after I pushed for a reason why, the inspector essentially explained it seemed like a particular cubic foot (no measuring has been ever done as much as I could tell).

Issue 3) I had been advised that I was able to use credit card to the initial two obligations, but not the next. I had my credit card ready when the movers arrived to pick up those things, but a 3% convenience charge had been sprung on me that hadn’t been advised to me sooner. I’d have brought my checkbook differently

Issue 4) Delivery. I had been given a 1-15 afternoon window for shipping. I had been told I would get a telephone 24-48 hours ahead of my things will arrive. At 9:30 PM on a Wednesday I got a call to inform me that they’d be coming at the very next morning between 8AM and 9AM. While I had been upset with the brief note, I agreed since I had been eager to receive my things. In 9:15 AM the following morning I phoned to check in their ETA. I was subsequently told afterward were’20 or 30 minutes off’. In 10:20 AM (Over an hour after ) the truck came.

Issue 5) as soon as the truck had been started I could definitely find that a number of my boxes and products were abused. The majority of the boxes revealed damages, a number of my vinyl containers have been either dented or totally broken. Two parts of furniture needed fresh scratches and scuffs which weren’t available before.

Issue 6) I anticipated a couple of items to be possibly broken with all the boxes but fortunately the sole broken items were just two bowls. But after the movers left and that I proceeded to transfer my king sized mattress, so I discovered a different smell and once I place my hands on leading it came out wet. As I researched further, I understood that one entire side of this mattress was totally saturated with water. It was just starting to stain/show the water markers as it was still wet. It turned out to be a whole loss, because even after drying out, I couldn’t assure there was not irreversible harm.

Verdict– Prevent this firm. I am currently going through a claims procedure together (which can be via a third party…I am not expecting much) but also the customer support for this business did not Appear to care whatsoever when I caused the issues

After getting the first quote, I reserved the moving agency. On the afternoon of the transfer, I asked the movers to notify me if the square footage was about to cover the quote and to stop until it obtained more than 100 sqft over. They ensured me that it was likely to be OK. From the time that they gave me the last cost, everything had already been packed up and the truck shut. I think that the movers were being deceiving. Furthermore, they wouldn’t disassemble a few of the bits of furniture which would occupy much less space when disassembled, despite the fact that they were simple to disassemble and also the quotation said that they would accomplish that.

The last cost was greater than $1300 on the first estimate of $2480, even though I didn’t add any big things and also my things aren’t more bulky than normal. After agreeing for their customer support, they initiated a scheduled appointment, originally telling me they’d complete in the following day or 2 and I would be given a call. I called every day or two, every time receiving the exact same answer that they would complete in a day or 2 and give me a call. Ultimately, approximately 10 days later when I predicted, they advised me that following the audit, they’d decrease the last cost by $220, nevertheless well over $1000 over the originally quoted cost.

Don’t feel the estimates that this company provides you. Anticipate the final cost to be 50 percent more and anticipate the customer support communicating to be bad.

On April 6, 2017, Allan R contacted me having a preliminary quote for the upcoming move. Allan appeared very seasoned and answered the many questions that I had. My bookings assuaged, I reliable Move Quick together with my possessions. The moving date has been set for April 25th, 2017. I was anticipating the movers involving 8:00am-12:00pm, however they arrived four hours late. This took me spending an extra night at a resort, because they delayed my capacity to depart as intended on that morning.

I had been charged an extra $80 over my projected quote for 2 mattress luggage and extra packaging stuff for my own tv, because the movers said those packaging materials weren’t included in my quotation –despite the things being recorded in my quotation as a portion of my possessions needing to be transferred.

I asked the free 30-day storage choice, as I hadn’t secured a place for my possessions at the time that I moved. My premise was my possessions would be transmitted across state during these 30 days and could be stored someplace in my new state awaiting my directions. I had not been told my possessions would stay where they had been picked up.

I started calling Proceed Quick business to establish a shipping date on May 26th, 2017. I made extra calls on 5/30/17,
6/1/17, 6/2/17, 6/14/17, 6/22/17 and 6/26/17.

Each time that I phoned, I either received a voicemail and left a message or was advised from the person who replied they’d return to me”at a few hours” or even”at 24 to 48 hours” having a response concerning delivery. I’ve not got a return telephone call from anybody.

During one of my telephone calls, the person with whom I spoke told me among those amounts I have been phoning, which will be recorded on the top of my Proceed Rapid paperwork, doesn’t go to Proceed Quick and no one knows who that amount belongs to or wherever these messages move.

Now, I’ve paid Proceed Fast a $1,617 using a balance of $863.00. Furthermore, I’ve received invoices at $164.25 for”storage” of the possessions that I never wanted or requested for.

Since my possessions are postponed for such a long time, I have been required to buy extra clothing and household things. At this phase, my patience will be long tired.

At the date of the review, I’ve still not got my possessions or a shipping date.

That is my very first time going and I must say I had been concerned about the different stories I’ve heard, however, Proceed Fast produced the process so straightforward and easy that they gave me a excellent cost, the truck had been on time and their team has been very professional. They answered all of my questions and were quite upfront with what had been contained, I was also very happy with the truth I did not need to cover everything up front its own was just a 30% deposit to reserve the transfer, which had been really useful because the moving funding was tight. I would strongly suggest them if you would like a worry free moving experience!

They had been so dishonest. Gentleman on the telephone so smooth and nice. I was so relaxed and believed the transfer from Florida to Rhode Island was about to proceed okay.Boy was I fooled. They gave me a quote of 1,755. After the movers arrived to the home in florida they stated it was nearly twice the sum of what we were planning to cover, yes there was lots more things there and that I had been ready to cover,but no method twice. Hired a different moving company,that have been amazing,honest and nice. Therefore I have been phoning the office to learn about my residue without a return calls. Please do your homework before you hire movers. Don’t use a business in this way.

I only need to thank the men over at Proceed Rapid. I was somewhat hesitant in the beginning. I’ve had poor experiences with movers previously. So I knew for certain I was not going using a broker and that I knew I was not going with a few of the different businesses you hear about all of the time. My broker Robert was quite informative and allow me to know just what to expect throughout the course of the movement. I myself was quite frank and open on what things I’d be attracting. My price remained the exact same and the support was fantastic that the movers were professional and on time and my things were hauled in a timely manner also. Once more as a result of the entire team over at Proceed Fast I’ll be referring my family and friends for you guys from now on.

We used them to maneuver my newly widowed mother from North Carolina to live together in Oklahoma. When I predicted, William sounded great and the cost was fantastic.

But after giving them a deposit, getting hold of William was almost hopeless. The 1 time that I DID manage to convince him to answer the telephone that he had been annoyed and told me to email him rather than calling because he had been too busy. He seriously wouldn’t even hear me out to the telephone, so I emailed him and heard back from him in a few days.

Once movers came, quoted cost more than doubled.
Glass desk cover came broken, two boxes overlooking and a single garment box was pried open and things removed.

We filed a promise and I only obtained the filing requirements. It is laughable how much documentation that they need on every product dropped, which effectively means, we can not submit a claim. Whatever is missing is missing and some of it had been my dad and quite sentimental to mother. I have watched her shout.

RUN AWAY FROM MOVE QUICK!!! RUN, I SAY!

Either those people do not possess the expertise , or they planned to do this for their clients. But eventually, they left me live in a true nightmare.
Am keep blaming myself, what did I do to myself and my loved ones? Why I hired these individuals? Why I did not use another company which I used previously? Why I did not examine the testimonials to this company before hiring them?!!!
At a certain stage I had been going to phone the Police for them.
JUST DON’T place yourself under their mercy.
My evaluation to their solutions are as follows:
Customer support 10 percent, Estimate 10 percent, prices 10 percent, Pickup date 10 percent, Packing and loading 5 percent, Delivery date 5 percent, Dismantling and gathering 20%.
Besides each of the verbal arrangement and promises that I had from them, I will show that to you and reveal lots of different evidences (emails & photos ).
