This is a dreadful company AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS. I hired them to transfer my old handicapped mum’s storage device to her new flat, and paid  for it on Groupon. After they did not appear the very first day they were advised they counseled my mother that they’d go back the following morning at seven AM to begin packing her up to the agreed to price ( 300 for the whole price of moving 175 to its Groupon. / 125 for your truck. ) After showing up in almost noon the following day ( 5 hours late ) they jumped to load items on the truck in the storage device. As soon as they arrived in my moms apartment that the refused to unload anything and needed an unitemized extra 200 bucks and refused to unload anything in my mom did not pay. Truck was a week late showing up to the pickup, which cost me fourteen days lost of effort. Several things were damaged (scratches, gouges) Failed to transfer all my products. I had been on hand throughout the loading till near the end, in that time I needed to return back into Virginia, that was a 6 hour drive. My daughter predicted that night when she went to check on the home. She explained that the moving men should have ceased working as soon as I left, since they abandoned a garage full of things they never loaded.
