Move it Now USA

Move it Today USA was a dreadful experience. It began with all the salesman not returning or placing a follow up call to verify birth. The truck showed up 3 hours late. The movers hadn’t any resources to take beds apart , etc.. The movers had no expertise in transferring a commercial workplace. They turned into a 4-6 hour project into a complete 10 hour endeavor. It was a dreadful experience and wouldn’t advise using them.

It was a dreadful experience with movement it today. I contacted someone whose name is Jason. Our appointment was at 5 PM. They didn’t appear till 7:35 pm. I called his mobile and the workplace number many times between 6 and 5 Pm and he didn’t answer which left me quite disappointed. He understood I have two bed rooms appartment however he attracted 14 ft truck. He explained they’d need to perform it on two rides since the truck is little. I wasn’t happy but said alright I simply must proceed. After functioning for 1 hour they loaded the truck and when attempted to push it he broke the gear change. So clearly we couldn’t proceed that evening. I needed to call my job and have a day off due to that. Jason promised me to come next morning at 10 am but again he didn’t appear until 1:30 pm(3 and half an hour late). They didn’t have sufficient resources together so that they used my resources. While delivering furniture in my home the sofa wasn’t wrapped nicely so it started and dropped on the walls and made two major halls and a third smaller one. Jason said he’ll come next morning to correct this (Saturday). Next’m he texted me that he can not come because he must move someone and another employee’s grand mum had heart attack. He said he’ll come on Sunday. Again on Sunday he maintained that his leg is hurting him so he can not come and it must be Monday in PM. On Monday at 5 pm that he told me he can not come because he’s off work. I requested him to send somebody else, he maintained he’s tge only one which can take action in thier business ( which is assumed to be a thousand dollar company based on him). I inquired for his boss amount (his name is Gerald based on Jason)and that he refused to contribute to me.
The point is, this is actually the worst moving company and each one needs to stay far from it.
