    Awful

If you like getting your big ticket items (such as dressers, beds) chipped, cracked and discharged – that is actually the moving business for you.
Assess their BBB score- it is an F.
Unprofessional, unreachable, they whined to me personally about my lost things, asserting delivery”shortly”.
I would never recommend this firm to anybody for any reason.

    Worst movers ever

Request to move a 10000 dining room table. Moved from Nj to orlando. Buffet table divided legs and assignment a $420 seat. They were overdue. Unprofessional . As soon as they wrapped the dining table and set in the truck. Said I made them $200 for tape and application of there blankets. I had no choice, and so I paid them. As soon as they delivered the dining table they just brought 7 of those seats. Inform them about it they said oops. The seat was so broken they did not bring it together. Then told me that the insurance provider would take of it. The insurer agreed to pay for $12. Unbelievable !!! Never use this firm.

    I just wanted my things!

It took them two weeks to send my items in PA to IL. I’ve not ever been so rudely handled by customer support in my entire life!
They’re only worried about the cash and packaging more things from the moving van. I had my cost for my own transfer increased 500 bucks at time of pickup because of”estimated weight becoming over preceding estimated” and then they would never call me back once I inquired when my items were likely to be sent!!
I move throughout the nation for my job and I have not had such a dreadful experience in my entire life! They have been extremely unprofessional and impolite toward a paying client and it isn’t worth the hassle! Pay more somewhere else and receive much better support. This really isn’t the company to utilize.
I still haven’t got my stuff. Everytime I talk to someone I receive a distinct reason why it’s late and another time to when it will arrive.

    Furniture & personal possessions

(MVM): Many Valuable Movers, if endure for many precious error.   First off they hounded me continuously with numerous mails and calling my mobile phone. I filled out a short application searching for specialist movers online placing in my mail and mobile phone. Then the telephone calls and emails started flying. I eventually gave in and signed up a contract together. The cost was quite fair and again I heard”you get what you pay for”. Three Columbians showed up in my door and after I understood I made a terrible error. They wanted more cash for loading the automobile. We contended. I really don’t believe either one people knew each other. Eventually after a mutual arrangement they began to get the job done. They had been painfully slow. Eventually all was affluent and away they moved back into New Jersey. 14 days afterwards which was the previous day that they needed to meet the contract. Happily we planned ahead and brought several seats and air mattresses. Intermittently I’d call them and beg and criticism for my own furniture, but to absolutely no avail. After the truck revealed here in Florida two movers obtained off the vehicle. Again non-American. I had been overlooking many possessions and many matters were busted. I needed to submit a criticism form online using a 3rd party. They have 60 days to reconcile. I don’t have any hope. Major time lesson learned. Please do not Mage precisely the identical error I did.

    Most valuable movers

Most precious movers are tough to utilize. They use individuals who do not possess a fundamental grasp of the English language. It’s challenging to prepare delivery times together. They did,not adhere to the initial arrangement of one month free storage. In addition they would’nt unload the truc before my daughter went for money from the bank- they did’nt need to take the money order to get your occupation. They did’nt place the sofas back up according to the contract. Most probably because they dropped the legs. (my daughter was on sight for me aS I could not be there for shipping .) My kitchen table did’nt arrive, just two legs.nor did my serving cart on wheels arrive. The business liaison advised me to keep looking to see if I could discover the legs into the sofas. The delivery guys eventually gave my daughter her money back and approved my money order once I talked with the office double. They also do not answer the costumer service telephone. You need to dial sales so as to find a person to reply. My boxes seem like they had been thrown. Many are crushed – although I obviously indicated them brittle. They had been upside down and piled under thick boxes. They aren’t trustworthy.

    DONT USE!

PLEASE! AND I REPEAT PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! What a nightmare! This is my very first experience of working with a moving company as well as continue! NEVER AGAIN! I wouldn’t give them 1 star!!!!! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN! Federal Relocation Services put up us with this organization and needs to be ashamed of themselves. They’re quite careless business when our stuff came two weeks later than anticipated items were missing and damaged. Hidden costs which weren’t addressed on original contract. Complaints will need to be registered together with the better business bureau with this organization and it has to be SHUT down!

    Terrible Company to Hire

Many Valuable Movers, INC 134 N. 10 St. Kenilworth, NJ 07033 and Many Valuable Movers 340 South Stiles Street Linden NJ 07036 aren’t a moving firm anyone ought to do business with. We were initially given a cost of $1,696.95. This cost was based on a program that the sales man (Kyle) used. Kyle told me that the cost goes down following the truck had been weighed since I didn’t have some appliances. Each step along the procedure from the point of selling till we obtained our damaged, broken, and lost boxes and furniture was misleading. They had been late with a few of days to pick up. They repacked our possessions after we invested a great deal of time packaging properly and billed us $400.00 for packaging. We already bought moving boxes and cushioning for boxes. They said we went across the burden and billed us another $600.00. They never weighed the furniture as they said they would. Frank among the directors I talked with was likely to get me a discount. That never happened! They do not let you know exactly how many subcontractors your furniture will soon be changing hands with. The authorities pulled the drivers over and made them park the car due to a broken mind light. Boxes and Furniture were lost and also a lot ruined. In the time of sale that they told us what is composed to $15,750.00 total value protection. If you you don’t take photos of your possessions or possess a receipt of purchase it isn’t insured. And it’s just guaranteed 60 percent of the burden of this furniture. They never weighed the furniture. I had been overlooking the legs into my dining room table. The set cost me $1,000.00 and was brand new so that I had a reception and pictures however only was let reimbursment of $90.00 in their insurance policy company (CSI) for all. And that I had a couple of pictures. The harm to all of my furniture and overlooking products was approximately $2000.00.

    Moving Company

Many Valuable Movers were contracted to people from American National Van Lines and now I would not ever suggest either of the moving services! The Most Valuable Movers came late, struck our neighbors automobile together with all the moving truck, had us jump start the moving truck if their battery expired (later we indicated they turn off their sleeves and they didn’t ), were more than a month late at bringing our possessions and then ruined the vast majority of our boxes and furniture. There has been over $800 worth of damage, also the merely agreed to refund roughly $200 after several claims disputes. After we signed up the promise dispute it stated in writing that we’d get a check in the in 45 days. It’s been well within 45 times and we still have not obtained our claims test. Through the whole procedure there wasn’t any communication, we attempted to phone and could find no response. At one stage they even told me that our truck had been about the road to us, 3 days after we still had not heard anything in your truck driver or business so that we called again and they said that they should have confused our relocation with somebody else since our possessions were still inside their warehouse in New Jersey! Amazingly dreadful service!!!!!

BEWARE!! AVOID even if you have to use UHAUL

We contracted with the agent Nat. Transferring Group, who participated Many Valuable Movers to move our possessions. We’d no idea that the moving business is. Although NMG has been honorable, basically once you employ a broker, then you register two contracts. In our situation, the MVM contract (bill of lading) did not match what we had been advised by NMG. Do not use a broker! So far as MVM is worried, they’re a disaster! We only completed 17 weeks of frustration leading to mediation that got us a check for $765., a fraction of the expense of the harm MVM failed to our possessions,. . .furniture broken and chipped, soft furniture stained and cloth ripped, wrought iron dining table divided, side table bent beyond repair and numerous boxes smashed. Our possessions weren’t blanketed according to contract and seemed like they were transferred across the warehouse using a bulldozer. The panel truck that did the pickup was cluttered,. . .as was that the van (sides painted outside ) which delivered everything,… and we’d no idea they’d enter storage. In the pickup, I refused to sign the bill of lading since it wasn’t consistent with that which I were ensured by NMG. I just signed it at the urging of NMG,. . .after being yelled at by the proprietor of MVM. Had I never sure the agent, NMG, also understood the mover prior to the pickup, I’d have observed their testimonials and refused to us them. Learn from my own experience. Oh yes, complete value coverage (FVP) insurance has been offered at a very substantial cost of 55 percent of the shifting price which makes it absurd to work with.

Company should not be allowed in the Moving Business

This really is a moving business which has to be shut down. The came and chose up my furniture on 2/29/2016 to get a transfer from NJ to SC.
The very first symptom of a bad business, they desired to boost the cost $250.00 greater than what was quoted. I had been told that my things would depart NJ about the Wednesday 3/1/2016 and could arrive 3/4 or even 3/5. When I called the company on 3/4 I had been told that my items were in certain warehouse and wouldn’t depart until 3/9/2016. I then get a phone that my delivery date has been 3/12 or even 3/13. On 3/13 received a call from the driver in the address saying that nobody had been home which was a lie. I told them where I wanted however. The did but the majority of the things where they were suppose to get placed. In accordance with their contract none of those products were re-assembled which they disassembled and among those legs on the couch was completely off which they put with the door in the storage and then abandoned it. The shipment and also the administrative people were quite rude and disrespectful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY BY ALL MEANS

    Long-distance move from New York
Stolen Chair, mice fecal matter and urine

I had a construction fire in NYC and upon departing did research where I could revamp my big artwork sculptures along with ONE Bloomingdale’s Chair that because of your spinal condition was excellent. (600 worth rather than heard in claims that would cover about 12 dollars ) The first contact individual Angela was excellent on all counts and I travelled with the firm because it sent by cubic distance not burden (could be not able to send them). When one of the drivers had an injury they had been bought out with this enormous firm (from household run). I stored them in storage in NJ believing I would finally return but ultimately realized I’d never be in a position to. The storage in WA is roughly half of the cost plus Angela worked just as hard as she could to get them lower my monthly prices but they wouldn’t. In all I spent 6 thousand for this business storage and transport just to get my seat stolen (dwelt across Waldorf Astoria and watched that many time along with different truckers) and sculpture with poisonous mice urine and fecal matter.

The firm which bought out them following a trucking injury (one individual died) eventually sent me an email once I requested for my merchandise to be sent. They billed me a equilibrium and somehow their record keeping didn’t understand I’d paid in full and they really owed me since the shipping was late. My criticism is re the firm that purchased out this little family run business.

After”Serge” came I was amazed by the way people’s products were treated. (I’ve lived in CA, Boston and abroad and understand much about the problems with transport ). I found one guy (desired two mho) high up on a ladder looking for my own crates and needing to throw other people’s seats, sofas, desks et al out of this elevation into the floor below. I wish I’d taken photographs. He wanted someone under to maneuver the merchandise to. It’s no real surprise to me that the majority of us have broken merchandise upon delivery – that also would not alter his operations to ensure this wouldn’t happen. I advised both my signature Angela (who by now had moved on) and also the parent firm. Could care less.

My much expected chair-with it is straight back was lost. Obviously! Even a 600 dollar seat was a my contract assumed to be cushioned and cushioned with the organization but wasn’t (I had two weeks to reverse my whole apartment and trusted they’d honor the contract, and otherwise I’d have set an old blanket on it to conceal it is caliber. As well a very low table has been ruined (not cushioned and broken beyond repair). I understand full well it had been stolen with ). I had them hunt as I presumed there will be camera’s at the open region storage-not person units however there was not any safety ). Well I needed to choose Angela’s note that there was a hunt – somebody understands where that seat is.

I have done all that was anticipated in my conclusion of this contract – paying consistently punctually. They didn’t honor any part of the contract whatsoever. The insurance is going to be a hassle and not as much, and now being part of a type seat and infrequent in shape won’t ever compensate me. If I even get a reply.

But that’s not what I now find disgusting about the firm.

I eventually managed to begin to un crate the final and biggest sculpture. I began to smell a disgusting fecal/urine odor.

I wrapped all components (designed to be taken aside in certain regions )… with additional plastic yet I understood quite quickly that there wasn’t a mice/rat colony which had occupied my sculpture for who knows how long! Not only exceptionally dangerous pee + fecal droppings that’s assumed to be washed up by specialists that I can’t manage (history in the healthcare fields) however there was a supply of food at that facility according to the beans – pinto!

They had no insect management, the photographs are clear of the and no safety or concern regarding people’s merchandise! (I didn’t need to purge my camera so only the worst – want to get masks and gloves )

Nancy whom I only talked with-did not say”sorry” lets see what we could do to you (like any great company who appreciated their client base could ) not appeared to care whatsoever that cash is their sole motivation. I might require 1k to get it destroyed correctly.

    Run

Stole a gold ring out of my dead father in law out of my jewellery box, stole my kid’s enormous Lego collection, household photographs, wall images, electrical lawn mower battery, broke an instrument chest, scraped my dining area flooring moving furniture without hoses, delivered the incorrect bed frame together with all our components of the framework missing, overlooking TV and wii wires, overlooking screws to place furniture back together, overlooking store tools, ruined all of the wooden furniture and the list continues. Took $7000 for your transfer and threatened they weren’t likely to pick up all our items. We finished up using 3 distinct heaps on 3 distinct trucks with 10 times between unmarked boxes…. No legislation to safeguard citizens from getting tricked

    Avoid at all cost!

Worst move encounter of my entire life and the nightmare persists. We moved out of NYC to Seattle. I contacted a 5* firm We-Pack who I now know are agents not movers. They offered us the support and we had been unaware of that the moving business is.

To begin with the quote was nearly half of the true price but we’d manage to get the majority of the difference paid by the agents and little section by the movers. After our possessions arrived yet we understood how we’ve been lied to once offered the ceremony.

Each and every bit of the furniture is ruined water/broken/chipped. We’d given clear instruction regarding the pricier pieces all of which can be ruined beyond repair. We have quite a few of Persian rugs which hold a good deal of sentimental value plus they’ve all been moist and shrunk. The worst aspect is that they strove to hide a number of the harm by using a great deal of markers and glue!!! Overall we need to substitute most which using a brand new infant and cists of transfer at this point we’re not able to do. MVM proposed we record a claim but from what I now know just a ffaction could be coated.

I’d advise anyone against using this organization. They’re crooks and liars and don’t have any shame.

    Horrible Service

Hired White Glove Van Lines to run my movement, who subsequently hired Many Valuable Movers (MVM). This procedure was a nuisance to say the very least. MVM workers weren’t ready, understaffed and were hours late on the first day of their relocation.

All my furniture had been ruined, a dresser along with my TV were dropped during the transfer. In addition, I had a huge dresser that wasn’t mine, left at my new home. I transferred over a month back and no upgrade on my missing TV, no touch in MVM or White Glove Van Lines.

In my opinion horrible service and client services. Save yourself the hassle and also employ a different moving business.

    Terrible Company

**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY** Just like you, I thought”Oh, well just men and women that have poor experiences article on yelp. I am convinced none of all the things which occurred to those individuals will occur to me.” This was really naïve of me. This business was hired with a moving agent, Atlantic into Pacific Movers (that were also terrible.) They simply didn’t appear on the day that they were likely to return, then two days later once they rescheduled, they had 5 hours late without a telephone call. Atlantic into Pacific had lent us an additional price for all which I told them we’d, after all was packed to the moving truck, the movers stated that they needed to charge us an extra $700 since we ended more room that Atlantic into Pacific advised them. We had been loath, but compensated them. They were likely to provide our items in 3 times, it required 3 months to our stuff to appear. We tried calling the two firms without a response. Once I eventually did get a grasp of AtP, ” stated that it had been my fault that it took 3 months to get our things to reach our new location and also ended 2 telephone calls using”F**k you” and then asked if I wished to return for Florida to combat him. When our belongings eventually got to our newest location, Most Valuable Movers needed to charge us longer because there were measures. Within our transferring contract it stated that the cost included 2 sets of stairs. I really don’t think I have ever been as mad in a business. They don’t answer their telephone, there’s absolutely not any voicemail installation, and you won’t be able to get a hold of these whatsoever. We nearly called the police since we believed we have scammed after not getting our things for nearly a month. Save your self the trouble and do it yourself, or utilize literally anybody else.

    Heart breaking move

Transferring information. Business:American National Van Lines / Many Valuable Movers: Date: 10/28/2014 Contact: Relocation Advisor Ryan G. telephone Number 1-855-818-8863. I went on line to receive estimates for moving in NJ to Texas. Each of the quotations were 5000. Therefore I decided to transfer itself. I booked a Budget rental truck and was prepared to proceed on November the 5th. On November the 1st I got a Phone from Ryan out of American Van Lines and afterwards going thru exactly what I was planning to proceed that he quoted me  $2,096.95. This Quotation was cheaper than  transferring myself. Ryan also explained that it’d just have a week. About 10/31/2014 I got a call in Tanya out of American National van lines to discuss what I am taking. Tanya explained that I have more things than initially lent to Ryan and increase the sum of 2755. I still thought it was a fantastic Idea which I wouldn’t need to load and to unload my possessions. That the Movers were to arrive 11/03/14 each contract. On 11/04/2014 Many Valuable Movers came at 1035 Pm per day late. The driver arrived at begun to look on at my possessions. He explained that I had more things than that which was on the deal. I asked to find out what he’d. He’d the 1st contract, so I told him that was the older one. I showed him that the next contract and that he began to load up the truck. In 235 AM they ended at locked all of my possessions in the vehicle. The motorist then begun to complete the paperwork and said to me I’d more substance and lent me 5280. Told him I didn’t have that and that he drooped that the whole price to $4000. And Rise of 1245. I was stuck since I had been departing On 11/5 to visit Texas. About 11/07 I have a telephone call from Nancy from Many Valuable Movers asking me when I was prepared to get my furniture and that they had been prepared to depart for Texas. I came in Texas around 11/09/14. I had been told It’d require a week to reach Texas that would place them there on 11th. My loved ones and I needed to sleep On air mattress and consume outside. About the 10th I chose to Many Valuable Movers and asked the quote time my furniture be there on the 11th. The shipment stated that the furniture is departing that afternoon. I advised me that Nancy told me it was departing on the 7th, He said she had been incorrect. Then I asked when he believes it’d be here and then he informed me it’d take three days to arrive. The shipment gave me that the drivers title and number  and said call him within a few days. The Driver title is Dan, I phoned Dan around the 11th and asked him what time he be here. He said that he will not be in Texas until the Sat the 15th. I didn’t hear in the motorist Dan on Sat. I phoned and called him and was not able to reach him. I choose to call Dispatch plus they could receive the driver and said that he won’t be there until Monday the 17th. On Monday I got a call in the driver’s spouse (Christi) and had been told that they needed to visit Huston and make a second pickup and won’t be there until Tuesday the 18th. On Tuesday I have yet another call from Christi stating there several problems and won’t be there until the 19th. On the afternoon of the 19th I predicted the two organization and whined that we’ve been waiting and for over two weeks and needed to wear the exact clothes over and over and sleeping on air mattresses. They said they’d start looking to it and will call me right back.   They never did, that morning I received yet another call the the Christi and she asked me when I’d like the Excellent fresh or the bad thing, she Began to laugh and informed me that they are there in the 20th at the afternoon and she laughed.   On the 20th the driveway did arrive and began unloading my things, there have been extensive harm, Boxes shattered, dining room table seat broken, dining area table scraped, Queen size mattress corner ripen along with a tear at bed box spring, little flat screen TV cracked. And eyeglasses, images broke and a lot more. I took photos of everything. As I unpacked I see I’m missing a number of boxes. I called the company and they called me to devote a promise to CSI assert support. And earn a claim. I believe I was robbed and taken.

    Most value mover. Beware

Inferior moving business. Contracted through national transferring team. Upon pickup the motorist was 4 hours late and attempted to pick up my items in 1am. After much persuasion deferred pick up before the morning. Shipping was made on time however that which was destroyed. An whole box was lost. Furniture split in half and everything broken or scraped. The boxes were all smashed and torn into the point at which you can see inside of these. Mattress covers were ripped off and filthy. Not able to attain the provider now about a claim along with my lost boxes.

Beware of using agents since they use badly reputable businesses like this to transfer your possessions.

The question would be why is the company still in business? My expertise with Valuable Movers is dreadful. The movers ruined the walls in my flat when eliminating the furniture. I got 3 quotes for the wall since they asked but they never pay me for the harm. Nearly every bit of furniture has any damage and all that they consented to compensate me personally is $175.00. This was because Sept 14, 2016. After registering the Release Type in Dec 2016 that I named the business 10 or more times re the $175.00. I had been advised on 3/10 that the test will be sent to me. Now it’s July 13, 2017 and that I’m still awaiting. A couple of days ago I talked to some healer that told me she’d check to discover why the delay in sending out the test & she’d phone me backagain. I never got a call back. I’ll Be submitting a complaint regarding Most precious Movers to each of the regulatory

Horrible Moving Experience - 59 days and broken goods

Many Valuable Movers, Linden, New Jersey. Terrible organization to deal with whatsoever. They loaded my parents’ possessions in excellent condition. 59 day nightmare afterwards, half of what they have in broken/shattered/missing. Now MVM aren’t paying the mandatory DOT repay to us. Along with their insurance is a joke. My older parents possessions are simply not important for this firm. MVM are impolite, lie each time we talk, and in addition to all of this won’t comply with the DOT. The way they’re still in business would be a travesty.

    "Most Valualbe Movers" NOT!!!

My dad was military and we transferred on 26 times. I’d more harm in 1 dispatch with this business than we’d in most 26 entire house moves collect. Around $4,000.00 in broken glassware and broken and damaged furniture. All I requested them to pay was $1,500.00 to find the furniture fixed. Following months of submitting photographs and quotes, rather than receiving return telephone calls, then they are providing to pay $350.00. They’ve a great deal of nerve calling themselves”Most Valuable” whenever they handle your possessions such as crap.

    DO NOT USE

Don’t possess the experience we just had with this firm.  Read all of the reviews before even considering this decision.   They were overdue to the pickup date, also maintains to emailed us regarding shipping date (never obtained ), cost raised by more than 2,000.00,’d the shipping phone number incorrect, boxes seem like they dropped off the truck, even a great deal of broken things and we haven’t unpacked them all yet, they need money or money order till they unload and assert they informed you, billed for the motorist to sit out of your home till bank started for cash (together with the harm I see the reason why they needed the cash first), the woman in the phone was very impolite.  I Believe I covered it…

Great Moving expertise. I see all of the terrible reviews, and I won’t lie I had been going to reevaluate. But when the movers came they were very considerate, and packaged everything well. My products arrived 3 days after exactly the very same men and they came in great conditions. Only need to put out that David and his team were very hardworking.
