TLDR in the conclusion. I proceeded with the least expensive of 3 quotations and I repent it. Following the movers packed my products that the scheduler, Tracey Pritchett contacted me personally and that I consented to some delivery on 5/16/2020 between 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM. I phoned on Friday 5/15/2020 in 2:30 PM to verify the delivery and had been advised that”I’m your next telephone, allow me to doublecheck and phone you back”. I phoned back in 5:25 PM to again confirm using Tracey and she affirmed that the delivery will arrive the next day. The following morning at 9:30 AM my telephone rings. It is Tracey. She’s called to tell me that not only does my merchandise not be sent now, but they have not even been packed on the vehicle from Michigan. She does not understand why the driver could not create the delivery since he never returned any of her messages, so she”supposed everything was good to go”.

I later receive a call on Monday 5/18/2020 and Tracey informs me that my merchandise will be sent on Friday 5/22/2020. I tell her that I’m already scheduled outside of town to job Friday through Saturday and that I cannot be there to take delivery and there’s absolutely not any one else in the family; I inquired for shipping on Thursday. She says. Her supervisory Bethany Gutowski requires me back after to confirm I cannot be there to take delivery on Friday. I affirm emphatically, I’ll be working from town. Now, 5/20/2020 I get an email with a bill for an extra $1,041 for storage in Friday through next Tuesday and they’ll have the ability to send my merchandise on Wednesday. They will not even tell me exactly what period the shipping will be till the afternoon before. I really do have a new project which does not let me just call it. I suppose that does not matter to them.

TLDR: I paid for a ceremony to package and move family good for me personally. They did a fantastic job packaging them. The transport of these from Point A to Point B led to them standing me up on a CONFIRMED delivery with less than one hour note, then telling me that when I could not be in my new home to take delivery on the date that they TOLD me I HAD to be there, then it ends in an extra cost of $1,041 on’save my merchandise’ for another 6 weeks. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MORSE MOVING AND STORAGE. In actuality, I strongly advise that you take the next greatest bid, that for me had been”Two Guys and a Truck” for my own distinct movement. I’ve been on hold together for sufficient time to have noticed repeatedly in their on-hold voice messaging which’mistakes ‘ expensive’, doing motions the very first time is valuable to them’, and’client satisfaction is their number one priority’. Not correct. I wish I’d have checked reviews on these prior to making a choice!

*If you can not accept delivery to the afternoon that they guide, you’re SOL and will likely be billed whatever they feel like.

Well I utilized Morse Van Lines to the transfer out of Painesville Ohio into Lakeland Florida and my advice to you is DO NOT use this provider. I’d insurance to pay for any damages that could happen and that I might also have saved my cash. I had a mattress I’d paid over $2000.00 for and it had been ruined. A month after the business gave me that a substandard mattress which I instantly phoned about ( the movers have been still on the assumption while I left the phone ) and I had been told I need to maintain that mattress and ship my previous mattress straight back to see whether it may be mended. It had been my understanding after talking about this worker on the telephone that when mine couldn’t be repaired they’d send me another. Well mine couldn’t be repaired and I was advised they believed they’d done everything they had been required to perform so they had been completed with the issue.  Now allow me to put in the mattress which was broken was a 15 inch thick PLUS luxury pillow top and also the one that they replaced it with was 9 inch thick with hardly what you can call a cushion top. I had been told”Well its a fantastic mattress. It’s a $1200.00 mattress.” Uh Okay maybe but it isn’t COMPARABLE into the one I dropped. Mak said she’d resubmit the claim once I whined. It was back in January and it’s now April. I challenged her through Mail about it and she answered back that the claim was shut back whenever the mattress was sent and that the proprietor was currently out of city. Convenient. Not only did she NOT resubmit my argue but today the proprietor is outside of town. Appears to be a very clear sign they’re not seriously considering solving this situation. Life is filled with live and learn classes. You took the opportunity to search for testimonials… if you’ve got anything you appreciate take it out of me and FIND somebody else.

I phoned later lunch with a petition to transfer an older refrigerator in the kitchen into the garage ASAP. The man who answered the telephone has been kind enough to squeeze-in my petition in the last moment. I was quite delighted with the openness to satisfy the request. The ceremony Morse Van Line supplied was great.

I appreciated working with the loaders, Mike, Pat and Chris.  The delivery guys in Florida were professional and nice too.  I had a very narrow road and they Could get that big truck quite near my new residence in Florida.   The delivery came on time and nothing has been ruined I was so pleased.
The packers came the afternoon before the loading.  I had numerous boxes that I didn’t understand that my cabinets were that full.  Morse Van Lines even packaged my delicate Lladro figurines and they came undamaged.
Diane at the workplace was quite accommodating. She managed to assist me with all the dates even though I needed to alter the first pickup day on short notice due to escrow.
I would recommend Morse Van Lines out of Painesville OH.  My friend referred me also it was a wonderful experience.

Morse Van Lines was recommended for us to get our very first transfer in Florida and we picked them.  We might not have been more happy with this decision and consequently we used them again for the last movement from Florida 3 1/2 decades later.   For the very first move they have been exceptionally accommodating and maintained our possessions until we can proceed in 3 months following the pickup.  Terry and John were simply awesome.
Last Friday the past of our possessions were picked up precisely if scheduled by Mike Harrison and his partner, Jim.  While I wasn’t at the pickup stage, my husband explained that both gentlemen were fantastic.  As soon as I got word that our possessions were prepared for delivery on Tuesday – a day early, I was thrilled.  Mike Harrison conducted a wonder in our small NYC flat – getting really massive objects through tiny doors rather than having me worry over it whatsoever.  He worked fast and systematically – not wasting his or her or our time.  He’s a real professional, incredibly creative, and incredibly powerful.  Thank you Mike.
If I needed to move back – that I hope will not occur – I’d employ Morse Van Lines at a nano-second.  They’re simply the very best!
