    Morse Moving in Michigan

My expertise with Morse Moving from Michigan into Seattle was dreadful. I’m surprised they’re still in business.

They missed on their own estimation. They didn’t get everything on a single truck. The shipping was three days late. The next truck was 10 days after. They charged me an extra $750 that was contested. They had no interest in solving the dispute. Additionally, they hurt my credit score although this was a business paid transfer.

It looks like their price assurance is a marketing gimmick and nothing more. They had horrible customer support and no urge to guarantee that the client is satisfied.

Moving across the nation is a really stressful experience. Finding a moving company that knows that and does exactly what it says it’ll do is crucial.

Morse Moving isn’t that type of business. I suggest finding another firm that cares.

    Morse Moving & Storage

We hired Morse Moving to get a transfer from Ann Arbor to Colorado. Our transfer cost us $3,000. We did all of the packaging ourselves except for the furniture (which we had been advised to not package as the movers could do a better job). Morse did supply us with boxes, at no charge, which we very much valued. Since we moved out of a downtown location, our load needed to be kept in their storage centre for a couple of days. The Ann Arbor component sounded fine–very useful sales rep (Chris). They had been higher than another bidding (Corrigan) but Chris was so great and reassuring that we picked Morse. Since we weren’t a complete load, Allied (Morse) loaded our things on a van out of a different Allied firm. I’d asked if they moved and they said no. These motorists were dreadful. I kept having to phone them concerning the shipping date and they had been a few days late. However, the very dreadful thing was that the harm done to our furniture. Chris had promised us that the motorists were attentive. They weren’t. They broke two different chairs and a dining table. Each and every box has been crushed up. Apparently, they’d delivered 4 heaps and then picked up the next four loads, therefore our stuff was transferred off and on the truck 4 occasions. Aggravating the harm was that the drivers’ mindset –they weren’t apologetic and proceeded to be careless even while we were seeing –throwing boxes out of the truck which landed on the floor. Claims people weren’t beneficial either. They devalued the seats and in the long run we were not paid for the harm. I was quite disappointed at the reaction in Morse–even the people who’d been so kind in Ann Arbor. No one appeared to care or be ready to attempt and make things right. I suggest Corrigan even when their up-front sales man is not as magical as Morse.

44 days to move! 44 days! And they think its okay

43 days back Morse Moving packed up my house to move me throughout the nation. I’ve yet to get my things and they’re charging me ~$7000 for this particular support. There customer service appears to believe that’s is perfectly okay. “We’re only busy in summer time” is what we have been advised. They refuse to compensate me anything. Now they even tried to process the remainder of my payment on my credit card now without my consent and without even delivery of my things. I might have moved my home myself but chosen to cover”professionals” to make it much easier for me. Boy was i wrong. Do not use Morse. Simply google their name and you’ll see other people with the identical story at me. 1.5 begins on yelp, 14 complaints on BBB, etc.. |—–|-

I lived in Plano, Texas and moved to Portland, Oregon only this season, I was searching for a business to transfer me and a friend referred me to 24 hours going. Since they had been known I hoped a fantastic service and that I had not been disappointed. I called the company and requested for quotation and the remainder are great thing. Once I informed them that I’m prepared to proceed, the following day that the pick-up men came and carefully packaged, wrapped and piled my things. In order to get a fantastic service that they deserve great praises. Four days following the pick-up I obtained all of my stuffs in rather excellent condition along with the delivery people are extremely professional. They really admire us (I mean me and my own kids ) and really considerate. If you’d ask me whom I use when I proceed next time…I’ll still utilize this folks. They really understand what they’re doing and completed it professionally. Thank you guys for the very excellent support.

    Damaged Furniture

The great:  outstanding, professional sales rep, considerate and prompt movers.   HOWEVER, far much more bad than good!   If You’ve Got high end furniture, then This Isn’t the business for you.   We had significant damage to our strong timber bedroom and dining room sets.   We cringed because we watched our masonry armoire being hauled up the staircase with hardly any cushioning around it.   Though the movers themselves were sort, this will not make up for incompetence.   They lost the ball with acute cracks and several Important scrapes on our lovely furniture.   Moreover, they indicated up our recently painted walls.   We were ruined, but needed a comfort knowing that we bought the Excess insurance via Morse to pay us for cases like these.   But This is when the procedure got worse.   The claims supervisor we needed to cope with was extremely impolite, disrespectful and unprofessional.   Additionally, she had the audacity of insinuating that we’re claiming for damages Which Were already pre-existing.   It’s now been two months since our relocation, and more than 1 month that the company delivered a furniture repair firm out to gauge the damages.   We’ve made several telephone calls/emails previously month to Learn what exactly the status of the promise is, with No response.   Filed a claim with the BBB, which eventually got a reply from the Organization.   They are just admitting to damaging a furniture bit although more were recorded on the inspector’s closing invoice/sign-off.   And rather than fixing the damages, they are allegedly sending a check out for $150.00.   That does not even come near the price of the strain cracks that they generated within our mahogany armoire.   Completely disappointed for this particular business!!   It’s Been a complete nightmare!!!!   Don’t recommend to my worst enemy?

Would give NO stars if possible

DISHONEST MOVER. NO STARS!!! Our sales rep was fantastic but things went horribly wrong out there. Moved from Michigan to Colorado; 2 days before proceed Morse stated”oh by the way we do not possess a driver, no big thing.” Major deal to me personally. On moving day that they took my things (moving men were not able to package the massive art the sales rep said they’d pack) and because no driver was accessible place it into THEIR storage centre. My homeowner’s insurance policy just had a 10 day window to cover my belongings so I needed to pay an additional $380 to Morse for insurance (that smells dreadful ). My belongings arrives 3 months afterwards, motorist says in accordance with his paperwork not all of my stuff had been loaded on the vehicle! How can they allow that happen? I left a list of lost property and shipped it to Morse; they state they’re on the lookout for this. No communication from them unless I request an upgrade, but fast forward a few months:They say I must complete a claim form, which I did; afterward nothing from them for a few of months, today no one will return my calls or emails, actually the VP. I file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which prompts Morse to send me a letter stating the misplacement is MY fault and have a wonderful day. I record them back their paperwork reveals my dispatch was faulty and should not have abandoned their warehouse such as this, and no reply. I will have to sue them.

    Buyer Beware!!!!!!

We contracted with Morse Moving & Storage (Allied Van Lines)  to maneuver our house possessions from Benton, AR into Parker, CO..  They weren’t the lowest priced moving quote rather than the greatest.  Morse made the choice to use the weights provided by United Van Lines quote and Mayflower’s quote rather than coming out into the house and taking stock themselves.  Unfortunately both quotes were underweight. The truck came two days early and inquired when they might load the storage components.  We agreed.  Then they arrived at our house and discovered they weren’t able to load the whole residence.  They made contact with Morse and arrangements were made to pick up the rest the next day (roughly 20 percent of our house possessions ).We are nearly thirty days beyond the afternoon of pickup and we still don’t possess the instant load.  Regrettably we didn’t understand two heaps were going to take place so couldn’t plan so (i.e. make certain all essentials have been at the very first load).  Therefore we’ve partials of almost everything.  Case in point:  Ironing board but no iron; pc but no mouse or keyboard; tops but no trousers; beds but no bedding; a few pans and pots but no dishes; etc.).  Additionally, medications, medical equipment and also our family financial documents are in this instant truck.  As soon as I called Joseph Browser, in effect I had been told that they could continue to keep our possessions so long as they desired.  They’d get here once they get here.I am astonished at this organization’s handling of the movement.  I’m doing what I could to be a barbell however there’s not been any movement.  I’ve been given several delivery dates with each one of these missed.  Today was another shipping date guarantee broken.  We’ve utilized Mayflower and United previously and we’ve not had this experience.  I wouldn’t ever use Morse or Allied again and would urge everyone steer clear.

    Morse Moving

I haven’t been treated as poorly by any specialist services firm as I’ve been by Morse Moving. Back in January I advised a trip from Tony to budget my own move out of Birmingham to Franklin, MI. He took a thorough inventory of all that had to be transferred and gave me a quote of $2,200 and estimated that the transfer would require less than 8 hours. On the afternoon of this movement the team took over 16 hours and charged me $3,500. I would not have minded but 3 hours have been wasted attempting to back the truck to my new driveway which has been obviously too narrow. The only noteworthy return for the 3 hours was a mailbox that they were able to ruin on one of the failed efforts to decrease the space to the home by 10-15 yards. I was advised 3 days ahead of the movement that my gym gear would expect a professional technician at extra price. I reluctantly accepted the price but if the expert tried to reconstruct my treadmill it gave an Error Code 22 and it has never worked as. Despite my ongoing attempts for Morse to take responsibility I have been rebuffed. Please, please, please don’t use this business if you don’t wish to get fleeced. Sometimes bad things happen to good businesses but the real test of a fantastic organization is recognizing responsibility when errors are made. With this and any client support measure Morse Moving really are a lousy business!!!

Wish I would have read reviews. DO NOT USE

This provider is really the worse. The Revenue staff is rude and care for the customers like crap. They estimate you something then after they come pick your stuff up and also have up it the cost by roughly $1000.00 What a joke. Additionally the sales team never testimonials that the insurance along with you and only marks you down to the alternative which seemingly merely pays for the smallest sum They understand that they are likely to hurt 20 percent of your merchandise and don’t need to have to cover anything. They then acknowledge breaking things but then will not cover you for the harm. In addition, do not send valuable things such as tablet or Video game consoles together since they won’t make it all back. And obviously that they won’t pay you for your stolen things. The woman running the asserts is really a joke she won’t answer calls or emails and can be really a coward and sends letters from the email to inform you she’s rejecting it. Afterward she’ll play games requesting you to get estimates for the repairs as they might cover them, only to deny the claim again. I really feel bad for those who really appear and do the proceeding since they’re in fact nice and beneficial. But everybody in the offices and revenue division provide them a bad name. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy for this provider.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! They just care for money. And decent luck getting any straight answers out of their employees – or cash back that’s everywhere near to your real damages. And forget timely shipping, also. Go elsewhere!!

Still battling for my settlement together with Sirva. They would like to provide us half of what we are owed. We had been guaranteed! Read the testimonials on utilizing Allied as your moving business. Its the exact same thing repeatedly. Either they violate your items or they simply disappear. When you attempt to make them refund you they wish to make you a deal. WHAT? Create an offer? How can you replace your items along with half of what you’re owed? Its a constant struggle that people probably wont win. If a person thinks they’re being cheated with a moving company, they could sue, however, are seriously restricted. All moving companies are protected by a law called the Carmack Amendment, which restricts recovery in a litigation to:

    Actual damages
    Prejudgment interest
    Attorney’s fees

Photographs below weren’t being contemplated in any way. They don’t cover broken products. This isnt near our lost items like an expensive RC Car & Sewing machine, bedding and much more!

    They STEAL your property!!

If I could give this business zero stars I would. Let me first state THEY ARE TERRIBLE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE! They packed our home at Indiana when my fiancé and I were going to Las Vegas for movement. Three men came to our home and complained that they needed to pack a few of our things (that is why my fiancé’s firm hired one )? Mind you, we packaged 75 percent of our home until they came. We had a 65′ LG 4K Smart TV that my fiancé helped among those guys take the wall off. This is actually the most important reason behind my article. The TV NEVER MADE IT TO OUR NEW HOUSE?? Yes, they stole our TV and it’s been nearly 3 months since we’ve been in our new home and we’re still unable to even get a reply from anyone at this organization? They keep giving us the run around, we even had to file a police record. They stole from us and we’re those which need to go out of the way and continue to reach out to get this solved? Does not make any sense? The principal explanation they give is, the man that wrote from the stock sheet of our items did not set the TV on the stock sheet? How easy! But news flash Morse Moving , they did not put a number of our boxes/things about the stock sheet so how do you even use that as a justification? You definitely do not have a fantastic system set up to make sure your customers receive all of their things. In addition they, broke one of those expensive lamps which WAS on the stock sheet and will not even compensate us for this? The worst customer support I’ve ever seen! We’ve moved many times in the previous five decades (at least 5 occasions ) and the firms we work for have employed many moving companies and we’ve not ever had this problem before. This movement costed upwards of $15,000 plus they can not do the ideal thing and compensate us for our stolen television (oh and also our surround sound system which has been hooked up on the television, bizarre the entire television process is gone?) Or the lamp that has been broken? Unbelievable
Don’t conduct business with this business, they do not deserve the company! They do not deserve the money and they need to be responsible for their activities.

    TERRIBLE MOVING COMPANY!!!

WORST moving business ever. They’ll lie (moving”quote”), cheat (move inappropriately slow throughout the movement ), and slip (overcharge based on the”quote” and also on the fact that they proceed slow blatantly to push the hours up / cost ). After we called to go over the inaccuracies, they continually gave us the run-around and then wouldn’t call us back! Don’t use this business!!! Hire somebody else. . .anyone else!!!

    Good experience, good value

We looked around at transferring testimonials, and it looked like every firm had horror tales. We utilized Allied Van Lines earlier, so we phoned them and got Morse. The purchase price quote and degree of support (protecting your furniture and flooring was included) was good but not incredible.
Ray and Cullen came out on move day and were really fast and courteous. Not one of our stuff has been damaged, and they did not cut any corners. They made sure everything was unloaded in the appropriate location, so we’d no excess work moving items again. Plus they made sure everything was secure for our toddler. They were quick, polite, and also a joy to have take care of our relocation!

    Morse moving was fantastic!!

We only wanted to mention that we had an awesome encounter with TJ and his team at Morse Moving & Storage together with Allied Van Lines. They’re more efficient, perfectly professional and friendly. They really took good care of every thing for us and were even able to move objects about when I changed my mind – totally hassle free.

I’d hands down advise this staff and this organization and frankly, 5 stars does not even come near rating them. They’re off the charts amazing!!!

In addition, Samantha Cline our support advisor was excellent during the procedure in assessing in to make sure things were moving smoothly and also to determine if we had some additional questions.

Our loading encounter was also friendly and efficient!
    Really everything exceeded our expectations.

Thanks for creating this movement from country (a first for our loved ones ) and away from MI to Georgia as easy as satisfying as possible.

    HORRIBLE experience with Morse Moving

No regard to your own time, your possessions, legal records, your house, or your frame of mind.

This firm attempted to overcharge me 5000 past our binding contract. They proposed delivery one week late to destination. On shipping date, driver revealed four hours late. Subsequently driver was in this hurry to leave at the end of day (earlier transfer was even complete) that he pushed me to sign documents saying no harm to assumptions (there WAS harm to my house ).

I’ll be making wait claims because of their tardiness. I’ll be producing damage claims for damage to land and house. We’ll see whether the additional insurance I bought from them shields me?

How has management reacted? They have not. Not 1 call. Not 1 apology or excuse. Not 1 offer to make matters right. Apparently they’re extremely busy signing up their next client.

If I needed to do it again, Morse wouldn’t be a factor in handling each of the items which are unique to me and fulfill my property.

    Horrible communication and organization

After emailing with just two of the partners (Cynthia and Becky) for more than a month, we all ended up no where. They’d indicate that a date for pickup, we’d affirm and then they’d state that the date was no more offered. This occurred at least two. They then eventually supported a date, however, nobody showed up! Now we fell their business and moved with another one. We received no sympathy from them.

    Nightmare!!!

I contacted Morse Moving and Storage more than 5 weeks before my move. I met with a gentleman who made me setup to have my items transferred. He joined me with my agent who’d help out with helping me proceed. I talked with her on many occasions. The week before moving I attempted unsuccessfully to get my agent to make sure we were all set. I later found out that the rep had ceased and another man was picking my move up. Long story short – the firm called me the evening before to let me know the movers are at my house by 1pm. The day of the transfer I got a telephone at 730am to state they’d be at my house by 9am and when I was not prepared they wouldn’t have the ability to maneuver me. I attempted to compromise with the woman to inquire whether 11am would be adequate because I had 3 kids to have settled and from the method of movers. Obviously that fell on deaf ears – she would not permit this. I contacted my sales man to find out if he can intervene….needless to state that he had been ineffective. Morse didn’t move me. I had been left to locate another mover in under 48 hours since I’d closed and sold my property.

The worst moving business in subway Detroit. The movers aren’t trained or competent to maneuver and wrapping furniture.Almost every bit was scratched, dropped or damaged. They couldn’t work out how to choose a mattress apart and ended up phoning somebody else to perform it.Stored my furniture at a storage facility in which it had been piled so awful that everything dropped and had been damaged further.
The direction has been no assistance and wouldn’t do anything to fulfill us.They basically said too bad that you used us now and we aren’t liable for some of our activities. It really is amazing that they’re still in business.

Has anybody noticed our large red couch? Or our 10 ft ladder? Mores Allied Van traces have dropped these things and cannot discover them. The couch is custom-made and can be a part of a bunch. They also broke a few things and we haven’t had lots of communicating together. We have been advised to submit a claim. Much disrespect about the medial side of Morse Allied Van traces. If you’re seeking to go in the not too distant future and you appreciate your possessions, you might want to look at other choices. DO NOT RECOMMEND

We transferred us later living in our home for 25 decades. Following the transfer, I had a couple bracelets stolen, a busted gun, a busted gun secure, and many dishes broken. Even though they agreed to spend money on the gun, the repairs are completed and the invoice has still not been compensated by Morse/Allied. The gun safe was just reimbursed at half of the expense to fix because of limited liability. Broken dishes weren’t replaced because it was”our fault” for not checking all of the boxes (over 50) to guarantee nothing was broken up following a 9 hour proceed. The bracelets were stolen through the movement – they had been at old home but not made it into our new home. They were quite sentimental for me and Morse/Allied did not seem to enthusiastic about attempting to make amends. Their answer was to submit a police report because they’d already asked each of the movers out of this day when they’d discharged them. No offer to cover to replace the bracelets or to cover the complete amount it will cost to fix the safe that they ruined during the transfer!

I wouldn’t recommend them for any movement. I’ve contacted their promises supervisor, sales rep who gave us the initial quote, and a client rep to talk about my personal displeasure with the movement. Not one of them is going to return my telephone or email. I managed to speak to Dave Morse and that I was likely to return to me. It has been 10 times and still haven’t learned from him. Their customer support is sub-standard.

    Horrible excuse for a business

Chris in Morse Moving came highly recommended from my company, however my experience was nothing less than a nightmare. Chris came out and hailed my transfer as 4 movers loading and 4 movers unloading. As soon as I got another quotation offering fewer employees I called to validate the amount.

Transferring day comes and I understand that I have 2 employees and a pioneer that does nothing but shout and shout at the employees and utilizes quite colorful language before my daughter.

Since they’re transferring things I’m cleaning and assisting to move things out of the way. I had been told that this was an 8 hour project that turned into a 13 hour occupation on account of this lost two employees who were sworn. The employees told me that the”leader” didn’t pack the truck using all the needed supplies.

On day two of this transfer, delivering my things, I discover that the proceeded to haul my whitened tempurpedic mattress through the dirt. They didn’t tote the mattress as promised.

Morse Moving isn’t covering the 2800 to substitute the mattress which their movers intentionally ruined. Not just that, they didn’t place my brothers bed frame together properly and it broke while she had been sleeping in the bed. They piled my storage unit haphazardly and I’ve now had an avalanche within the device which has caused broken furniture.

Insurance you might ask? Yes I had been told that coated items accidentally broken, these are obvious troubles.

Bottom line usage ANYONE however Morse Moving. They do not stand behind their own movers, their warranties and they clearly don’t have any integrity, no ethics and no client attention.

    Very Professional

We utilized Morse Moving to relocate from Lake Orion into Portage. We recently retired and purchased a smaller ranch home. Our days of transferring ourselves is long gone. So glad we let an experienced moving company to perform the hard work for us. Our salesperson, Emily Weeks, was quite helpful and showed us the way to safely package delicate items. The work estimate was very near our closing price. That is hard to get a bigger home. We also had things in storage which she managed to incorporate in the estimate. She remained in contact and so did the house workplace. On the afternoon of the movement, Mark and his team (Mike, Reed, Jake, Jacob, both Royce and David)were professional, caring and prompt. They began on time and completed early. These men make sense out of insanity. They’re considerate, patient and calm. They coated walls, floors and wrapped furniture. I have bigger furniture plus they skillfully maneuvered the bigger bits up and tight tight stairs, turns and tiny doors to this smaller house. Never ruined anything. They procured loose things and maintained hardware organized and safe. They did not leave until we were pleased with box and furniture positioning. I would advise Morse to anybody. Well worth the money we spent to get a first rate job. Thank you Emily and Mark and all those behind the scenes. You made our relocation simple. We can’t thank you enough.

    Moving damage

Morse moving was recomended by a friend. I must have checked all these reviews first!
At the bat that the moving men were angling to get a hint. Over and above. They then proceeded to destroy my workplace furniture. Scrapes and heavy gouges. I eventually protested when I watched them rolling my rounded wood conference table round the cement driveway such as a wheel.
    Hint my A**.
Afterward after I complained, I was told that they would get right about the repairs. Nothing… I’d contact Stacy each month, fresh excuse. Next month, brand new justification. In the end, somebody came out and shot photos. That has been more than a week back…. nothing. They”moved” me personally March 1st. Four months past. I despise writing this as as a small business owner myself, I understand how this substance is abused. However, in this situation, it’s quite suitable.
    Don’t use those pirates.

    Long-distance move from Toledo, OH
    DO NOT USE MORSE MOVING!

TLDR in the conclusion. I went with the least expensive of 3 quotations and I regret it. John Green did a wonderful job of remotely estimating my movement (because of COVID, we had a movie conversation ) that was about the smaller side of a common number of merchandise to be transferred from Ohio to Virginia. The total came out to just over $3,500 and that I believed that was a really affordable price and about 15 percent less expensive than the next greatest bid.

As a result of bigger load, it needed to be packed onto one truck, hauled on that truck into a warehouse at Michigan, then kept until it may be loaded on a different truck which was making a number of stops going east. I know that is the way they make little moves cheap and I accepted that the shipping window will be 3 weeks long. Following the movers packed my merchandise that the scheduler, Tracey Pritchett contacted me and that I consented to an delivery on 5/16/2020 between 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM. I phoned on Friday 5/15/2020 in 2:30 PM to validate the delivery and has been advised that”I’m your next telephone, allow me to doublecheck and phone you back”. I predicted back at 5:25 PM to again confirm with Tracey and she affirmed that the delivery would arrive the next day. The following morning at 9:30 AM my telephone rings. It is Tracey. She’s called to notify me that not only will my merchandise not be delivered now, but they have not even been loaded on the truck in Michigan. She does not understand why the driver could not make the delivery since he never returned any of her messages, so she”presumed everything was good to go”.

I later receive a call on Monday 5/18/2020 and Tracey informs me that my merchandise will be sent on Friday 5/22/2020. I tell her that I’m already scheduled out of town to work Friday through Saturday and that I cannot be there to take delivery and there’s absolutely not any one else in the family; I inquired for delivery on Thursday. Impossible, she says. Her supervisory Bethany Gutowski calls me back after to confirm I cannot be there to take delivery on Friday. I affirm emphatically, I’ll be working from town. Now, 5/20/2020 I get an email with a bill for an extra $1,041 for storage from Friday through next Tuesday and they’ll have the ability to send my merchandise on Wednesday. They will not even tell me exactly what period the delivery will be until the afternoon before. I really do have a new project which does not let me just call it. I guess that does not matter to them.

TLDR: I paid for a ceremony to package and move family good for me personally. They did a fantastic job packaging them. The transport of these from Point A to Point B led to them standing me up on a CONFIRMED delivery with less than one hour note, then telling me that when I could not be in my new home to take delivery on the date that they TOLD me I HAD to be there, it ends in an extra cost of $1,041 to’save my merchandise’ for another 6 weeks. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MORSE MOVING AND STORAGE. In reality, I strongly advise that you take the next greatest bid, which for me was”Two Guys and a Truck” for my specific movement. I’ve been on hold together for sufficient time to have noticed again and again in their on-hold voice messaging which’mistakes are pricey’, doing motions the very first time is significant to them’, and’client satisfaction is their number one priority’. Not correct. I wish I’d have checked reviews on these prior to making a choice!

*If you can not accept delivery on the afternoon that they guide, you’re SOL and will likely be billed whatever they feel like.

    Long-distance move from Avon, IN
Interstate Move from Avon In. to Lake Charles, La.

Worst move experience I’ve ever experienced. Late two days during the loading and packaging stage. Engineered wood floors, place holes in the wall. Packing afternoon showed up with 3 and driver packers overdue, left the project early maybe not completing the packing job. Showed up late the next day with just two and driver employees no way they can finish the job, once I called Faith my transfer coordinator I had been told another team was supposed to arrive at 1 PM. The team didn’t appear until hours later and just since I contacted the General Manager who discovered out there’d never been a second team confirmed so that I had been lied to. All of the homeowners moved boxes to the garage completed packaging the kitchen, moved up boxes from the cellar to garage for loading. We finally got out of the home about 10 PM that night with closure on the house scheduled for the following moment. Only a dreadful experience. Home products were sent to our new residence and many things were ruined, for instance a dining room chair leg was broken and glued and taped together, I am not kidding dreadful experience. As I mentioned before, we’ve had 6 interstate movements in my career and this is actually the very first time we used that organization and you can bet we’ll never use them again. I only submitted our harm claims now, we will observe how they’re managed and provide my overview on how this procedure goes, I am not expecting a fantastic experience with this procedure either.
