I hired Montgomery Movers at November 2009 to transfer my grandma into a nursing facility and the rest of her possessions to storage. This proved to be a really tough task because of her wellbeing. Scott, Mary and the remainder of the team made the entire process simpler. They have been professional in addition to thoughtful and considerate at that time that it took to finish both motions. There was only one little scratch in a classic end table, however, Scott had it mended and back over a week. The whole procedure was a joy, particularly in contrast to experiences I’ve had previously with movers. Ever since, moving Gran, I’ve hired them to package and move my 5000 sq. ft. home and urged them to many friends and personnel. Everyone I’ve recommended them to possess had great experiences and I shall continue to refer Montgomery Movers once I could. Thanks, Scott, Mary and Montgomery Movers!
The proprietor of Montgomery (AL) Movers, Scott Turner arrived in my new house in New Mexico in October of 2010, also explained that the burden had changed on the road from Alabama. He remained and recorded the damages with photographs and explained he’d make certain everything was taken care of.
Damages included a totally destroyed dining room dining table base and BBQ grill, in addition to numerous tears and scratches on cloth.
Mr. Turner contacted a third party who ship an inspector who managed to quote approximately 1,500 in damages, but unable to cost the repairs to the cloth items.
Following that, Mr. Turner initial belayed, then ceased all contact. I attempted to reach him through the next party touch, but had been told that they were also trying to reach him – he had not paid for the review services.
Nine weeks later, Mr Turner won’t answer emails or calls. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and has been told that he hadn’t reacted tot their query either.
This mover ought to be prevented at all price!
