    Long-distance move from Roswell, GA
    Dining set shipment.

Worst business I’ve ever dealt with in my whole life. Do not even think about employing these men. They’ll market your possessions to somebody else without asking you and then you are really screwed. If you don’t do not care in case you ever visit your possessions again. Do not even believe transport insurance will pay for you. They cover $.60 per pound for damaged or lost items. Just keep looking.

    NY to CA Move

Don’t BOOK WITH MONARCH!!! Horrible experience, exceptionally stressful. They look very valid, but Don’t BE FOOLED! The moving companies that they deal with are scammers.

Monarch is a broker that contracts your own relocation into a moving business. Monarch is entirely unhelpful and a futile center man that will block you from directly assessing the movers that you receive. Booking with Monarch which makes it simpler for movers to defraud one since the movers attribute Monarch for messing up the quote. The movers don’t honor Monarch’s estimate, stating the”quote is moot.”

The movers that they put me up with, Stop and Proceed, overcharged me by $450 and compelled me to cover a $300 suggestion (threatening to charge me an additional $800 when I did not provide the suggestion ). They harassed me during the movement for being unwilling to cover the additional charges. They wouldn’t allow me view the loaded truck prior to signing the contract, even stating that they had been providing me a”bargain” by charging me less than my entire cubic feet, but when I watched the truck packed, they’d bill me that the”full volume.” When I finally saw the truck that was loaded, my 250 cubic feet of things (that I quantified to be completely sure of this dimensions ) had somehow expanded to reach on the 650 cubic feet markers on the vehicle. I suppose they packaged filler behind my things to make them struck a greater mark.

I predicted Monarch for assistance 10 or more times during my movement and they never answered the telephone. When I complained into the customer support representative Jordan concerning the higher cost, he stated that there was nothing that they can do because I signed up a new deal with the movers. They refused to refund my deposit, that could have covered the excess amount I needed to payfor.

Monarch did absolutely nothing useful throughout the whole procedure. They are just helpful till they receive your deposit. Monarch is so very good at selling you to their company and appearing like they supply very good customer support. Do not get it.

    Kevin’s sales pitch (Monarch’s salesman):
-Says to not anticipate online testimonials (Google, Yelp) since they are sometimes set up by anybody who might not be a true client. Even says that a number of the favorable testimonials are his own relatives members and friends.
-Sends you the connection to your DOT FMCSA site which just showed 1 criticism (currently 4) for both Monarch and asks one to compare to different businesses which have a lot more. (It looks like they’ve been in business just a couple of months, which could be the reason they do not have significantly more complaints).
-claims that they only use reliable movers and that the movers Wish to do a Fantastic job to maintain getting company from Monarch (maybe not the case, the movers that they shipped me have a Bunch of complaints and tricked me)
-Says You Won’t pay any more than the quote (not authentic )
-Requires the time to answer your queries and provides very reassuring answers (no matter Whether his replies are accurate )

DO NOT TRUST MONARCH. They’re a futile middle man and put me up with a moving business. And the things I said is just the significant things. Other items that went wrong: Monarch advised the movers to the incorrect day, movers did a dreadful job of wrap the furniture and lots of things were broken/scraped, movers struck off my desk before they actually got it to the truck, and movers did not give me some of their paperwork on pickup, movers charged me an additional $350 to get a shuttle truck for shipping even though the 18-wheeler might have easily fit in the road according to the furniture shipping my roommate got the subsequent week. Depending on the apparent scam practices of these movers, so I was scared my possessions would not arrive. In general, this movement cost me an additional $1100 plus also a MONTH OF MY SANITY. SPARE YOURSELF.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED

RUN RUN RUN!! Here is actually the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. The agents were rude and they misquoted us by $3.000. If they arrived in my flat per day later than promised, I would not fork up an extra $3,000 needed (that people had been formerly never informed about) to transfer my one bedroom, 850 sq.ft. apartment. There is absolutely no attempt to use us or to repair the issue. Then they said they’d be maintaining the $3,000+ I’d already put down because it is’from the contract to maintain the security deposit.’ UBSURD. I’d have not signed anything of this nature. Terrible support. They don’t even have to still be in company.

    Excellent Service

My husband decided to proceed with Monarch since they made us feel comfortable. We proceeded out of Austin, Texas to New York. We were not sure just where we had been going so the 30 day complimentary storage that they provide was a enormous help. Everything arrived in excellent condition and we made a decision to cover the excess price to get to movers entirely Unpack all for us. They were terrific. We’d urge Monarch Moving Group to anybody who’s moving.

    Long-distance move from Philadelphia, PA
    Philadelphia to Tampa

Monarch Moving Group transfers my household out of Philly back to Tampa. What we were most happy about was that the condition we obtained both our grandfather clock and violin in. They were both handed down to us with my grand parents and that I had been really worried about transferring them. The movers were very accommodating and professional. Monarch told ya it might take around 14 weeks for delivery however, we obtained it in 5 days that was wonderful.

    Long-distance move from Massachusetts
Cross country move an unmitigated disaster

Be informed that Monarch Transferring is a broker not a family owned moving company with its own moving vehicles and staff. My daughter transferred out of Boston to San Francisco and despite assurances that her possessions would arrive in around seven days, she still does not possess her belongings following 18 days and probably will not get them till just before the 21 day business day pub (per calendar month). She had been billed an additional $265 in charges at pickup along with the subcontractor is stating that a minimum of 350 in shuttle charges may apply. Her road doesn’t have big vehicle limitations and you will find accessible avenues for big vehicles to get there at her home. It’s been expensive and stressful to her and we’ve had to really harshly sort out advice and replies. Consumer beware!

    Already using again

My spouse and I moved from Maryland to Florida about 8 weeks back with Monarch. I discovered a new project in Florida so that we transferred first and are currently utilizing Monarch again to transfer down our son now that he is finished with college. Our transfer went really smooth from the very first day that I talked with David in Monarch up till we obtained our items in Florida. Fantastic expertise and look forward to working together again.

    Would recommend

I would 100% recommend Monarch Moving Group for some friend or relative that’s moving. They were very professional and managed all of our items with care. Adam was exceptionally insightful and essentially walked us thru the whole procedure before it even began. It was a joy working together and I am very thankful that Monarch was that the company we travelled with.

    Long-distance move from Aurora, CO
    Our first big move

My loved ones & I only moved around 1,800 miles to get our very first major movement. So obviously, we weren’t certain whether or not we ought to try out this ourselves or publication with a firm. We went over all of the situations and eventually arrived at the conclusion that we’d go with a corporation. Thus, we discussed with several businesses that had enormous price differences. We talked with Monarch to get a few weeks comparing inventory and quotes. Adam is among those directors and how he gradually went over really exact details was exactly what my wife and that I wanted. I had been asked each time we talked if there was something that he can do to make this time easier to those , and, due to Adam, there was not. Finally, after a few weeks of assessing we chose to proceed with him. Another guy called Jordan called about a week until the transfer making sure each and every detail was ideal for all of us. The movement went flawless. We’re so glad we picked Monarch and when we ever have to go elsewhere, I will guarantee you that Monarch Transferring Group will probably be our very first and only option. Adam actually phoned me the day of and the day following the movement to be certain everything ran smoothly. In addition they gave me 10 percent from our moves out of our prospective moves and also our household goes. Again, we must mention this one final time, Thank you a lot of Adam Jordan and also the whole Monarch team for all of your help! We’ll definitely be recommending you to everyone we know!

    Great Job!

These men took good care of my move out of virginia into Tennessee. I didnt have any hidden fees, and also my stuff arrived complete and was delivered precisely when I wanted it to be. What else would you ask for out of a moving company? Adam was the representative that I worked with. He was very comprehensive and managed to answer all of my questions. Fantastic support

    Good job guys

I am quite happy with the services which Monarch Moving Group supplied for me for my go out to California. Adam and Dan both certainly made the whole process much easier by describing how everything worked in detail. The movers were good and treated everything with caution. I’ve already recommended Monarch for my sister that will be utilizing them in a couple of weeks.

    Long-distance move from North Carolina
Sorriest costumer service I've ever dealt with. Costed us over $2600.0

My family were moving out of North Carolina to Idaho.
We looked for long distance moving companies and came across Monarch.
Our original contact was Kevin Bluzard. He was a fantastic salesman since he offered us a load of crap.
He never once mentioned that they would be sub-contracting out our move. He explained they’d walk through and perform a check on most of our items. That never occurred.
He explained it would take about 3 months to our items to get here and 30 days of free storage. Now I understand why. They’ve contracted out our move to Particular Van Lines of Miami Florida. Our date of shipping has been likely to be yesterday and they’re a no show.
The reason being that they have 21 days from yesterday to get our items here which was never conveyed to us.
We had been billed over $1600 greater than what was projected that was monarchs fault for not walking through like they said they’d.
So earning a narrative short here it’s November the 18th and Particular Van Lines still has not delivered my things and as of the morning Lisa from Particular can not tell me where our trailer is situated.
Therefore don’t use Monarch or Particular Van lines and do not let Kevin Bluzard or even Jordan Howard offer you a load of crap!

    Hardly a Business

Really terrible firm. They supply you with a totally unrealistic estimate (thanks adam) and then double it if the movers come. We even asked if there were concealed charges and Adam said not one and today we’ve compensated 2400 when our quotation was 1300. Aside from the crazy quantity of overcharge the communication is just as terrible. We weren’t told even the day of the movement before less than 18 hours earlier. Both Adam and Michael are very curable and rude. Along with the dispatcher appears to always be about a lunch break. The movers attracted the wrong truck when sending our things and we havent heard from them since. Im not sure how a firm may be so incompetent on all fronts. Not worth the time, pain, difficulty or cash. I’d go with almost any other firm over them.

Long-distance move from New York, NY
They are SALESMEN, not Movers. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Great at pursuing the purchase, but dreadful at ensuring that your move goes well. When the contract has been signed and deposit is paid off, they vanish, they do not care, they believe their job is completed and its your job to follow up with the movers, so make sure they have the ideal insurance (when its necessary ), qualify if they’re even equipped or permitted to transfer your belongings from the area, or appear on time… that the entire process was dreadful and they had been of zero assistance.

Moreover, be conscious of ADAM!!! He claims everything and writes it in a contract so that you are feeling safe, simply to figure out the movers that they brokered will not /do not agree with the quote, which means you are forced to pay hundreds more for them to perform the job as soon as they are onsite.

0 stars. Not a real company.

Save yourself money, anger, anger, and also pick a real moving business.

I had been sold on a cost ($3,500), that was not the actual cost. Lowballed me by $5,000-$7,000. Real movers showed up (maybe not monarch) and insisted it’d cost me $8-10K. I fired them immediately.

Adam inexplicably vanished into the wonderful abyss after moving day struck.

That is the way they function. You talk to a single man first, and then the other one after shifting day tragedy starts.

    I dropped my $1,200 deposit.

A true business doesn’t have ONLY 5 star and one star reviews. Impossible. 5 stars are imitation testimonials. The 1 star testimonials are actual.

Rent a Penske truck and employ your lawn crew that will assist you package it. That is exactly what I did. 5 star review on the lawn team.

They ought to be sued and put out of the business.

    This business deserves no stars.

Shameless business practices which leave individuals high and dry throughout the height of this pandemic.

This was my adventure of a movement that has been set for 24 July 2020:

    – I supplied MMG using a deposit along with the COI advice on 4 July through email.

    – I contacted MMG through telephone on 17 July to follow up with this and ask different questions.

    – I contacted MMG via telephone on 23 July and left messages to trace up – no reply.

    – I contacted Specific Vanlines via telephone on 23 July to followup. Just when I contacted them at 3pm, did they ship the COI. My construction clearly said that it took 48 hours for inspection. The COI which has been sent was reversed.

    – I contacted Particular Vanlines by email on 23 July at ~440pm to followup about the COI – without any reply.

Given that the lack of reaction and inability to MMG and Special Vanlines to meet the fundamental requirement for my movement to be accepted, on the day of 23 July, I had been tasked with:

    – Locating another mover

    – Rearranging my go out date together with my landlord

    – Rearranging my go out date together with my construction

After (fortunately ) procuring a different inspector, I advised MMG and special Vanlines I was cancelling them. A courtesy that neither business extended to me personally.

    Here Is What I heard:

    – I wish I’d understood about the BBB after reserving a moving firm and noticed all of the negative reviews. Individuals who have bad encounters, take some opportunity to write down exactly what occurred in painstaking detail. Consider them! Assess Yelp, the BBB, other reputable inspection websites, in which the reviews are not as inclined to be gamed. MMG will inform you that the poor reviews are untrue. That they’re set up with their opponents. Adam and Mark will mention laws and quotation business institutions at one to confuse and throw off you from digging deeper to MMG’s appalling support.

    – MMG is going to be dishonest to fasten your small business. Listed below are a couple of examples in my own experience:

    – MMG has its own trucks — nope!

    – MMG will phone you to walk through your stock — nope!

    – The only payment system that’s approved is certified check or money — nope!

    – MMG will return to you with answers for any questions you’ve got — nope!

    – MMG is a broker, meaning that it is a booking service or purchase machine for additional disreputable businesses (e.g. Particular Vanlines). It will not satisfy its responsibilities with respect to the (e.g. calling one to perform a walkthrough and affirm that your stock, providing you precise payment info, obtaining your COI for transfers – essentially all of the government the plumber needs).

    – MMG will brink on the purpose of alerting you (e.g. nonstop follow-up calls, texts and emails) to shut your company. Do not fill out lead types on random sites, they don’t have any vested interest in vetting the firms that these prospects visit.

    – MMG requires it from your hands who moves your house. I’d purposely prevented Special Vanlines because of their lousy reviews, just to discover that this was the moving firm MMG had passed my task also. At the stage it had been too late to shift, as I’d signed a contract and paid a deposit.

That really is a true and accurate account of my experience with MMG. What isn’t mentioned here, is that the strain, the tears and the pure grief of this situation… rather than only at the conclusion, but also the build-up to it in detecting the misinformation and degree of dishonesty. A totally disgusting way to deal with individuals.

It is not fair I needed to give them some celebrities. Waited three times to allow them to appear and eventually gave up and let a truck to perform itself. Lost my residue but could not wait any more.
