We had been verified for a movement in Chapel Hill NC by 3-5 pm on Aug 28, 2020. At 4 pm, I got a text stating that they were still coming. They never showed up, and now won’t answer telephone calls, texts or emails. Horrible!

DC MARKET – DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS. They’re super communicative until moving day, and then they are going to no-show and dodge your requirements! 1 star just because 0 is not an alternative.

Now is my moving day. The movers were supposed to get there between 9-11 am. Last evening at 7 pm, only 14 hours prior to the arrival window, I get a text from Chase asking me when I could reschedule to a single day after because he is not offered. I said I can’t reschedule because my spouse expects me out, I can not get parking permits on short notice, etc. – you know, all of the normal reasons why a transfer, unlike a haircut, can not only be rescheduled on 14 hours notice. Chase explained that he is going to attempt to acquire a team assigned to my own move. I asked for affirmation once that’s completed, which I did not get.

Fast forward to this morning. Still no word from Chase confirming that somebody is coming to maneuver me. At approximately 9:20 am, Chase tells me to get in touch with the”primary boss” (that I presume is Scott Sanderson) or Christine. He also gave me Christine’s number. I phoned her, she stated she’d return to me in 15 minutes. A few hours and many unanswered calls and texts into both Scott and Christine afterwards, Christine texts me to state that”customer support” is hoping to reach me but can’t get through. I said I have been sitting next to my telephone for hours, and so that is impossible. Once I asked for this a few times, she eventually gave me their number. I called, no answer so I left a message. In addition, I doubt whether it is really customer support since there was not any outgoing message. Then Christine requested me to telephone Chase to type it out – although Chase, who at this stage was ignoring me for hours, advised me to contact Christine. After a while of this, Chase texts me at around 1:30 – my movement was presumed to be done or nearly completed by subsequently – to eventually admit that nobody will help me now, and asks when I am in a position to reserve somebody else. My moving encounter with Milestone was a complete tragedy. They overcharged after sending just two movers rather than three. I have called a lot of times. I have left Richard three voicemails, three mails; and all those the manager there’s won’t yield any of my calls either. The manager won’t pay me the gap in the fraudulent cost. I am still coping with this whole hassle THREE MONTHS LATER!

This company was great! They accommodated my little move by making it occur in just two weeks of my phone. The movers that came were on time (actually somewhat early that was fantastic ), courteous, professional and productive. They managed my products with good care. I’d certainly recommend them and could call them on again.

I had a transfer scheduled 6 weeks beforehand, 15 minutes prior to the moving team were presumed to be in my flat the movers phone me and inform me, I will need to reschedule my transfer! The mover advised me that they do not function in the rain and went to inform me how it had been down pouring were that I had been living. NO RAIN IN MY ARE! In reality, the rain did not begin until 4 hours after! That was lots of time to perform the little amount of proceeding I’d because, there wasn’t any furniture included! After going back and forth with this man, he gets angry and notify me,”LADY, WE AIN’T MOVING YOU! And hung up the telephone! I called the main number just to acquire an equally as impolite person telling me that they will need to reschedule. I tell her I can not because, I must be outside TODAY! Cancelled my move in the time that they were assumed to arrive, blaming inclement weather. It hasn’t rained for the last hour and just drizzled prior to that. No flood anywhere. No coverage offered through entire procedure until later they cancelled on me. When I called the office, the manager, Erik Pendleton, threatened me if I chased him, yelled at me, and refused to inform me the title of a manager or allow me to speak to my move planner, who had been really professional. He then hung up on me. Thank you Milestone. Moving isn’t a huge deal in any way. I don’t see how you’re in business should you cancel at the very first fall of rain, strike clients, and nobody has some responsibility. This business is a valid nightmare.

MSR has transferred me twice in the previous two year. Both days, I was amazed with their professionalism and hard labour.

Discuss cheap considering I paid over 300 for my”little move specific” and gave a 40 dollar trick for their drivers (before me knowing that they had just totally screwed up my car). Never once through the month long process of having this settled did anybody from Milestone corporate telephone to apologize for what had happened, provide me something to make me a happier Client or do one thing to make this appropriate. They paid the bare minimum of what was demanded rather than provided me a refund or partial refund on the go. This provider is unethical, not customer service oriented and contracts with little third party firms that aren’t insured (from what I could tell). And their drivers aren’t fair clearly! He took that money and he left me with the other moving company which had no idea about that pickup date and delivery period.

Though I paid for booking the pickup date, nobody showed up because actual moving firm had no thought relating to this reservation.

Although LDM was a good business and. I trusted them in regards to the shipping date (I had been assured June,19th -until I begin my new job- but it was also a lie that he told me only to receive my reservation cash ) So just before beginning for my dream job, all of my clothes were just another nation and that I had been sleeping in my dog’s bed.

I wound up getting my things weeks afterwards and in the meantime my primary contact was that the NW relocation. They did not lie and they said that they could simply delivery in June which they did.

LDM inc will inform anything simply to get your money once you employ them that they will disappear and a few arbitrary moving company will do the actual work.

Should you want a moving company, Milestone is undoubtedly the best! I have moved a few times and that is hands down finest moving company I have ever used! The crew that they sent were directly to company. The team (two gentlemen) were professional, timely, and had an excellent attitude, and didn’t scratch, dent, or violate anything (and I’ve a whole lot of things )! When we discovered that the move-in was up a mountain and around the corner even farther, they gave me no problem at all but instead their optimistic attitude was infectious and made the transfer way more stressful for me. Highly recommended and that I did my research ahead!

I transferred out of a three story townhouse into a condominium on the 3rd floor! The movers (two guys ) loaded their truck and wrapped all of my mattress and furniture. They had all unloaded and put back up in my brand new location within the timeframe quotations (3 hours). Nothing has been damaged during the movement that was amazing since I feel as though things constantly get ruined.

The guys who transferred my belongings was quite pleasant to handle and had a terrific system set up.

Reserving my transfer date was simple and that I had been confirmation/e-mail through the procedure! I managed to get a hold of an actual man and had no problems.

My transfer has been on Saturday 04/29, a very hot afternoon at DC. The movers, both Roger and Mike, were friendly, professional, and made excellent moment. I am so sorry that others had issues with Milestone, however, I’d hire my movers again in a heartbeat.

I had been lied to about services supplied by an Erik Pendleton that has dismissed my calls emails because confirming move a payment regarding problems. They had been to scatter a washer drier whined about a part being incorrect linked washer wrong I ruined a load because water temperature cold water was not coming on’d get somebody else that it had been NO ISSUES besides idle. Mover crew manager Greg tried to conduct a scam to get much more income. Invited some other men out the gloomy to case my home?? Quite unprofessional since they did some trade drugs?? I dont understand but DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!! The company I appreciated didnt even do the movement!!!

I had a devastating moving encounter with these folks yesterday. They had been billed to move an easy 1 bedroom flat and storage cupboard and it turned into an all day affair with the authorities called to find the move finished. The movers themselves were alright. . .even however they never did proceed the storage cupboard and, they had been asked to disassemble and reassemble a king sized mattress….only to see that when they reassembled the king sized bed, they did it totally wrong and so today tomorrow I’m having to hire a handyman to repair it.

Besides all of these small inconveniences, the proprietor”Mike” is a freaking irate nightmare who telephoned me more than 3 times throughout the afternoon to shout. 1 time, he phoned me while in the car and I hit on a place and the automobile hung upon him. He also called me back again crying about the way I hung him up. Evidently too, Mike is quite tired at his job since he googled me to learn what my profession was. Pretty much Mike was irate and belligerent on the telephone to me all day. I eventually had to call the police when he threatened me.

The move eventually got completed while the police officer asked to talk to the GM of the business. A guy with a leveled head on his shoulders and managed to create his cash. Mike nevertheless, is a blow hard, incompetent, asshat that sits and yells in people and calls them names in the very start of the move to the ending. I’d maintain the movers as well as the GM…. If it was my business, Mike will be on the unemployment line at the moment.

They have been professional from the beginning. Provided a wonderful support in a more timely, effective way. All my things were so well cared for throughout the movement and nothing has been ruined. The staff was considerate and helpful during the procedure. Upon pickup of the things they were prepared to break down everything as necessary using appropriate tools. They took his time to carry everything apart the perfect way and did not attempt to hurry things by simply throwing furniture to the truck without even breaking it down correctly. They used blankets and padding to make sure my wood furniture stayed unscratched and secure.

Ten minutes after, I received a call from Juan telling me that there was no way they can make it out for me personally since their morning job was much bigger than expected. The guy who I was talking with told me to phone the primary point to reschedule. The ONLY day that I could reschedule was Sunday at the absolute latest. I phoned Richard back, who informed me it had been not possible to reserve anything for Sunday. He said he’d call the team and phone me back. Much to my relief, Richard phoned back and said the team would come out to us after that day, and they’d work through the evening. 

We waited. 6:00, 7:00, 8:00, 9:00… Now, my husband, two year-old daughter, and that I grew restless. We predicted, we texted, we emailed, we delivered messages on Facebook. At length, at 9:30, we discovered in Gonzalez, somebody else that had been a part of this team. He explained it had been far too late to emerge. I advised him that I had been a teacher and needed to be back in the office on Monday. He explained they’d furniture out of their prior job that needed to be dropped off to Goodwill, but he’d attempt to come out the next morning and move us.

Both man team ended up arriving the next morning and moving us. They did a fantastic job and worked effectively. On the other hand, the estimated 3 hour occupation ended up getting 3 hours 25 minutes, based on them, therefore they attempted to charge us an excess hour. Now , I pulled out my phone and called back to the quote that they the fee is at ten-minute increments. 

After that night, when we were placing our furniture back together, we realized we didn’t possess some of these bolts into our big bed frame. My husband named Gonzalez, who stated he’d assess the truck. At some point, the inspector said that he discovered that the bolts inside his truck and may drop them off on Wednesday or FedEx them. Low and behold, it’s nearly Thursday and we don’t have any strings in sight.

I haven’t heard ANYTHING from Richard or some other member of Milestone Relocation Service rectifying the ABSOLUTELY dreadful circumstance. While the real moving went fine, I am quite appalled at how dreadful their communication was. Typically, I’m patient rather than a”complainer.” But, I wouldn’t ever suggest this enterprise! I paid $514 to be given the run around, and it’s been the most incredibly unprofessional experience. These men are god awful. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE!

I utilized these movers July 7, 1014. I had my things moved out of a 1 bedroom apt to a storage device which was apprx. A half hour drive away. It required the movers more than 5 hours to finish this. After loading up the vehicle, they stated they had to stop for petrol, which occurred over 20 minutes because both movers also ought to make private calls. 1 mover repeatedly requested me out of the time that the movement began until it stopped. When I whined that about one hour of move time was wasted from the mover quitting his job to sexually harass me, I was told”sorry that occurred”. Overview – twice the estimated shifting time & price, intense, irreparable furniture harm, and spent annually feeling unsafe in my own house because among the movers did not know or respect that girls who employ them are not registering for a dating agency.

We moved across town in Charlotte, NC. Our experience was exceptional, with focus on detail. We had to push back our date by a couple of weeks and that has been handled easily. Our 3-man team showed up on-time. Following a short breakdown of the home and it’s materials, they went directly to work wrap furniture with blankets that are protective. They were very careful to not purge the walls (very hard at a 3-level condo.) The truck has been arranged and loaded with no input required from us. The transfer out of our 1,800 sf 3 br condo has been achieved in 1 trip and over the projected 6 hours. Unloading went even quicker, but with only as mouch care. Again, no scuff marks on the walls, without a furniture nicks.  They left moving as simple as possible. Much thanks to Richard and his people in Milestone Relocation Services. Highly Suggested!

What a rip off.  Came a couple of minutes late.  Movers move VERY SLOWLY.  They appear unmotivated and thoughtful, moving one thing (lamp, 5 x 10 CD box, lamp color, etc.)in a time.  The men were cluttered and intellectually restricted.  They organized the furniture haphazardly in a 26 ft. automobile, also couldn’t fit all of the items which are within an 12×12 storage space.   They chose all of the mild stuff and made significant things including TVs, lamps, shelves, books, asserting that they can’t fit anymore to the vehicle.  They’re sneaky and coated things below the tarp and set them in the corner of their space. In short,we ended up needing to transfer the rest of the heavy material ourselves as well as needed to unpack the material ourselves.   
DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.  These folks are unprofessional and dishonest.  They benefit from the simple fact that the majority of individuals do not need to use movers which frequently so that they do not have to keep the client satisfied!!!
WHAT A NIGHTMARE !!!

This firm was overdue and wasn’t professional as explained they transferred about 10 percent of the things in my moving list that they knew beforehand around it was the worse experience ever and when I attempted to submit a claim there’s absolutely no contact number and just could do a claim via email. Stinks they make you to cover money by telling you its a massive financing fee if you pay by card. We squandered our money and needed to wind up moving ourselves the following day.

According to the email confirmation sent to me from the moving manager, the movers had been to arrive yesterday between 2 and 4 pm, and to transfer all of my furniture and home possessions from a local storage facility in to my new home in the Raleigh area.   THEY NEVER SHOWED UP.   My phone listing is of eleven voice messages that I made over a span of 3 hours in the amount the transferring manager given as his’direct line’.   He never reacted, NOR DID ANYONE FROM THE COMPANY CALL ME (the job order confirmation that I received from the transferring manager clearly lists the exact TWO telephone numbers I supplied ). From 5:30 pm it became apparent I’d been left stranded.   Without a furniture in my new residence,  I needed to drive 120 miles back to my family’, and due to the rain forecast over the weekend, I might need to wait till next week to create fresh arrangements to my transfer.   My following email into the moving manager has also gone awry and Nobody in the firm has tried to get me at all to Provide an excuse or an apology.   I, for my own part, will certainly be calling the company CEO with all the Entire account of the catastrophic experience.   I’ve got the documentation with which I’m very sure I will successfully sue for damages in Small Claims Court.   An Individual can imagine what this experience could have been to get a household with pets or children, or even for an older or handicapped individual, left stranded in the Close of the day at entirely new environment, without relatives or friends in the Region.   This surely has been demonstrated to be a true MILESTONE within my movement experience.

Both men who transferred my things, Anthony and Quail, were specialist and worked fast.   They needed to operate in cold and rain, had to begin late because it had been raining too hard.   They made up for lost time and got it all done fast.   They had everything that they had to do the work correctly, not one of my things had been ruined, and it is a first for each of the motions I’ve made through recent years.

Very Cheap!!! My furniture has been delivered in just 1 hour!!! I strongly recommend. They were the lowest priced movie business in the whole phone book. The movers were fine. Everything has been handled in a really professional manner. I picked Milestone Relocation Services since they had a excellent sale going on. No other firm could compare with their own prices. I am quite impressed by this business. They let me remain in my own budget.

These guys are excellent – they had been polite, on time, professional, and really good at what they’re doing! Moving can be a really stressful period but these men help alleviate the pain and burden of going. We had been performed under the initially scheduled time, plus they even helped assemble my furniture for me personally!

What a nice moving experience. The men were quite professional and well-trained. They managed my own possessions like they belonged to them. They loaded every furniture and box with caution. I will ask this group once I move back again. I shall probably recommend this firm to my friends.

Late.  Very unprofessional.  They spent much time moving gradually, taking smoking breaks, etc..  Even lost cigarettes and filthy rags in my drivewayThey broke a few things — and lied about it (though luckily I have photos that I’ll use in a tiny claims action).They  also broke a tree.They insisted on payment, but wouldn’t provide me a copy of those papers I signed up — about which I composed”CONTEST CHARGES”,”DAMAGE” etc..  They asked me to sign a waiver, which I wouldn’t.  I’ve asked repeatedly for a copy of these papers, which they refuse to react to, but again, fortunately, I believed to shoot photographs of them.They wouldn’t initially respond to my telephone calls or mails — until I contested the fees and threatened to sue them.  I then received mails in the anonymous”claims section”, telling me that I couldn’t talk to a individual and needed to follow along with”procedure”  Still ignoring my orders, they then advised me that because I contested the charges,  they wouldn’t accept my claim or discuss it with mepersonally. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, advertisement If You’re foolish enough to do this (because I was), Be Sure to take a Lot of photographs and use your most consumer friendly credit card.   Oh, and incidentally: their”particular”, after additional charges, is effectively exactly the exact same cost as their”regular” charges.  I would not use these men if they were FREE!

I’ve used this business three times previously and am about to use these again.   I have furniture to get a studio, therefore these were not huge moves.   They’ve done a Fantastic job each time.   I have recommended them to friends and they have always had a Superb experience Too.   They wrap it all for you and do not nickle and dime for all those”extras”.   The Price That You think you are getting is what you actually get.   Honestly, you can’t fail with this provider!

My loved ones and I used that firm for a transfer a couple of days before Christmas. The team, Martin and John, were all wonderful. They were considerate, conveyed with us to inform us if they’d be there, etc..  After we got to the storage device, they have been nice to use and adapted my husband’s fantasies regarding exactly how and where to put certain Products.   The team worked fast and so kept our price down. We’ll definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.

This is actually the second time that I’ve used Milestone.  The first was 3 years ago when I transferred my mother and her furniture into our residence.  They were the best price then and gave excellent service, and so I called them again.  I still got several quotations and they were again the very best cost. This recent time was for transferring a number of large, thick pieces of furniture from upstairs into our garage Both guys who arrived were prompt, courteous and efficient.

Movers were kind and professional. They shielded boxes marked brittle and wrapped big furniture. Overall they managed all of my items with care. Richard Gordon was true with my price and communicated well with me personally. I’ll use them again if desired. Many large pieces of furniture have been put where I wanted them. Nothing was hurt or broken.

The men were on time, professional and friendly. My items were safely transferred and included lots of classic electronics and audio things as well as classic furniture. The expense of the pickup and shipping was extremely fair and entailed a thre hour minimum for about $316 and every hour afterwards was 79. This was for 2 guys. What an excellent price!! I’d seriously recommend these to friends and loved ones. Unless you are going a Picasso or $80,00 handsome Italian Mirror, then they were and are great!!

I only wanted to say thank you for the two men that came to transfer us yesterday.  I’ve not ever used a moving company before so I was quite hesitate and uncertain by which firm to go for.  The move yesterday couldn’t have gone any better.  Both movers were quite fast and productive.  My husband was particularly impressed that they didn’t hit the walls or anything one moment.  This was remarkable because we’d quite big, awkward bits that needed to come from a room using a tight twist into a hallway.  Please be aware whether any of my family or friends requires a moving agency, I will highly recommend your business.  Many, many thanks to this moving yesterday!!

Both movers were exceptional in their own professionalism, courtesy, efficiency and attention of my mom’s possessions.  Both the loading and unloading were performed really nicely. As an example moving demands I would certainly utilize Milestone Relocation Services again and recommend them too highly.

Consultant by the title of Richard was informative and nice. The transfer went well. I had no difficulties. I’d use them again. Movement was completed over 2 hours. Walkers went and beyond to assist me transfer things that we are not packaged.   This was among the simplest moves I’ve had thanks to the motorists. They were rather nice also. All in all of the service was good. They got the work done. It was exactly what I wanted. I love the helpfulness of both Richard and the movers.

I needed to move my things from a shared home fast and in a rush due to a crappy situation. I called on a Thursday to reserve a move for this Sunday. The person I spoke to suggested Monday since it was more economical, so we put it up for Monday. I inquired about the $199 two hour move since I just had a bedroom and a living room to proceed. The man on the phone told me that the movers could disassemble and wrap everything. We scheduled a transfer between 8 and 9 am. They came at precisely 9 am. . .almost pushing it a little. The did not wrap anything along with the movers told me that the man on the telephone misinformed me. They simply cover items with blankets whilst at the truck. The movers were fantastic. They needed to climb a lot of stairs to transfer things out of my third floor bedroom. They moved all of my items to a storage device 10 minutes off and they packaged the storage unit so well, I still have space for much more items in there. They moved slightly over the two hours, but did not charge me the absurd additional $149 for a second hour. They did an wonderful job and I’d certainly use them again.

Milestone Relocation Services did an excellent job — I look forward to using them again the end of the season. They have been prompt, efficient and kind. The crew was speedy and made certain all of my furniture was wrapped and stayed intact throughout the move. Besides that they were quite true with logging the time and proceeded at such a fast pace. Customer service was friendly and knowledgeable. Perfect move out of a 3 story home with quite heavy furniture. Men arrived on time and prepared to go. They worked diligently, continuously shifting. Absolutely No hidden charges. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. Everything was treated with caution. Would definitely use them again and refer them to anybody needing assistance moving!

The 3 movers were professional, powerful and hard working.   I had been their next movement of their day and they had been to arrive between 4 and 2, that they contacted me at 3 to allow me to know that they would be there in 4 and they had been.  They worked the entire time and were quite honest about charging to the moment, no matches were played.  I wouldn’t hesistate to recommend these guys to anybody.  Great job!

Little transfer from PA to NJ. Two men, 1 truck. Movers were somewhat late coming but once there they professionally and economically loaded the truck with my boxes and furniture.   They came at my new location with no problems and unloaded everything. No harm. Not even a bumped wall. Good job, Affordable cost, everyone was professional and pleasant.   Highly recommend.

My move proved to be a neighborhood transfer and would have been easy enough, but I reside in Atlanta and moved only after the 1st snowstorm of 2014 (January 31st). I’d got two days off of work to take my time packaging but due to the storm not one of my buddies could create it. I was completely stressed out to say the very least, however Milestone Relocation created it worry free for me. The movers called about 30 minutes beforehand to allow me to know they were in their way. They came on time and worked fast and economically. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!  UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE abandoned us with ruined furniture, a mound of STRESS plus a home that smelled of body odor (on a chilly day in Nov! ) )  We were so angry before they even finished loading our furniture.  The truck that they pulled up in seemed like it came out of a junk yard.  We would not permit them to park in the driveway for fear of petroleum leaks. (and we had been ashamed for our neighbors to visit this truck in the front of our home ).  And of course that the dimensions… the truck was a little box truck that wouldn’t accomodate our transfer, although we supplied a thorough list of things well ahead of time of the transfer.   I called the office prior to the truck even arrived to our new home to unload since I had been in a fear that they may hurt our new home after viewing the unprofessionally dressed workers that could not even load the furniture to the truck without falling our expensive leather couch in the road….  When I called that afternoon (in a panic) I was told that a supervisor would call me back in five minutes.  I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL.  That was 6 months ago. I’d recieve a claim form to complete and return and I am being told that they will offer us an insulting $100 TOTAL for the harm to our  $3,000 leather couch and ruined solid wood armoire.  Can I mention that among the movers had been in such poor health I was fearful that he was likely to have a heart attack immediately?  I could not get my things from the truck and get them from my home quickly enough.   All of that being said, I don’t blame the men working for this business.  It is not their fault that they weren’t properly trained, dressed, or screened to be effective at this job.  Pay the extra few bucks and employ”2 Men & A Truck”!

I recently used this firm for the next time to get a transfer from Laurel, MD to Baltimore City. The movers came on time and were both professional and friendly. They transferred all of my possessions to the next floor of my house and abandoned NO SCRATCHES to the walls!!! The total cost of this transfer was somewhat over $500, however believing they moved up and down 3 flights of stairs every moment, I had no issue with the excess quantity of time. 1 thing was lost, however the movers repaired it and I’ve had no issues. I predicted Milestone just two weeks ahead of our brand new furniture was forthcoming.   We had several heavy furniture relocated inside the home and a number of matters disposed. Jim was prompt and friendly! In five minutes, he had a team verified. Both guys showed up on time, were courteous and fast, and took care of all. Would highly recommend!

The customer service has been outstanding.  I got an email punctually together with my confirmation.  The truck showed up in the time that I was given.  The men were fantastic!  Took all furniture aside and nothing was ruined.  They made certain everything was packed from the truck well.  Men were quite professional.  After we arrived in the new location, they had the truck unloaded in no time and inquired if there was anything else that they can do to us.  Everything went smoothly and I’d definitely refer this business to other people and will use them again.

This is absolutely the worst company I’ve come across.  Before they began they asked how I’d be paying and then started loading.  They loaded one-box-at-a-time; extending a 1 hour job to a two hour loading.  As soon as they made it into my home they inform me that my payment type was improper and they wouldn’t permit anything off the truck before I paid them.  They gave me a more price and while I had been paying it using all the Florida office that the neighborhood manager phoned and states”no longer mr. wonderful man”.  As soon as I hung him up he predicts his own delivery driver and all of a sudden the price has increased by a hour.  When they drifted they piled everything in to a single area. This is definitely a company to stay away from – especially the very Raleigh NC and surrounding area.

Milestone was fantastic! — My firm imports office furniture from Europe and I’ve worked on a great deal of jobs and installed a lot of furniture and I have to say that the guys from Milestone proved as good as they get.  Display up and get right to work — and kept on working until the task was completed.  Technical installation of electric sit/stand desks — and after showing them several times that they took to it like a duck to water.  Wish I could discover crews this great and also for this great of cost elsewhere in the nation.  Wonderful job Milestone -David Auer — Kinnarps Office Furniture USA –

Here is the WORST moving firm EVER! I’ve moved a few times, but not had this kind of disgusting experience. The movers were unprofessional, smelled like alcohol and ruined my home and my items. They left holes at the home when they were carrying out the furniture and they said they’d return to repair it. All the furniture has been constructed back incorrectly.
The movement lasted twice the time that it should have continued and they have been doing everything quite gradually.
They didn’t provide me the discounts that they promised.
If you take very good care of your own stuff, DON’T employ this business, they’re HORRIBLE!!!

Wait for a 2-4 time period for the movers to arrive.  At 4pm I had to call since they hadn’t revealed yet.  Found out that they were still at a different job  and hadn’t actually finished loading that endeavor!  They showed up 3 hours late at 7pm.  Even though the 3 guys were fine and did load in a rather quick speed.  They didn’t get everything as it was so late and we needed to split down stroller, crib, etc.. .to help save some time.  They didn’t end until midnight.  We then tried to program again to find the rest of the things for two days afterwards.  They’re supposed to get there between 1-3pm.  The exact same thing occurred they didn’t reveal.  At the stage we pinpointed and have been eliminating the remainder by ourselves.  Horrible support from the corporation!  I’m for the guys since they’re more than scheduled and above worked!   The hourly fee was great, however they forgot to provide the military reduction that they stated they’d.  I’d have been simpler to just have compensated more. . .you get exactly what you cover in this instance. Milestone Movers quoted me a time period and speed that wasn’t communicated to the subcontractors they delivered to my property. They came 90 minutes early and we were all unprepared. Most disappointing is that the customer support, or lack thereof, that I obtained after contacting the business in their inability to convey and ensure appropriate charges with subcontractors that they employ. As a business, it must be their duty to be certain that any subcontractor knows the agreed upon speed and follow up whenever they’re overcharging their clients.

I needed a day off work and also they did not show. The Mover phoned me and said that his truck was pulled over and had been likely to be impounded. (they never said that they did not have a truck large enough, if the’d, I’d have hired somebody else) They billed extra for your next trip. They shipped me a three man team, just had a bad back and could not lift. They also took a smoke break between each huge item of furniture. They didn’t have sufficient blankets a lot of my furniture obtained ruined. They pulled my furniture onto the floor. They provided me 300 for obligations but that I never watched it, I ended up putting it straight in the bank. If you appreciate your time and sanity, then select somebody else to transfer your house hold products.

Were over 2 hours late. Then decided they did not need my company. Tried to phone the motorist to observe where they had been and that he hung me up.

I had been moving a bedroom place and a living area set plus two seats and a small kitchen table along with a huge curio to a 1 bedroom flat. Movers were ancient. Delivery within stipulated period….however, dining area table has been damaged upon removal by your truck.

They were plain clothed and showed up in an undercover truck that was moving. Since we needed to proceed that afternoon , we had no option except to continue the transfer.

Following 14.5 36 hours of teaching them about how best to load up the truck, seeing them harm our furniture, scrape our banister, knock out a hole in our wall, then shed our 36″ TV, shed our boxes while attempting to load them onto the hand bath, take smoke breaks, and hit loudly, and speak on their mobile phones, we’re at our wits end. Our move began at roughly 10am and didn’t finish before 12:30am that night. Part of the issue was that they attracted a truck which was more suitable to maneuver a 1 bedroom flat as opposed to a three bedroom house. The movers ensured that the truck could be sufficient, but if they realized they had a bigger truck, they failed to call their manager to have a bigger truck shipped out. They ended up having to make two trips, that tacked on two hours into our movement, and that, clearly, we had been billed for.

A movement that should have obtained 6-7 hours ended up taking over two times as long. We were billed $1536 for its whole period – untrained day laborers, smoke breaks, lunch breaks, broken furniture and all. We ceased payment instantly and also reported that our dissatisfaction and dissatisfaction to the organization along with Better Business Bureau fourteen days ago.

The business has yet to answer our criticism.
