So my transfer was a challenging one. I had a whole lot of things that me and my loved ones have gathered and I didn’t wish to downsize and I didn’t wish to trust our things to a lot of yahoos. I received a couple of quotations there was not a great deal of alternatives in our place for movers. I select Mid America since Mike was quite detailed with his quotation and addressed all of our concerns. Proceed came along with the team headed by Josh didn’t dissappoint. They were careful and required instruction from us on things which were delicate and needed special attention. I had been moving to some other state quite a long way away so I was quite picky in locating a good moving company I could trust with all my possessions. I came across middle America movers and opted to undergo them. This was a excellent choice! The movers were exceptionally professional and professional. I had a great deal of fragile and delicate items and that which was still in 1 piece once we came to my new house! And of course we came ahead of schedule! Mike also did a fantastic job going me and answered all of my questions that I had. I am quite shocked and pleased about how beneficial this business was.

Too many reasons to list why to not use this firm.
1. Rude & disrespectful support. Driver really argutive with heavy Russian accent. Argued with me and apt MGMT to push the a one-way back gate precisely the contrary manner. Argued and refused to ship brittle plastic containers which weren’t made for transport. . .then stated they were still charging me packaging charges by cubic feet because it was all inclusive packing. Cable denied many old torn boxes by using a great deal of tape to tape them up, and had the people today get older worn out boxes from the garbage bin to pack my own things. . .then contended with me that it had been waste of paper. . .eg. . .one litter box was a box to get a baby chair. Wasn’t flexible on pickup dates. . .driver required to pickup on memorial day instead of the following moment.
2. Under-estimated by $5,000s to produce a $10,000 project to a $15,000 job. They required estimated weight data established then from the contract shifted it to cubit ft and said a 26′ truck could more than match 13,000 pounds. . .movers showed up in a 72′ truck and conducted over one curve at the apt complex leaving heavy tire tracks and, a 26′ can’t lawfully load 13,000 pounds of load burden. Movers billed for additional 1,000 cubit ft (made me sign another contract to the 1,000 cubic feet, and threatened to leave if I didn’t sign it).
4. Movers packed boxes into 75-80percent capacity. Checked up on movers and detected that. Needed to tell the motorist to get them pack the boxes to power. Driver argued with me, and he slightly pushed onto a box also which dropped because of the emptiness
5. Left all light bulbs supporting using the garbage heap which also contained pieces of furniture that they shot apart screws, clothes, rug, various other miscellaneous items that might be easily packaged. Inadequate attention to detail.
6. Left items in the parking lot when departing. . .apt employees had to flag movers down to inform them to load the products.
7. Said motorcycle contained in motion quote. . .then billed extra $150 in the end. . .very rough together and even grabbed the plastic body framework to attempt to lift after I simply instructed to just use the back grip handles.
8. Wanted me to cover 60 percent deposit on pickup. Demands I cover with USPS tests for the Rest. Will only accept credit card should I register and form and provide them and photo copy of my credit card and driver’s license.
9. I feel this business operates under another name and scatter number too.
