Miami Movers For Less

I utilized these movers last weekend 3/24/12. Four guys showed up just a bit late and were quite friendly, effective and hard working. They took quite few fractures and worked quite difficult in two groups. I proceeded just 3 kilometers off, but it was a 4 bedroom house to a two story house and they did a wonderful job. I’d suggest them to anybody that has a significant job. There were a couple of scratches on a few bits, but nothing I was not expecting to take place.

My roommate and I contacted Proceed for Less after having a few firms on Google; the proprietor, Rey De Silva, phoned back and offered $75 a week for 3 guys and a flat cost of $37 for gasoline. He explained anything more than 3 hours will be billed at a half hour rate of $37.50 and delivered this quotation by email for example the date of this transfer. If asked why the company did not control a deposit, then Rey De Silva stated that it is difficult to find company and they do not charge deposits so that people will pick their firm. Superior enough. The afternoon before the transfer, we called the company to affirm and were asked when the movement has been about the 31st and also the 30th. After sorting out this, Rey stated that the new complete was likely to be 400. So why, when we had been quoted $262? Since we’d”altered the date” based on him and he may”not honour the quotation”. The director claims to have sent follow up emails (nothing obtained ) that corrected the quotation – does not actually make sense because he did not understand about the assumed date change before the day we talked, no? Do not use this business; you are in for a great deal of broken expectations and needing to book a previous minute UHAUL and do all yourself. I plan to post this adverse critique anyplace I locate. Now, allow me to tell you a unbeliebale narrative! I scheduled a transfer from ICON  High RIse Building at Miami/Brickell for this firm a week until I proceeded. I spoke to Frank Martino that had been initially very pleasant and supported my transfer through email. On the afternoon of my transfer they arrived, half an hour late and said that their truck had been too little, they had to receive a larger Truck. After two hours have passed I called Frank to learn where they’re, Frank was quite nasty on the telephone and advised me that this really is my fault that I must have told him that I’ve got a large one bedroom then they’d have attracted a larger truck, now they dont even have a larger truck accessible!!! This is definitely the most unprofessinal, undependable moving business I’ve every dealt with!!! I will sue them in tiny claims court to get the maximum permitted 5k.

I contracted”Proceed for Less” for my transfer in Miami, Florida to New York City that December/January. I had been given a first estimate of $700 for its ceremony. At the time that I was extremely particular on where the items could be delivered (UWS  NY, NY) along with the make-up of this building (3rd floor walk up in a converted city home). I wanted to be certain that I would not be radically uncharged on the rear end, or even more especially, once they’d my things. The salesperson, Mario Martinez, assured me that the quotation was true. I even went as far as to inform me I felt we will need to bring another $75 for the next flight of steps, since the quotation did not possess an ample coverage for this (bringing the total to $775).   My things have been picked up from my flat in Miami, Florida on Monday December 17th. Right from the beginning there was a slight problem, which was the sole problem, could have been easy to over look. The pickup was scheduled for 8am and the movers didn’t arrive before 10am. The actual problems began after it came time to send my things. Due to Christmas and New Years delivery, the two sides agreed to hold off distribution until January 3, 2013. On January 2nd, I called to get an upgrade to ascertain whether or not it would be delivered the next day. I talked to the dispatcher, Murat Gusalov, that advised me that not only was my things still in Florida, but in order for it to be delivered I would have to cover a $250 shuttle bill because it was currently within an 18 wheeler. (Please bear in mind that if it had been picked up, the movers put all of my things at a box truck.) I also would need to pay an extra $150 in stair charge’s. In summary he explained I wouldn’t have my things delivered unless I paid an extra $500, a 65% increase to the first estimate. Within the course of January 2nd, I talked and contended with Murat approximately 8 days. I moved as far as to call the NY DOT, mind of truck solutions, who advised me that no 18 wheelers were permitted on the island of Manhattan without appropriate documentation and some other licensed moving company ought to be aware of that. Just after personally linking Murat with the right office in NY DOT, did he really begrudgingly agree to provide my items on Saturday January 5th  (two seasons overdue ), with no $250 shuttle charge. He gave me a time slot of 9am-12pm. On Saturday the movers again arrived late in 1230pm, which could have been fine had I not already been so turned off from the support up to that stage. Upon arrival the shipping man said I would have to cover the $250 shuttle charge. I immediately and firmly clarified that has been outside of this question. Then he stepped in the building and said that I would need to pay a minimal 150 additional in”stair prices” because my construction had (1) a stoop outside 6 staircase, along with the 3 indoor flights of stairs needed turns them on, along with the quote just accounted for directly runs of 8 measures. He refused to carry my things off the truck before I made an additional $150. To outline I had been made to pay him the cash so as to receive my ancestral possessions back to me personally. To top things off the transferring firm sent two little guys, realizing full well that they had to take a sofa, boxes and a lot of different parts of wooden furniture up many flights of stairs. In the close of the day that I had been made to cover the extra $150 and assist the 2 movers take the couch up the stairs. The last straw was that the devastation of a piece of furniture. Upon unwrapping the social websites consol I shipped, I found that all of those 6 drawers were torn or broken off. I immediately emailed and called equally Murat and Mario, neither has responded.

They wrapped product professional and complete like it had been their furniture being transported.The price was ideal and while creating my appointment the team with communication and verifying my appointment was excellent. We spent two days arranging, organizing and agreeing for Move For Less to be a”backup program” if my new refrigerator would not match up my staircase. We had tried two or three days – unsuccessfully – to deliver a refrigerator up prior to and ended up having to ship it backagain. This time I wished to be well prepared with a strategy B by employing Proceed for Less to eliminate the old fridge and develop a new one throughout the next floor balcony. We obtained a written arrangement and even verified the deal to these to be on standby multiple occasions. On the afternoon of this transfer, brandsmart arrived and – as called – could not get the old refrigerator out, not as the newest one on. Therefore I called honest to let him understand. Following an hour maybe not hearing back, I called back again. He said”feel sorry that the owner does not wish to get it done.” That is it, they reneged in our whole arrangement, and also left me hanging with all the title – perhaps not even the amount – of somebody who”could get it done.” Now I am spending the greater portion of my Saturday calling for movers , meanwhile all of the food in my home is really bad since brandsmart disconnected the refrigerator and took it away already. Ridiculous. Do not conduct business with such people today!!

Inferior firm! Don’t opt for them. Most likely all of the fantastic reviews are written by the business itself. They arrived two hours late for our movement. And all of the stuff that they transferred showed signs of harm. And we had been in a hurry because we had a deadline to find the move completed and they didn’t appear to be in a hurry in any way. Likely since they earn more cash if they postpone. Complete ripoff. And they didn’t even complete the job. And they then hold things from the vehicle as ransom and need money till they complete the transfer. DO NOT GO FOR THIS COMPANY. They didn’t complete the job and we needed to employ another moving company to complete the remaining part of the move. I strongly suggest Lion van line movers (http://www.lionsmovers.c…). They’re professional are were just on time and got the job done in the quickest time possible.

I have received nothing but excellent expert support from this firm. I used them to maneuver my two bedroom home yesterday. They have been on time, professional and quick! This is my 4th time working with this company for transferring and ive been pleased everytime with their support and price. Every time there was another crew( all great ) Following yesterdays performnce I felt compelled to write  this review. They finished the project in 3 hours and the price was quite reasonable. I really gladly tipped the 3 men for a job well done. I’d reccomend them to anybody and I truly mean that.

I had to transfer my daughter out of the Miami area to Pennsylvania and has been contacted by Frank Martino of”Move For Less”. The estimated price was quite fair and he appeared to be specialist so that I signed up an agreement for them to execute the move. What a mistake. I flew to Miami to help my daughter and 2 weeks ahead of the movement confirmed with Frank that everthing was a move. The movers were scheduled to appear on Saturday at 9:00 am but they never showed up. I checked emails to detect that Frank had sent me an email at 6:00 pm the day prior to the transfer. In this email he said the firm had no trucks moving to PA and might not have the ability to assist me. He did not even have the courage to call me about this. This left me stranded in Florida and faking to locate an option over a holiday weekend. Yet another warning. This man originally represented a business known as”Professional exemptions” but it shifted into”Move For Less” at a certain stage after my first contact. This is a big red flag that I missed. Irrespective of the business name, if you are dealing with a person called Frank Martino, select Somebody Else.

I received my moving scheduled at 1pm, somebody called that they could not make it until 3:30pm, I called Mario the individual who I spoke to from the start and he said they’d be at 3pm… 4 pm nothing, called to primary 1-888 number and they gave me the shipment supervisor Franks he said he’ll send 3 guys… kept me waiting till 5:30pm, and they never revealed. Terrible overpowering experience, in addition to that now obviously the return of my deposit will not be the exact same.

They forgot to pack my own washer and drier even after I informed them the day before that it had to be packaged! So, I needed to invest more cash on them to go buy the brand new washer and drier. They did so on purpose to earn more cash, they understood it had to be transferred! They also place a bottle of bleach in addition to my bed spread, curtains and cushions so all of that has been destroyed! They did not even apologize or admit that my stuff was destroyed! Do not rely on them!

Move was scheduled somewhat late. I had a crisis and had to move immediately to my new job in San Diego. Spoke into Mario and following day men showed up to pack up my things and take it to some storage. They stated they didn’t have anything on this week but may have a truck on Tue.. Anyhow, they stated that delivery will require at least 10 business days. They made it to SD in Time and with No harm.

I have a client glass and window store in West Palm. I had a massive oder for among those office buildings in Puerto Rico. We had to pack up and send over 300 sheets of glass. I contacted Move For They ship 4 men who packaged and bubble wrapped all of my glass and packed it into a POD which was than taken to port of Fort Lauderdale and succesfully sent to San Juan!

Movers caused harm to construction and land April 24, Miami, Florida Arrived with truck also little; demanded greater than agreed upon cost on moving day; either their hands, feet or gear needed for a greasy oil that was abandoned on walls, flooring, furniture and carpeting. April 25, 2016 Jacksonville, Fl. – Crew was advised to not park on the yard; they dismissed and parked right up to front entrance. – The guys were disrespectful, didn’t follow instructions and threatened to not move objects up the staircase. – The guys slid furniture throughout the hardwood flooring. – When told that they couldn’t park on the yard as the leasing agreement specifically didn’t permit that; they left there anyhow. – – When advised to not break the elliptical machine around the timber stairway banister, they responded,”We proceed our manner, not the way.” The banister is currently ruined, chipped and chipped, and so loose is can’t able endure weight. – Grease and scrapes around the mid landing and dirt in entrance hall hardwood flooring. – Various scrapes & scratches on hardwood flooring, door frames and banister. – Corner of lace is trashed up. – Fragile box with arrow upwards place down sideways and upside-down. – Fragile boxes around the base of piles. – Scratch running round wood, center of dining room. – Plastic container split. – Filth and greasy grease left on gravity chair side table, things and stains through home. – Christmas, obviously tagged, decorations were all broken. – Hardwood in foot of mattress gouged by slipping mattress across.

When I originally booked the shifting agency, I had been really clear about the fact that my flat was on the second floor. Not just that, I also made it understood that my bedroom was on the second floor of the flat. I was quoted a price of $85 per hour. When the movers came, they explained that they were unaware that the flat was on another floor and that the price would be $95 per hour on account of the staircase. At that stage, I accepted just since they were already there and that I had my items moved. The things I’d moved were a bedroom place, 1 couch and loveseat, 1 television and stand, and about 30 small boxes. It took the two guys FIVE hours to maneuver these items. Forgive me, but it wasn’t a high number of things and I really can not know why it’d take workers that do so for a living so very long. Unless it had been done on purpose to control more money. Complete SCAM! My furniture has been held hostage at the very moment due to errors made my Carpets for less.
After entering my move-in date, then bringing the incorrect size truck to get my own furniture as well as mixing my furniture with someone else – that organization is holding my furniture hostage until I cover for an whole day of shifting that has been more costly compared to FLAT FEE that I WAS GUARANTEED and expected me to cover for two days of going. Found this moving business on google and they sent my things into some climate controlled storage from Miami Gardens. Everything went really well. They had been true gentleman. I am just one girl and having 4 men around my things is Somewhat frightening for mepersonally, but men treated me quite well and I didn’t feel uneasy a little

I must admit my expectations were surpassed by far. Men worked for nearly 8 hours at 85 degree heat. They even put my children playground together when we obtained from Coral Gables to Kendall. They didn’t even have a break for lunch although I provided them pizza. And I forgot to tell you – all of this on Sunday! I glad I did my research and discovered this moving business.

Fully furnished 6 bedroom house transfer from Coral Gables to Tampa. Everything went unbelievably well. 4 men with Igor function as chief. Will definitely hire if we’ll have to transfer anything again. I was amazed how cautious they handled our classic furniture sparing no protective stuff. Absolutely recommended

2. Marble figurines were crated
3. Piano and enormous protected were hoisted into another floor

What a fantastic service from begin to finish! 3 great men completely took control of my movement. I didn’t need to do anything! Yesterday 4 movers fully took over my transfer out of Aventura to Brickell. Moving into Jade is very complex. Business concierge needed to work out a great deal of paper work using a construction management and they did everything beforehand on the telephone. I didn’t need to do anything!
