This organization is based out of Florida. They reduced balled the binding contract. I gave them each thing moving. They said if I did this, there wouldn’t be any extra fees. They also told me that they have their own trucks. All overall lies. Sends a different firm to pick up and send the products. The business that arrived was from California, arrived a day late (I needed to give them a day window plus they overlooked both). Told my daughter she needed to sign the new contract and wouldn’t charge her when she went and purchased a box of packaging tape. She needed to think of an additional $1000 plus they stated they would not move her. Plus then they kept hugging my girl. (completely unprofessional) I talked to the business at Florida and they stated no worries, even if there isn’t any additional they’d gibe me back my cash. No occurred yet and I mail and they said she’d additional along with the idiots do not even check the initial contract into the new one along with the listing of transferred items. Don’t rely on them. They just lie about what. They’re contractors and do not care, however, lie around everything.

I had a dreadful experience using their customer support section. I asked to used around 30 days of free storage however they told my partner that keep your belongings in storage for 30 days irrespective of if you require it. They wouldn’t schedule delivery once I called. They said,”they’d call me if a truck had been passing through my manner”. 2.5 months afterwards, they phoned me on a Wednesday night at 8pm and stated they’d send my stuff in 10am Thursday. I needed to travel from out of country to make that appointment.
I told them several times, the shipping group needed to pass a background check in the army gate. They didn’t listen. 1 man was able to get on Post and it took him over 6 hours to purge my things by himself. Per his words, it ought to have taken 3 hours. From Monday, after several tries on the telephone, Gabby (client support supervisor ) finally replied. She informed me it’s still being examined. Now, I believe I have dropped $6,000 due to their lack of communicating. I reported this issue into Better Business Bureau Monday night and emailed Gabby that the morning after. On Tuesday afternoon, I got an email back stating I won’t receive any money back since I didn’t cancel inside their cancelation window of 48 hours. What?? The entire company understood who I was that that I wished to cancel the movement and don’t have anything to do with them anymore, nobody has been accepting my own cancelation. They didn’t provide me some support and wished to maintain my deposit. That is unfair to customers, they need to not be let in this company when their objective is to rip off people. I can understand keeping 10 percent or anything for their difficulty but I can not know the way that it’s reasonable to maintain $6,000. This group of individuals are untrue and unprofessional. I Wouldn’t use this moving business for the following reasons:

1. Unethical charging practices. They more than doubled the shifting price as soon as they loaded the vehicle.
2. They subcontract movers that they really work with for telling you.
3. The don’t return telephone calls or email.
4. Their customer support is really a joke.
5. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET THE EXPERIENCE.

Moved my 3 bedroom house in St. Paul down to Houston. The procedure was straightforward which is just what I paid for. The new quote could now be 6807.51. Currently we had been 1 day prior to proceeding. We were reluctant to take this new level and as we had been going on a restricted budget. We were planning to cancel the movement right now, however we were inside Merit’s 48 hr cancellation policy.Todd informed me that he had been doing his very best to give us the very best deal he would and that we would probably have no more fees According to what he said we elected to cover an extra $700 deposit. I STRONGLY suggest to proceed with a few real moving businesses that these agents. These businesses won’t have any workplace or anything only a telephone discussions, they’re not genuine movers. They’re only agents.

On 8/9/2019 I compensated for Long Distance Transfer from Bridgeport CT into Macon GA

Payment went into Merit Transferring and Century Moving. I had been over charged $318 for solutions which has been agreed upon this Merit Transferring would divide the price ($159 per ) due to more billed packaging materials which weren’t utilized during my transfer. The payment has been made to Century Transferring (motorists ).
