This firm guaranteed us to move us from Enfield, CT into Dallas, Texas. . They worked with a few firm name MD Transpotation. They requested us from 6000$ for complete move but after chose our things they said no you need to cover 9000$. We agreed on that since they had our things. Safe n safe van lines promised us to transfer our belongings within 3 months but they did not delivered until 3 weeks. .

Whenever I phoned them either they never chose my telephone or inform me we’ll call you guys back. .

After phoning them several times they stated MD Transpotation assume to send your stuff maybe not us so talk to them. . I started calling to Guys title Ron or Ronnie and Michelle. . So they needed 3000$ more and began threatening us that if we won’t give them money they’ll throw our belongings so no choice left so that we gave them additional money. . However, the worst part is that they simply delivered half or my things. As soon as I tried to get them they blocked us so we end up paying 11000$ but half of my things not considered. .

So please dont employ safe n secure van or md Transpotation. . Highly unprofessional men and women.

If you are considering working with this business, DON’T!! Just Do not, I cannot even start to state how much you will regret doing business together. They are absolute gangsters that will require additional cash, maintain your belongings hostage, require payment prior to shipping, crush half of your property and then dump the remainder and refuse to send it.
They just don’t care in any way, and regrettably the business is very poorly controlled and also they can do a lot of the material with impunity.
Spare yourself the hassle of needing to manage these genuinely evil people and operate a mile in case anybody proposes utilizing World Green Mover, or even MD Transportation Group or even Mamadou Diallo, or anyone related to this business, they are genuinely heinous human beings that are interested only in how much money they could extort from you personally.

This business was granted my transfer from an agent. They arrived and picked up my possessions within two weeks back on August 7 and 6. Took my things and place it in storage and then told me it was going to cost me much more than that which the agent (Safe and Secure Van Lines) had me sign a contract for. They were assumed to package. Their version of package was supposed to shoot some plastic wrap and place it around my furniture, etc.. Thew stuff to boxes, didn’t label the boxes. Took our mattress covers and utilized them on TV’s. Ruining the mattress covers. Since August 7, 2019 our possessions still haven’t been fully delivered! It’s now October 10. This despite being guaranteed delivery several times.

They’re extremely inconsistent with their own communication. They tell me among the drivers will be choosing the remainder of the things up and delivering on a particular day. The afternoon comes and goes without a further communication. Then they offer you a brief email stating that a third party firm was supposed to pick up it however they canceled do to this or that? Initially their driver as I mentioned earlier. The narrative constantly changes why the remainder of my stuff isn’t being delivered.

My first delivery wasn’t made until 6 months following the pick afternoon. Excuse for not getting everything was that their wasn’t enough space on the vehicle? They had the material for 6 months and they didn’t understand just how much space they wanted? They claim they only have about 20 percent of the things left, which is quite inaccurate. My wife hasn’t had some of her clothing since Aug. 7. Thus, not able to locate work and return to work. No concern to this business!! But they do need their payment or nothing else is going to be transferred.

I’ve told them, over once, to give me the place and I will complete the trip myself. Just to be told that I will be not able to do so for a range of factors. I have never been provided any compensation because of such a late delivery despite me bringing this up. Rather I’m being advised to have my cash and send to them to keep my move. Maintaining what’s a minimum closing payment for time of fall off.

Following the partial delivery happened I had been told I’d have the remainder prior to the conclusion of the week. NO DELIVERY or communicating. Informed it could be delivered the next Tuesday/Wednesday, NO shipping! Then informed it could be picked up the next Tuesday Evening or even Wednesday. No sign of this being picked up? Promised delivery by end of week that I would state is today, Thursday, Oct 10 or even Friday, Oct.11. No sign that’s on its way, therefore quite improbable at this moment. Obviously when you attempt to contact the business, you receive no answer!

In addition to this what’s shown up so far has been ruined! Miss managed rather than packed correctly!!

Long from above it appears. In case you’ve got a choice, be quite selective and comprehensive in your hunt for a rebuttal moving firm!! I made this error by assigning a broker my movement (not knowing that they had been a broker) and consequently having no controller who had been delegated the transfer.

Don’t use a broker for your relocation.

Under no circumstance permit your agent to assign MDTG.

My story will be exactly the same as the others with the exception which I discovered where my items have been saved from the town in which the transfer originated and forced 2 UHaul trips myself into at least recover my great. MDTG provided a complete refund within an email to get the portion of the transfer they didn’t finish. No payment was received. We’ve got a little claims court date in mid-March for about $9720. I also have filed complaints from their liscenses using the DOT and BBB.

Just say NO to MDTG or WGM
