    Long-distance move from Austin, TX
    Absolute scam

I am unsure how this”company” of individuals have never been closed down yet. . My parents chose to proceed o nation and discovered that this”business”. They predicted, had the date set, quotation finalized, and deposit delivered. 1 week ahead of their shifting date, MC Movers known as to push back the time. This at least felt like a verification for my older parents. But, come moving date, that they never reveal. . My father was the one connected with them, in order he predicted, he found out they blocked his own number. Then they call on my mum’s phone and they reply stating a truck is coming. . A truck never came. If they called back, they blocked my mother’s phone today. Now , I call on my telephone and they clarify how theyre working on obtaining a truck and are there withon the following moment. . No truck ever showed up and they had been made to find other movers final minute. I really don’t understand how individuals could scam an older couple and sleep soundly at night. . The absolute worst scum in the world. Beware of the scam.

    Disgusted

Do NOT employ MC Movers!! Upon going from VA into WA, my husband and I needed to employ movers for this particular cross country excursion. As he’s active duty army we couldn’t do the move ourselves. We had been guaranteed a 24 window where we’d be advised that the movers will be there to pick up our items. We never received a telephone and with my trip being in under 24 hours we phoned them to find out what was happening. We had been told that the movers were really in their way and they are not certain why we weren’t educated.
When the movers came they weren’t in a MC MOVER truck, however a”Ryder” truck. They weren’t dressed in pajamas or whatever you’d anticipate professional movers to maintain. I had been home alone with my toddler and they had been making inappropriate remarks and inquiring if I had been home alone. I called my buddy to come over since I didn’t feel comfy. After loading the vehicle, the driver advised me that I had to pay him an extra $150 at CASH charges for them to carry my items. Money which I didn’t have nor was I advised of at any given stage. It was 1am and my kid had been sleeping, he explained he was not leaving my home till I paid him the money.l so that I’d better figure it out. The office was shut and there was no one that I could attain concerning this situation. He agreed to return in the afternoon to collect the cash since they would be remaining at a nearby hotel for the evening. Fast forward… OVER TWO MONTHS LATER and we’ve yet to get in touch with ANYONE out of MC MOVERS concerning delivery of our home products. We’ve been living out of suitcases for far within the allotted 21 day shipping window. We’ve left messages, sent mails, registered complaints, consulted with attorneys…. Nothing. $2,000 of our cash and all of our items are in their possession and they refuse to talk to us. Not one of our garments, furniture, my kid’s medical gear. . .none of it’s been returned to us. My private cell number was blocked out of calling the primary point and I am completely blindsided by this corporation.

Save yourself the time, money, and anxiety and proceed with a more reputable firm!!!!

    STAY AWAY from MC Movers!!!

I’ve full complaints from MC Movers together with the BBB along with the DOT. That is a criminal association. The”Great” testimonials are fake. Just take a good look at their elaborate site. It is sham using a Photo Shopped image of a moving truck (Maybe you have noticed a MC Moving truck in actual life? No you haven’t!) Their Facebook and Twitter links go nowhere. I wish I’d been more diligent in exploring this business until I paid the residue. MC Movers has been hired to transfer our company from California into Nevada. The sales rep gave me a quotation on the telephone. He requested me to explain in detail each of the things to be transferred, together with dimensions. I did this and he mailed me the itemized record which seemed true and lent me 8900. Included an estimate using a binding contract to get pickup on September 12, 2019. I signed up the contract and also provided that a $2200 deposit in the shape of a test. A couple of days prior to the transfer date I had been advised that they wouldn’t have the ability to transfer us before Saturday, September 14, 2019. I told them that this was unacceptable and they told.me that they wouldn’t be coming to the date mentioned in the contract and I wouldn’t receive my deposit down. I had been told they’d be in our place of business between 9am and 12pm. The driver didn’t arrive till after 2pm on Saturday September 14, 2019. The driver came with a truck partly filled. He came to our store and instantly said that there were a lot of products. They wouldn’t fit inside their truck. He’d require another truck and also the cost was no more $8900. It might be $21,000 to perform the transfer. He also showed him the contract along with also the contained record, but he didn’t admit it. He only we on and on about how much more it might cost. We pointed into the speech at the binding contract. He had been uninterested. We shipped him away since we think they broke their contract and so were no more functioning in good faith. I called the customer support representative and informed him exactly what had transpired. I asked for the deposit to be returned since they broke out the binding contract we’d entered into. He explained that we struck the deal by simply sending the driver away and we wouldn’t be getting back our deposit. I also have tried calling their customer support department but I am constantly told they aren’t offered.

Got the scam down to an art!

MC Movers LLC consented to transfer my home products from California to Texas for its fair cost of $4,800. My second best quotation was $6,800 from Upline therefore that I took the more affordable choice. You get what you pay for. I had been warned do not trust a business that required a sizable deposit and MC Movers LLC acquired their hands in my $2k which they left me deliver a check to some completely different named firm. Once they get your cash you won’t hear from them. I emailed many times at the 5 days leading up to the pickup date with no answer. The afternoon prior to the window I had been frantically calling the number on their website and the individual at the other end kept picking up the telephone without answering then placing it down. They’ve now blocked my number. I emailed to cancel my order and receive a refund and Charles Ryan just known as my to tell me it had been his fault but I can’t get my $2k back and wouldn’t accept that the pickup was cancelled even though the van never came. I now must go via small promises to receive my cash back. In case you have any questions, try calling their support line for your self and see whether they reply. They’re also fraudulently with the name of a valid MC Movers in Mountain View, California. Total scam artists. No idea how they sleep through the night.

    Long-distance move from Vancouver, WA
    A Living Nightmare

Don’t employ this provider. We hired them to maneuver our house out of Vancouver, Washington to Asheville, North Carolina. By the time they began packing the truck, the price keep creeping upward and eventually they hauled away out things and told us they would get back to us together with the final price. They had all of our possessions and billed us nearly $5000 more than initially agreed upon in order to send it – the transfer ended up costing us over $15,000, when we had two additional estimates from respectable businesses that were significantly less than MCM ended up breaking up, but marginally higher than the initial quotation from MCM. When they did send our truck, matters were terribly ruined, and also a few valuable things were completely lost. And did I said that it took them a few WEEKS to send it? They had been so late that we ended up becoming our items 24 days when they left our house in WA. This is the most dreadful experience that still causes my husband and I fear once we consider what we lost and also the cash that we squandered. It turned out to be a real nightmare. And they’re not possible to get ahold of… that I really could go on and on. Do not do it.

    MC Movers LLC

I had a three bedroom home move including big heavy furniture. The movers arrived on time and also made me feel quite comfortable with the manner work. In the close of the afternoon, just a dresser got scraped but also the insurance carrier paid for it with no difficulty. I truly enjoyed these guys and now they are on very top of the list when considering moving.
