These guys were amazing, they transferred me out of DC to Rockville. They’re professional, considerate, and hardworking. All of my possessions were transported with no harm. This is the 1st time I used this shifting team and very happy of how great they are. They were extremely efficient and quick, got the entire job done in about 5 hours, including the drive. They even removed a lot of furniture I was not going together and took it into the dumpsters. Both were considerate, knowledgeable and trustworthy. To begin with , we had asked all of new boxes.  I had been quite firm about this and’d stated that we knew it would be more expensive.  They showed up on day of transfer with all used boxes, attempting to persuade us to utilize the boxes that were used.  We demanded that they supply the brand new boxes as from the contract.  Then they needed to go out and purchase the boxes, which postponed them beginning to package us. They broke curved china cabinet glass.  They informed us they’d replace the glass.  After several phone calls and also e-mails we’ve still not received back the china cupboard nor got any compensation for this.  They always would say they’d return to us concerning the busted glass.  Numerous calls stating they’re replacing the glass; now there’s been a miscommunication with our glass individual; today it’s too difficult to replace, we’ll only work out a reasonable reimbursement.  1 year after and their average reimbursement for a classic china cabinet is 50.   Don’t trust that they will appear with appropriate supplies or cover you for things they violate.
