Lowlife penalizes business!! Sh*tluggage! Attempted to make contact with the organization and all we had was a voicemail! Lowlife scamming company! I am gonna push to NJ to the address recorded. Gont put the record right in man. If you’re a part of the company, be on your very best interest to stop!

I’d like to and above that my items will arrive in a few days, eventually came 1 month afterwards. I had been assured a refund of a part of their security deposit following the quote shifted, and still have not received it. Filed a complaint with the Better business agency and the organization stated they wouldn’t grant the refund till I cheated my criticism. Terrible customer support. This firm did nothing but lie and make claims they could not keep. Just after your cash.

RUN! Locate another moving company! Don’t use this business, you will repent it! READ reviews about this business on the internet! Should they move you, then you may repent it! Broken large screen TVs, missing, stolen possessions. . .please read the testimonials! Map Systems are NOT a moving business! They’re BROKERS! They’d NO PROBLEM lying to me repeatedly on the telephone to receive my credit card along with a deposit of $1350 for services not rendered. . .which they haven’t given me back. Seth in the firm CALLED ME after obtaining my phone# from a firm who offered my information that I was searching for a mover. On 11-11-16 Seth said he would move me the following day at 9am (11-12-16) from MI to TN. He said that I could pay w/a charge card once I got to TN. He explained that the moving van that was likely to appear to move me in the afternoon could state Map Systems onto it. A few hours after a motorist phoned me to validate my movement & asked how I was planning to cover. I advised him w/a charge card & I asked him what was likely to be the title on the moving truck & he advised me Budget. . (NOT Map Systems). He wrapped up. He called me back 10 minutes later & explained he wouldn’t take a charge card, only a money order from a particular office. I instantly called Map Systems nevertheless they were shut…I did leave a message. All these individuals have NO PROBLEM lying to clients or the lender. . .over & over again. They’ll take your money and not supply any solutions. Plus they will not give you your cash back & they will lie to the lender when you attempt to bill them back. They didn’t appear to transfer me the following day & will not return my money. It probably was a boon that they did not move me because at least my possessions remain in my possession and never ruined. Allied ended moving up & they stated NEVER ever offer a moving business a deposit, so that reputable businesses won’t ask for cash up front! I didn’t need to pay ANY money $ till they got me into my new residence in TN. And this is a 5 bedroom home, not a little load. Map Systems are a devious dishonest boiler room operation taking your own $ & handing out your relocation to devious movers who’d never be hired differently. RUN! Telephone a well-known reputable firm or you may REGRET IT! My pain & reduction is here to assist you to avert a gloomy heartbreaking mistake!

They’re, undoubtedly, the worst business I’ve ever dealt with. Really, the moniker”too good to be true” rings loudly here. You definitely get what you pay for together, and it can be a horrible, stressful experience. My things have been picked up two weeks late (although I paid extra to get an specific date pick-up), and so were sent seven days late. The gap between my initial quote and exactly what I ended up paying was over $1,500. MAP Systems not merely have the worst customer experience I’ve ever noticed, but in addition they nickel and dime their customers. This company just cares about money in their pocket, not the client.

Horrible support! A day late for pickup. Shipping has been the worst. They chose up my furniture using a Penskys truck. They provide my furniture at a semi truck. They included an additional 1500.00 bucks at fall off. The truck wouldn’t come in the flat area. I needed to rent a Uhaul. They put my items about the UHaul. Then they had been threw. Next, I needed to employ additional movers, to unload.They ruined my large position lamp, sofa table, the sofa color was legs and hurt. They didn’t wrap the sofa, a brand-new couch. In addition they, took my side by side fridge apart, they wreck the doors, things the interior of the fridge with travel bags and parts were lost. The dining room table has been taken aside, the screws were lost. My huge screen TV never left it. They are saying, ” I get it. They’re liars. I am quite hurt. I’ve lost a lot, and my cash. . . I pray submitting a promise HELPS..SPECIAL NOTE..DO NOT USE THERE STORAGE. YOUR THINGS WILL LEAVE ARKANSAS AND BE STORE IN CHICAGO.

Never again! Showed up at 1pm. A motorist and a single helper. At pickup motorist produced a”listing” of family things that we hadn’t seen previously reviewed and represented only 2/3rds of the home products. Refused to transfer staying things unless we paid an extra $5000!! We spent 3 hours on call using Map Systems and also the builder”Better Rate Movers” (HAH! ) ) . We had been going 100 kilometers, so after a few hours discovered a lease (not simple on the previous day of this month and just before the 4th of July weekend) 10′ truck and had to make three round trips throughout the night to find those things moved that they wouldn’t take. Pickup took 22 HOURS! Loaded our objects at the dark. Needed to use their mobile phones to determine at the vehicle. Just had centre of truck to package our things –even though Map Systems telling us we’d have a complete truck.
Had ordered to get decorations and TV’s boxed –incorrect — wrapped marginally but laid out from the moist overnight waiting loading. When becoming truck driver told me that they were working constantly for 3 complete days and was instructed to move directly to some other job after December.

Shipping was nearly as poor –presumed to be July 6th, subsequently told they’d”30 days” to provide. After several calls, advised they’d send July seven….then advised that the’truck broke down’; afterward advised July 8th-but truck not mended, then July 9th told from the contractor that their’dispatch employees don’t operate on Saturday — to phone back Sunday to receive a date for delivery sometime during the next week. Arrived at a Penske truck, at 5 pm on Saturday night. We had relatives on hand the 7th and 8th although unable about the 9th, therefore….we unwrapped all, folded blankets and accumulated garbage so that we did not need to devote the following 22 hours on delivery. Left at 1:30 am!
We’ve undergone lots of contract movements as time passes and this undoubtedly was certainly the worst. Terrible advice up front, insufficient responses by customer support during and harm to our own furniture from the movers. Definitely wouldn’t suggest Map Systems or Better Rate Movers to anybody ever. 1 star is the over-rating.

My parents booked them for July 23rd….they were assumed to get there between 1pm-3pm. They didnt arrive till 7 pm! They left at 11pm and STILL werent stopped loading. They promised to return at 5 am and didnt reveal till 6:30 am. My family has been assumed to hit the road early and got postponed due to these. Oh. . .and their first quotation was $3600.00. They told me it was likely to cost more than 5000 to get a couple of added things, and so forth. (Their notion of crating would be to scotch tape a sheet of cardboard on a single side of a product ). They drove the vehicle into a different place about an hour off, and moved it to a different truck….why do you do this??? They came several days afterwards and transferred everything into storage. It sat untouched for 1 month while my parents appeared to close in their home. We started unloading a number of those smaller things weekly back, to locate damage and scrapes on a few products. 3 weeks ago we let a u-haul to eliminate all of the heavy boxes and items left in storage. Over and above, we kept discovering deep and scrapes chips in their lovely furniture. Many things thus far are not missing. The just one thing they left wrapped in furniture and cardboard pads was a result piece into a wall component. As my father and boyfriend transported it to the home, they discovered rattling. They stood up it and slowly removed the pads. . .SHATTER….shards and broken pieces of glass everywhere. They attempted to cover up this by leaving it wrapped….like nobody was likely to view it? They’re still going through every thing in order that they could send a listing and images if they document a claim. Of couse Map Systems isn’t good about coming calls, and also this poor moving business….Victory Moving and Storage t return calls whatsoever. Should they dont settle this, legal action is going to be taken. Would NEVER recommend both of those firms….they are all about ripping off you and destroying/stealing your premises.
