Lytle’s Transfer & Storage

I contacted the owner of the business as a consequence of a referral by a friend. My telephonic communication over a span of weeks led me to think this person was fair and reliable. I then learned otherwise when my efforts to solicit help together with the denial of a injury claim from Atlas Van Lines,  was unsuccessful. Calls Weren’t returned as promised.   It was just following my Google search of this firm did I understand that Lytle Transport is really an Agent of Atlas Van Lines. The proprietor also failed to inform me that as a broker, he had been completely conscious of Atlas’ policies, especially it has damage claim coverages.

80-90percent of the furniture has been dinged scraped or chipped broken in some manner. Instead of packaging dressers with clothes indoors, they packaged all things in oversize boxes – in spite of the fact that we asked outright when they were planning to transfer them together with the materials inside. Meanwhile some matters which were requested to be re-packed weren’t. Virtually everything was packaged with oversized boxes which made unpacking really hard. Packing stuff were overused oftentimes, and yet not enough in other people – computers were packaged with very little padding whatsoever and in boxes together with many different objects, nevertheless a nail clipper was wrapped using 3 pieces of paper for instance. After the truck has been loaded, it had been left immediately without locks onto the vehicle doors. Heavy things were piled in addition to fragile items that caused breakage. The entire home was once scheduled to take 4 times that was absurd – that they were largely completed in 2 weeks, and could’ve easily done it in two when they had not wasted a long time draining the contents of each dresser from the home – that, to be noticed – signifies that three weeks after the transfer we still can’t find things since they weren’t tagged correctly.
On arrival in the destination, the men unloaded a sizable quantity of the home on the driveway and yard because allegedly there was a discrepancy between the driver and the dispatcher.
And lastly, it took more than 2 months to find the boxes picked up following to phone over and over again to have it done. The quantity of boxes that they used was carrying up 1/4 of the garage and has been a massive inconvenience.
We’ve had much better luck with additional Atlas movers at years past which was a large disappointment.
