We had been going our daughter out of Columbia MD to Baltimore. They advised me that they billed by the hour afterward took stairs rather than elevator, carrying more hours. They claimed they could not locate the area and billed for that additional moment. They demanded payment  until they drifted and the invoice was nearly twice the initial estimate of $500. After we questioned this the movers endangered to place the furniture in storage until we payed. We informed them we’d pay but wished to explore the disparity between the quote and the final price. They refused and proceeded to require payment or they wouldn’t violate our possessions. When we phoned the company to wonder that this they kept putting us on hold, then wrapped us up. The movers eventually took 300 off the price tag. We compensated their price.The movers subsequently unloaded the vehicle and left with a third of their furniture on the road and abandoned. A tear off. We cannot suggest them.

Lyon & Movers were all fantastic! I had a good deal of items to be transferred and did not believe everything could be managed in just 1 day. They came early and managed all execptionally well! The employees were very tender with my things and made sure that they did not break anything. I’ve little door openings, where they didn’t bump any one of the partitions. I couldn’t have asked for a much better moving business!

Lyon & Movers was quite professional. They came on time and was prepared to start. They packed everything securely in boxes and secure my furniture. I had NO issues. . .all my things are sent to my new address in excellent condition. In addition they unpacked and put all in their preferred place. Lyon & Movers didn’t dash nor did they endure about wasting time. I couldn’t have chosen a much better business to move my loved ones.
