Luxury Van Lines supplied a pressure free moving experience. They’ve remained considerate and professional during this movement. I’ve had several moving encounters which were below average before this one. Luxury Van Lines took their roles very seriously and done above and beyond in areas that they were not needed to. Seeing them display this amount of work at a move was reassuring. Our possessions were transported closely and undamaged. These movers are as classy as it gets! I recommend them wholeheartedly!

Were moving out of NJ to WA. Received a lot of telephone calls but one stood out the most, Rich out of Luxury Van Lines. He had been extremely helpful supplying me a precise quote and the team delivered was amazing. Brian and his helpers wrapped the furniture really nicely and did not even charge for additional bubble wrap.
I strongly suggest Luxury Van Lines to anybody whip needs a smooth movement. .

My family had to relocate for work from NJ to CA. Many firms called me and provided quotes on the telephone costs were as low as 2400 and as large as 7000 buck. Costs were distinct which frightened me after reading several reviews that says firms were charging more about the afternoon of the play, but high-end’s salesman (Al) asked me whether I would feel comfortable to get them send a person to check out my home and offer me a cost that was the sole business to do this, ” he clarified that firms are famous for providing un-accurate quotes on the telephone, nobody knows just how large my furniture would be unless they view it. Al arrived on a sundaythat he had been considerate and fair. Described me everything using cubic feet and how businesses give low quotes and increase the cost on the day of their transfer. His cost was fair and the services have been fantastic. Fourteen days following Al’s trip, a team of 4 guys showed up eager to do the job. They did not discuss anything with us b/c Al did this and we signed the newspaper with him weeks earlier. I’d strongly suggest them because of their attempt to send a person to my property, and frankly and their solutions was great to pickup and delivery that there were zero issues.

This is our first time working with this business they were simply lovely. They moved fast but carefully with all our stuff. We requested for additional support they were joyful and beneficial to ease us with things out. I was vey glad that we utilized Luxury Van Lines.

Since the owner of an antique store, it’s safe to say I really get a little nervous as it comes to shifting my products..All these nerves have been set at ease after I called Luxury…They set me at ease, explained exactly how they’d transfer my valuables, also done their occupation as advertised…I’m pleasantly surprised and happy (that is quite difficult for me personally to buy ). . I’ll be certainly phoning them to transfer my products to my Summer occasion…that I would recommend this organization and really need to among my buddies already..Good all around support!

I was given a quote based on stock to be transferred, but on moving day that the price has been doubled.  The movers were overdue.  Was advised to provide date I needed possessions, was advised that there had been a seven day shipping window, once I phoned after the seven days, I had been told that there was a 14 day shipping window, Then I had been told that there was a 21 day pub.  Nothing in the contract approximately 21 days.  Shipping was created on Saturday, not a business day, and that’s how delivery period has been counted. 1 part of kitchen bowl was broken, didn’t get pliers to mattress, recorded on stock, but maybe not with possessions. Totes were bent and dirty, maybe not the way that they were chosen up.nobody can give me a direct answer, I’d advise all to test before hiring them. They asked my small business.

They anticipated my transfer to be approximately $1600 when all done and said it was 3500. I don’t understand how they could get from 1 quote to the last price once I went over everything on the telephone together.  After they picked up my things I was always told it would be 3-5 times after which it was 14 days (10 business days). After all done and said the movement was overall great, but they dropped a bit of my mattress and it’s still not discovered. If you call for assistance, you don’t have where and nobody wishes to help in any way. Customer support isn’t very good in any way. They never call you straight back and you need to chase them around. If I knew it was going to charge that much I would have definitely went any where else.

This company is unethical. They gave us a quote of 1400 and subsequently charged us 2100 although we did not bring additional stuff. We DIDN’T have a desk and a book shelf and instead took a couple added boxes. Taking a peek in their quotes, they manner underestimated the quantities of simple, regular furniture pieces. They have to deal with angry clients all of the time should they quote that badly.

After contending for hours and talking down the cost somewhat, they handily threw into a”long haul” charge. They maintained that they needed to take the boxes a very long approach into the truck, and that can be accurate, since they would not pull all of the way up the drive! The driveway extends right up into the front door. The extended haul fee brought back the price to $2100.

Next time I will use another service… one operate fairly and honestly. Expect a 40 percent markup within your quote.

Very poor experience all around, came punctually but overcharged us by at least 1200. Said that we did not know what they we are saying if they said something different. Quite rude on the telephone when attempting to get upgrades on our belongings, really yelled and demanded we quit calling them. Many things were broken including a classic, one of a kind dining table purchased by my late night, which was divided nearly in half, they then blamed the movers, which they chased themselves.

Had a locked in price on May 2012 for 1200 bucks. We paid 100 bucks deposit.We transferred from NY To FL. In august. It was on a Tuesday and we had all installed nicely in advance.They’d our stock list in may.We offered the appliances into our landlord therefore that he did not need to substitute them that reduced our stock a lot.The movers showed up and refused to move our belongings unless we paid the following 800 bucks. We needed to do it since our home has been leased for this weekend and everything was paid for in FL. Plus pet-friendly hotels along the way.We came Saturday when they guaranteed to be there. We spoke to the firm Friday that they said everything was put. We did not see or hear from anybody until Tuesday. Much more cash on resorts and needed to leave half of our possessions behind since they understood they had us between a rock and a hard location. Not pleased.

Don’t beleiev these men, no matter what. They shot my thing, which will be about 2000 pounds, after carrying it, they’ll lie to you: it’s 3400 pounds, you have to pay more, in addition to the price for the man who load/unload stuff, this is BS since I recorderd the dialogue and asked them all of the potential price, but as soon as they have your belongings, they will undermine you and jack up cost.
1). Never use the cheapest bid.
2). Always insist that a tour of your furniture, no tour, no offer.
3). Constantly ask them to bill you according to weight, if predicated on quantity, they could mae your substance fill up 56,000 cubic ft.
4). With their consent, record the dialogue and inquire about all price upfront.
5). Most significant, hunt online extensively on your moving business, these located in Jersey City can be quite catchy, and they utilize prohibited Africans to unload your things!

I received a quotation, also insisted that I record the dialogue, and repeatedly told them (informed the listing ) they need to disclose all probable fees. Also bear in mind that authorities don’t want tob be more involed, any whine to FTC, Police in Jersey City or anything else will not work, and such thieves understand quite well. They also employ prohibited Africans and they could even steal your belongings, and of course their roughness and poor disposition.
You need to hire business unless these are accurate.
1). They bill according to weight, not quantity, as quantity is too bleak.
2). They have to agree to a onsite visit, you shouldn’t forget this.
3). They need to consent to tare the truck prior to and after choosing your own stuff. Examine the place for closest Cat scale (catscale.com), and let them know you’ll be current. When there’s additional cost ($10, $20), agree to cover that. When the weight is got, insist that you only pay according to that.
4). In the end, go to google and search for this provider broadly to check for previous complains.
5). Avoid businesses located in Jersey City, Newark, etc.. Another thing to note even some individuals may have great experiece with United Van Line, they frequently outsourced the support to local partners, that are generally crooks!
6). Take note that this company is famous for underestimate the burden, also make certain all precious things, you need to transfer them yourself to protect against any theft!

What happened was (and I’m convinced they do so to everybody!!!) They under estimated our quoat and gave us a sensible price to start with so that they were suppose to pick up on a Friday a time when I’d have been there to over see my item being taken they arrived three days late and about the day they really came they were 3 hours late!!! It was upsetting to say the least and my husband and I needed to leave this sat the afternoon following the first day that they were suppose to be there and we could not stick into the Monday so that my uncle and small brothers 13 and 10 were the only ones to this may be there I also asked them several times when the cost would change if I needed a couple more things the girl assured me that the prise on the quotation would remain the same she even said I had space for longer thing so it would not impact the purchase price whatsoever so that they take my items and I dont here from them for days they say that they want half prior to bringing so im on those ppl trying to cover the half of what they stated it was likely to be and then I speak to the proprietor and hes telling me that all of a sudden I gotta cover 1200 bucks over the initial cost only imagine I terror I believed hearing that it was awful I had been quite upset they desired 1200 more since I had a couple added items a little beaurau plus a mild metallic rack along with a little toddler bed plastic head you that it increased it 1200 bucks how on earth is that worth a second 1200 bucks worth of space or work?!! In addition to the lady told be it would not increase the cost so yeah basically if I needed my things back I needed to cover all of the cash up alongside them until they took off my things also the proprietor does not care for those who have complaints or concerns hes more worried about the following person that he can SCAM therefore please be warned concerning this horrible firm do the study that is a massive mistake I left in the first place I’d thought I looked up it but when I’d based on the others testimonials I would never had believed them! Additionally the sales rep girl lied to me and advised me it went by weight but the truth is it extends by cubic feet!! They under estimate the cubit feet to make it resemble a fantastic price! I am aware this is super long  but its great to know the truth prior to placing your valuable items from the hands of untrustworthy movers like these!

Shifty, untrue, unhelpful, rude. The only individuals of any notice in the entire procedure was be a third party.   figures.   These men also work with Liberty moving and I would suggest that you avoid them both like a charging elephant.   It’ll cost you a whole lot more than they estimate and there is very little you can do.   Trust these testimonials not only mine.

We transferred out of nj to san diego in december’13. These folks already had my stock list, because my merchandise have been in a storage device. If the movers arrived to choose my merchandise, refused to accept it until and unless I pay them $400 longer, although I did not have a box over the stock checklist. Regrettably we didn’t have time, as we were departing nj in 2 days, therefore we had no choice other than to make a offer. Regardless of all of these, when my goods have delivered, a number of my possessions like 10 gallon aquarium, coffee table, side table, TV cabinet, etc were also broken. They’re worst with whom we’d done the company in USA. Now we’re requesting the last invoice and have predicted then at least 10 days and they’re not even providing that for us. Eventhough we’re rating it Poor they’re worse than that.
