I was very worried because I despise moving and formerly had a poor experience, but those guys made it so easy, actually helping me ship items.   I even had a Massive basketball internet They Could move!   They were speedy and helpful and moved over and over what I inquired of these! I would highly advise them!!!   You ought to feel confident about picking them.

I’d a move scheduled for now and the movers weren’t just on time but called me a half an hour earlier simply to make sure that everything had been scheduled as anticipated. Lucido’s have completed two or three moves for my organization and I’m quite happy with their job. Steve does a fantastic job communicating with me and describing exactly what the job will entail. They have been on time and very professional. The price he offered me every time was really fair and didn’t alter. I’ve pretty hefty furniture and the construction I had been in’d tight corners; his team could browse through it without even scratching any walls. I’d use them again.

I contacted Steve two or three months ahead of my moving day. He responded promptly all of the time. Steve and his men moved fairly quickly and they dissembled and constructed my mattress and a significant research desk that saved me lots of headaches. They’re all friendly and respectful. I had no issue with this going in any way. His small son is somewhat tough man and helped transfer the things he can also. :-RRB- I’d recommend their services.

Not only are they they most professional best team ever but they have been speedy and moderately priced. Lucidos discount brokers were on time for the two moves ( that was very crucial for me) however they were prepared to work together with my hectic schedule of back and on shifting dates… Amazing individuals all over. !!

I found Steve to be somewhat professional. He and his team were very careful with my possessions and were friendly and quite useful. There were no harms and I’d suggest them to others without hesitation. His quote was true to what he billed and his team were so personable.
He really wanted to come sooner than the time we agreed on, however, that I was not ready. I’ll use them again when necessary.

I have had horrible luck with movers in years past however Lucidos’s was superb. Not only were they professional and punctual, they have been super friendly and accommodating. Additionally, you truly could not beat the purchase price. They say you get what you pay for, but I have spent much more on movers to get much worse grade. I discovered Lucido’s on craigslist and was doubtful at first due to craigslist, but they’ve now helped me move a Lot of occasions and I’ve known them to relatives and friends.   They Also Have transferred my sister a Few times.   I’ll consistently use Lucido’s at the future.   They are friendly, professional, prompt, attentive with your things, and helpful.   I’ve never had anything ruined.   They’re wonderful about placing things in which you want them on your new location and helping put up the mattress.   They’re honest and reliable.   They stay in touch with you and let you understand what’s going on. You won’t find a much better moving service, using decent rates which you may depend on, compared to Lucido’s Discount Moving.

The movers were on time and actually understood exactly what they were doing with the transfer. Fantastic service and speed!   The two loaders were ancient and ready to work.   They both did additional for the job done and very pleaseant.   The large heavy things were completed without harm and again in a timely way. Unloaded home into self provided bath.   The packaging into the truck was exceptional along with the truck came and was unloaded without harms.

Our movement on August 22 was made simple by the rapid, effective, and attentive team. They both were very professional and had enjoyable attitudes. Great business! I called on a Friday afternoon as the people I’d scheduled to maneuver me backed out. They scheduled an appointment for the following day at 8:00 am. I had a excellent experience with this business March 10. 2014. They showed up at the arranged time and finished the transfer in significantly less time than I anticipated.  They transferred a whole 3 bedroom home in only a couple hours and maybe loaded a couple added things my wife desired moved. If you’re thinking of utilizing Lucido’s to the moving needs, CALL ANOTHER COMPANY. I must have noticed all of the warning signals, however, that’s always 20/20. I first contacted this business on April 26,2016 for find an estimate for the forthcoming relocation in July. I talked with Steve, and he advised me that they just did flat prices and he’d have to send out someone to my home to submit a rush.

After a few months went by and I hadn’t discovered anything, I phoned Steve back again. He clarified that he wasn’t certain why Rob (Estimator/Mover) hadn’t put up anything yet. But he’d phone and frighten him. He’d and Rob came out to my dwelling.

When Rob arrived at my house, he walked through EVERY room. He saw everything which has been moving. We walked through the garage and also outdoors. In just a half hour of leaving my house, he filed his apartment rate bidding. (see attached). I called and advised the transfer. (the bidding was for 3 guys ). On the other hand, the payment needed to be in money. No credit cards, no checks, ONLY CASH. Unusual but fine.

Moving day becomes here and just two men appear within an 18 ft truck. Almost instantly, Rob begins making remarks about how he beneath bidding this endeavor and that I had been getting such a wonderful thing. After obtaining the initial burden on your vehicle, and above to the new home, Rob now began making remarks about the way his boss simply told him that he had a task scheduled following mine. I didn’t think much about it till they were nearly done loading the next load. It was now I was advised that they weren’t likely to have the ability to match the remainder of my possessions in the next truck. I was also informed that anything they couldn’t match was my issue to be concerned about since they weren’t likely to make a third trip.

I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I tried to phone Steve and my calls went wrong and or ignored. It was only at that stage that I understood that the didn’t have me sign any paperwork and they insisted on money. I told Rob that I wasn’t giving him some payment with no receipt. He obtained belligerent and explained that he’d only spend the truck with all my things. It was just after I advised him that I’d call the authorities, that Steve eventually contacted me. Steve said that he’d email me a reception and that the men would saturate the truck along with the movement was finished. He said that he felt that I got a great deal and the men had to go do another job to perform. He had no issue that they were leaving with no job being done.

After unloading the truck at the next time, they revealed no respect for my possessions. Wardrobe boxes have been upside downand boxes marked brittle had things piled on top of those. Scratches to the furniture. Etc.. .

My spouse and I hired movers therefore we’d not need to get anything. This wasn’t true with this business. We have been required to employ another company to complete the task that lucidos began. Hopefully this nightmare will soon be finished. We’ve yet to listen about the harms which happened.

I cannot recommend you enough find another provider. The absence of professionalism in the top towards the base is incontrovertible.

Rob ran above a neighbors tree and strove to behave like it was not a huge thing. They hidden branches at the cab of the truck so that we would not understand just how bad the damage was. Rob subsequently used profanity and informed me the major reason that the person was angry was because the neighbor was so shameful. I talked with the neighbor and that he had been really fair. Rob did not finish constructing the mattress and that I paid them additional cash over the quote in order that they could produce the neighbor intact on his tree that they ruined. Rob didn’t cover the neighbor the excess cash but I only found out now he maintained it. The 2 employees with Rob were amazing but Rob shared a few really racist opinions by us and made sure that he understood he had been encouraging Trump. My daughter is shameful and when he was doing some of those moving, rather than speaking, he may have discovered the images and possibly might have kept his views to himself. We really just needed Rob to leave our house because it had been a very disturbing experience.

I reserved Lucido’s to maneuver my home on the 13th of October. I’d used them once before and had a really great experience so I had been ready to use them again. But they caused an incredible quantity of harm to our cellar steps and flooring at the close of the day. It definitely shouldn’t have taken so long as it did. But, I’d have been able to over look that when they had not caused all of the damage.

I must also add that if I attempted to talk about this all with Steve he reacted as if he were really there on the day of the transfer. He maintained that we hired additional movers after the fact to maneuver our appliances (that didn’t occur – that the appliances remained at the home ) which we had a”watchful eye” on both men (also not correct. Although I wish it was so we might have captured it) however we were actually in a different room packaging up. In addition, he maintained that since we waited so long to reach outside, it shouldn’t have been them because otherwise we’d have noticed it earlier. To start with, this is a lame argument on his role but even still, I explained to him that we didn’t return to the home until the following day so we did not have an opportunity to view it. But, when I did return the following day, I totally did see it. But, I needed my husband to also view it until I did anything and it took only a few weeks for him to make it on there, therefore our delay in reaching out to Lucido’s. Had I understood I needed to oversee and inspect our home before leaving, I’d have. However, I did not believe that was essential with what was presumed to be a respectable firm.

I am sure Steve will react and attempt to poke holes in my criticism but let us be fair, would I actually waste my time with this if it were not correct? I am already busy enough unpacking and getting settled into a new property. The only reason I am using my precious time with this is because it is 100% authentic and I would like to stop anybody else from making the identical mistake.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. BEWARE!!! Don’t employ this organization! Quite poor workmanship and work ethic! Damaged furniture afterward denied it! Refused to return texts or calls. Very unprofessional!
