Lite Van Lines

TERRIBLE!! I’ve been in the moving / freight forwarding business for 3 years so that I understand that truckers and movers are tough to manage, but these men are much worse than I ever anticipated. The quotation surfaced, they weren’t careful with my items and after I paid them, they kept pushing my delivery back for days. They’apologized’ but provided no assistance. I didn’t know they would be the ones that I had been dealing with since I reserved my transfer (DC region to Cleveland OH) via Budget Van Lines. Nathan (the manager ) was quite flirtatious that was unbelievably inappropriate. He wasn’t valuable to apply the trucker to send my own stuff. I’m so so disappointed. I wouldn’t ever suggest this van lineup to anybody. It had been worthwhile to pay decent money for a great mover. In the long run, it will likely cost about the same since they include so many charges!
