We’ve had a nightmare experience with this particular company, top to bottom. The ought to be closed down from the attorney general. 1. The dawn of the movement, Lippincott was supposed to get there between 9 and 10. At 10 am I got a call stating they were not likely to have the ability to move us daily! In the end, that day, they could pull together exactly what the supervisor known as”the B group” and move a few of our things out daily. Then they showed up two weeks afterwards, unannounced, to maneuver the Remaining Products. 2. From the time they had been ending up on day two, I had this nagging sense that these people really were not very professional. I decided I’d better buy the additional insurance with a $250 deductible. Although reassuring me I was wasting my money and would not desire it, their direct, Howie, marked the kind for $250 allowance full replacement cost insurance and explained : sign here and first here. I did. 3. They saved our furniture for a single month. When they sent it to our new residence, at least 70 percent of our furniture has been destroyed. Mattresses were dirty and had holes in them. Our six million dollar mild yellowish sectional sofa was moist and had large black marks around, each wooden bedframe was splintered and beat up. They literally jumped a chunk from a side table and glued it back together! Words can’t describe this harm. I will try to post images. The harm absolutely appears intentional. 4. When I called to report that the harm, they (a) didn’t apologize, (b) denied I’d bought insurance and (c) took no obligation for anything. 5. They needed money for solutions. 6. They charged me over $800 over the quote I had been supplied. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
