I recently hired prefer to maneuver my little flat in Portland, OR to Minneapolis, MN. David Valencia worked together with me for me a more competitive quote and also made certain I was not likely to discuss weight.The load in portland was so good. I had a problem with the motorist in MN, however, called David who promptly worked to resolve it and make sure everything was cared for. I’d certainly hire Lile back again.
Estimator walked thru entire home for over an hr. We didn’t have enough space on the truck because of our things… too bad that is on you.
Don’t possess mattress box/bag although billed for them.
2months later has been sent a bill increase of $1200. Because of burden of truck.
What’s estimator supposed to perform?
Thus disappointed in this once excellent firm. There’s a enormous difference between harm in a movement and utter negligence. They caused costly damage by falling our property from a box they packed. Rather than carrying in the floor correctly, they taken in the top and destroyed our land, subsequently refused to produce the problem right. Moreover, their employees was so quickly with a feeling of immediacy. They’ve moved us several occasions, and today, it seems they’ve lower their standards and now staff moves at a snails pace. I am not positive whether they do so so they could bill you more? We never even saw the amount of hours that they had been charging us for. An absolutely horrible encounter, and we’ll let everybody we know more about the experience. Problems happen, but the way the business addresses their problem states everything.
Overview: They forgot to place us on the program , they cried our furniture, they sent late, and they ignored our complaints.
DETAILS: 1 ). THE MOVE WAS NOT PUT ON THE SCHEDULE. I found this literally hours prior to the transfer, much to my dismay.
2. THERE WAS NO COMMUNICATION FROM THE COMPANY DURING THE SIX WEEKS BETWEEN OUR PURCHASE OF THE MOVE AND MOVING DAY. About the Friday prior to the Monday proceeding day, imagining we’d been abandoned, I frantically began to telephone and email many folks from Lile, attempting to find confirmation along with an approximate time of birth. I emailed Brad Fransen, the Relocation Advisor who offered us the transfer ; I emailed and left voicemail for Rob Vargo, the Branch Manager; also that I emailed Diane DeAutremont, the President/CEO of the Business. NOBODY RESPONDED! Ultimately, after my second email, Brad Fransen reacted about 20 hours prior to the scheduled movement. Brad apologized and accepted the blame for not calling the Bremerton office.
3. WE WERE NOT TOLD THE TRUTH ABOUT THE MOVE. We had been told our possessions are loaded directly onto a big moving van along with a lot of different families and delivered into our destination. This wasn’t true whatsoever. Our possessions were managed multiple occasions and finally put in an oversize steel container entirely unsuited to your dispatch and shipped by railroad.
4. THE DELIVERY WAS LATE. We had been told our dispatch will arrive no later than August 6. The actual delivery has been just two days afterwards.
5. THE SHIPMENT ARRIVED WITH NO PAPERWORK. The receiving firm, J.A. Haralson Moving & Storage, needed to ask paperwork and records out of Lile. Additionally, NOTHING HAD BEEN SCANNED INTO THE SYSTEM. This further delayed the shipping.
6. OUR BELONGINGS WERE HEAVILY AND EXTENSIVELY DAMAGED. As mentioned before, our dispatch was created at a steel container much too big for its contents. (Container Number HGIU 646613). NOTHING WAS STRAPPED DOWN AND THE FURNITURE Wasn’t PADDED! Given these circumstances, all course rolled and changed, profoundly abrading and gouging our furniture and inducing boxes to change and fall. All of this was mentioned and listed from J.A. Haralson Moving & Storage.
The business has disavowed all responsibility for all I’ve recorded. When I complained to the Better Business Bureau in the place, Lile’s answer was basically,”Hard luck, maybe not our fault.” They refused to provide any alternative and only phoned us to North American Van Lines.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You’ll Be VERY, VERY SORRY!
Seriously the worst customer support experience EVER!
No regard for customer’s time
I would advocate using anyone apart from North American or American Lile.
Delivery over 16 times late.
Will be submitting delay case.
Zero status or communications
Even After phoning and escalating nonetheless never revealed. No outbound attempts without any call backs when render messages.
I hired Lile to maneuver my parents out of Lake Oswego into Newberg OR. It was a challenging transition for my mother and daddy, but Lile did a fantastic job of taking care of those. I could not have asked for a much better shifting encounter.
Lile Moving & Storage and North American Van Lines entirely dropped the ball through our move in San Ramon, CA to Seattle, WA past June.
The ordeal began with the packing team coming at our San Ramon house one day later than anticipated, without us being informed of this program change. As Though Which Weren’t improper sufficient, it was all downhill from there:
We heard that there wasn’t any driver to provide our family things to Seattle. We were advised it would require a few of days to program one. We needed to speak to our customer support representative Alexis Green differently for upgrades. We heard our things were transferred from the first truck into a storage container as a motorist was hunted. Within a week later, once again calling Alexis, we heard that our things were eventually going to be in their method, which could have been fantastic had they never came NINE days after the guaranteed delivery date. It was problematic for a number of reasons, not the least of which was that my spouse had ordered his work schedule across the guaranteed delivery window. We also clearly then had to redefine our temporary home strategies.
When our things eventually did arrive, the rag tag team who showed up in our new residence in Seattle was really unprofessional. Regardless of the fact we’d snacks and beverages out to them on our own kitchen island, at least 2 bottles of water have been obtained from our fridge. And one team member took it on himself to drift around our roof deck without any apparent reason because no boxes or things were being deposited there.
That day, we also discovered several of those things were missing, like a TV wall bracket, a bag, and also our lawnmower bag. In addition to this, nearly every bit of big wooden furniture we have arrived with nicks which did not formerly exist. To further add insult to injury, quite evident nicks were abandoned on our walls from the team – the house is new building that has been finished only a couple of weeks before we moved in, therefore this disrespectful treatment from the team was particularly disappointing.
I conveyed with Keith Engel, neighborhood branch director and Marisol Wild, Corporate Relationship Manager and Consumer Revenue Manager about these problems. While they provided cursory apologies, they have been reluctant to admit that Lile should accept responsibility for that which had been and is still an unacceptable consumer experience. It’s surprising to me that they appear to so easily brush this off as”bad fortune” (Ms. Wild utilized those specific words with me when I talked to her about the telephone from early March). Ms. Wild also explained ,”These things occur.” And,”It is only life.” I can’t imagine ever saying these things to some justifiably disgruntled client if I had been in her place.
I tried to go further up the chain of control at mid-March and talked to Dan DeAutremont, Regional Vice President, that voiced his own dissatisfaction with the way Lile workers had managed the circumstance. He indicated he’d be my urge in working together with North American Van Lines to attain some kind of reparations. I should not be amazed that he’d nothing and hasn’t responded to my follow ups.
Here we’re a year following our relocation, and while we’ve got the smallest compensation for a number of our damaged and lost things (we were not given complete reimbursement, and that I had to struggle for what we did get ), we have yet to be provided restitution for its fourteen day shipping delay itself, nor even a formal apology from Lile or even North American with this debacle. All these people today care not 1 iota about their clients or their clients’ possessions.
We were repeat clients with Lile Moving. We bought the insurance against harm to our possessions. The wine fridge was damaged leading to the doorway detaching, harm to the deal, and power cable. It was on 7/8/2015. I’m submitting this on 3/16/2016. There has been damage to your furniture also. We had been advised that we’d be reached by Lile, however that didn’t occur. I contacted them, filed their claim type, delivered photographs, along with 35 emails afterwards, and over 8 weeks later nothing was solved. The incorrect replacement door has been shipped from early October 2015. I’ve taken multiple photos of the correct and wrong door. I’ve been given several dates which delivery was supposed to happen. I’ve paid additional for the insurance policy coverage, and over 8 months afterwards don’t have any alternative. Even the CEO of Lile has provided us a bottle of wine. I answered that a bottle of wine isn’t a remedy to the situation.
Allow me to make it simple for you… Should you need all of your personal possessions broken, this really is the best moving company for you. If you adore the feelings of despair, sorrow, stress, and anger, then that is the perfect companion for you. Just wait till you onpack your possessions at your final destination and you’ll encounter all those feelings into the verge of passing out.
Lyle storage and Moving transferred our home and my store to get an eminent domain case w/ore dot.
After John showed up to perform the quote of this movement told me his wife was awaiting him in the pub and it revealed he did not seem at half of those things to be transferred.
Per odor we had been needed to carry cheapest bid of three that was Lyle.
Lyle did the task for approximately half and it revealed.
Boxes weren’t tagged matters are all mixed up and can not find anything and it has been weeks since the movement.
Men were great however, at end of the day things were only thrown any were that they could throw them , left us a whole mess.
Never got any
Matter from them inquiring how the movement was I suspect that they already knew how it was.
After the hours allotted was up that the employees were told that the job must be done now regardless of what and it revealed.
I certainly do not suggest them to proceed anything.
Ezra Pergam promised to be a respectable mover. However here are a Few of the issues we encountered:
– Ezra promised us his quote was really secure. However he maintained we had been over by 500lbs even later we sold approximately 700lbs value of things;
– our stuff was supposed to send on July 1, but did not ship till July 15;
– we moved out on June 20 and did not get our things till July 25;
– Ezra promised to be a complete service mover. Nevertheless he subcontracted my movement like a broker does when he understood that he did not have space for my items on a single of his own moving trucks;
– he gave us a 12 day window for shipping and missed this window;
– Ezra stopped taking my calls after our items were picked up despite asserting he’d”be with us until our things were sent”;
– did not willingly inform or upgrade us anytime as things were going wrong on his conclusion that were going to change our shipping date;
– refused to compensate us in any way regardless of what he admitted was a tragedy of a movement.
Last December we had to transfer a large 4 bedroom home full of things type Oregon to Southern California. We’re really worried about this movement. Lile helped us pack and they transferred us with Good finesse and competence.
They listen to every tiny detail and worked tirelessly for us out of the home from our deadline.
We had been unorganized; Lile was quite organized.
They have been gracious under stress, figured out how to fix problems, and so were not critical of the truth that we actually were not completly prepared on going day.
Case in point: We expected somebody to help us pack the evening before. He did not arrive and so we were still packing the kitchen after Lile movers showed up at the daytime.
They simply chucked right in and assisted.
Our materials got there at the time, and they had been cautious about placing everything right where we needed it.
I urge these folks whole heartedly. I can not think of a single bad thing to mention about these.
This business is indeed scam. .they dropped our box filled with game consoles such as ps3.wii and gambling keyboards values 2k and they likely to cover us just like 77$. . .so dumb…
Transferring with this forthcoming was a really disagreeable experience. The salesman was as nice as could be if he came into my house to estimate moving prices and inspired assurance, but after I signed the deal , the nightmare started. I couldn’t get replies to my questions either from him or the workplace. He would not return my calls or reply my own e-mails, and also the office had no info. I had been confident I might have a confirmed birth date two weeks before I had been to proceed. I had been given every excuse in the book, along with the program for my movement changed every day. I didn’t find out if my possessions would arrive in my new house until 5 times AFTER my possessions were filled and I had been on my way for my new residence. The driver ignored all of the”FRAGILE” tags both when my possessions were loaded on the truck and if they had been brought in my new residence. As an instance, a”Most Fragile” box has been on the base of a heap of 5. The helper he hired advised me that the driver did not even examine the labels. My furniture has been very roughly treated and lots of bits have demanded restoration because of scratches. Many pieces have demanded new hinges, even remaking, due to bad handling. And last but not least, I haven’t heard from that firm to investigate how the move went. I figure the provider knows exactly what a tragedy the whole event was. The one thing that this business is great at is to so dissatisfy a client that I would not even think about contacting the enterprise to seek reparations to their own damages. I don’t wish to have anything related to Lile North American Moving & Storage and might advise that you locate ANY OTHER firm to maneuver around nation. No corporation could do a much worse job than that one failed or supply poorer service from begin to finish.
