    Long-distance move from Washington
    After all a good experience

I had been quite concerned about my movement I heard plenty of bad stuff about the moving business but in the end I might say it was not like I hoped, the support was quite nice and professional, so that they gave me a ton of storage for no excess charge along with their cost was much better than 3  other businesses that contacted me personally. Thank you freedom relocations for creating my move smooth and pleasant

    They are fraud

I reserved my move together and afterwards fortunately I understood they’re fraud. Fiest that I was not able to acquire an excess insurance as they aren’t connected with insurer. They send me a program for credit card authorization under title Daneil (speller such as that ) Partnership, first stating its their company office and once I informed them there is not any such a business they maintained its their charge approving business or something like this, either way there’s not any such a comapny. So I looked further and found out they have a – score with BBB since they changed their title in October 2012 and they could not explain why they’ve changed name or that which was the former name. Additionally all of the fantastic ratings on this internet is really on Oct 15 2012. In the time of reserving they got my credit card number which after cancellation they’re charging me $300 unauthotized to get shoe/clothing buy…. Yes they’re fraud and I am reporting them to BBB.

    Just in time!

I would like you to be aware of how much this movement has changed my life (for the better).
I returned recently from my next tour inAfghanistan and that I understood I’d be miserable over the holiday season. So, I decided to plan a party with a number of my friends from my apparatus, a kind of reunion. I had been nervous about getting my apartment arranged in punctually to obtain home guests and have everything set up in time for Christmas.
Amazingly, within a couple of weeks of my calling you to get a quote, the movement went fast, and my home had been put up with all of the conveniences of home, including the kitchen, so that I managed to have an wonderful reunion. You’ve completed your part to thank some quite joyful vets-we spent our vacation in comfort, thanks to you.

Not only they are frau now they're harrassing me to take off my review

Up until my final review at least I was pleased with customer support and communications, but because then I’ve been getting harrassing calls from several individuals in the company forcing me to select the inspection down.  This says a good deal about the business and the way they conduct business.  If you like your money and peace of mind, don’t rely on them and don’t provide them any info.

    Very lucky

We’ve got a furniture shop which has been moving to CO,  We had a few treasured bits of furniture which were delicate which required appropriate handling and care while on movement. So, obviously our concern was mainly centered upon safeguarding those parts of furniture. My friend urged Liberty relocation that he recently proceeded with and was pleased with the service. When we touch base with Liberty relocation, we’re quite pleased to know that the business excels in hauling furniture. The business sent out a huge crew of 6 guys who did a remarkable job wrap and securing everything so professionally.  The furniture obtained there in excellent condition. The cash placed on the movers was worth the investment and I have to acknowledge that we were fairly lucky to select them.

    Life savers

My basement was flooded and I needed to get out of there immediately so that I could temporarily relocate while repairs were performed on our property. We knew it’d take about 4-6 weeks so we needed to save a good deal of our possessions with you. It was tricky since the procedure spanned two seasons and also we did not know what things to do and what to shop. It helped a whole lot to talk it out with your adviser. She was quite practical and down to earth. Even though it turned out to be a local movement, it had been majorly uprooting, because we had been in a peculiar location, living out of suitcases and boxes. Thank you for your expert help and also your awareness of humor-that helped us get through!

    Long-distance move from Arizona
    Worst experience EVER!!!

I predicted Liberty Relocation so as to schedule my transfer in Phoenix, AZ to Chicago, IL.  Little did I know that after talking with the sales rep on the telephone that could be the final time I’d cope with Liberty Relocation.  The farmed my transfer out to that which I could tell was just two or three distinct businesses.  When I talked with Anthony in shipment he said that he was sending two movers into my residence.  I told Anthony I was worried that was not enough guys so as to finish the move.  He promised me that they do so all of the time and it could be four to five hours shirts.  I then made arrangements to move keys of the house to the new owners according to Anthony’s quote of time.  The following day the movers showed up and it took two hours to allow them to finish the load upward.  The new owners were literally in the home waiting for us to escape.  As I left almost all of my things was still sitting in my front lawn waiting to be loaded onto the truck.  This was also after I saw that the mover pull off from the vehicle to go to the lender (is this essential during my movement to conduct a personal errand?) As he pulled off the rear of the truck swung repeatedly struck a few of my things which were leaning against it.  If it is time to sign the paperwork each of the paperwork states Good American Moving and Storage.  The movers quote was also almost twice what I was quoted on the telephone.  The explanation was that I had a ton more things than they thought, well is that my fault or the individual who’s asking me what I’ve over the telephone.  He asked questions and I answered them.  The objective is obviously to provide a minimal ball estimate and then once they get your things on the vehicle and may hold them hostage they jack up the cost. I got a call from the truck driver whose name is Anthony.  He predicted on Thursday December 27 and explained he’d be in my new flat at 10:30 am on Saturday December 29.  We made arrangements for Chicago and be there in the apartment on such time and date.  As we waited Anthony did not appear.  He finally called about 2:30pm and said that his truck had broken down and that he told somebody in the moving business to phone and tell us on Friday December 28.  We never got any sort of telephone from the business on Friday December 28.  As a result of this organization’s irresponsibility I had been stuck in chicago and made to obtain a hotel for the weekend, in addition to cover for all my foods as we needed to eat out every meal.  Had somebody called me as Anthony said they ought to have, I’d have had the opportunity to wait to get to Chicago before Dec 31 when my possessions really came. Also every time that I called and talked with the director of this shipment whose title was likewise Anthony, also when I needed to telephone the GM whose name was Michael, ” they stated they had been using West Coast Movers, which are the third company I’d heard of throughout that movement.  The motorist Anthony said that he was also using another firm which name I can’t remember.  This was completely without doubt the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company.

My no-show move, Liberty saved me!

As a result of Liberty Relocation that I received my movement done. The moving business I hired seemed to determine not to appear although I paid them a 160 deposit (10% of my whole movement ) which sometimes appeared to be contrary to the law. The men at Liberty consented to make the go for exactly the identical cost thinking about the fact I have been burnt together with another firm and arrived to perform the movement in four weeks! Thank you G-d for sending Liberty to assist me!

    Dishonest Pricing and Delivery.

Quick Recap of our Disappointing Expertise:
A move is frightening to trust a business along with your things.  We asked a slew of questions over and over to make sure we felt comfortable, in regards to the opportunity to proceed, all fees and prices, etc..  The sales rep did his job, he offered us on Liberty Reclocation with lies and then instantly flipped us over to Client Support when they had our belongings.  Customer Support (Nicole and a Person ) were rude, hard to get a grasp of, and inflexible.
    Our difficulties were:
1- that the sales rep INSISTED the movement would take two weeks, no more.  We dashed to be there in under two weeks, and they came in 3 months.   Tried to provide at 9pm in NIGHT!!!  Fortunately there was a storm so that they chose to await another morning (not out of kindness but their advantage ).
Two – HIDDEN FEES!!!  The transfer was designed to cost just under $1800, after which end it was 2505!!!  Beware.
    * They billed for additional burden (they gave us the exact burden ticket but then insisted that our ticket was incorrect???)
    * They billed for vinyl wrap around furniture – NEVER revealed that this was an extra charge, neither the sales issuer or rep!  Over $175 added into the invoice
    * They billed $150 for 3rd floor of an apartment.  Its on our contract which the move is into the 3rd floor however, the movers got into our new house and DEMANDED another $150!
    Don’t use this organization.

    Horrible movers--- very unprofessional

This business is a joke!!!!! Never apply these men! I had been told they’d be there between 9-11 and didnt appear but two and then scraped up alot of things and quite unprofessional rather than used anything or blankets when having a dolly on our tvs dressers etc and then I had been helping them transfer things in order that they’d do it in time and keep in mind I had been spending them to transfer me rather than for me personally to help! Also if they did eventually arrive that the man in charge said that he cant move our things within the 3 hours and I told he him could when he worked rather than poking around but naturally I could NEVER EVER use this joke to get a business again so please utilize other businesses besides the one they’re a joke!!!!! In 11 am I called and talked to brian and inquired in which the truck had been and he said they’re on the way and they didnt appear however 2pm and he had been a complete a——!!!! NeVeR back

Moving doesnt have to be stressful!

It is never fun to maneuver, however in this event the team at Liberty Relocation really made it worry free. The three moving men gave us amazing upbeat customer support and very hustled. They’re super professional and incredibly pleasant and patient. I used to not need to worry abut anything throughout the transfer. After going through each of the reviews on the internet I believe that each of the advice in kind of testimonials retains weight as I experienced it once I had them accept our movement on. They aren’t just hard working fellows but were also very cautious with our possessions. They made sure that the boxes and furniture were all  placed where we needed it until they left. The sense of humor helped us during a day we’d dreaded. Thank you Liberty Relocation for this a nice experience.

    Upfront, and Accurate!

I advised my transfer a complete month beforehand with a different inspector who bailed me out. . Imagine my frustration!   I occurred to maintain the record of movers who contacted me and gave me quotations. So I made a decision to phone Kevin back from Liberty Relocation although initially I thought their prices were somewhat high. Kevin was extremely useful and made me feel quite relaxed and sure that he chased my movement to 3 days afterwards. On the afternoon of the movement the team showed this up They immediately took everything apart, wrapped and packed my things as well as disposed of a loose crap at the conclusion. The foreman also helped mend my window screen.Liberty Relocation has ethics and upholds their employees to high standards. They appear on time, and also help you out should you do not understand just what to do. I would strongly suggest that movers, and you need to certainly Proceed together if you are moving!

    Long-distance move from New York
    College Move Easy

My child just graduated school out at New York and that he had a whole lot of things to bring back home into Washington. His mom and I did not wish to have to take care of the frustration of transferring all of his garbage so we began looking in to transferring businesses. My spouse’s sister indicated this one as it is the one that they used to transfer their kid and they stated that they had a wonderful experience and the cost was not bad. We phoned and got generic quotations and materials, but they had to speak to him since he understands exactly what stuff he must deliver and what he isn’t carrying and what’s not. They have a hold of him and shot his stock and return to us with a much better quotation. We figured by the time we have back everything it’d just be much easier to utilize them. The cost was really worth not having to experience the frustration of doing this ourselves and it was more economical also. In the long run we’re delighted with the decision. He needed to be from the dorm the afternoon following graduation by 4pm, they were got there at dusk and were outside by 2, they filled everything quickly and were very proficient. It took  a bit more time to reach Washington then we anticipated, but it had been with in the time period that they gave us when we allowed, so can not complain about that. When his material has been sent it all seemed at tack and also in good shape, nothing had been stolen, missing, or damaged. In general, the experience was quick and easy which was good for all of us. I am glade I really don’t need to do it again, but when I did I’d use this company again for certain.

    Frustration

I write this as it is my only refuge. I have spent hours on the telephone during the previous month coping with Liberty Relocation. The individuals have been fine, but the support hasn’t. After times of not understanding where my dispatch was, who’d it, exactly what day it was about to arrive – it came late, not able to be hauled off the truck after which I needed to transfer things myself since there was just 1 man’competent’ to transfer items and it was taking way too long. I needed to cancel appointments since they kept saying that they were planning to arrive, and then never came when they stated. Then to top off everything there were 3 big missing puppies beds (which also resulted in the shipping cost to bulge up)  and nobody knows where they moved. They need me to go through a claim business who needs additional time of instruction which I simply can not invest as this movement took up far a great deal of my own time in attempting to determine where my stuff was, so as it was likely to arrive, and then once it came how it had been getting off the truck – which did not happen the very first time it pulled from my road. Angry. Frustrated. Sad.

Unbelieveable and left my house a mess!

Movers were assumed to be here between 12:00 and 2:00 now.  They didn’t arrive till after 3:00.  They arrived in and numbered every merchandise and transferred my boxes I had carefully piled in my own dining area in order that they would not take a lot of space in my home.  They chased each one and then left them where they had been.  (from the wayn in order that when we had a fire, then nobody would leave it out alive).  They proceeded to inform my parents, (I had been in a dr’s appointment) that there was greater than was represented at the quotation in order that they couldn’t do it for under 3200.00.  My parents phoned my husband to determine whether he’d still need them to transfer those products.  He explained that he was not convinced, that this felt as a”switch and bait” to him and also to wait patiently till I returned home to earn a choice.  THEN – 10 minutes after, the motorists tells my father that he can not do it for under 4200.00!!!!! .   (nothings changed since the last time they spoke. . .where did the additional $1000.00 come from?)  Furthermore, they say that they just charge by square footage.  No fat and no thing count.  That’s simply not correct.  They counted each and every thing as well as in the event the thing number went upward, the square footage hadn’t because I’d decided to not move my terrace collection.  The sole difference between the quotation and my closing”outcome of boxes” has been aound 90 boxes.  As soon as I spoke to Scott at the start we talked about the value of going versus just selling everything and only moving and purchasing fresh.  He also assurred me that it was more valuable to boat because a ship only costs around 3 to 4 bucks to ship.  If most of the things they said was accurate and that I included 90 boxes (that I haven’t had the time to confirm ), then in the priciest, I must be billed an extra $4.00 each box in 90 boxes which would be $360.00 – NOT 2000.00!!! This badly feels like lure and swtich to me personally and I am going to be suing the firm for your deposit and additionally for the period reduction.  In addition, they’ll be returning to transfer my boxes into the appropriate places and eliminate their decals or I’ll be hiring somebody to do this and put in that invoice for my claim in court.  This business has great and bad reviews.   I wholeheartedly leaned towards the fantastic reviews.  Do not make the Exact Same mistake that I did.

    What a joke.

What a joke.  I made arrangements with a moving agent who appeared to possess it all collectively called First Call Movers from Florida. The moving business was likely to become Liberty Relocation, Inc.. I had been scheduled to get a pickup to move a family from Phoenix, AZ to Oregon last week Wednesday. . .then Thursday. . .then Friday at noon.  Around at 6PM Liberty Relocation showed up in a”leased” Penske truck.  The movers were very pleasant and appeared to be somewhat competent before the direct, came into paperwork, shaking his head and telling me that it was likely to be an extra $3600, more then doubling the purchase price of this transfer.  Mind you that the whole home was packaged and ready to go, with more than half of the home from the garage ready to be packed.  I left messages with Initial Telephone Movers and Liberty Relocation but nobody appears to be accessible to talk. I wouldn’t ever use either provider again. . .wait I did not use them the first time.

    Liberty Relocation Movers

That is actually my 2nd time going with Liberty Movers within the previous two decades. I find these to be upfront, honest and really professional. They finished my 2nd move two weeks ago and I am happy I opted to go together again. I could say I will use then again once I want to proceed.
It had been so hot down here in AZ but that didn’t bother them to operate fast and economically and also to fully the delivery in 3 hrs. The movers constructed all of our shelves at the garage and set up our beds.
I am quite pleased with Liberty! If u want a plumber this is certainly the best way to go.

    Lying to the customers

Never use this company to the relocation. Never on time. Don’t do exactly what they say they can perform. Relocated in Kirkland Wa. to Pennsylvania. Broker said when they picked up the family thing that a truck had been waiting to proceed east. Things were picked up on 06/21/2013. This is currently 07/03/2013 along with the agent said that outside itme remain in Washington State. Liars each one of these. In case Liberty Relocation is among the moving alternatives and you rely on them you get exactly what you’d like. Run from this business as quickly as possible.

    Liberty saved me!

As soon as I had to proceed in TX to OH I’d hired another inspector. They called and informed me that they had been not able to produce the pickup and that I was stuck without a mover and needed to be from my flat THAT day. I needed to employ a different organization. I’d recieved several emails out of Liberty Relocation a few weeks prior to my move and chose to offer them a phone. Fortunately , they had a truck within my place and had the ability to perform the pickup for me personally the following moment. I was so relieved! The day of the transfer, I had been so glad that I picked them. The support is top notch along with the movers are extremely experienced and professional. I’m satisfied and will proceed together again next year. They really saved me. Thank you!

    DO NOT HIRE

If I could give zero stars with this business I’d ********don’t HIRE THEM********** Since the previous reviewer said. . .without an uncertainty THE WORST MOVING COMPANY!!!!   I’d like to work in retail so that I’m normally more generous once I cope with anybody in customer support, but I am quite outraged with this business that I believe the necessity to WARN OTHERS.  We wanted an effortless movement tom California to Pennsylvania so we chose to create the investment at a complete service transfer. This means. . .you cover Much More.   Considering our invoice was $3,400 to get a 1 BEDROOM APT I anticipated to…I do not understand. . .GET ALL OF OUR BELONGINGS BACK!!!!!   The gentlemen that came and filled our flat were not anything but friendly and pleasant. Yes, they overlooked a few closets and our whole coat cupboard. . .but I had been more than willing to forget this. We just packed up anything that they overlooked in the vehicle. . .and while it was a tight squeeze. . .we handled. Anything which didn’t match, we needed to give away. Annoying but not the end of Earth.    It turned out to be a complete pain to get an concept of if our possessions would be sent. I know that they have other clients and it is all determined by the road. . .but subsequently showed up at 7pm on a Friday night with minimal warning. Again, perhaps not the end of the planet however bothersome.  Even the kicker….before we appreciated that firm. . .we needed THREE workers have a peek at the map and be certain the truck would have the ability to get into our road without needing to load everything onto a bigger truck (an additional $400 fee ). I was ASSURED that they can make it and I wouldn’t need to pay the 400 Shuttle charge.  SURPRISE SURPRISE….the driver predicts THAT NIGHT….and I needed to visit the ATM and con 400 money otherwise they wouldn’t provide our things.  My mum called the company to complain and also to Make Sure That the driver just isn’t exceeding $400 of the hard earned bucks.   (I just need to say. . .we only paid over $3,000 for movers….how a lot of individuals really have $400 only lying around that they didnt expect to cover?!?!)  The office said they’d refund us 100. . .NEVER HAPPENED.This firm FLAT OUT LIES!!!!   In addition to all of this….the movers failed to send TWO of of boxes that comprised my boyfriend ENTIRE WARDROBE.  We needed to go buy him BRAND NEW matches (around $1,000), shoes and all new clothing. He just had one bag worth of clothes with me. They also included my publications, paperwork along with other important items I want to conduct my organization.  This occurred April 20, 2013….it is currently JULY and we still don’t have our possessions. The workplace and the motorist continue giving us the run around and stating that it will be delivered if they’re”in the region”  So. . .we are assumed to only wait weeks?!!!! They also assert that it is too expensive to email them to us. WELL $3,400 IS TOO EXPENSIVE to employ the LYING CHEATING COMPANY!!!!!    We only hired a lawyer to help make our possessions back. . .do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. We’d have been better off going ourselves!

When will I get my stuff?

They picked up our materials on 06/28/2013 and said they send on 07/08/2013. It’s currently 07/12 and also our stuff has never left Texas. I’m quite mad because I feel as though they lied to me personally. The contract says they have two to 21 days to send, but why did they guarantee a shipping date which they never lived around. The business stated the reason behind the delay was a busted truck, but they refused to inform me precisely what had been the mechanical matter. I guess that they are only waiting to unite our stuff with a different load so that the truck is going to have a complete load, but I can not prove this. I still don’t have my things. I had been told we’ll have it by 07/18, but I’m really skeptical. This is a dreadful company and they’re holding my possessions hostage. I wish I picked some other firm. They also underbid to get the task and when they picked up our materials, the cost doubled.

    EXPENSIVE, LATE AND DAMAGE-FILLED

Total Disclosure: I didnt research Liberty ahead of the movement because thier BBB evaluation was great and they provided a competitive quotation.  Initially everythign was nice, they arrived the day that they said they’d and estimated it’d just take them a week to ten days to receive that our 2-bedroom apt materials from Seattle, WA to Los Angeles, CA.  They said it might take as long as 14 times and also to await a call in the driver.  We phoned them 13 days following the pick-up simply to discover our stuff wasn’t about ANY truck and has been sitting at a warehouse at Seattle all this moment.  Angry, we asked why, they said that they didnt have our new address in CA. We inquired why didnt you telephone us to inquire for it since we gave it into the pickup movers plus they had no response other than they had been inundated with CA occupations the previous fourteen days. So things goes to truck and is designed to appear in 3-4 times, motorist calls and says that he broke down in Northern California.  Great, we wait for another 3 times to allow them to get this repaired and arrive.
After saying they’d arrive at 9am, then 3-5pm, subsequently 9pm. . .they telephone and ask when they could come shipping in 10pm on a Thursday night.  We tell them no, we don’t have any access to this loading are obviously apt. Complicated at the time in order that they come the following morning at 6:45a-7a.  Again, quite hard to organize thier entry within our restricted access loading region last minute. Our interactions with thier employees were all fine.professional however, the state that our stuff is in is pretty bad.
They left somebody else’s box together with us (somebody going to AZ), we are missing portion of our mattress frame (metal pliers ), we composed fragile on a lot of boxes which appeared to have been managed by a gorilla.  I finally have a chipped plates, art glass, bent flat (even got moist from broken) snowglobe/sentimenal items, an armoire panel deciphered, table broken and somehow part of a exact hardwood TV rack drawer has been torn off.
Overall the material we tagged fragile they dismissed. Among those men that helped motivate us in looked like he will have a heart attack pushing a knot up our staircase.  We’d was totally okay with them carrying additional days to get down here if not one of the stuff has been broken.  We are extremely unhappy we hired them and paid almost $3,000 to get a lot of broken furniture and also senimental things that all could’ve been averted had they actually handled our branded delicate items with caution.

    Liberty Relocation, good movers!

This is my very first experience with a moving company and also through my study, I discovered just about every horror story you may imagine. After researching recommendations I switched to online reviews and was not disappointed with my selection. Liberty Relocation delivered. The team predicted before they came and hit the floor running. The movers, Alfredo, both Jose and Carlos, were fast, effective, and damn fine men. The only snafu from the transfer was in my side because I did not understand I needed to have a cashier’s check for the very first lease payment plus it was Sunday. The real estate management firm had an antiquated method of completing a form with my credit card info and then disposing off it for acceptance — that took nearly one hour! While that was occurring, the movers front-loaded the lift and then emptied the truck at a organized fashion in what seemed like a tactical gearing to find the larger items initially. Each and each product was closely wrapped and recorded. They managed my own set of pellets with terrific care and that which caused my new house without harm. Stan the shipment, was connected with me during the whole move and then see how matters went. Among the movers said that they admired Stan as a supervisor — who talked to me personally. Liberty Relocation is not just another standard mover.

    Do not hire

Remain clear from this firm! Don’t employ them they’re a joke pickup was overdue, but okay. However, explanation for delivery date wasn’t very clearly mentioned. Language barrier! Fall off. Horrible. No employees but the motorist.   We needed to unload and take up the 3 flights of stairs our very own possessions, unwrap and assist assemble them.  Damaged good, broken, scratched and dented. Paid for the staircase that we needed to do the job for.   To boot, freedom relocation nor is your BBB performing anything. Guess I Want to hire an Lawyer!   Lies the whole time during the transportation time too! The motorist was amazing, after I got hold of him. Nicole whined, as did our agency Nigel, also Latisha in consumer services. Maybe not worth the money. Employ a professional business because this one is definitely not!

Let us start with my initial quote of less than $2000.00 immediately climbed to greater than $3500.00 after my things were on the vehicle.  The truck wasn’t full of top to bottom and front to rear, only front to back since according to the firm,”what was in boxes”.  Yes I anticipated furniture, boxes, EVERYTHING.  However, the thing was,”the boxes are big packing boxes”.  I purchased the boxes in a moving company, and so I guestimated the proper number of boxes in addition to the dimensions.  After the business was calling me wanting to receive my enterprise, Nigel was the top revenue agent that you might have even wanted to come in touch with as well as after the sale that he was useful but that’s where the fantastic customer support finishes.  When I called, I’d often get placed on hold or be informed we’ll telephone you back but never did.  I constantly had to initiate the telephone until my home goods were eventually put on the next truck.  I received a telephone, it won’t be delivered this week, so I said okay.  An hour or two afterwards, I got yet another phone; it’ll be sent between 5 and 3 pm the following day.  Subsequently the driver calls and says that my delivery will likely be between 10 and 12.  Never mind, I’m out of town and need to make arrangements for another person to get my household products.  The driver arrives on time but I have not ever dealt with a business which doesn’t accept debit or charge cards, or even checks.  Well after transferring a hill, being treated as I wasn’t a client but a person who’d attempted to rob the business, I requested to talk with the supervisor.  The story really gets interesting, the director was one I’d EVER HIRE FOR MY COMPANY.  Rude, not client support professionalism, NOTHING.  He even hung up on me.  Yes he did.  Hung up.  Wow.  DON’T squander your own time.  I still do not understand how my quote increased by greater than $1500.00, they do; they just take cash payments for shipping, not even a credit card, and they don’t care about consumer understanding.  If you’re reading this, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, don’t use this organization.  They Aren’t worth the frustration.

    ALL THE QUALITY STUFF BROKEN

First as all say that the Costumer service in the begining was fantastic with Nigel, Today comes the facts concerning this comapny.

I haven’t mentioned that I have moved 3 times by abroad and ineterstate rather than NEVER has anything occurred to appreciated product.

First Nigel gave me aquote, and the motorist gave the actual amount I had been overlooking some things I didn’t mention, upto here all is nice and pleasant.

Fourteen days after I let them send the family products , they arrive early that is alright. But shortly I will be told that the cost is just another needless to say there’s not anything to do since otherwise they don’t unload your families.

The dilema occurs when they send, I believed all boxes have been attracted.
1- a marble dining table top 1″ thick split,
Two – dining table made out of durable wood broken
3 – 4 aged Delft plates divided into bits.
4 – Many glass things broken
5 – overlooking two boxes using Delft bowls along with expensive Products
6- Notebook set a hole at the night stand and stated it had been a memory of this move.
    Missing section doesn’t call.

In short that is actually my worst experience ever o a transfer, I highly would request you not to give this company any of your household products especially if they’re precious they’ll loose it or brake it or even dissapear them to you personally.
This moving firm does not have any responsability whatsoever and they handle your freight for a Joke.

Pay just a little bit more or I should say utilize a repoutable firm not them.

    Dis respective in communication

First thing, their sales people are totally disconnected with all the genuine functional team. We delt with earnings individual who promised us that all of the furniture has been taken into consideration. Infact he included two massive furniture pieces to compensate for any additional thing if we’d. However, if the packaging team came, they began counting each material by telling and list it’s more than recorded, and constant argument at the end to recognize that we had been precise and just a few feet more for that we were prepared to spend and pay also. Secondly, they arrived to select in a little truck and if delivered they introduced into a complete size truck and billed us USD 350 for receiving the things in a little truck. Well paying for small truck was fine, but we desired customerservice to spell out why were be being chaged, if we contacted the customer service that it had been most disrespective I have ever experienced. When we phoned the customer support to go over this the man said” only 1 minute either you take your things or we’ll abandon it in storage and then proceed”  no talks that a type of threatning.  Althoguh the material reached safely for that I shall creidt the motorist that he, was very considerate and responsible. But other then that doing business with the company is directly NO

    Disappointing Experience

My sales rep, Jervon, has been a really pleasant and apparently well-intentioned individual.  The quotation price was much better than aggressive and also they had an A- BBB evaluation.  But that’s the point where the fantastic experience ended.  Allow Me to start from the start: Moving from Houston to Boston.  Liberty quote has been 1500, whilst superior movers were $2500-3000.  Liberty also supplied 30 days totally free in-transit storage that worked well because of our program. The afternoon prior to the pickup, I got a telephone that they would arrive between 8 and 10am.  I received a call in the driver in 10:10hope that they would not be there today until 1-2pm.  Frustrating, as I might have been successful that afternoon (especially it was my final day at Houston).  After the movers came, they had been still driving a Budget moving truck.  I was surprsied they did not possess their own vehicles that are branded.  No matter of the movers have been curteous and professional.  Half-way thru loading, so I had been advised by the driver which we’d be within my volumetric quote.  It came out to more than double.  Now all of my possessions were filled, and also before then I could not alter movers this last minute.  I was infuriated, however, together with hands attached I signed the paperwork.  My estimate of 1500 had only ballooned to $3000.  I cut them a check for half an hour an as was demanded.  It’s well worth mentioning here that the stock record I gave them comprised 76 things, and also the last invenotry was 91 things (along with the listing given was rather representative of quantity ).  I expected to cover a little more than simply quoted, but surely not twice.  Definitely seemed like a ploy to Find company by under-quoting along with over-charging.   I finally let this go, realizing that it actually brought them up into the cost of the superior suppliers.  The dishonesty was bothersome, however, so be it.  Then about a couple of weeks after I got an email in the operations supervisor which I had to pay an additional $1000 until they could introduced my belongings to be sent.  Now I had been over the top rated mad.  It wasn’t only unethical since I had been verbally told several times it had been 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery, however, it had been in contradiction into the written contract that said they were only eligible to request at most 75% upfront.  I didn’t want my things to be postponed to I predicted back immediately to inform him this was mad, especially considering that the late pickup and dreadful under-quote.  It took many calls, several occasions on grip, and a couple of voicemails to eventually speak to the operations supervisor who I shall stay nameless.  He didn’t appear to have any sympathy at all despite my frustration along with all of the problems I had had so far.  He agreed that I’d pay until the 75 percent (maximum contractually permitted, which to explain was 250 less than he had initially requested for).  He then moved on to ship me this email:” Hi Thomas,   Per our conversation the balance due in order to send is $747.75 along with the residual balance of $738.55 will probably be expected upon delivery.   Here’s a movie I wanted one to see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yo8kfV9kONw” Read the website.  I guess that their A- BBB evaluation was futile.  It had been an odd connection as it had been nearly an indirect method of him telling me that a screwed up by choosing Liberty Relocation.  Oddly enough their BBB score was”under review” currently for no less than a month.  I’d lose faith in the BBB through all this also. Things then came 1-week overdue, even though I’d set the order over two months beforehand and was promised it would arrive in 2-3 days of their first delivery.  We also needed to pay an extra $550 to get a shuttle truck.  That is all in the contract, so I could not fight it. . .but they hosed us okay. We had a few coffee tables broken beyond repair, and lots of boxes in dreadful condition.  My girlfriend looked after this paperwork and has been unbelievably worried, maybe not taking the opportunity to examine the contract and see the should identify damaged products.  I dashed back from course once I received her text, and literally once I came they scurried from the door.  They even had a $30 parking ticket that they needed us to cover, but when they watched me begin reading the paperwork that they did not care and only left!  Clearly they didn’t wish to bargain with me, or so it appeared.  The only nice thing here is the fact that nothing has been missing.   In conclusion, do not waste your time on transferring businesses which look like”great bargains”, and do not blindly trust that the BBB.  Decide on a respectable firm with a long standing reputation.  You find yourself paying premium cost anyhow, at least in case you decide on the top quality business to begin with you will not have all these”surprises” along the way and will really have an adequate customer encounter.  Liberty Relocation is really a badly managed and poorly run business, and I would never want this sort of experience in my worst enemy.  Do not make my mistake. . .go to get a fantastic reputable firm, not that one.

    Highly recommend!

I moved from Houston TX to Baltimore MD.. The movers came on time and were exceptionally polite, considerate and respectful. Went about their company professionally, packaging and procuring all furniture and delicate items such as glassware and a big flat screen television. Im amazed how none of my own glassware was broken when it came. They delivered all and reassembled and place up all at delivery website. Excellent moving experience! Would highly recommend using them.

    Fantastic service!

I hired Liberty Relocation 6 weeks past and that I asked storage for quite a while. They simply delivered my merchandise couple of days past, and I could not be more happy. Not just the price was great and fair, but most significantly their support was amazing. Throughout the time that my items have been saved together, they made certain to take decent care of this, I needed to pull out a couple of pieces of furniture I was going to depart along with my sister and that’s when I moved into the warehouse and noticed the way professionally what’s saved. Thank you very much! I strongly recommend this provider.

    Was deceived about quote

Was provided a ton lower cubic foot quotation and all price included for a 1 room proceed.  After what was loaded in your truck.  Cubic feet price had increased by more than a third and also an additional fuel fee given.  At the moment of quote it had been mentioned that gas price were also included.  I believe that they cheated on cubic feet so that you employ this organization.  After everything is filled and prepared to go what’s a individual to perform.  Please don’t use this business!

    DON'T DO IT

THE WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE & I MOVE A LOT re: Medical training, residency etc..   To start with, my stuff was overdue (although I paid extra for premature delivery) and cost went up upon delivery.  They sent my stuff with a few HORRIBLE firm (Quality Moving is their title ) from FL although I had been assured that they utilize their own trucks. This specific firm charged additional $500 to get re-delivery according to their word against mine that they phoned me….there was NEVER a call from them EVER!!! As my stuff has been held hostage, I phoned Liberty and they did absolutely nothing to assist me. Fast forward to my own things coming after I paid the imitation”re-delivery fee” (now my shifting price is almost twice ) they arrive at some very own high rise condominium and they terrorize the concierge, taxpayers and block visitors in the financial district. I came home (my buddy waited to them) and that I had been told my HOA into NEVER EVER EVER permit those movers on this property again as they had been the worst moving business they’ve ever seen from the background of the construction….this is a 40 story high rise.  As soon as I got into my home, all of my boxes were WIDE OPEN, BROKEN or lost. My really expensive medical equipment, $3500 custom made among type paintings were all damaged, my bedroom place ($5000 ) and my bed had been all broken, glasses shattered and my garments hanging from boxes. . .long narrative short 70 percent of the stuff is either damaged or missing. Adding salt to the wound, they left me a huge box filled with the garbage in my home. . .drink bottles, moving tape garbage, garbage bags etc.. Who does this? The movers jumped to stem my buddy that which was helping me move in effort to flirt with her.  I haven’t heard anything from freedom although I’ve achieved to them several times and frankly I am tired. I have records of all of the harm, photos, video, telephone records etc and I’ve given them out to my attorney who will manage it. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY, SANITY AND TIME AND GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE!!!

    Worst moving experience ever!

I’ve had nothing but problems using Liberty Relocation. They guaranteed me that a guaranteed delivery datethat wasn’t met. It took innumerable calls from my dad and myself and 3 months for them to inform me that their lender did not process my test and that they had been having difficulties with acquiring a valid copy in their lender. I talked with my bank about it, and they explained that there was no effort made by Liberty Relocation to process my personal test. They kept telling me I needed to visit Wells Fargo to cable money. The title on the account does not match the title of the firm. This moving business is quite sketchy, and also they do not appear to take care of anything regarding my own things. They just care about getting money. At pickup, they revealed a day and a half late. They lost the boxes in the floor and pulled it at the truck with no respect to the materials.  After the movers were still loading my bike on the vehicle through pickup, he nearly dropped my bike and has been laughing on it. The transferring company charged me an extra 100 cubic feet ($483) to get”dead space” about my bike, which wasn’t honored. The transferring company used the distance which I paid for about my bicycle for some other individuals’s materials.  In drop-off, I discovered my bike with $3,000 worth of harms and several items broken. This provider isn’t proficient at all and must be avoided if you do not wish to get ripped away.

    DISHONEST COMPANY!!!

Liberty Relocation is a JOKE of a moving firm. LATE pickup, LATE shipping, OVER billed, DAMAGED things, and LIES from each worker dealt with. The business first ensured me a shipping date of 2 weeks after picking up items that I emphasized was vital since I’d be out of condition after this date. I called two weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date and has been told that my automobile has been STILL IN HOUSTON. The woman on the phone said she’d start looking into why this occurred and stated her supervisor (Bryan?) Will offer me a call back. NO CALL BACK. Frustratedly needed to phone again and again just to be informed excuses of payment problems, other deliveries along with assorted LIES. Long story short, they FINALLY showed up rough money on the area (SKETCHY MUCH?) And a lot of my things were BROKEN. It took over a month to get my promise to undergo along with the compensation was NOTHING compared with of the damages. WORST SERVICE EVER AND Won’t Ever RECOMMEND. I hope Your Entire operation is closed down indefinitely.

    Movers You Want To Hire!

All these are movers that you need to employ!!!!! (LIBERTY RELOCATION) I could not have asked for something more. The movers out of Liberty Relocation took all of the hassle from my transfer in WA into LA.. The firm I work for compensated to transfer me, therefore I picked the whole red carpet support and that I did not lift a finger away from begin to finish. I love the promptness of this transfer and should I must go again will surely use them again.

    Excellent work!

I had been looking for a great, cheap and dependable moving company to my own move. My uncle josh told me concerning freedom relocation that was a business he use to utilize. I called independence relocation and spoke with a sales rep from the name of Joel. After talking with Joel, he made me feel as if my things was in great hands, so that I hired freedom relocation. After the movers got there, I only be aware that the cost was about to go up a good deal but it did not (thanks to Joel) along with also the cost remained within my budget along with the movers finished the transfer perfectly inside the timeframe Joel explained. I tried my very best to get some errors in this movement, but I had been undone when freedom relocation did my movement. Great work! Thank you, Liberty Relocation.

    Job well done!!

I truly do love Liberty Relocation for the superb job they completed for my grandma who’s 86 yrs older. I invite them for going above and beyond to make her transfer ideal. The movers arrived in and packaged a three bedroom home that she was remaining in for 30 yrs plus. The movers made certain everything has been wrapped before placing them onto the truck that was moving. I was happy to see these managing her precious items with caution. Upon delivery I had been pleased to she that her things was sent in 1 piece. Offering Liberty Relocation a shout” JOB WELL DONE” Due

Worst move ever!  They broke or scrached everything important to me personally!!! Antiques, precious bits, sentimental pieces.  I compensated ther workers great Methods for nothing!!!   I even had brand new furniture ruined.  I’m sick over this movement.  Their employees clearly cared nothing about my possessions!  Thank God I took out additional insurance to resolve the items which are damaged since Liberty Relocation from Bellview Washington could have paid off cents on the dollar per pound to the things they broke. That might have added up to practically nothing!!!   Their agent from New York City can also be a joke to have advocated this provider.  Their title is Alliance Moving Company.  My contact had been John Edwards.  He explained most individuals don’t take out additional charge, but said I could if I wished to.  Thank God he advised me concerning Baker Insurance firm!  And that I contacted them.  Never proceed without additional insurance!!!!  Yes it will cost more, but it absolutely worthwhile.  I’m nearly twenty five years old, and have worked really difficult to have fine furnishings!!!  It makes me ill to my stomach that these movers care nothing about what you’ve worked your entire life for.

Moving and storage in two location

Originally contracted with First Telephone Movers who promised they’d choose reputable moving company to move and keep our furniture at climate controlled facility because we did today have a home yet and wished to continue to keep our furniture and art work from their Arizona heat. Liberty Relocation ( Stan) contacted me with all the guarantee that the movers will arrive at July 23rd.  They ( Viscaly along with his team ) didn’t arrive before 4:30 p.m. to the 24th and remained until 11:30 p.m. packaging that night.  They reunite on our final date (7/25)at 11:00 a.m., per day late, and didn’t finish packaging until 4:30 de. M. that day. The new owners had already taken ownership of the home and needed to await the movers to complete. Viscaly told me they’d move the furniture to storage before I arranged to get it delivered at Colorado.  I paid the business for 2 motnhs storage.  Back in September, the firm phoned and asked me whether they can send the furniture.  I sitll hadn’t found a home to purchase and informed them’no.  With no knowledge, they transferred the fruniture out of a storage center in Phoenix into a storage center in Denver. After we shut our property, we requested them to ensure delivery involving October 1st – October 3rd. They came in October first.  Things of furniture have been brokenup, scratched or lost.  By way of instance, they dropped the dining table legs into our 1200 dining area table.  Boxes were smashed and the contents divided, the two bedroom places were scraped and a we discovered a hole at the rear side of the entertainment centre.  What is more, our 8’ladder was lost , the compost spreader was eliminated and as indicated on the bill of lading, we had been overlooking 15 boxes. Once they introduced me a pair of table legs which weren’t ours, I personally called the storage center in Phoenix and at Denver.  Both storage components employed by the firm were vacant and NEITHER ONE WAS A CLIMATE CONTRALLED ENVIRONMENT. Two weeks of useless searching for our lost things failed to find anything.  They did provide a busted mirror, however it belonged to somebody else. Happily, I’d taken out a $100,000 insurance coverage together with Bakers Insurance.  Things in lost boxes are recognized, but the first ones have yet to be returned.  Although things can be substituted, we largely miss collections of family photos, signed copies of first edition books and individual products. We’ve not had communicating with Liberty Relocation or some of its representatives because we reported that the reduction in the insurance carrier.  Much theinsurance gave up attempting to locate our lost things and paid us for a proportion of the value of these missing things. I’m disappointed at the absence of obligation, incompetent support and inadequate ethics I had working with Liberty Relocation.  Very good business practices could have predicted to get a representative of their enterprise to remain in touch with us because we searched for the lost things.  Nobody even took the opportunity to apologize to the issue.  Rather , they cashed our test for the transfer and finished additional contact.  Not a superior firm.

    First moving experience

Liberty Relocation thanks. This experience I must share. First I want to thank my shifting rep for moving beyond to create this movement simple and very affordable. Movers arrived in working none stop. They wrapped , boxed and procured every thing they managed. They loaded my things on for your own truck. I actually was happy to see them perform this a great job with my things. I had my things saved in there warehouse to get a few months and also had them delivered to me this month. To my surprise everything was sent to me with little scrapes here and there but there was not that obvious and nothing to large. I truly love Liberty Relocation producing my very first going experience one that I won’t ever forget.

    If I could give them a 10 I would!

I could honestly state that Liberty Relocation is a really great business to need to move your household products. If you’re trying to find an organization that’s useful, affordable, dependable and wonderful employees. Let this business transfer you. I proceeded with Libertu a day or two ago. By day one when I put up this move with my agent that he had been friendly, professional and useful. He made certain that my transfer went smoothly. The employees arrived with no hesitation and also started working together with no questions asked. I had all packed to them so all they needed to do was fill my own merchandise. It required 3 hours once I believed it was likely to take more. Since I had a neighborhood move I managed for my items the exact same moment. At shipping the movers left certain they were quite careful shifting my items in through the little door frame of my flat. To be certain nothing could get scrape onto the door frame, they went the excess distance without even charging me to pay my things along with thick blankets. I Truly do apreciate Liberty Relocation for all

    Liberty was a good choice

I work for a business which keeps me moving out of state to state. That is my third go from the past yr and Liberty Relocation is transferring me to the 2nd time. I will really depend on liberty to come and save daily. Offering them a three day notice that they still managed to make it into my home on time with minimal time to spare that they wrapped, load and packed my one bedroom flat. I needed to place my things in storage for 2 weeks because of having to go search for somewhere to stay. I Got My items soon afterwards and my items were in Fantastic tip top shape.   Great Expertise!!!

Thanks once more Liberty Relocation. The business completed a superb project from start to end. I am shifting my daughter from country to visit college in Atlanta. The movers arrived in and followed instructions they packed her space entirely without me helping. Everything was wrapped professionally, covered and  put in a box recorded. It took them just two hrs to load and pack. My daughter was already in Atlanta awaiting her things to get there.   She obtained her things 8 days later without any damages or anything lost. Thank you Liberty Relocation.   I’ll be with you again at a yr for the son who’ll be moving from country to head to school also. Continue the fantastic job!!

    Moving experience

I had a horrible experience with this firm. I picked them because I assured me there’d no hidden charges and also my experience with them could be good. It wasn’t. The quotation I intially obtained was quite high and that I nearly did not go together since they had been charging over other businesses. As soon as I told them I’d obtained more affordable estimates they looked in their quotation and said a mistake was made and reduced the quotation. However, the quotation went up with a third party later things were packed into truck, over the intial mistake. I also was told when I had been billed for stairs that it would just be 75 that shifted to $50 for each 7 staircase. Felt like I had been always lied to so as to receive my organization. Inadequate customer services. As soon as I attempted to phone them I just felt as though they were only hoping to put me off the telephone and were not listening to me personally. I had been told I would find a call back when they seemed into it and still have not got a call back.

    Great moving crew!

The moving team Alfredo, Juan and Anthony came right now. They instantly took a peek at the place and the number of things that had to be transferred and began by wrapping each of the furniture with blankets, and then proceeded to transfer boxes and draining the space one by one. In only under 5 hours that they had my whole home packed to the truck. They took no fractures and were delicate and professional with all the boxes. Certainly a very well trained staff.
I’ll be leaving my items in storage for some time before I find a new residence, I was quite impressed with the team.

    Excellent moving company

I adore LOVE Liberty Relocation! I used them to get 3 moves complete – Washington-California, California-Texas and now for another very long distance transfer (Texas into New York).

Their team must enjoy working for them also, since I worked with a number of these every moment!

I labored with Brendon  on the telephone for many 3 motions,  He had been equally timely, professional, and went over and beyond.

They have been understanding and ready to adapt my move date when I was not prepared for the cross country move.

Exactly the same with all the team – very attentive to the timing, nevertheless still cautious with possessions.

I am currently getting my very first community relocation in New York and want like mad I could predict this business.

This firm stole my merchandise and will not return it. So I did some extensive research with this particular business. Found out that they also changed their name to be able to enhance their evaluations and company. The prior title had this type of terrible standing which they needed to begin over. The matter is, the title changed but the management and owners did not. Therefore you’re still getting very terrible company from quite bad folks. Here are some names:

DO NOT HIRE- Please they are frauds

If you appreciate everything you have worked so Difficult for and see that a business as this manage your things in this unprofessional and non caring attitude….DON”T HIRE THIS COMPANY.   A number of my furniture returned missing and damaged.
Now the sales representative and customer support is a joke.   It took me a few times requesting a delivery date to no avail approximately 20 days after.   In Addition to the team who picked up my things doubled the total amount of what I had been quoted.   Called Bobby the sales representative without a return call concerning growth in price.   Customer support does not have an idea and I found out that they out source my transfer to a different provider / driver.   Huh, was advised we have our on trucks….Please!!!!!

I’ll Be submitting hurt claims and BBB query on Liberty Relocation.   Please again, save yourself the hassle and only UHAUL.   I Won’t Ever use another moving business again.
FYI- Do not be fooled by the BBB logo on their website.   Per BBB that they Aren’t connected or registered with the BBB.   Do your assignments.   I am hoping that their circus becomes closed down shortly.

    Beware

My experience with Liberty Relocations inc. was a entire Nightmare!! So BEWARE!! This business is comprised of con artists that are extremely good at what they’re doing. I
My products have been picked up in WA and taken to NY. They were supposed to send my things on a particular date or 21 days then emptiness based on contract. This wasn’t the situation, rather, my products had been thrown in storage with no approval and held hostage.
On first pickup they hocked up the estimated worth a million bucks. Then to add insult to injury, they stored my things hostage and required two million dollars more before I could purchase them.
This company have been conducting this hoax always without neglect with a maximum proportion of clients ( sufferers ). If you carefully analyze this review page you may notice for each and every review with a score of one, there’s at least 2-3 more inspection evaluation with a five or four star rating. This is due to the fact that the business writes favorable testimonials to balance out their general score to a 3 star worth.
This provider is fake. They aren’t represented or accredited by BBB. They’re scams and scammers. DO NOT use there providers should you appreciate your family things along with your wallet. They’ll attempt to have all of your cash. They operate a well rehearsed con and you’ll be taken advantage of.
    BEWARE!

    Honest Movers

This is an all around great adventure for me.Liberty relocation was quite honest and enlightening, becuase of the it had been an easy choice for me to select them as my movers. I opted to perform a complete package service that they provided. I’d 4 movers, plus a three bedroom home. The movement all together took approximately 6 hours to load everything. I had been given serval contact numbers and has been consistently able to reach someone at the workplace. I’ll use them again if I transferred again. Thank you for the help.

Liberty relocation transferred us and I have never moved across state before. Liberty guided me during the whole procedure and that let me feel comfortable. I’ve been planning this move for months. And I spoke to so many distinct businesses, so after careful study and allot of mobile calls I choose liberty relocation for my relocation, They did a wonderful job. I’d use them again in a heartbeat.

    They did a fantastic job.

I utilized that Liberty Relocation Company because of my transfer in WA to NC ending of Jan 2014. They picked up and sent my things punctually. They did a wonderful job. They’re extremely fair and panctual. They delivered my own stock in the initial form. Nothing was missed or broken. As well as their support cost is also very sensible.   I thank them for their true support to the clients. I suggest this company to everybody who would like to transfer their stock.

Brendonl was courteous and professional, the quote was performed over the telephone but he had been reassuring and only seemed fair,if this makes sence.
I’d use them again, both men that drove truck functioned thier butts off rather than complained. The closing bill came at a little on the est. however we didnt get what on due to another client on the truck beneath estimating his load, and the two men did the best that they could under rough problems. I was really pleased with the service which was supplied.

    Go Elsewhere!

I was quoted around $3400 and the movement ended up costing over $6000.   I proceeded with this comany instead of among the big names like Mayflower since we were likely to have two dogs and a cat at the car with us on the transfer from Houston to New Mexico.   We did not need the added price of kenneling and that I had been advised that the dispatcher said the movement would occur in Three or Four days.   We came at our place a great Five days prior to the movers failed; actually Once We got here they were STILL in Houston!   We ended up having to cover to get a hotel that allowed pets for a week, along with the Price and hassle of the Wasn’t appreciated.   Many things arrived damaged.   Our pricey king-sized wooden mattress had lost bits and others Which Were broken, Which Makes It unusable.   Many Other things (such as an almost-new wooden torso ) were ruined.   Our big toolbox was”missing”, Even Though the vise grips Which Were at the uterus ended up in one of our boxes.   The men who picked up us did a Fantastic job; the men who unloaded us did a Fantastic job.   The Issue is, our items were transferred from the initial truck into a different person in Houston, and THOSE folks did a HORRIBLE job.   They shot things we paid to have packaged professionally, eliminated the blankets and wrappings and hauled a couple of things to a box together.   Everything in there has been busted, including a costly gem world and all but one of those lamps. The option You’ve Got for submitting a claim is insufficient.   I blame myself, however, for registering papers that provide me the option of getting just sixty cents per pound.   We’ll very probably never go again, but when we do we surely wouldn’t use this organization.

    CROOKS

Following Bobby and I agreed upon a cost to move my items out of Texas to West Virginia, (I’d paid $3200 in total upon recipt of this bill ), that’s the last I’d heard from him. Wait, after several calls and emails we all composes and I quote…I don’t look after this please telephone customer support and gave me a few. He’s the worst sales rep I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. He LIES and is still a coward and wont talk with you when they get your cash.
To start off they changed the pickup from 9 to 11 then to two and eventually showed up at 4:45 to receive my items out of my 10×15 storage device. Then they had to return the following day and receive the remainder of my items due to insufficient space on the vehicle. Ultimately loaded and ready to move they have been supposed to maintain WV about the 10th but eventually got there around the 14th. On the evening prior to my delivery about 7pm est I receive a telephone call from Kevin stating that I owe an additional 2,500 bucks for them to lose my things. YES, they pulled a bait and switch. They’ll tell you a cost and then hold your items until you pay them the additional fee for”with over consented”  an additional $3200 (reason they could not get the truck directly for my front entrance ) that is double to get that which had been agreed upon. THESE PEOPLE ARE 100 percent CROOKS.
I have photographs that show insufficient attention for your items, BROKEN classic chairs, clocks together with numerous different items. Also have a photograph of those charging me 1300cf to my items but about the truck my own things just came out to 1100cf. Additionally, I obtained a power decal discharged from mepersonally, it was likely the man that got captured in the convenience shop stealing eletronic cigs. YES, GOT CAUGHT STEALING throughout my movement. These are the kind of people which are transferring your precious things.
Do your self a favor, so Hire somebody else….THEY ARE A HORRIBLE firm. I requested to talk with the owners and had been refused. Probably since they don’t need to allow the proprietor know what kinda folks actually get the job done on them.
Get ahold of us. I shall send you pics advocating everything I’ve just mentioned.

"Sometimes you don't have time to be professional"

“Sometimes you do not have enough time to become professional”. . .that pretty much sums up my experience with Liberty relocation. Those are the specific words that the motorist said to a few of those movers while he had been hoping to take apart one of my bookcases. Right there and then, I knew I had been in for a few garbage. Sure enough. The moving crew showed up looking dirty and unkempt. . .every other moving company I have worked with all showed up in clean pajamas with collared shirts. The driver (Jack) REPEATEDLY SCREAMED AT THE TOP OF HIS LUNGS into his moving team –it is a one-bedroom flat. . .you do not need to shout, and also I’ve neighbors. Subsequently the DRIVER attempted to snap on me when I advised him I did not need a bookshelf shot apart and I had discussed it on the telephone with Bobby. Merely unprofessional and thuggish. Each step along the way.  My quote was for $2700. From the time they completed the”quote” was 4000. Why? In my first inventory which I went through on the telephone using Bobby, I advised him point-by-point, detail-by-detail each and every thing that I had. You know what he said to me? “Do not be concerned about that stuff, we simply move the entire space”. I shot him at his word. So my stock just had about 35 items on it, since that is all that Bobby told me to account for. Imagine my surprise once the driver said I’d over 180 things that he needed to account for and that he had been charging me extra for each and each of them. That is exactly what I call a scam. But honestly, I am on my way to some other job and I do not have enough time to quibble on this shadiness (as an example, why is the check made out to Oracle Marketing) right now, so I go ahead and cover the driver his ADDITIONAL $2300 (over the estimated $1000 I had been ready to cover ) and, literally, since the motorist is walking up to the truck into push off, ” he states:”I expect you can find an 18-wheeler up for your location, otherwise there is going to be more fees…” He then speeds off AFTER swallowing each of the bottled water in my home. I confirmed with my brand new flat which, no, of course that they can not attract an 18-wheeler into the property. Just another scam for $350 (also ) from you. I phoned Liberty Relocation back and advised them that an 18-wheeler would not fit. The agent (I believe her name was Lakesha) advised me that it was nice, but that there could be a commission plus I had to express this to the motorist once he phoned me the day prior to shipping. I specifically asked: will there be any late penalties if I do this? She states, no. Will there be some re-delivery fees should I do this? She says no. I inquire: Can not you just reach out into the motorist yourselves and let them understand? She says I must tell him. However, this whole issue is based on the motorist calling me.  On to this new play: as I said I am relocating to get a new occupation. I wish to create a fantastic impression and look reliable and I wish to get to work and begin earning money. I place my own delivery date as two April (now ). I asked for this date in each and every conversation. On each and every bit of paper. Each piece of correspondence which has my name and lot number on it, also has two April as the shipping date. So I am sitting around the home on 1 April awaiting my telephone call like a real April Fool. 1 April comes and goes. No telephone call. Here it is, April 2 and I NEED my items TODAY. Not just one man has phoned me and said: hey, we believed April two was going to function, it ends up it is not….here’s the new date so that you can get on with your life. Nope. So today I am here in the home, awaiting an 18-wheeler to appear at a location where it will not match and the inevitable telephone call of: well this will be additional… Ladies and gentlemen. I am a military veteran. I’ve seen the ravages of war on anatomy and human minds. I simply separated from the ceremony since I was tired of being deployed all of the time and missing out in my own life. I really don’t have bucks for days. I only need this movement to be over with so I can get on with my life. I’ve been all around the world and dealt with all types of individuals. Please believe me once I tell you that Liberty Relocation is the largest suck hole I’ve ever encountered in my whole life. Conserve your time. Save your cash. Don’t Use LIBERTY RELOCATION.

    Disaster----DO NOT USE

Pickup was likely to be at 8am,. Proven to become 1:30 PM
Things marked Fragile, Really Fragile, nothing at the top were treated like any other box, no respect for the labels.   I had been told by the salesman that all could be handled properly, the guys couldnt even read English
They broke 3 things in their warehouse once they moved trucks, didnt even bother bringing them.   They packaged a very costly and quite heavy mirror straight contrary to our requests, we requested them to not tape the mirror and of course they insisted on  taping it, and the end has been pulled away, outside repair.
Upon  delivery we’d at least twelve boxes which we smashed, no harm because garments had been at the boxes but nevertheless boxes shouldn’t crush if managed properly
Please do your self a favor, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT A NIGHTMARE.

    They stole my ladder

I have transferred a half dozen occasions:  from OK to HI to CA to FL to AZ to CO to VA to FL.  We have always had a couple things broken and after a box dissappeared, however I have never needed a inspector deny that they dropped (or stole) something as clear as a 6 ft yellow ladder.  The moving companies constantly have confessed their defects and compensated the minor fees, until I met Liberty.  Their team took the freedom of”checking off” items themselves, therefore we did not understand the product was for a couple of days.  I contacted them 3 times from the subsequent week requesting them to locate my ladder… but no reply.  I contacted the agent who promised to get them seem… for cyring out loud, its large and it is yellow!  Obviously, again, no reply.  The agent said to submit the insurance claim… I did… two months after they refused the claim as Liberty stated I did not report it to the day of shipping.  These folks did break several things, however I did not bother submitting a claim for those breakages since I guessed they had been minor, but I simply had the glass substituted on a photo and it cost me $50.  Add in a few other breakages and they likely actually owed me $200.   Unethical is your worst characteristic at a mover and that is what we need here.  If they had just confessed they had dropped it… maybe not a issue, reimburse me.  However, to act this way???  I can not tolerate liars.

    Poor Service

I truly wished I’d have listened to each of the negative remarks concerning this organization and saved myself a good deal of despair.  Along with charging me an additional $500 before they’d send my products on the opposite end, they sent one of my boxes into some other speech and I have been calling everyday to attempt to find that box and find a different story from them daily as to when I’d expect that.  They don’t answer any of my mails regarding this shipping.  The sales man made a great deal of promises for me to book for this organization and after that if the movers showed up, there certainly were lots of discrepancies.  When I attempt to predict the salesman, his number is still disconnected.  I must have gone with my gut feeling rather than used them.

Whole Move Was a Jacked-up Mess

I’ve moved several times, which has become the worst inspector experience. . .by FAR!  Below is a litany of problems: 1 ). We paid nearly $600 over the initial bid, and that I even tried to pad with an extra 200 cubic feet over what Patrick advocated.  When I’d understood Liberty’s bids were so screwed up, I’d have only done PODS and stored $1k.   From what I see about testimonials linked to Liberty Relocation, it can be a frequent problem for them.  2.  Liberty cannot collect money to save their own lives.  I needed to hound Liberty to accept my payment.  To make matters worse, I needed to pay an extra $100 since your employer did not convey the requirement to pay money at the time of pickup, and has no capability to accumulate credit/debit obligations.      3.  Because of the late shipping, we needed to invest an additional $100 per day to maintain the temporary home alternative, until we’d furniture at the new location. . .double lease for 3 times.   4.  I needed to burn off a PTO afternoon to wait delivery, however, nobody ever called to let me understand that the shipping was overdue.  I needed to attempt to phone 5 times to get ahold of a person in the primary office, that did not understand much. 5.  After the delivery eventually revealed, they ruined other shipments hoping to receive my stuff from this over-packed van.  They broke somebody’s stereo, and other delicate personal products. 6.  Liberty delivered my dining room table chairs and legs, but didn’t deliver the dining table top.  They Can’t find within their own factory, which is strange since we had been the initial delivery.   Thus far, I’m out roughly $1,100 in extra cost, because of Liberty’s neglect and unsuccessful operational direction.    I’ve used many moving companies before, which is undoubtedly the worst experience I’ve ever had.

BEWARE! Felony theft, damaged goods and no response from company

I must first begin by stating that this firm has continued to say they’re BBB rated A, if actually they aren’t even licensed.  They’ve said this in messages made for me personally and it even stated it on their own site until lately.  I made a first arrangement with Liberty Relocation to get a fixed quantity of things.  When they arrived and packed and transferred my things they raised the amount that I owed by more than 1,000.  Then they said that I had to signal that they picked up my things but I really could talk cost at a subsequent date.  They whined as I’d now signed a fresh contract with them telling me.  I tried multiple times to get direction, and they never called me back.  The day prior to my matters were to be sent I desperately attempted to contact a person to talk to about that, but again all of the direction has been gone for the afternoon and they couldn’t assist me.  On the afternoon of the transfer they were presumed to be here at 9 am and that I explained that I had a job interview at the day at 2 pm and then that they had to be here ahead of time.  They consented.  On the afternoon of the delivery I didn’t hear from them.  I eventually phoned at 10:30 and they said they wouldn’t be there till; following 12.  I explained I had a job interview and couldn’t have them send afterward but they said they needed to and that I had no option.  When my things eventually came each of the furniture that they packaged was ruined or was lost components.  Each and every box has been totally mangled.  This was enough of a tragedy.  But what’s the most upsetting is that this moving business opened and moved during my boxes, discovered a box of tests buried in my own kitchen gear, stole two tests and composed out one for about $750 and cashed it.  The test number was directly related to the tests that I’d packed.  The check had been cashed per week prior to my things were delivered.  Liberty Relocation had been responsible for my things for two weeks prior to the test had been cashed and to get a week after.  They were the only ones that had access to the box along with my tests.  I informed my bank and also a police report has been filed.  I’ve tried to get Liberty Relocation about that, but have continued not to receive any calls backagain. I’ve tried to get Bobby who had been the salesman I initially talked with that organized my movement.  He initially told me he’d have the owner call me back within a few minutes and to remain by my mobile phone.  He never called.  I’ve attempted multiple times to get Bobby via text and phone, however he continues to not respond.  I’ve tried phoning customer support but they all tell me is that somebody will probably call me back later in the afternoon.  This occurs every day and I’ve not ever had anybody call me back.

    Long-distance move from California
    Criminal Activity

I signed up with this business to take care of my transfer from San Francisco into Tennessee in April 2013. My possessions never showed up in my residence. Miraculously, the DOT found my (and many others’ possessions ) at New Jersey, however that I did not get my possessions until March 2014, eleven months later Liberty picked up them. For all those eleven weeks I lived in a vacant house with a couple of standard things I was made to purchase to replace the items that had vanished. When I recovered my belongings out of New Jersey, it was at my own expense, such as travel and labour costs, and regrettably about 40 percent of my stuff had been lost or ruined. About 80 percent of my things had black mould growing on it.   I have needed to invest many tens of thousands of bucks to replace my things and to recover my belongings out of Jersey eleven months later Liberty picked it up from me in California. Additionally, I compensated Liberty $3,000 up front once I hired them. I never got an apology or refund from them. I tried to contact them several times, but nobody yields any telephone calls. Nicole did get me one time once I previously filed a BBB complaint past autumn, but presumably she failed in attempt for me to rescind my criticism. She had been successful in her purpose, as I did remove my criticism at the moment. I did so in reaction to her promise that they’d refund me my prices to the transfer and substitute items. I emailed Nicole an itemized PDF with receipts and never heard back. I called her several times but her voicemail box has been”complete” rather than accepting new voicemails. Regrettably, my contact with her was the one sole time where they guaranteed to work together with me. I can only assume they never had any motive to repay the money like they said they’d.    I arrived to discover, months after the fact, that Liberty hadn’t actually handled my movement in any way. I had been shocked to learn they’d brokered out me to some moving company called Virgin Van Lines, owned and run by a guy named Danny Shoval. The main reason that was so astonishing is because, once I reserved Liberty for my transfer, I had been advised by a salesperson called Kevin (first name only) which Liberty wasn’t a broker and managed each of their moves themselves. Kevin clarified that this was their business practice and guaranteed my things would be in great hands. I even have a copy of an email claiming”We’re not agents!” In red bold font (which I am likely to use in court for signs – more on this in another ). So you can imagine it was rather ironic to find that they did just the reverse of that.   The guy they brokered me to (Danny Shoval) is a notorious criminal according to a Google search of the name. He’s opened and had closed down three moving companies for various unlawful action through recent years. The way he’s not in prison baffles me. I feel offended that I never gave permission for Liberty to utilize him. Had I understood Virgin Van Lines are tackling my own move, I wouldn’t have granted consent. A simple Google search turns up more than anybody can gut on that company.   Here is the kicker: since Liberty Relocation brokered out me, they violated a federal law punishable with a fine up to $25,000, according to the Dept of Transportation’s Ted Kushner and Lawrence Hawthorne (which whom I’ve communicated). This underscores the seriousness of their activities. Additionally, they have committed”gross neglect and mishandling” of my possessions. Like I Mentioned Previously, my material was in dreadful condition – shattered, shattered, and sterile with black mould (with a Great Deal of large furniture things missing entirely) after I found my package in Jersey City.   I’m pursuing civil lawsuit in the very close to future, as I have kept a lawyer who’s convinced I’m in the right, on several different accounts. Regrettably, we sent a demand letter to Liberty Relocation in April 2014 in hopes of settling with no requirement for court. The need letter went dismissed, just as telephone calls and emails have gone ignored. We don’t have any option but to file in court. If Liberty Relocation’d love to contact me personally to reimburse me that the greater than $10,000 I’m owed for all of my expenditures brought on by their neglect, mishandling, along with other offenses, I’d be delighted to communicate together. But, I’m doubtful at this stage that any verbal promises made by these will be followed through on. Until I see the cash, it is all just empty words. It is these very forms of gross offenses which are why we have courts and judges.

    Looking for justice

Has anyone contacted the news channels about this clearly tainted business? If so I’d like to have in on that.

They lost/stole 7 from my 30 boxes also ruined a number of pieces of furniture. Nicole promised that they would compensate me for over the conventional reimbursement, since”that was the worst delivery at the background of the firm.” Obviously after this I couldn’t get a grip of Nicole, she had been constantly on a different call and that she never called back regardless of the numerous messages I made behind her.

The shipping driver attempted to depart with a few things of mine and abandoned me a few mattress frames which were not mine. As soon as I phoned him to return he asked when he would send it another time he had been in the region. Who knows if this could happen to be. I told him no and that I need it now and that he was really upset that he needed to turn around.

I’ve been fighting that for nearly a year and a half an hour dozen. They’ve provided me 168 for my own stuff. Instead, they lost/stole thousands of dollars worth of things and priceless wedding photograph albums. I’d rather continue to provide them bad press compared to take this kind of insulting offer. Anyone that want to join me in tripping these corrupt folks down please allow me to know.

    ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE DISHONEST MOVERS!!!

My mom moved out of San Diego, California to Missouri a year ago in July. If her furniture and household items were sent, there was visible damage to a lot of her classic furniture, broken legs on tables, deep gouges on the tables, mirror broken off a dressing table, with severe damage to the drawers around the dressing table, her sewing machine has been broken together with the sewing maching table, overlooking granite coffee table top (however the foundation was sent ), a framework that held that a certificate of appreciation inside had been stolen, the certification was shot from the framework and left from the box (at least they left this, I suppose as it had her name on it), custom made chair cushions for her upholstered seats were missing, 1 lamp was broken, and yet another one had been stolen. This was a dreadful moving experience for the mum who’s over 80 years of age. We’ve moved several times to/from Japan and never had any problems with theft or reckless breakage of furniture. I’d advise anyone contemplating a transfer to NEVER use this company. In addition to each of these issues, they do not return telephone calls and half of the time don’t answer their own phones, but possess a system telling you to leave a message and someone will return your phone, but I suppose that is a fantastic method to display the calls, which means that they do not need to handle the justifiably irate clients. I’ll be reporting them to the BBB and hopefully they will be researched from the DOT because of their unethical, corrupt business practices.

    Long-distance move from Washington
    Poorly Run Company

Allow me to preface this review with the truth that we hired movers to the very first time with this movement. And understood nothing greater than to search online and find some quotes. A few weeks before our move throughout the nation, we set out a couple of requests for free estimates and instantly Liberty Relocation was among those businesses to call. I talked with Patrick. He was quite friendly and a fantastic salesman. So much that I found myself feeling completely convinced that their firm would require great care of our relocation. I also felt great about being”local” from Washington. The cost was among the better deals I’d found, so that I thought this business was IT. We ended up spending almost twice ultimately… (Currently, after all, additional movers have told us that there is not any way that a 4-bedroom house would be mentioned that reduced, and never have seen exactly how much you might have. Most moving companies visit your house to find a realistic estimate ).Fast-forward a few months afterwards. I had significant anxiety about shifting our family of SIX across the nation and simply wished to DOUBLE CHECK that what was to-plan. I’d email Liberty and they’d finally email back with a”yes”. Or not respond in any way. I got online and looked at reviews and obtained SCARED OUT OF MIND. You will find TERRIBLE reviews in the past couple of weeks, however I had not seen anything negative when I reserved. I dashed and called Patrick to CANCEL my movement and get my cash. I had already paid approximately $500. He persuaded me that these reviews were fictitious and other businesses attempting to bring down their company. I had a few doubts, but thought him. Two days prior to his move, a girl from Liberty known to affirm that the movers could come”Sunday involving 12-2″. Sunday morning arrived and we hurried to take our beds apart, wash our sheets, curtains, and shower curtains. The whole home was completely packed up. We had our children farmed out to friends as we anticipated movers to the day. Regrettably, 2pm came and went (the previous hour they said they had come). WITH NO WORD.We named Liberty, emailed them, etc.. BUT TO NO AVAIL. Finally, I discovered Patrick (the salesman)’s phone number. I phoned him. He said,”Oh they will arrive. Do not be concerned about it.” . Okay….easier stated than done.I had sold my house and the new homeowners had been going in the following moment. The carpet cleaner needed to come, the cleansers, etc.. Eventually Patrick ceased receiving our calls since he’d NO ANSWERS. There was NO CONTACT FROM ANYONE. Dead-end traces or voicemails. Not understanding IF we’d also HAVE movers the following day, we checked into the resort nearby (that I guess we squandered cash on because we DID have a home but no beds setup ). We spent the whole night not sleeping, but rather researching thoughts on how the hell we can pack up and move our whole house another day…. I reserved a UHAUL to select up if Liberty still never revealed. The following day arrived. We finally got a hold of a person at 9am. They said someone would be there between 10-12. Again, with four little kids we waited. Trying to keep everybody happy. Movers did not come until 3pm. With little to no communication. If they’d stated 10-12, how did it become 3pm? What realistic timelines are these? Now, the only positive thing about this whole MOVE was that the”SUBS”, or moving businesses that Liberty hired to move our things. Sidenote: Liberty will FALSE ADVERTISING in stating they Aren’t A BROKER. They ARE. And they’re NOT endorsed by the BBB. But say they’re. Even the”subs”, the moving firm”All Service Movers” arrived and they were favorable. They took 6 hours to pack our stuff up very carefully. They did a fantastic job. They don’t have anything to do with Liberty. ;-RRB- But due to the late start time, our NEW HOME OWNERS needed to begin moving in also. It was ridiculously embarassing and this kind of emotional drain! We finally sent off the movers. We really pulled our TV, files, and pc as we were concerned we would not see them again… It had been so mentally wearing. From not knowing whatsoever IF they’d come in any way, and WHEN, and also to amuse and FUND a household of SIX, for example two grandparents there to assist was DRAINING. MOVING SHOULDN’T BE THIS HARD. I’d have enjoyed a phone call or somebody saying”sorry”, or even a”do not worry they’ll be there tomorrow”. No client services. NOTHING. Kevin did call a couple weeks later after we’d predicted over and over to whine. I understand the firm was SO sick of us. He’s the”moving director”. He also heard our complaints and also did just take a little cash off due to the unplanned hotel stay we needed to reserve. On the shipping end, we’d July 17th since the date to get our things delivered to Nashville (from Seattle). The contract states it could be daily within a 20 day window. So I guessed I must plan for it function as worse-case scenario. Because that is normal together…. The movers arrived a week after our proposed delivery date. Thankfully surprised it was not later.Again, the communication was SO bad. Kevin would react to a email a couple of days after having vague statements such as,”your automobile has not been assigned yet”. The man ACTUALLY driving the truck (a motorist NOT using Liberty, but only assigned to drive the moving truck) was quite nice and also called the day until he delivered. He showed up at 5:30pm (a couple of hours later he explained ). He could not lift anything since he had been hurt, but had his own co-driver and two men he’d discovered out of CraigsList to help. So 3 men total to proceed our 4-bedroom house. My husband did a TON of this moving, for example myself. It was getting late and we only needed to be carried out. They did a nice job and were fine. Next year Once We proceed, There’s NO WAY I WOULD EVER USE LIBERTY AGAIN. The price that you put on SANITY through an already stressful transfer is PRICELESS. I’d pay ANY cost to never put my family through that strain again. If they wish to keep clients, they will need to conduct their business much better by being truthful about just what their firm is (a broker), just how much things will probably be, realistic in their timelines, and they will need to pick up the telephone to call when they’re running late, and also to pick up the telephone once the client calls. Straightforward.

Just hoping our stuff gets to us ok!!

This review is all about our experience thus much which doesn’t consist of shipping however – according to what we have observed up to this stage, all we could expect is that our substance reaches us okay. Even the foreman/driver, Simon Jill ( thats exactly what he maintained his entire title was), was very unprofessional, rude, and also hauled away the classic bait and switch. At 10:30pm, once one truck had been filled up, he informed us we needed to cover for the rest of the stuff or else they can leave it behind or unload the very first truck also. He was loudly, belligerant and utterly dangerous when we denied, whcih compelled us to finish the rest he trade with the authorities present. Don’t think the estimator! You may trust paying double of this quote with this firm. More importantly on the rest of our expertise, as we shall soon figure out their client service levels and shipping state of the products. We’re also fearful about what this driver, Simon, can do to our valuable cargo, a lot of which are worth.

If You Value Your Things, Don't Use Them!

Alliance Moving Services are agents (that we did not know originally ) who billed 690 through credit card along with a remainder of $2,200 to our transfer from CA to TX.  After finding out they’re agents, Kyler Rieloff promised me that they only use reputable businesses, and hired Liberty Relocation for your occupation.  I told Kyle that we desired our items on July 5th however he explained that it will require 4 to 10 times for our items to arrive so pack several products.  I informed him it was critical that we put our items because we had a newborn infant!
Latasha in the firm called & said they’d arrive on 7/3/14 in 8:00 a.m. plus it takes three to four hours, so that I scheduled to the utilities to be closed off at two pm and made hotel reservations for Arizona this day. They came at a Penske truck at 6 p.m., also didn’t complete the movement until well after two a.m.! Incidentally, the most important man called Nir introduced along two other men that he appeared to pickup from Home Depot together with this truck!  Obviously we needed to make other hotel arrangements that also induced us to move to our new TX area each day late.
We waited an whole 31 times for our items to get there! I read several testimonials on the firm which induced me to have a nightmare – literally! We could borrow an aviation but infant’s are in a greater risk of SIDS if they do not sleep in their own beds! I couldn’t think this corporation may be quite so cold understanding a baby was at the home & did not care that he did not have anything! Obviously calling did not really make a huge difference. Latasha maintained she placed a”rush” on it subsequently transfered me to Andrea who promised exactly the exact same but that confused me since Latasha includes a Washington area code also Andrea that a Colorado one, also Andrea’s voicemail claims,”All Service Movers.”  Anyhow, Alex the truck driver came late Sunday night with no assistance, so that he hired my husband & paid him $60 to get 2 1/2 hours & my son worked those hours for free! I thought that was fairly cheap because we paid him over $1200 upfront (that he wanted to maintain the postal money order receipts from panic we’d set a stop payment on it), but Alex stated that he just pays the men who reside in front of Home Depot $12 a hour/$60 maximum!
Alex had us sign a reception up front asserting our things seemed to be in great shape but that was until he unloaded!  He explained it had been the sole receipt we’d get but he’d discuss lost/stolen/damaged things which he did not! Alex took off having a mattress still outdoors & everything did not get constructed!  But just like another complaints, we’d lost/stolen & broken items:
We think my husband’s hand weights had been stolen since they were loosely transported on the vehicle. We had two bookcases; just one little & big.  We had been given the little one but not the big; nonetheless, we had been awarded the shelves into the large one & not just the little! Our Entertainment Center in EXCELLENT condition has been discredited! Alex & my spouse chose that to the garbage ben. And the two sets of bedroom furniture plus the infant’s mattress obtained nicked/scraped on all sides! Finally, since they retained our items provided that we needed to throw out all meds/vitamins because of the intense warmth in their own warehouse. This was ascertained by all of our ornamental candles that melted!
My purpose is to find both businesses shut down! And whoever permit these businesses have to get sued themselves! Liberty Relocation should not be permitted to do buisness according to their own HORRIFIC complaints & testimonials! I’ll also write my neighborhood congress representative since this must STOP! We are out of roughly $1,600 that EXCLUDES the strain and hassle that this place on our household!!!

    Very Impressed

I have moved three times in the previous decades, the majority of the time with various businesses but I only had the best proceed over the previous week using Liberty Relocation. They gave us a very accurate quote over the telephone and helped us plan our relocation.  I have to say, we were extremely happy with their support, extremely fast, efficient and friendly and very professional business that I would not hesitate to use again and highly recommend for everyone! And yeah one more thing, did didn’t screw anything up!!

A wonderful company to move with

I hired Liberty Relocation for its packaging and moving services through I was going into New Mexico in California. I opted to go together because they provided me the very best cost and scheduled the transfer precisely when I chosen. Things were looking great at the start and kept on going until the end. Their team did an wonderful job packaging and loading my things. You will find lots of delicate items and fragile things but nothing has been broken or damaged or missing during the procedure and they required significantly less than the quoted time to produce the delivery in the opposite end. The final cost was slightly more than the projected amount but I’m still quite happy with the degree of support and dedication. Definitely an excellent business.

    WORST MOVING COMPANY !!

I’d give minus 5 evaluation to them when I could!!   The NATIONAL MOVING GROUP along with the LIBERTY RELOCATIONS are CHEATERS, LIARS, FRAUD, THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANIES ON THE PLANET!   PLEASE NEVER FALL PREY TO THEM! NEVER EVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!!  I vow to this God, in case you really do business together, You’ll Have the worst nightmare and many horrifying period of your life!!   Please read further If You Would like to listen to my story.   I recently transferred out of STL, MO into Redmond, WA. I signed a contract up with Brad out of National Moving Group and they subsequently hired”Liberty Relocation” (US DOT:2205690  MC:765351) to send my family things.   Following 3 weeks of distress, countless calls, follow ups and dreadful experience, eventually they delivered my things (5 Large objects were lost and 1 Enormous thing got damaged).   I am not counting on the Tiny things which got twisted.   Immediately after, I gave my credit card information and the deal got signed, I can see I was trapped. Each and every day and at Each and Every measure, I and my family have been treated just like a”HELD HOSTAGE”.   They continue bringing HIDDEN COSTs for your surprise and also for that which they point to a hidden clause about the newspaper That You might haven’t cared for.   According to the deal, I needed to pay $1875 for family things and yet another $1200 for your vehicle. They pressured me to cover over $2300 for family things rather than $1875. Automobile transfer wasn’t that dreadful experience, therefore not such as that portion of the narrative. After heaps of calls, I had been asked to send the car 5 kilometers away from my home and yes, initially they needed an extra $100 for a Saturday delivery but afterwards after several calls/request, they consented to send it for $1200.   On the afternoon of family thing Delivery, the truck driver (Rame Masarwe) started illogical altercations and required $1000 rather than the expected amount $650. As soon as I consented to provide $1000 (ALL CASH), he stated”Give me cash in hand, then simply I will start the truck”. He had been the very unprofessional guy I’ve ever met. He held me a hostage and took undue advantage of my situation. He was very smart and adorable man and his face and his smile were vividly telling about this.   The neighborhood manager needed to call 911 to manage him.   So, rather than 1875, I paid over $2300 and wasted a lot of my energy and time calling National Transferring Group and Liberty Relocation to my own stuff and got the worst and the very unprofessional service potential!   Additionally, just wanted to mention that the motorist (Title was ARI) who arrived to pick up my belongings in STL was a JERK also and he also obtained $110 additional out of me. The entire sum $770 was granted to him all in CASH. This moment , I had no clue what I would be going through over next 3 months.

    FRAUDULENT LIARS

Original price quote was $1,674 to get a 1 bedroom flat with 286 cu ft. Cost actually charged at the time of pickup on June 30th was $1,675 according to 300 cu. Ft.   $150 in railroad substances (although it says they’re free to the form), for a total of $1,825. July 3rd I got a call from Lupe said the foreman”was perplexed” and”made a mistake” and they were sending me an”upgraded” bill representing 450 cu. Ft. and a brand new total invoice of $2,299.88.

After calls back and forth for a week free of fix, I had been told Lupe no longer worked there and got no caution about the upgraded fees. When I called back again a week, Lupe replied the telephone!! Additionally, I got placed though to some company named Major League Van Lines. When I inquired about this, the customer support representative advised me National is a BROKER against the lies that the sales rep Justin was telling me regarding National being a”family owned, non-broker firm.”

My very first day for accessible delivery was July 13th. I had been told initially that my things would be sent Aug. 4-5th (22 days following my very first accessible ). No truck. I was then informed that I could anticipate the motorist August 7-8th. No truck came. At August 10th, I still don’t have my things and I don’t have any confirmation of when the truck will arrive. They’ve been responsible for my own stuff for 45 days, and so are 29 days ago my”first available for shipping date.”

    *UPDATE*

I got a nasty phone call from”Stan” the proprietor, STANISLAV SKRIBNIK. He maintained that he is going to be sending me an”updated statement” for $800 which would have to be compensated in cash upon delivery of the belongings. My binding Bill of Lading contract claims that I owe $469. If that is not extortion, ” I do not know what’s.

This business is a sham. Additionally doing business in different nations under distinct names to operate from poor reviews and the condition of WA (below the title Liberty Relocation) denying them that a company license due to FRAUD!!
