Landon the proprietor of Liberty Moves guarantees you something and then does not follow through on his claims. He seems really nice and maintains that his firm doesn’t increase the cost formerly quoted. He didn’t follow through with exactly what he advised me in writing. He never came and visited our house prior to, during or following the transfer. The movers spent more time folding blankets and speaking on the telephone than hustling and receiving the transfer complete. It took way too term. The movers took and hour to drive in Pinehurst into Southern Pines about 3.5 kilometers off. After we contested Landon on his own unfulfilled claims, he promptly flew off the handle and began calling my husband titles and minding his 20 year army support. I felt threatened by his behaviour and then we figure out he’s the operator. This guy was dreadful, he shouldn’t be in company. He advised us to pipe down we ought to be pleased with what we have. He said he must have billed us $500.00 longer and wish he’d have. Jump these movers.

I preface my remarks to caution anyone thinking about using this company to be completely sure you’re receiving completely fair details.

After reserving with the man or woman who promised to be the proprietor,and afterwards discovered from a motorist that the person was a Partners, we had been confident that the 27 boxes along with two pieces of luggage we had been sending would be about a Liberty truck since they move to Florida each week,” Not so! The dispatch had been sub-jobbed to some other”fly by nite carrier” which has been dreadful. Each box had any harm and the 1 apparel was completely crushed with all the clothing dragging from this open box. I looked at the trailer and believed that a bomb needs to have gone off, with sticks and other things strewn throughout the area.

After receipt I emailed Liberty and also asked $125 to get clothing cleaned. No reply or to 3 followup calls. SAD!!

I’d advise anyone that’s considering using this company to have another thought.
The experience from the beginning to the ending was catastrophic. The manager was extremely rude on the afternoon of this allegedly move. The drivers didn’t appear until 3 hours later, I called the office to inquire why no one showed up. And the supervisor said she does not understand!!!!!
I phoned again to request the allegedly owner named Peter Shemuel, that he had been impolite outrightly and stated that the motorists are running late and I would I love to cancel? No more apologies whatsoever. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK YOUR MOVE WITH THIS COMPANY. I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND MY PLANS WAS TOTALLY DISORGANIZED
