    Long-distance move from California
    Claim for lost items

I completely concur with Anna, this group of incompetents ought to be jailed because of their own behavior. I filed a claim for missing things back in January and have yet to listen to from such dreadful men and women. I believe that they might have closed down and so are working (D/B/A) under another name. I intend on making a visit to Brooklyn to explore these further.

Don’t USE this collection of miscreants!!!!

    Long-distance move from Emeryville, CA
    SCAM Movers

They are such a scam. Spoke to Richard about the telephone – just picked them only as they were not a broker along with the 10 day shipping guarantee. Oh, ho, ho – I want to let you know how untrue all of this was.

Once you talk to Richard, Lisa gets in contact with you. Even through the procedure, Lisa needed a couple of minutes of impolite sarcastic attitude that I seemed ago because I was able to receive my things throughout the nation quickly. They are clearly nice when they’re attempting to have your company – really excited about becoming my deposit of that she stated was 100 but afterwards billed me $140. That is nice, I could look beyond that…

I didn’t have that much stuff and that I had been quoted $1,400 together with the chance of a $300 shuttle charge that they did not out directly tell me about, I needed to inquire about extra fees and media for details.

Pickup – the men were fine and did a fantastic job of packing my things nevertheless, they billed me to get a whole lot of things that at the first contract which Lisa Longo delivered over could be liberated. Red flags are only swinging right and left but they have packed my things, what am I really going to do at the stage. WIth these red flags waving, I request the pickup movers if they are directly utilized by Lexington or whenever they are another moving business that Lexington hires, and they went forward and verified that they’re a distinct moving company that’s contracted by Lexington. OH, SO LEXINGTON MOVING SERVICES ARE BROKERS!

I arrive at New York on the 10th day – without any substance. No phone, no email, no reply to email, no answer to telephone, no answer to voicemail. For over a couple of weeks. Lisa eventually emails back saying contact Don and provides me a contact number. Telephone Don – telephone is totally away for 5 times. Receive a grip of him and when I describe my frustration that my stuff is not there, ” he says it is absurd and nobody said that it would be there at 10 times which was hopeless…

Well, they’ve my things so there’s literally nothing I could do on it. I inquire if the truck is departing, he states that weekend and also the driver must call to schedule fall off time. Driver doesn’t predict in the following 7 days therefore that I phone Don straight back (Don appears like a older gentleman which needs to be retired as if I try to describe things to him, he does not appear to comprehend what I am saying and reproduces things he has been saying repeatedly rather than answers your queries ). Don subsequently proceeds to inform me that the truck only left yesterday and provides me a telephone number to the motorist.

HOLD ON, in case you are not a broker, why am I doing all of the work here? I predict Don multiple occasions until the scheduled delivery again to inform him how angry I am and that they have violated the contract arrangement set forth by them and I wasn’t likely to cover the complete volume. Guess what? Don does not pick up or phone me backagain.

Drop Off: Programs come along and let me cover and that I tell them I am not going to since I phoned Don several days before fall away to resolve the complete and just how I refuse to cover the total volume. Oh, and they brought me the $300 shuttle charge naturally, but the title of this contracted moving business had been on the truck which came to drop off it. JUST BTW. Those movers also that I attempt to get Don for more than a hour – of course no choice up. So since I refuse to eliminate all my money after I’ve already bought more than half of the things that’s on the vehicle, they depart with my things. THEY LEFT WITH MY STUFF. I WAS SO CLOSE.

Don eventually calls back and recall how I said Don is somewhat awkward, he believed I was speaking about the shuttle charge, oh no honey. Maybe not that. SO anyway, they reschedule another dropoff that I am again billed another $300 charge. I’m so over the business I simply paid. Another man called me and stated to submit a claim and if I inquired that to document it with he said it was Don. Forget about it, I am cutting my losses here to never need to manage them again but that I trust nobody actually uses them.

Additionally, red flag: They just accept money order or cash on pick up and cash or postal money order on drop off. I should have understood. I believed I was only helping out a little mom and pop company. NEVER AGAIN.
