NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They falsely claim contract provisions and once the plumber displays up in the home, they wish to charge me far more. I signed a deal together to transfer my family things from North Carolina to California once Ashley Fletcher phoned me and said that they would bill me centered on the true weight of my home things. 1 week prior to the scheduled movement, Timothy Broderick requires me to maximize my deposit, saying that he is only making certain that the truck gets more space booked for me personally and also promised that the last cost will nevertheless be dependent on the actual burden of my home things.

It is my worst experience. I luckily have sufficient documentation on mails with this particular communication and will wind up filing complaints against them.

They sent a different inspector direct transfer ) out that did not appear on the afternoon he said he’d be there. This mover insisted that he would do it depending on the record he’d obtained. Yet more, the plumber showed up and explained exactly the exact same as the previous mover. He’d need two trucks and that he’d charge me twice. Keep in mind we needed to maintain Austin Texas no more than the 1st of sept and we are assured that our stuff are there. This didn’t occur because of their incompetence and capacity to deliver on what they claimed and originally quoted us. We requested a refund because they didn’t meet their contract so we can get our personal uhaul. Chloe said that she did meet our contract double by sending out both moving businesses, which she wouldn’t refund our money, and in most we’d get just half of the 800 buck deposit we place down. We needed to pull from different ways to compensate for this reduction and guess what, all our materials fit from the 26 feet uhaul we obtained and we all had additional distance. Don’t conduct business with those so called movers and that I hope people find this at time. Paying google to get their score helps them seem to be an A+ company. Wish we’d researched them before being tricked by these originally.

Oh and before I forget, do not let them feed one of the BS that they get it done per weight and provide you a speed of 33 cents. The movers they shipped out stated they get it done by CF.

Don’t conduct business with this organization. The salesperson will say whatever that you would like to listen to get your company. When you register the contract and provide a deposit then things move badly downhill. We cancelled our relocation with Liberty Bell since we couldn’t get anybody out of your company to call us back for many days ahead of the move. We did not know if anybody would appear and when they did everything they’d do together with our furniture. These folks shouldn’t be in company. We needed to lease a u-haul and proceed everything ourselves.

The operators of carriers (State to Direct and State Van Lines, both from New York) which were utilized by LBMG were recently indicted in federal court in NY. I’m investigating if there’s much more than a mere shallow company relationship between Drayton/LB along with also the Nadels (owners/operators of those carriers under indictment).

Someone also said a bankruptcy filing of LB. I can find no sign that LB has filed bankruptcy. Got a phone by Dylan, I gave him a list of my house transfer over the telephone, he gave me $1400 – $1700, fourteen days after I receive a call from Bill we proceed over same procedure and NOW the speed has been doubled! $2,700.00 . I’m just one 63 old girl who does not have any family to allow me to do this transfer myself I bit the bullet and remained with the new growth. I really don’t have enough time to go into specifics but only stick from this organization. They supply out the job and do not care what happens when they receive the deposit.
I’ve got three messages using Chloe their Client Service Rep and after 4-5 times haven’t heard back yet.

Movers revealed a day early. I had been guaranteed that a 3-10 shipping date. Movers known as at 6 pm on the 2nd day telling me that they were two hours away from shipping destination and also to meet them there with cash. I am still in Texas no way that I will fulfill them daily early.

2) Just after movers arrived in my location failed to disclose that the delivery might take 4-14 days, rather than originally claimed’couple of days’. To my question if it might take 14 days that they stated they had been legally required to say so but it could be quicker.

I had been repeatedly told that the’driver’ wasn’t return to them since”he had been driving and he had been occupied.” They kept saying that I’d find a call in the’driver’ shortly, which hasn’t occurred until 1 hour before delivery, which rather than 4-14 days happened on 7/13 (together with all the pick up date of 6/15). After countless calls that they confessed that my stuff was at a storage somewhere in NC, which had been the foundation for the movers which they had subcontracted for my transfer. Sometime in the week of 6/26 that they stated the delivery could occur on either Friday, 6/30, Saturday 7/1 or Sunday, 7/2, which of course was a lie. On 7/1, Saturday day that they said that the driver was on his way into me for Sunday delivery, which clearly did not happen. I was able to acquire the amount of the branch supervisor. He also provided a few for Kristina, and instructed me to call her and tell her’figure it out’. Kristina never answered the telephone and her voicemail did not take the messages. The branch supervisor never took my phone again, of course that he did not bother to return my messages and calls. On Monday 7/7, I had been advised that the delivery could happen”through that weekend”, that had been 7/7, 7/8, 7/9. An interesting side note here: since I had been searching the internet for the supervisor’s number (which incidentally is nowhere available) I stumbled upon a different company that has a very similar title, they stated they get a great deal of angry calls and complaints but of course they did not have some affiliation with this small business. Goes to show just how many men and women are scammed and tricked.
5) I eventually got the call in the motorist and a dispatch supervisor (who by the way never answered my calls earlier ) just 1 hour ahead of the estimated time he would be at my location. Since he showed up I had been requested to cover third part of the entire sum before he began unloading. It wasn’t enough for them to already have $900 in their own pocket for around a month, so that despite many requests I did not have any evidence of payment to the next part of $465 plus a duplicate of the contract. The driver insisted that if I did not cover he would leave and it might cost an extra $600 to re-deliver. I needed to call authorities to be sure I could find the shipping safely. Two interesting points here: 1) that is when fine print in the contract comes convenient – it states you need to cover before they unload the vehicle. 2) the motorist said a client before me’d called the authorities also. I heard the authorities joking – you have got this down, do not you?
6) In the seriously damaged things a few were broken, some invited into the extent of being unrecognizable, some things is simply lost. I’ve submitted a report, will determine what happens.
7) Finally, if You’ve Got a fun to speak with Shannon, then You’ll Be treated with rudeness that actually matches the business just like that

Paid more than 3000 to protect our place on the vehicle and it never showed up on shifting. Aint which swell! Do your self a favor – DON’T USE. Locate another comnpany

When completed they billed us $4200 over the price set at the bidding, after five hours of discussion them threatening to continue to keep our belongings and me telling me the way to proceed, we threatened in $2200 within the initial quote. They steered their truck leaving the majority of the items our items from the garage, for example, piano and the pool desk. As we found our boxes, we discovered several things have been broken and that they did not utilize any bubble wrap and also only a bit wrap paper. They also dropped formal clothes in a massive box and then piled our shoes in addition to those. They drove their truck over and breaking up the sidewalk and leaving no bud where they spun their tires.

We filed a claim using Nation Star not having responded. Also they won’t answer my calls and also refused to register a certified letter to them.

After closure on our prior house we needed to be out in 3 times. Liberty Bell contracted with Cheetah Movers and although the men were quite nice I am sure they were not trained. The truck was not large enough so that they had to return for another load. Even then we had been forced to leave behind a few of our posessions.
The most important motive Liberty Bell was chosen was that the free 60-day storage. I am not certain what type of storage device was utilized but when we started a number of the boxes mould was evident in addition to broken products. While I talk with someone I receive a name and because I have not gotten a call back with a status upgrade I attempt to reach that individual again. It appears that my contact is not accessible so I must begin over again.
In the meantime we’re still awaiting the remainder of our items to get there. The 30 day window that I needed to submit a claim to the harm has passed since I had been told to wait patiently and submit everything at one time.

Don’t use LB Transferring Group, AKA Liberty Bell Moving Group, they’re a moving agent and delegate a moving business for your benefit, in our situation STATE TO STATE MOVERS NY.
They offered $9190 for the transfer, closing amount was 17 426.01. They provided a $2000 CR for the annoyance, pain & distress we obtained, on condition that we sign an agreement to not create any negative or disparaging statements from LB MOVING GROUP LLC, we chose NOT to take the Charge as we believe that it is essential that the general public is made aware of the bad business practices. This company isn’t in the moving company, if they had been they’d get an insight to the truth that moving is quite stressful, rather , they increase the stress by bending, being unethical and more promising and under delivering. We finally got our furniture, tons of broken, missing and damaged bits, and furniture that doesn’t even belong to us!

Don’t use liberty bell! Worst communication I’ve ever managed! The movers never showed up! I got a slew of emails stating the motorist would contact me personally and he never did. The HR SHANNON talked to me and said she’d solve the matter and phone me back in my very first accessible go day and NEVER predicted backagain. I needed to lease a uhual that only thing that I could find at this short notice was a little 12′ truck so I needed to make things behind that I did not need too. I needed to pay a person to drive one of their cars and we had two vehicles already to choose which is the reason why we hired a moving business in the first location. Because we had 3 motorists and 3 automobiles we needed to stop on how cost more for resort for every one of those together with 3 adults and two kids. The entire push down from IL TO fl NO ONE named me personally! They simply never revealed and did not call. I chose later we should FL to phone them myself and that I waiting two days after departing message without a response back. I made an email and eventually somebody responded. I had been told that they would refund my deposit. This was nearly two weeks past with a mail saying 3-5 business days until it place in my accounts and NOTHING…I only moved to a different country with kids and’m around $800 and all of the additional strain and hassle it was to really get down here when going to a different state alone is stressful! Just beware that the sales folks are eloquent and that they make it seem like it is well worth it but it is not!!! Receive a pod and spare yourself the nightmare! I was planning to post a few images of a couple emails sent to me personally but it’s not letting me. I fought with hiring this business at the first place bc it had a few very poor reviews but the great ones were very great. If anybody wishes to find out more about my experience please do not be afraid to answer this and request!

Folks, Save your money, do it yourself. It will be cheaper, but more importantly, you won’t have to deal with people who do not speak to each other, do not care what your needs are. They will tell you anything to get that deposit. After that its a rubbish shoot.

I decided to use them, instead of doing it myself. The only saving grace (IF THERE IS ONE AFTER BEING SCAMMED OUT OF 800 bucks) is that I did not end of giving them anymore money.

Basically here is the story as short as I can make it. Dylan who is full of you know what, took my money, promised it would go exactly as needed. Before we left for our 2 week road trip supposed to end in Hinesville GA. to meet up with movers, I spoke to him about the potential weather. He assured me they were keeping their eye on it.

as the week went on we continued with a few more emails. When it finally decided that the area was evacuating, we could not get in on the date. The other issue was that the house my lives, were going to stay at was empty because of the evacuation so there was no where to stay.

After that I stopped getting responses from Dylan the scam artist. He was made aware that we could not get in, and with the forecast, and work coming we decided that we needed to head back Omaha, so we did not miss any work. All of this was made known, and I was lead to believe, UNDERSTOOD.

So during my drive home, I received calls from the actual moving company(apparently Liberty Bell is just a bunch of people sitting in an office) (This company wanted to make arrangements to meet, on a date by the way I did not give them). Dylan really earned that 800 bucks. We also heard from Bill and some puny little rude girl named Jessica. I am sure she’s a dreamy little thing. I informed both of them of what I thought Dylan understood, and that he had taken care of.

Nope, they were both shocked. Great communication!

Bottom line here is that, Jessica in her commitment to excellence, told me that my deposit was good for a year. I said I would rather get my money back. because Ill probably be back down there within 6 months, and that the only reason we wanted to move the stuff up here is because we got extended. Made no sense to reschedule. She then went into the whole well its a year you never know thing.

after back and forth, and after she contradicted herself at least 4 times, it was clear that her desire to “HELP ME” was BS, and that I was going to have to fight to get my deposit back.

I mentioned that and her response was well we win charge backs all the time because of that contract.. Basically daring me to file one. (WHICH IS WILL, just because she is so nice.

Reason for keeping the deposit? They had to use that to set up the movers, that I was told were already in the area when I booked it. That special scam artist Dylan told me we have a truck in the area with some space, so its cheaper for that reason. So one question JESSICA! If you had to use that to set up the move, then why can I use the credit for up to a year genius?

Oh Dylan there is a special word for your type, but I cannot use it here. You got me for now man. I will not soon forget it either.

If you are reading this, and looking at these low life people, DO NOT DO IT. I promise you the 5 star ratings here are paid. Same thing on Yelp. there are either 5 star or 1 star. Why do you think that is?

If you value your money, read this. A hurricane did not stop them from falling back to the contract you sign. If I canceled just to cancel, that is one thing, and I would not say a word. I didn’t cancel. A hurricane interrupted it.

Spend your money here, and you probably wont get what you think you will be getting. Just look around the internet. One 1 star rating is an eye opener, lots of them, well that will be on you if you do not head the warnings that are out there.
