    Long-distance move from Colorado
    The team was fast.

Moving is rather a torturous action. I had been like using a phobia when I had my first going experience one year ago. Thank heavens, a friend gave me an advice that I need to employ movers, especially Laprom Storage and Moving to perform the proceeding. Initially, I was skeptical, I believed movers are costly. I gave them a telephone after being convinced from my buddy’s testimonies about the corporation.

The group was quickly. They helped me nicely with my trade together. I had been scheduled in virtually no time. On the afternoon of this move, the group came first. They began packing my items with extreme caution. I never believed moving was as simple as that. I should have hired them earlier. We finished the day with no with any body ache.I’m so glad I had them. My moving phobia was gone. I know I would not have a problem going since I’ve a significant HAND to perform proceeding for me.Thanks Laprom!

    Highly recommended!

Highly suggested! … Laprom Moving and Storage Rock!!!

My previous experience with movers wasn’t really excellent. They had been in a rush and that I felt as though they had no regard for my possessions and were not treating them with some maintenance. THEN, the movement ended up costing me over twice their initial quotation.

But then, I’m very happy to report that my expertise with Laprom Movers has been the complete opposite! My transfer was kind of last second, but I managed to reserve two men & a truck out of them only a week until I wanted them for quite a reasonable price. I managed to do all of the booking online, however never felt communication was missing. They came when they said they’d, got right to work, were efficient & friendly, and handled my belongs with respect & care.

I wouldn’t be afraid to phone Laprom Movers again to get a transfer either big or small.

    Professional, hardworking and fast!

After spending a couple of hours on the internet to look for good movers, then I ended up booking with Laprom Moving and Storage. The group transferred my things, and they predicted the evening before and the morning of to tell me everything was still on schedule – that type of focus was wonderful. Very professional about everything, plus they were very hard workers, but they were also quite personable and comfortable. It is hard work that these men do, and yet they retained a friendly, cheerful, useful attitude the whole time. Working for these is enjoyable and that I could really see that they are enjoying it. Moving together is quite painless. Until my second move men!

    Good Moving experince

Hello, I moved out of Sherman oaks into Van Nuys from the LA region. I even hired the Laprom Transferring at the last moment once I realized that I can not do all of the packaging by my ego if I’m likely to empty the aprtment punctually. If was a bit more than I wished to cover but they had been ver honest and fair and gave me the exact cost to start with. So I understood what I was becoming. I was releaved in the conclusion of the movement once the cost was exactly what they told me it’ll be. They provide fantastic service.not really incisive but worked hard and did an excelent job. I’ve a good deal of glass programs and they packaging and transportted it propely without a damanges. Overall it was an excellent experince.

    My Moving Experience

I utilized Laprom Moving & Storage to move out of CA to NV in the end of June. I was really happy with them. Leading up to the movement was Chuck that had been really valuable and reasonable concerning preparing a reasonable contract. In the beginning, I was anxious to sign a contract which has been by the hour, in dread that estimated occupation would readily balloon as much as a far longer occupation. Chuck knew my concerns that I had been amazed with. On the afternoon of this transfer, the movers (Jason’s group ) came for our 9am appointment, but had no issue waiting to begin until 9am once I told them I did not have access for my elevator before that moment. They arrived and looked at exactly what they’d be shifting, which had been largely furniture and tons of boxes after I had been told about exactly what their strategy was, and got right to work. They worked fast and economically with the best of care, wrap everything firmly in blankets and carefully moving it on rollers. There were not any extra fees for blankets, tape, etc. ), even if there must have been (to get several boxes that they needed to utilize, which they threw into free). I inquired if they might move some extra items which were not at the initial work order I’d spoke with Chuck and they hadn’t any difficulty whatsoever with this. After we got into my new location (which even though I jumped into a taxi immediately to meet them there, that they still beat me there!!) , they immediately set up everything the way I’d asked them to, even transferring a couple of things around after I changed my mind, and have been completed at precisely the hours which had been quoted. They even helped bring an undesirable bed out of my old place to my parents’ household van in a parking lot close to the new spot for them to draw from town to eliminate, all without extra cost. That is even after Chuck had lent me that it would be 80 to eliminate this mattress to the skip fee as well as the extra period of these guys (that I understand isn’t a rip off, because if I had to throw it at the skip in my present building in my own it might be 60 – how absurd would it be alive that you are charged for your crap??) .

I could not think how seemless and agreeable that the movement was with Laprom Moving & Storage. They’d character which made the movement pleasant and a bit more nerve racking and constantly exhibited the maximum degree of professionalism. I’ll be using these for any future movements I’ve, and urge them to anybody that’s looking. Request Jason’s staff and you will not be billed extra for whatever! They are very amazing!

    Fast and Quick Movers!

Hiring Laprom Storage and Moving was a fantastic choice for me! I didn’t have much of a choice than to seek the services of movers as the majority of my buddies had already left once we graduated from school. I had been very much happy when they explained that their quote for my transfer was only $500 to the 1 bedroom flat which I had in a stroll up lift construction.

Half an hour in the scheduled pickup, the moving group politician called and inquired if they could come first or might need to come before the scheduled time. I consented to allow them to come right away and they all did!

Chuck and his staff had been real fast and fast. They had no qualms whatsoever. The movers transported my boxes that had diverse weights and have been quite cautious in protecting my furniture.

After we arrived in the new flat, the men were good about placing things where I requested them to and even helped me place the bed skirt in my bed till they place the mattress down.

From begin to finish the transfer just took three and a half an hour! I was actually blown away. I never understood a moving encounter could be so great! I believe everyone involved was happy once I gave them a heavy suggestion. Thank you a lot guys!

    Stress Free Move

I utilized Laprom Moving & Storage for the very first move in ten decades. I’d always gone the road of leasing previously. But after looking in my Californian two bedroom and with the poor memory of leasing trucks and complete chaos of previous experience, I chose that a professional inspector was wanted this time.

I received a quotation from 5 distinct companies and picked Laprom Transferring as they had been recommended by a fantastic buddy and their cost was great right in the center of another two.

I had a fairly stressful time together with my co op plank amongst other matters and needed to postpone the movement on short notice. Chuck was really understanding and we could decide on a date for the next week.

On move day I got a call in the team stating that they had been captured in a small traffic and could be running late. They came about 10 minutes after our scheduled time of 9am – Not Bad.

The movers themselves were experts, really approachable, understood exactly what they were doing and excited to get the task finished. Chuck, the head man was particularly beneficial. They moved everything out fast and there weren’t any difficulties.

I’m known for saying how it’s near impossible to receive a fantastic support in this town and you are able to pay high dollar and still get shoddy service or only a lack of consumer appreciation. I am quite glad that I found that a moving company who’ve made this unpleasant and stressful job a bit easier. I do not intend on repeating this anytime soon but will discuss my expertise with everyone who requires a fantastic mover.

    A Very Pleasant Experience

I’d very much like to thank Laprom Transferring, the group and you. I dreaded going. Just because I haven’t had a great encounter with movers. This was true until I transferred with Laprom Moving. In the start things were different. But you’re on time, friendly, professional and true. My things were packaged securely and then handled with regard despite being smothered in thick blankets and in boxes. The group needed to make two stops to pick up my possessions and still beat me back to California in the very first stop. The movement was completed in time and all products were rigorously reassembled and put.

The moving group was exceptionally fit and professional. I’ve discovered most movers to whine daily about the quote offered by headquarters as though it had been my fault. This never happened with Laprom Moving.

At one stage I apologetically requested for the piano to be moved a couple inches to get better centering. The reply was,”good enough isn’t acceptable, just perfection is.” I comfortably relaxed with my loved ones in the new flat that day instead of needing to relieve my frustration.

I repent that I attempted to save $200 annually before by choosing another firm over Laprom Moving; the harm far exceeded this sum.

Thank you. I’m pleased to advocate Laprom Moving to anyone, and that I will.

LAPROM IS A SCAM MOVING COMPANY

This firm gave an extremely low price of $288 to maneuver 2 beds, a treadmill, a massive TV and toys 11 miles. They billed my 75 year-old dad $1,956 they billed $1,000 to bubble wrap 2 things. They ought to be shut down. I’ve set a complaint in with the better business bureau and also have begun legal actions against this scam of a organization. Please don’t use this organization. The drivers are in on the scam that is bogus. They’ll take your cash. I shall make it my entire life work to get the word out of the way this business steals from great hard working individuals. When you telephone to speak with an owner, they simply dismiss your requirements.

    Hold furniture hostage

I contracted with 24 Transferring, that gave me a written quote of $380 for 3 men to fill out a truck and transfer my belongings 30 kilometers & 380 to unload the morning after. A truck stating they functioned from LAPROM Transferring arrived four hours late to load the vehicle. They filled the truck without a piled more than six feet high (“people have lots of distance”) and so were not able to match a lot of my own stuff. They billed me $535 and threatened to overthrow the truck when I didn’t pay. They then said they’d need to control me even more – for another truck and team to maneuver the rest of the stuff. So. I got a UHaul van and did the remainder for about $84.

They had been scheduled to send between 10 and 11 am on Friday and came at 6 pm with just two men and you was under the sway of some thing. The bullied and humiliated my girlfriend for her to sign the paperwork. They threatened to shoot my own things and maintain is hostage. The office didn’t return any one of a dozen telephone calls. I needed to look for the truck. They attempted to sneak a TV and bicycle and air compressor stating it wasn’t mine, but a part of some other move. Their quote was for 3 hours – they shot five hours – and attempted to bill me $95 an hour if their truck states two men and also a truck to get about $75 an hour. They billed me for a hour to get folding mats. They ended up charging me $550 for its unload, over 40 percent over the quote. They ruined six parts of timber furniture (dresser, mind board, coffee table, etc.) I have some cash back from your credit card business after 4+ weeks of battling. These men are all criminals and bullies. Never, ever use 24 Transferring or LaProm Transferring!!!

    Quoted Price

I had been quoted $520 and has been billed triple the total amount to $1516 without being made conscious that could raise that far. Clearly I wouldn’t have employed the organization. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anybody.

    Moving company a/k/a demolition company

God almighty. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. They sould not be from the moving company. They charged me over 3 times the first quotation, for items not obtained, place my boxes into their utilized smelly boxes and billed me $22.00 each box, and branded nothing. Disassembled what furniture I stored and didn’t reassemble it BROKE 90 percent of my things out of bed frames to images off the framework. They simply threw all of the things from the garage, upside down, backward, you name it. Along with also the [EDIT] packed fluids horizontally with photographs, and also leaked. Nothing was packaged correctly. They used my committed boxes for dishes, glasses, kitchen ware, lamps documents for anything was in arms reach. Stuff that has been in my family for generations is rubble today. I took particular care to package what has survived in the 1800’s to now, and they place those boxes on the floor below heavy items although with large pink paper along with bold black printing that they had been labelled fragile. Even big things, I’d 3 scooters, 1 brand new five miles on it and they completely ruined the back end, fender, tail lamps. And there’s not anything you can do. You don’t have any rights. Do not be fooled. They didn’t hear me or follow directions. I whined to my credit card business, but because I gave them my card number I had been told I authorized them to charge whatever they desired. The BBB did nothing whatsoever. They had been only a window for me to coincide with all the movers. I sent the claim form using a dvd of photographs of the harm and they won’t respond. I must go to court today. Do not ever use this business filled with youthful, unprofessional children from another nation who don’t know the worth of older things. What a mess they made of the things. I have moved 11 times in my lifetime and never, never had this much problem using a moving company, and yes I did all the packaging myself. Send me contact information for a great attorney. I would like to be certain they don’t transfer anything ever again.

Moving my stuff from Ca. to Tx.

What a lying, cheating, unprofessional, dishonest, and sloppy business. They ought to be recorded under demolition businesses not moving. I got three quotes and went together with Laprom for the BBB rating. What a rip off, the transfer must have cost $4,000 plus they billed me $13,000. , charged me a lot for unneeded things — for tires that are used, and smelly ones also, they set my boxes inside their boxes and labeled nothing, packed fluids horizontally, which leaked with photographs. Charged me for things not received, such as bed covers. They do not follow directions, managed my things carelessly and broke 80 percent of my things, from bedframes to photograph frames, and only threw my things from the door upside down, backward, anyhow they pleased. I filed a complaint with my credit card business which was a shocker for me telling me since I gave them my credit card that I approved and allowed all subsequent fees. I then registered a complaint with the BBB who did nothing whatsoever. Instead, they dissassembled my furniture and didn’t reassemble it. I packaged the family heirlooms in lace and styro and branded those along with other boxes”FRAGILE” in enormous black ink in bright pink paper, along with the labels were ruined in addition to several products. Matters which have been in my family since the 1800’s and in mint condition and forced it through wars, floods, and fires from tact and proceeded over 15 occasions are currently rubble. These men are horrible. I’d 3 scooters, 1 brand new with 5 kilometers on it plus they detroyed the back end, and ruined another two. I registered a claim for those damages (certified mail) and sent photos and they haven’t responded. Court is currently the only alternative remaining. DON’T USE THESE GUYS. Chuck was capable on the telephone however, the [EDIT] who showed up weren’t. Young 20 year olds who hardly heard English and hadn’t any concept of the worth of older things. I am just shattered. I couldn’t locate things for nearly a year.

    Terrible Movers---overcharged!

Laprom movers gave me a quotation according to what I advised them they’d be shifting.   This is a king size mattress and a Couple of pieces of bedroom furniture, a wall mounted unit, sofas, dining table and chairs and a few boxes.    They informed me it’d cost approximately $400.  They showed up 1 hour late and spent a great deal of time (roughly two hours) standing around looking at one another and discussing how exhausted they were out of the transfer they did before this day.  I spent a complete hour running up and down my staircase bringing things to them in their truck.  They dropped some things off the ramp and then broke two boxes.  Additionally, their apparel boxes were piled and falling. This entire move took them 7 hours and they charged us over $900.  I phoned them and requested them to”complete the job” because they left  things in our property.  They said they’d take action to get a”discounted rate” dismissing $10 a hour.  They wouldn’t hear me or use me on this. These movers not to give quotes that are valid.  They make the most of their”hourly fee”.  Don’t Use them!!!   C.  Allen

    Mover rip off- very slick!

This moving business”estimated” that it could require a while and cost $450. To transfer us – after that my wife gave them comprehensive details of our family dimensions – chambers, beds, sofas, pieces, etc.. We needed to go out now, since our lease stopped. Maids and carpeting cleaners have been scheduled to adhere to the movement, and a review from the landlady. Theyshowed up two hours late, with no calls or excuses and introduced me with a pile of files to signal prior to theywould initiate work. A number of the records were to the last shipping and considered a pre-acceptance of the services. The exact slick foreman had all of the responses of why this was fine and”ordinary”. I noticed that they wouldn’t violate our furniture without complete payment. They appeared really concerned to”wrap” along with”cage” just about every single bit of furniture – despite the fact that we had thoroughly bubble-wrapped our valuables. I captured them wrap cheap fiberboard bookcases that price around $30. In K-mart. I afterwards learned that this unworthy”wrapping” cost me over purchasing the bookshelves. We’d spent days bubble-wrapping and protecting our valuable pieces to maintain fromhaving movers waste time doing so. Their’wrap’ consisted of extending large parts of ultra-thin plastic about everything. These plastic rolls are available for sale in most moving areas for about $20 a roster. As soon as I got the last accounting, I found that every slice they wrapped I about $50. – and this slender plastic protects nothing. Even the’crates’ they constructed were bits of cardboard which were recorded around parts of frames, glass etc.. They arrived in $10. Per bit of cardboard. Therefore, apiece of glass may have 6 pieces of cardboard about it in $10 each – or $60. I saw you which cost me $120 to’wrapping’. The last invoice for all these’extras’ was approximately $1800 (!) . From the time they’d wrapped everything which we’d previously wrapped, they were able to pay 11 hours to get a transfer that they had anticipated will be three hours. Another suggestion was that they stated it’d be just one load into the storage device. Needless to say, the truck had been complete at 4pm using just a couple of things left- so that meant an additional load and still another 2-3 hours. The last bill was close to $3,000. Greater than 6 times greater compared to the 450. ‘quote’. Another suggestion they had was that at 1pm they stated that they weren’t permitted to split for lunch – however when I’d buy them lunch they’d eat at work. So I bought them all lunch – and they took a wonderful break. I compensated for the lunch and the period that they didn’t get the job done. At 7pm, I awakened – in the front of the storage device where they wouldn’t unload without satisfactory payment. They fast cutthe bill down a couple of hundred bucks so that they can all get money tips. And incidentally – they ruined some things they’d’wrapped’and was able to ding up the walls of my home – and left no reimbursement for me. After I recognized the scam (far too late), they ceased their wrap a and crating and focused on MOVING. If I had not called them on it- this could have been a 2-day workout plus they’d most likely have struck $5,000.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This company is the worst. They had been really late, once I called their shipment my telephone was delivered to an answering service and that I was told nobody worked on the weekend? Wonder why they scheduled my movement for the weekend when nobody is in the office.

They questioned every thing they needed to pack to postpone the moment. Their internet site promoted a 5 percent discount for money. But ultimately once I brought up this the motorist said”it is not at the newspaper job” well was about the site. He called”his manager” of whom I’d already been told wasn’t at work and couldn’t be contacted. OK my superb stated I will provide you 3 percent! The medication large pieces even thought they’d dollies and carts.I was quoted $275 for 4 hours of work; I got 5 hours and paid $480 using a 5% cash discount astonishing how one additional hour nearly doubled the price.

I had been confident that I would understand the driver and load team since they could be in uniform out of the business, this wasn’t the situation. Only a very terrible experience all together.

    Worst moving experience ever!

I’ve moved 8 times in the past 4 years as a result of military support and this is the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. I had the movement scheduled for saturday morning at 9. I came at my storage device with no telephone call or email of the anticipated delay/schedule shift. Once I phoned the dispatching office, I spoke to Michael who said the movement was pushed into the day because I didn’t react to the email and didn’t answer the telephone call (that I never received). Michael told me that they would not have the ability to move my merchandise till 1230/1 o’clock. I waited in the storage device before the day. In 1230 I called back and Michael told me that the movers must have called me personally. Michael then told me he’d see exactly what the delay was and he would call me back (that never occurred ). In the conclusion of the afternoon , I waited for seven hours and had predicted 12 times without one call back. Michael finally began answering the telephone and putting the telephone on the desk, where I could listen to the background sound. I was finally placed on hold many times, waiting up to an hour on hold. When I called later in the week to inform them how unbelievably poor Michael was at communicating, Eric (the supervisor ) told me that he would review the tapes and phone me over the next few of days (which never occurred ). An absolutely horrible experience and after two weeks I still have not heard back from them.

    Awful Experience

STAY AWAY!! . . A mirror has been missing during the movement and we’ve received no answer from the business about the best way best to solve the situation. In addition, I believe that there have been unfair practices of equipment they needed us to buy in-order to transfer our possessions. All these must have been mentioned ahead. The quotation we received said the transfer would require 3 however, the transfer really took 6 hours. Worst customer service I have ever obtained.
