ENTRGUE EN PUERTO RICO 21 CAJAS PARA SER ENTREGADAS EN ORLANDO, EL PROCESO EN PUERTO RICO PARA RECIBIR LAS CAJAS FUE EXCELENTE CON EL SR.. NIEVES, ENCARGADO DEL ALMACEN EN PR. ME INDICARON QUE TARDABA DE 6 A 8 SEMANAS, ENTREGUE EL 24 DE ENERO LO QUE SUPONIA QUE ME ENTREGARAN EN ORLANDO A FINALES DE MARZO. TARDARON 16 SEMANAS, FINALMENTE ME ENTREGARON EL 14 DE MAYO DE 2018, LES INDIQUE QUE ME ENTREGARAN EN UN STORAGE QUE QUEDA A 1/2 MILLA DE MI APARTAMENTO Y TRAS TARDAR EL DOBLE DEL TIEMPO ME COBRARON $50 ADICIONALES (YA LA MUDANZA ESTABA PREPAGADA DESDE PR), LES INDIQUE QUE NIEVES ME HABIA INDICADO QUE LA ENTREGA ESTABA INCLUIDA Y QUE CUANDO ME LLAMARAN PARA COORDINAR LA ENTREGA LES DECIA LA DIRECCION DEL STORAGE PARA QUE ENTREGARAN ALLI, Y LA CONTESTACION DE UNO DE LOS EMPLEADOS DE LA ENTREGA FUE QUE NIEVES NO MANDABA NADA EN ESO Y QUE NO IBA A PODER HACER NADA. NO SI SI LAS OTRAS COMPAÑIAS DE MUDANZA SON IGUALES O PEORES, LO QUE SI LES PUEDO ACONSEJAR ES QUE NO UTILICEN ESTA LA GRANDE MOVERS, QUE ES LO MISMO QUE LA FLOR DE MAYO Y NO SE CUAL MAS, PORQUE OPERAN CON VARIOS NOMBRES DIFERENTES.

8 semanas y aun no he recibido mis muebles. Y peor aún tampoco pueden decirme una fecha aproximada para la entrega. El servicio al cliente HORRIBLE! Especialmente p parte de Marlene Rodríguez en las oficinas de PR. Carecen de ética y profesionalismo. Créame, usted no quiere usar los servicios de ésta gentuza! NO LOS RECOMIENDO, ni siquiera a mi peor enemigo!

They don’t package my office seat and my brand new trimmer, The seat I need to hose it to wash it The trimmer has been supply with a few brown dirt, so they don’t have the decency of cleanup as soon as they utilized, and had been hurt, I must buy a brand new one, as soon as they request me to ship a duplicate of the brand new buy to Mr. Rodriguez, they refuse to repay the cash to get a brand new one. The delivery driver out of orlando, will not allow you to inspect whatever unless you paid first. In case you must create a claim, simply remember it, he’ll said”I do not understand anything, you didn’t sign the shipping documents” Don’t recommend this business to anybody.

Aunque mi mudanza de PR a la Florida fue entregada en Agosto 29, no tengo ninguna queja del personal de Puerto Rico, fueron extremadamente cuidadosos y el desmontar los muebles y empacar todo y montarlo en el camion, aqui en la florida la oficina de Orlando fue un desastre enviaron un camion con un cubano que no sabe nada de mudanzas y otro mas que sabia menos, me rompieron un escritorio de esquina de madera, un curio de cristal la vajilla llego toda rota las tiraban como si fueran sacos de papa, las figuras de porcelanas la mayor parte de ellas llego rota, las cajas estaban todas pateadas, y a pesar de las multiples llamadas que he hecho a la oficina de Orlando pidiendo que me falta una caja no me han hecho ningun caso y aun tengo una caja perdida con retratos familiares cuadros y ropa de cama que pertenecio a mi difunta madre, a pesar que llevabamos porcelanas la aseguramos , pero cuando reclamamos al seguro me dijeron que como nosotros lo habiamos empacados eso no se aseguraba, cuando en PR nos dijeron que si, Me rompieron el chinero le despegaron la tapa de atras, una butaca Antigua le rompieron las patas un librero que hubo que botar delante de ellos pues vino hecho pedazos y varias cosas mas. A estas Alturas la persona o personas que me contestan el telefono no me han enviado un formulario para reclamar la caja perdida. Son un desastre aqui en Orlando. No more los recomiendo. Ma. Missing things from interior containers, broken furniture, and if you don’t have insurance don’t even bother asserting anything. I won’t ever recommend this business even when they move you at no cost. Pay the small extra and prevent losing things and broken items.

The quantity of incompetence is totally absurd, the ceremony is non existence. Took close to 3 weeks for the enterprise to send and it was faulty, missing a significant box portions of a vanity and a 55″ t.v. in its original box exactly like fresh which was stolen from the storage centre likely by one of those men who came into my residence, been weeks calling daily and I hear the exact same explanation,”we got somebody assessing the storage” or even”we’ll call you tomorrow we’re assessing this” the individual who picks up the telephone has no social skills rather than fit for her place. Do not fall for all these mediocre half an ** business. They do not have some social media since they keep getting poor reviews. Do your research.
