La Flor de Mayo Express

This was over 12 decades back. However, the support and admiration was fenomenal. I have few problems and they even hold my things for a lengthy time period. Nothing hurt, everything was not there. I had been treat as a relative.

I had been disappointed and frustrated with all the firms communication and service. Many times I needed to supply a copy of my ID and advice. I had my items picked up on Nov 15th and recieved it Febuary of 2014. After having to call a lot of times and being told we telephone you back.

Me mudé recientemente de New York that a Puerto Rico con la Flor de Mayo Express y la cantidad de muebles y artículos que llegaron rotos, manchados y dañados fue increíble. Además del pobre servicio y poco profesionalismo, se lavaron las manos y no se hicieron responsables de todos los daños porque yo empaqué ciertas cosas. Claro que las empaqué yo, si tuve que esperar como 3 semanas para me trajeran las dichosas cajas de Flor de Mayo. Pero lo cierto es que todo estaba en buenas condiciones y yo no fui el que las mudé p NY a PR!!! Que gente más descarada. Una porquería p compañía p mudanza. Por favor no la utilicen!!!

Que pesadilla me dijeron 6 semanas y fue hasta 4 meses despues que recibi mi mudanza de Florida a Puerto Rico figuras rotas y mis muebles Victorianos manchados y mi Chair y footboard scratched le puse seguro y lo unico que me mandaron fue $50 por economizarme $200 mas que me cobraba la rosa del monte que mi amiga la uso todo le llego en mi semanas y sin hurts

This provider isn’t dependable.  I moved from state and has been advised that my merchandise should arrive on our around May 15 but didn’t get it until May 26.  According to the firm, the mover had problems to be solved with the truck enrollment that was very rash of them when they knew they had to get the paperwork so they ought to have done it in time. I needed to be inconvenienced sleeping on the ground and needed to receive a sleeper couch that was not in my budget at the moment.  My sister took off time from work and went to assist me with the movement, but needed to return home as my merchandise didn’t arrive in time. I asked the firm to get a partial settlement for my annoyance but they refused to. I definetely do not advise La Flor de Mayo as your moving business. Please proceed elsewhere.

Una falta de seriedad complete, contraté sus servicios porque supuestamente eran los más serios y”me vendieron la moto” de que se tardaban unas 4 semanas aproximadamente en trasladar mi carga desde Miami a San Juan, cobraron el 80 percent por adelantado y resulta ser que después de 11 semanas ni se digan a llamar, ni a responder los correos electrónicos que he enviado para poder hablar con un responsable de su empresa con el propósito de conocer la situación de mi mudanza, ya que no hay personas en sus oficinas de Orlando, NY y Puerto Rico que me sepan decir que sucede con la misma. Es una burla, una falta de respeto complete. Cada vez que llamo a sus distintas oficinas es literalmente un peloteo, nadie sabe nada ni quieren asumir responsabilidad, desde Octubre que no recibimos ni una llamada… Son la INCOMPETENCIA en su máxima expresión.

Mi mama mando su mudanza el 13 de Noviembre desde Puerto Rico para Florida.El 3 de Enero mi mama recibio parte de la mudanza.  Hasta el dia de hoy (03.12.14) no ha recibido el resto.He hablado con Luz Rodriguez, Liz Marie Velez, y Eduardo Mendez, sin ningun resultado.
