They took 12 hours to package our family things (estimated it’d be 4).   They broke a Couple of things and left behind a Couple of items.   They did not quote well so we needed to cover overages.
Then came the awful part.   They didn’t respond to emails or telephone calls asking our possessions to be sent.   They then billed us storage to the possessions and would not schedule delivery before we compensated the storage price.   They would not accept payment on the Internet or by credit card also gave me an hour to pay or They’d charge a second month’s storage.  
We’ll wait to see What Type of state the goods have been in but I am not as optimistic.  
Do not expect a Fantastic experience here.

Yes, they will have a”New” name and a”New” proprietor, but all of the office folks and the direction will be exactly the same, and if you do your homework you’ll see this isn’t the first time that they have changed owners or names. We proceeded in can and still have not obtained all our furniture or boxes, they also claim they do not understand what happened to our own possessions, and they’ve done nothing to solve this issue, and imagine what. We’ve got things here that does not belong to us, stuff that goes to other individuals, things that we’ve told them for months is here, plus they do not care. How a number of different individuals have our possessions? We proceeded approximately 35 miles, maybe not much at all, even the largest of this problem started because we needed to put our belongings in storage for many weeks. We’re overlooking over 50 boxes, including family photographs, heirlooms which could not ever be replaced, all our dishes, pots and pans, silverware, and the list continues on and on! The majority of the furniture that they sent has been chipped, torn, damaged, plus they kept promising to deliver a repair person to look after things. That never happened either!! Said we needed to submit an insurance coverage, delivered these types, figure what. That never happened either. Assess not just the BBB however, the puck too, do your own homework before you hire this organization. Client beware Merely saying. After a predator, consistently a predator, a leopard does not change his spots that’s evident once you start looking into each of the titles that this firm has functioned as.

Awful company, don’t use. Three hours late coming, they were supposed to perform a complete packing service but did not have some resources to dismantle furniture. Employed our resources and they’ve since gone missing. Our material was meant to be held at a storage facility before our home was ready two weeks afterwards.   They came at new home a couple of hours back again. Furniture had not been shielded so discoloured our sofas, overlooking cushions, cushions in torso if dividers, smashed plates & eyeglasses, wardrobes damaged, wicker chests grips split, handles missing out of towels, scraped tables, broken mirrors. They also have dropped lots of our things hoover, iron, towels, bedding, rugs etc etc and also helped themselves to the contents of my sons cash box. Moving home prices a lot anyhow and we now have to replace the majority of our things since it’s been badly damaged or gone missing. They do not return telephone calls or mails, just take your money and run. Awful expertise and counsel anyone to Prevent this company in Any Way costs

This firm are a diabolical. They’ve a warehouse, but are behaving a nationwide firm. They don’t have uniforms. They don’t utilize security footwear and they’re money grabbing and no great. I advise to steer well clear from this corporation. In case you’ve used them, you likely see the times they flip up, til the moment that they depart. They aren’t a reliable source for removals nor any sort of transport move. Don’t be deceived by the glossy sites and email confirmations.  Thanks.

Removal guys were quite polite but once they left we realised that they had helped themselves to a few of our children crisps and sweets since they were packaging. We would not have minded if they’d requested but to take would be down right rude. They did not cover our furniture quite well and following review we noticed many scrape marks and chips out of our furniture. This furniture was all new and through our initial quote we had been told that they were the Very Best and could cover everything.   I then followed up our elimination by attempting to have somebody out to inspect the damages and maintain the insurance. It’s now been 5 months and also the head of this firm ( I’ve been advised ) Michael just won’t answer my calls today – I’ve telephoned him from a different number and he’s replied and then wrapped up after he realises who I’m. All we’re Searching for is some reimbursement for shoddy workmanship and they still continue to disappoint us 5 months afterwards.   My advice – Don’t touch this company with a ten foot pole…
