Canceled the movement on 24 hours notice. Rescheduled to a couple of days after, then the movers were 3 hours late. Packed the Incorrect stuff, and billed us $6k following the quotation was $3.5k.

BEWARE! This firm has all of the trappings of a rogue moving firm. Just look at all of the complaints filed on BBB. They reel you in having a low-ball quote and deceptive pricing simply to increase the costs as soon as they come to pick up your possessions. They will quote you at $3.50/cu. Ft. but then bill you $10/cu. Ft. for any overages (that I guarantee there’ll be more overages). They will also tack on additional fees for things such as glass/mirrors, long-carries, and some other stairs with over 7 measures regardless of telling you that this is all included in your quotation. Though they tell you they are wholly insured, their real insurance is restricted $0.60/pounds. They require a deposit prior to the transfer and then require all remaining obligations be compensated in cash or cashier’s check (likely so that you can’t dispute the charges with your charge card company).

Besides rescheduling my transfer date last minute, then not showing up until 4 hours after my re-scheduled window, then I ended up paying nearly twice my initial quotation. Though my possessions were believed to be sent in 3-5 days (I was just moving one nation above ), I didn’t got my stuff until 3 months after (with compensation ).

Most attempts to follow status went discounted or un-answered. The few times that I really did get a hold of somebody, they might never give me with any particulars or dates of if my items were coming. Beware! Don’t use! These folks are dishonest liars! The sales folks talk a big story and then the company doesn’t follow through. Once I paid a deposit and also the movement has been supported (in writing), they cancelled the movement 8 days outside! They said they could cancel any time that they feel like it. I put another quotation petition within their online program to confirm and obtained a note -“Congratulations, your date can be obtained” using a quotation $1500 over my initial arrangement. I have sound recordings of this rude person on the telephone too. Awful! Awful! Awful!

Simply to explain, so the proprietor doesn’t say I’m not a client, the folks I dealt with are termed [NAME EDIT], [NAME EDIT], [NAME EDIT] (no last name) and [NAME EDIT] (“Who are you the police? I refuse to provide my last name”).

We’ve been giving a lot of different time frames of when our items will even ship out of their centre to our new site. They’ve now had our items for more than THIRTY DAYS!!! And we’re still waiting. We had been advised it was likely to send three times back and when WE known to confirm it had been on it we had been told it has been postponed another 4-6 times!! That is indeed unacceptable!! Where are our items? Are they lost? Stollen? Has worker supplied their own home together? When will somebody finally provide us ACTUAL replies?

Don’t use this shifting”firm”. Seriously, do not. We had to move from IL into AZ.. Our expertise with Kangaroo Van Lines started out promising and our first contact with Danny on May 31, 2020 was reassuring and pleasant. He addressed all of our first questions and concerns and we felt comfortable committing to their own solutions. We were supposed to be given a confirmation call the day before pickup, but it never arrived. After not getting any communicating the dawn of pickup, June 25, 2020, I reached out to them and spoke about Chris Brown. He said he had to reach out into the IL office after which he would call me backagain. This was at 11:24 am, also in 2:02 pm, I get a text out of Chris saying,”Regrettably our driver got ill & must return to the warehouse. We can’t pick up the purchase. I tried your telephone but no response. Please telephone dispatch to go over your refund.” I’d no missed call, so I phoned him. He explained,”these things occur,” and once I informed him a refund wasn’t a choice, he said he would look into rescheduling for the following moment. Unsurprisingly, I never got a call back. I phoned them at 4:02 pm and asked for a supervisor. I had been moved to Maya who advised me that our booking was canceled in his or her system. I informed her that I never wanted to cancel and Chris was likely to be looking to other avenues. She said she would check into the matter and call me back. My husband received an email with receipts to the refund. I called again and she said she would start looking into other paths, however, the dispatch office was closed and she could do nothing for us before the morning after. She said she would be in at 11 am and gave us her mobile number, and thanked us for not”crying like most individuals do,”. The morning after, we hadn’t heard from Maya and also called her mobile at 11:22 am but she didn’t answer. Then I called the office and they said she wasn’t in yet and they didn’t know when she’d be in. I advised them that we had to know something shortly if we needed to make different arrangements, even if we even could with this notice. My husband eventually left a voicemail on her mobile to notify her we no longer want the help of Kangaroo Van Lines and the way this was the worst experience we’ve had in our own lives. We’ve not felt so devalued and victimized, let alone cried.

This is the very best moving experience I have ever needed. They took the opportunity to provide me an in home estimate and assured the security and transportation of my possessions. Their mind sales man, Chris, kept me informed with each measure of my movement. This little company actually has got the personalized experience that I was searching for.

I needed to transfer my mom to a dwelling facility nearer to my house and these guys came through for me. I’d intended to fly down to my mother’s house to get the box packaging beforehand to get her however, when my plans changed and I could not make it down there. . .Mike managed to adapt a last minute complete package for us and it saved the day. I only gave him two days notice concerning the packaging materials and on pickup day, Joshua and the team showed up and packaged the whole flat in about 5 hours. Super hard workers in their team. If I ever move again, I’ll use you guys again. Thank you!!

I selected kangaroo van traces to take care of my transfer in AZ into FL. I had been contacted by Chris and we set an appointment to perform a movie walk through. He took good care to be sure we added all of my stock list. The very best thing about the ceremony was that I paid the exact same price I was quoted and that I sent my things within the time we spoke. The movers were good on both ends. All around great job! I’d certainly use them again!

We started our movement really rocky. Before we started packing we were searching for a moving company who could do our relocation and we weren’t delighted with the amounts we had been getting. And then we received a phone in Kangaroo Van Lines and what a deal that was. They offered us a breakdown of what, prices, additional expenses (if needed ), and time period. They were so patient with exactly what we were searching for. We believed while on the telephone that they were planning to provide us a very harsh cost like the rest of the firms but they gave us a price that defeat each of the other firms we predicted. We reserved our occupation. As it was time to transfer the movers arrived and helped us with all. We packaged already most of it however they have been pleased enough to help us package the remainder. It was really a wonderful experience. The very best part was we obtained all just the way we left it with them. Overall, good experience and a fantastic business.
