My inspector phoned me up the night before I had been scheduled to move in my new house and explained he wasn’t readily available to assist me and cancelled my movement.

These guys are crooks, do not use them. I reserved a project using Shelby on Saturday the 19th to get Monday the 21 to move a piano. It had been scheduled for 5 to 7 pm to get a flat rate of $195.00. Due to unforseen circumstances I was not able to acquire the piano, and so I phoned Shelby Mon dawn to cancel the movement and inquired if there could be a fee. She stated she’d phone me back and never did. That night they charged my card $250.00!!! That is much more than the shipping fee and also for work they did not need to perform and the task was in the close of the day so nobody was set out. Considering that the project was scheduled so shortly I’d no opportunity to cancel before. I have now called Shelby twice and she will not accept or return my calls.

Takes money upfront and also the support gets super slow. And after that you will need to cover increasingly more and longer. Shelby particularly is a really rude and unprofessional individual. Shouting in the customer that I presume is equally as low because the support person can fall.

THEY WERE MESSING AROUND AND LAUGHING THE ENTIRE MOVE WHILE LOADING THE TRUCK. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. BEWARE OF THIS MOVING COMPANY!!!!!
