    Long-distance move from Oklahoma
JT & R is unreliable and unprofessional

Don’t Use JT & R Services. We worked with Rick, that consented to move our possessions from our moving truck and into our new flat. After telling me repeatedly that he”would treat us”, he left us hanging for 5 hours. After he revealed, he stated he would not be in a position to get it done that day as it was so late. He said to test him tomorrow, but he never reacted afterward either. After viewing our flat, he stated it’d be overly hard. We were all on the 2nd floor also needed a elevator. My spouse and I managed to transfer what in ourselves, and I confess it was not difficult. However, if we had the ability to perform it, why can it be too tough to get Rick who allegedly creates a living doing so? Trust me; save yourself the problem and prevent JT & R providers in OK. I have never experienced that a”company” so unreliable and unprofessional.

    Awesome!!!

Never hire anybody else but those men!!! John John And Tim transferred a 20 ft box truck which has been as complete as it could possibly be on our 3rd floor flat in under 3 hours!!! And Rick did an wonderful job setting everything up. I won’t ever hire anybody else, and that I will make certain all of my family and friends rely on them! I am so satisfied with the job that they did. I am absolutely amazed that they proceeded things I along with my father and friend could hardly move using a dolly throughout the home and they only picked it up and hauled it to the next floor! And that I had a stand up freezer which has been carried up without a issue too. These men are excellent!!!

    Long-distance move from Oklahoma
Ordered 3 helpers - only 2 showed - NO REFUND

I purchased 3 men for 3 weeks. Just two men showed up. The proprietor (Rick) promised me he’d issue a refund. I reached him out again after a week passed. He stated he delivered the refund that afternoon and also to expect to wait 7-10 business days. Having not got the refund after 30 days, I reached him out again. He stated he’d check into it. And no additional reaction.
After submitting a complaint with movinghelp.com, Rick”maintained” I said it was fine to not repay the cash… total lie. I wouldn’t suggest utilizing JTR of OKC to the moving needs… multiple complaints regarding just two employees revealing without a refund issued.

Great service from JTR moving company!

I just finished my movement using Rob, Ahmad, also Santtos. The men have been on time, on stage and exceptionally professional. They were also just fun to be around. I would work together again.

Long-distance move from Oklahoma City, OK
    Worst moving experience ever!

We’re a military family and have proceeded 21 days in the previous 30 decades. 3 years back we utilized Jtr of both OKC and were satisfied enough to leave them five stars, so that I felt comfortable using them again. Awful mistake! I am not in the habit of leaving one-star testimonials but this was easily the most worst move we have ever experienced.
I hired four movers to get four weeks, the specific same of hours and people I used for the specific same move three decades back. We’ve got exactly the identical quantity of furniture, etc.. .and the last move was achieved in below the four weeks.

This movement, the warning bells went off first. For starters, each time that I moved from 1 area to another there appeared to be a couple of movers standing about. My neighbor really noticed that this and texted me to say exactly the exact same! The following warning bell was how sloppy the truck has been loaded. The man in charge was horrified that I had too large of a truck to get my transfer, however he loaded so badly that in the 3 hour mark, he advised me that a SECOND trip could be required!
Returning to reload, the manager got into a heated debate with one of those loaders and for twenty five minutes, I had been hearing”come at me, bro” and”I will roll up on you in your home” while the team STOOD AROUND! The manager told the loader, and the other who seemingly sided with him, that they had been done and may find their own way home. We’re currently in the FOUR HOUR MARK along with my truck is expected back within one hour.
So I get into my home with just two of those four movers I compensated for, they do a fast unload and notify me I owe to get an excess hour. The manager gets on the telephone and whoever is online states $100 money will take action. Now I’ve got 20 minutes to receive my truck back and understand I’ll need to chase this after.
Next issue…I return to the home I am moving from and THEY HAVE LEFT A FREEZER BEHIND!!! I’d pointed out the freezer particularly and advised them to load it last so it’d be first off. They never loaded it!!! And while we had been in my new residence, I pointed out in which the freezer must proceed, not realizing it was not about the truck. However they should have recognized it since they loaded a lot of boxes in from of where I stated to place it!!!
Eventually, I have lots of things that are damaged, such as a dining room table having a chunk from the very best, a dining table my wife spent months redoing last summer, in addition to beds that are dinged up and ruined. I paid to get a dozen blanket sized movement protectors from UHaul, once I had been crossing the truck to return it I saw they’d utilized just ONE!
That is absurd. I’d have been better off hiring people off the road. I’d give under a star if potential and believe me, I am sharing my expertise with everybody I know.

    Do NOT Use

This man keeps shifting his firm name along with his methods since he is a scam artist. I needed to call the cops with this man 3 decades back when he used another name. He is still tricking people out of cash. I contacted him recently under this new company name. He is running the exact same scam. He will not supply his advice however will blackmail you after your belongings is on his truck. STAY AWAY.
