My movers did an wonderful job! The packaging and the loading took approximately 5 hours, I consented to keep my furniture for few months as my final felt through and I could not get in my new residence. Upon the shipping all of my furniture has been unwrapped in the protective blankets and put in the chambers. The movers were very patient with all of our wants and professionally managed my possessions. I couldn’t ask for better movers.

I responded to an add for a Customer Service position in this firm which was recorded on Craigslist in an hourly fee. After forcing 60 miles round trip to meeting with Raphael, he confessed there’s not any Client Service position along with the hourly fee was really a draw against commission. He’s a liar and manipulator. BEWARE of the provider!

My movers were scheduled to be there between 6-7:00 p.m.. But came at 7:40. That led to some unnecessary troubles. I needed to leave behind things, therefore I need to now employ more movers. Additionally, my storage device shuts at 10:00. We got there 30 minutes before it closing. They had to hurry to find the things in there. When I called to inquire what could happen if they did not make it in time. I had been told they would keep it through the night, and might need to pay for the next 3 hrs in the time. Eventually, I was just given 2 hrs and 20 minutes of the time, and has been billed for 3. I was never told I had been bound to cover that no matter what. Its not mentioned in my contract either.

The Entire cost of the move of 145 mph was 4200 and happened Sept. 2014.   Three trucks and 6 guys.   We’d multiple pieces of great furniture which has been ruined by improper wrap and quickness to finish the job.   Everything started with the movers showing up with 4 individuals rather than the 6 individuals promised.   This induced them to operate late into the day and they simply got sloppy in their own handling.   A table base came loose since they neglected to unbolt it.   They fell a Curio cabinet and ruined the crown molding,etc..   They ruined a leg of a couch and other things. I submitted weights and photos of the items broken along with also my contact at Joy Transferring sent me a letter to sign and return for payment of this $504.00 based on weights of these items because I hadn’t bought extra insurance.  They continued to postpone payment and finally my contact in Joy Transferring abandoned the business, motives unknown to me personally.   They then turned over the promise to another party, movingclaims.net to Manage.   I filed All the paperwork again, sent it to Miami, FL.   After 3 more months, I’m provided $72.00 settlement.   I turned it down and request another Greater inspection.   Now I am given a sum of $102.00 to repay rather than say anything from Joy Moving.   What would happened if this firm ruined furniture?   Give you $100.00?   Why would anyone use this Kind of business if there Great Moving businesses out there.   Please do your own homework.   Assess BBB, sadly I didn’t and I’ve suffered.   It isn’t about the cash, it’s all about a business not maintaining their committment to the contract.

Movers didn’t think about boxes tagged brittle. I even told them a few times to be on the lookout for boxes labeled brittle. They simply piled the boxes on top of one another. Additionally they tore the base of the couch, not too awful about the size of a quarter, but snapped it. They would have ripped the trunk moving it in the new location had I never pushed the couch off the brick border and cried STOP! Back to the boxes. When they had been unloading the boxes to the new location (garage) I still reminded them of those delicate labels. It was just like I had been speaking to the floor. We finished up with lots of broken glassware, pottery, and a couple of others. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anybody.

This isn’t a real moving business. Beware. beware. beware. He offered us a quotation and then denied to send our products when he increased the costs.  We then discovered MoveRescue.com – along with the representative there helped us find that the shifting liscense he offered us was invalid and that he is not allowed to move across country lines.  He set our things in storage and refused to transfer anything. We needed to get the authorities and the Proprietors of this storage facility required to access our belongings.

Joy storage & moving ruined my Bed futon, and Mattress. Additionally, was charged extra because they obtained dropped twice.   Joy storage & moving company contacted me, and clarified the procedure. I had been advised that the movers will come from 12:00pm to 2:00pm. They didn’t appear till 2:40pm. Subsequently, it took them nearly two hours to float in the previous flats. The movers took forever to locate our new location, and got dropped. I began to dread, and requested them to find out what was up because after my already paid 2.5 hours 135, they were planning to charge $22 a 15 minutes then. Are you kidding me? After the Movers got into the new location, they took their sweet time to begin moving the material into the next floor. One of those Movers man explained that It was going to become an extra 30 minutes. They took waaay more than that. We needed to pay them an extra $132.   Here’s the shocker. They pulled my $600 mattress out of their filthy truck. The mattress was filled with splinters (in their past move I guess since both of those apts just have bud ) and I cant put them out.   They ruined my Bed headboard. Chunks of this wood and paint was scraped. They pushed the washer to hard that banged and broke the floor laundry shelve. I’m mad. Called them several times, and they never accepted obligation to my own damages. Beware.

I used this business and I told the movers that I will transfer my 60 inch TV myself.   I had been told thats what I paid them for relax they could manage it, but if the TV got into my new house it was cracked all up. I put in my claim for those damages and also the General Manager provided me 60.00 bucks to get a 700.00. Please beware and don’t use this organization. I work hard for all and with this particular company to rob me of my hard make things is nit fare. God will deal with them at the end.

The movers were both inexperienced and untrained, hence taking longer than damaging and necessary Items Which must have been wrapped and wrapped.   They attempted to induce large appliances through smaller doorways more suitable to them Instead of carrying a few-feet longer route through bigger openings, Leading to damage to walls and appliances.  

The most disappointing part was that the workplace after the movement has been completed.   They’re completely undetected and I’ve yet to collect on an insurance coverage for a transfer that happened 4 weeks ago.   They dismiss contacts and lied to BBB once I reported them.

They are extremely unorganized the proprietor rapheal dont need to cover anyone actually. . .when I began working that they actually dont kno how to educate new hires. . .people come to work whenever they need to. . .they didnt receive my advice once I started I only jumped in and didnt kno exactly what I was doin I labored for this entire week. Thats 40 hrs. As soon as I arrived to receive my test he stated I dont get paid for coaching so that he paid me 16 hrs (money ) I did not get the job done for around a week and after that they noticed me and advised me to return to begin work again and that I would do my tax documents to begin formally. I came in on time everybody else was late about 1 pm that they said that they didnt want me anymore. I come to find the lil of this hrs That I didnt and that I behave like he didnt need to cover me. I waited in the waiting area for approximately 2 hrs because he nevered showed up so I might get my test. . .please think twice about working for pleasure they’ll team you OVER!!! So unprofessional and unorganized!

Damaged 2 pieces of furniture and our wall. Took two months to allow them to ack harm and has been advised payment could be awarded that week, still no payment. I pick this business because the quotation I had been given over the telephone had been”$149 and hour for 5 guys and $79 traveling cost”. Then somehow the traveling cost went up and once I advised I had been quoted a decrease travel charge originally the reply I had was”okay we will lower it to $79 will that make you happy?” . That reaction and misquote I had been given should have been my first hint to opt for another moving business. We needed to push back our move daily and once our movers arrived the next day that they had been overdue and in addition to that we just got 3 guys not the 5 we have quoted. We moved a lot of all of the huge boxes ourselves daily before the movers arrived, but it still took nearly all day to allow them to transfer the furniture. As a result of this delay we had to cancel dinner plans that we had the exact same moment. Everything was wrapped with ONE flimsy appearing blanket. We ended up using two pieces of ruined furniture along with a banged up wall. Photographs were shot on site from the movers, but seemingly never contributed to their office because I needed to re-take images myself and then send them to them. I then needed to email and telephone numerous occasions over 2 months simply to get a reply. As soon as I sent back the settlement reply on 7/11/14 I had been told that payment could be issued the exact same week. Now every time that I call or email to find a response I am told they’re waiting to hear back from a different”section”. I am unsure how they’re running their business, but I truly doubt it takes more than one month to find acceptance for a $280.00 payment. I truly believe our damages are over $280.00 however we agreed on this cost as we’re very tired of dealing with this provider. Actually I should have done my research better with this business – the sites which has mostly great reviews on this provider is clearly fake (look at the dates and trademarks of those testimonials are all similar).

The team was old, thinner, and required a 10-15 second cig break each hour. I bought 2 large pizza and they never told you. I ended up with multiple individuals (friends/family) come along and help unload the vehicle. It took us 45 minutes to perform 3/4 of this truck. Remember its a 3bd/2bath property. It required the team 2.5 hours to float: two sofas, 1 mattress, and a washer and drier. I was overall happy since I received a $250 credit with this movement for a package deal along with my brand new rental. However, they broke two dressers and caused severe damage to the flat I was departing from. The complete harm I incurred, has been over $400. The office staff had been quick to assist with the refund procedure. But appreciated my damge @ $230 and then agreed to deliver $115. That record was obsolete 9/15/14. It’s currently 3/27/15 and I still don’t own a refund. The direct telephone numbers I have are not in service. They won’t return emails or any messages. I really don’t know the specific extra costs which I needed to cover the additional hours. It had been between 200-400, therefore I composed 300 to be honest. 0
