Joe’s Moving

Joe’s Moving packaged the contents of the whole kitchen.  1 cupboard of dishes has been left behind.  Andrew (General Mgr) sent the two boxes via UPS.  He promised me things were packaged well.  I asked that he guarantee the transport.  Things weren’t wrapped in bubble wrap, boxes weren’t marked”delicate” and weren’t insured.  As soon as I phoned and emailed Andrew concerning the busted bowls, platters, plates, etc..  I got no reply.  I contacted the Better Business Bureau at NM, that in turn, contacted Joe’s Moving.  They denied that they had moved us, even though I’ve many e-mails forth and back from Andrew (the proprietor’s son) about our relocation.  As they insisted on money, I’d no credit card recourse.  I wouldn’t suggest using Joe’s Moving under some conditions!

Hired to load a complete Budget truck. Brandon was nice,Other gentlemen had been emotionally Ill, I think Joes Packed up us on Friday, August 21st. Brandon, the guide was fine. But another gentlemen, the owners assumed Lady is really mentally ill, and possibly belongs in an insane asylum. More than 50 times he said that the boxes aren’t packed properly, and that it required only a 100 dozen pads to maneuver properly. I’ve moved over 34 days in my own life, but that is the worst nightmare possible I know that this business simply changed ownership, but I wouldn’t advise anybody to use them. Each of the nice furniture is nicked and scratched, fresh powder-coated metallic dining room seats are trashed. I’d quite precious antique oil paintings which were punched through’. Thinking seriously of returning to Albuquerque to bring a suit against them. DON’T USE THEM!

Outstanding customer support in the booking of this ceremony into the transfer. They were on time and worked really hard. They ended in less time than anticipated and nothing had been broken. I would recommend Joe’s moving firm to anyone Who’s looking to transfer:
