I wish I could not give ANY celebrities!!!! All these (I wish to say another word) folks are the WORSE! I’ve not ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever had such a horrible experience with a business in my entire life! I always hire movers since we do not have family here and it is difficult for all of us to do it in our own with two little children. I purchased this price from Groupon for $139 for 2 hours! These movers arrived in my home and told me that they won’t have the ability to move 9 parts of furniture & 20 boxes in 2 hours using a 1.8 mile driving distance. While I state 9 I mean two mattresses, 1 tv rack, 1 dresser, 1 nightstand, bedframe, desk, and a target brand shelf. They simply transferred those 9 things and took them 3 D*** HOURS!!!!! I’d wayyyyyy more things in my past move with same driving space done in 1 hour and 45 minutes and that I mean unload home, load truck, drive, unload bath & load new residence. I didn’t use them again because I could not recall the title or locate them on groupon. And inside those 3 hours that they did not even take 1 box. Subsequently had the NERVE TO CHARGE ME AN EXTRA $280!!!!!! And we STILL HAD TO MOVE!!!!!! We needed to use m daughters bike to haul boxes to and out of our automobile and even had my 9 year-old assistance and lift boxes with me because we had been in this tight place and no assistance and also on a time crunch. And yes I did phone them but guess what they do not yield any of my calls. I have called and called, left messages after messages and STILL NO RESPONSE! Please keep away…. Oh and those increased a** guys were going slower than I had been and I am a 5′ 4″ 125lbs girl who isn’t active whatsoever…. It is just like that they purposely take their time so that they could charge you more. Please do your self a favor and choose somebody else. I’m generally not the one to whine and I think in the ideal thing and difficult job BUT THIS bothered me so much because of the lousy company and no regard for their clients I needed to share my really horrible experience. BE WARNED – that business is a risk to your TIME, MONEY, PROPERTY, and SAFETY. Do. Not. Hire. Them. I bought 4 hours of transferring solutions to move from a studio to a two bedroom, no couch, no amusement centre, no dining room table having lifts at both flats. I ended up having to pay nearly double what I gave me. They shot 4 hours simply to pack the truck. They took
50 minutes to drive 20 minutes but were miraculously able to unload 4 hours of packaging in less than one hour so as to create their next appointment. The reason why the transfer took so long is because among the movers spent a lot of my time hitting on me, requesting me increasingly personal and improper questions, requesting me to meet him up afterwards, and hanging out to my balcony.

Following the move was full I walked from my flat and walked back in to find among the movers digging through my bag where my credit cards, passport, license, and checkbook were
located. Then I had to face a grown man and offender in my house, by myself while he attempted to steal away from me.

The business issued me a laughably modest refund – not even covering the sudden additional cash that they compelled me to cover for moving over my period and then refused to talk with me. For this day
They refuse to provide me the workers name so I can file a police record to guard myself and my private info. They state on their site they employ”Family and friends of household.” They’ve zero interest in protecting you or your house just their workers.

This Corporation will send CRIMINALS in Your House with your own possessions and your loved ones — DO NOT HIRE

I picked this business after locating them on Groupon. They never confirmed my coupon, and still charged me an additional $200 which wasn’t contained on the Groupon. Shady but I consented to this excess charge cause I only wanted to get the move done.

Day of these movers themselves were both polite and hard workers. Nevertheless their attentiveness is suspicious at best as evidenced by the fact that they rolled their hands truck off the walkway and to the grass at my previous home, which induced them to fall my 1 year-old Stainless Steel refrigerator face first in my own driveway. In the new home they had been concerned about the clearance of the front door and attempted to convince me to take out the refrigerator doors, and that’s when I noticed they had dented and scraped up the stainless steel handles fairly significantly. Terrible business. According to 4/15, movers were fine but after reporting hurt to 4/30, I had been told they’d follow up over 30 days. So 30 days afterwards and nothing, and so I called (5/30), they explained that some how the claim had been over looked. So as soon as they assessed it while I was on the telephone, they calculated that the damages and advised me because they do payouts at then end of the month and they had been already processed I would have to wait into another month (June). Called again many times searching for an upgrade to nice out that they have not sent out any payouts because the company is not financially shaky rather than doing well. And there was also no guarantee I’d get paid! So consuming $250 in damages which today I won’t return!!!! STAY AWAY

This isn’t a legitimate business enterprise. They charge you a great deal of hidden charges. Then the proprietor only repeats himself over and over again once you attempt to seek out help and is very unkind. The team is totally unprofessional. I hired them to perform a 1 bedroom proceed. They didn’t package or wrap up anything! Now, nearly everything is scraped or totally destroyed!

We used these men to move our office a couple month ago. For starters, they shipped two men, both with restricted logical skills, but one with no common sense or work ethic. Among those men spent more time on the telephone with his girlfriend/wife preparing their nighttime and whining about how heavy items were than actually functioning, which left another man… the person with just a tiny bit of work ethic to do things by himself. As a consequence of this, our little 900 square foot office transfer took 4.5 hours!

I essentially have a photo album filled with photographs of all damaged items. We aren’t super picky, mind you, we know that things may find a small scuffed or receive a couple scratches throughout a move. That is the cost of going, right? Well, these men were able to DESTROY things. Nearly every piece of furniture has been ruined. We’d have to get an upholstery firm repair two arm chairs which were torn. At one stage, 1 man (the one who really worked) was hoping to maneuver a desk by himself, he lost control and set it through the wall until it struck the ground, seriously damaging two objects in 1 swift move. Impressive… or not…

No huge deal, since they’re guaranteed, right? HAHAHAHA! They pay $0.60 per pound and also do not cover anything made from particle board. The desk that they place through the wall and left unusable, even though it had been a 1000 desk out of an office furniture business rather than a 60 Ikea desk, the center was MDF, which they believe particle board therefore it wasn’t insured, period. While I talked with the Jochas man that does insurer he concurred that it wasn’t appropriate, however they were still not paying out onto it. We had been advised a test in the little amount of 30 will be sent to us. Weeks after and we still haven’t received anything. Our movement was in April and it’s now August. This organization is unprofessional and lacks the communication skills necessary to conduct a business. It’s clear that they don’t have any regard for their customers and are just interested in finishing a move, taking your money and going on, whether or not you are pleased with the job they’ve done. I won’t be using this company again for my own shifting needs and will advise family and friends against using this kind of careless firm.

Charles and his team did an superb job.We had any furniture transferred out of a storage device to our leasing property.They completed faster than the time that we had been quoted along with the customer support was great.All of this merchandise came in excellent condition with no scratches or dents.I recommend these guys to anybody with transferring needs!!!

They did an incredible job from begin to finish. Cost was ideal for my funding. I strongly recommend!! It has been hands down by far my very best move ever!
