    Long-distance move from Raleigh, NC
    Raleigh-Wisconsin

I had been transferred by J&M out of Raleigh to lacrosse Wisconsin. I do not typically spend some opportunity to write reviews but I told the men that moved me I would leave a fair review in their services. They had been absolutely phenomenal, and this did not stop at only the movers. Each and every component of my movement was impressive, the honesty and communication that the business shared with me would be the best I have received from any moving firm (8th long distance transfer in 10 years). I would not reccomend any other moving company nor can I proceed with a different.

    Durham office

I wrote an overview under on the primary office but Michael in the Durham Office phoned me and also fixed the issue up to now, he’s the operations manager that’s franchised possessed for J & M Relocation. He had been super apologetic for the men and women in the home office so I figure do not telephone the main number to find things fixed when you’ve got a difficulty because Michael managed to repair it in five minutes and that he had been very professional and worried for your client. He was also worried for how the major office (1-855-5019393) manager that’s putting up his company for collapse, she was dreadful. Also as He’ll bring difficulty to the proprietor… Thanks to Michael for fixing this…

    Long-distance move from Missouri
    Moron movers

We moved out of Joplin mo to surprise az we packaged our own things closely in uhaul boxes bubbled wrapped everything, we shrink wrapped our claws such as china cupboard and amusement centre, white glove vanlines contracted j&m relocations to transfer our things, didnt relize in precisely what a mistake that was.
They were suppose to get there on will 7th but did not come until might 8th at like 3 in the following noon verses the 11 am they guaranteed.
Theyloaded our things ina budgettruck 1/2 how we had. Tjey didnt place blockers up to stop it grom decreasing or becoming dammaged.
They weighed tje truck vacant lrior tp or pickup. After loading tjey contacted me stating it had been 600 poundsover the limitation tjey stated and vharged me 300 longer for 100 cubic feet difference cuz they packaged it cluttered that they took my things to thier whare home in dyurham nc.

After phoning for 2week trying figuring out if they were planning to send they kept regretting our transfer from might 21, into the 29,th then it was suppose to become june 3rd, eventually received semi of my things on june 9th, not understanding at the time when they came and before launching the truck desired full payment that they obtained, to my surprise when they started the dishonest budget truck that they had I noticed a number of my boxes which were thrown about and ruined as I noticed since they were unloading that their were things not even mine, none of my furniture left it, I’d busted boxes and washer and drier, just 31 pieces of 80 were sent that they piggy backed with a different load, so I said to the motorists those weren’t my things they called their own dispatcher and then they apologized but maybe not sympathetically,

I immediately got on the phone with the proprietor joe and he explained this could all be repaired and all know what is happening until they depart on what’s going to occur, well to my surprise that the owner joe wouldn’t even give my spine at least one of my cash orders that had been half the payment until another things came, which will be unprofessional of them to except complete payment for non things received I consented to offer them half and I retain the other half but he said no, I still refused to sign the newspaper for delivery its currently nearly two months since they picked up my things and one month because partial shipping and their still screwing around with my things they do not answer their texts or calls unless I blow up their cell phone.
Well its a two months after and get my other half of the shipping they left behind. Careless employees dropped my plastic container which was closely bubbled wrapped and wrapped a sentimental crystal bowl that has been my mothers that couldn’t be substituted without a sympathetic apology
I informed the owner what they did along with his reponse was file a claim form once I told him that the value of this he said im not paying that
They all did was comensate 200 away for thier postponed movement
So we registered a claim type and I was advised that they were sending it back for missed advice as it had been carefully filled out based on thier instructions on tbe type with copies of this itimized collection of damaged objects, the conract type & delivery form that we made copies of all and retained it for this purpose since wehad a sense they’d delay or never paying for damaged things wich thier 0.60 cents per pound isnt value tje ruined They did
They struck the top glass into my china cabinet covering this up with thier own blankets once we found it another day cuz They delivered through the night and it had been hard to spot with flash lights and my sleeves for my car facing our storage device, so that they shot off the layer of bubble wrap & shrink wrap into my china cabinet and like I stated they covered it up using thier blanket rather than sayinga word about it,
They broke the floor wrists off my china cupboard, and put a hole into my ottomon of my comforter into my sleeper sofa.

My information is DONT USE J&M RECLOCATIONS.
Whoever has problems with this particular company I propose u document with fmcsa stands to get national moter carrier safty institution (fmcsa.dot.gov/hhg/sea…?) Its a site to whine about trucking firms who do not fallow thru and they may be researched, unfortantly I needed to speed with a single star as it would not allow me so I speed them -10000000, plz do not make the exact same mistake we did, we moved black glove vanlines who reserved these morons to transfer our things and now they say its from the palms, white glove obtained identical inspection and a criticism to the (ai.fmcsa.dot.gov/hhg/sea…?) This corporation ought to be known as moron movers

Below is a few testimonials I found on other websights, to establish this companyour scam artist only thier titles are deleted because of thier solitude

    in Stem NC United States.

On April 19, 2018 I called J & M Relocation Co. and talked with Lesley Phillips to program my move. The date booked was May 25th, 2018. She informed me there could be somebody calling me that the day prior to the movement to notify me of the coming time. She also collected $76.16 as a booking fee. Nobody called me on 24 or 25 May to provide me the coming time.

I called the company about 8 am on Fri the 25th and has been advised that the team would be in my home until 10 am. When nobody showed up in 10, I again called the company and was advised the team was running late and could be at my home in 15-30 minutes. No one revealed, so I called the company again in 12 and was advised that the team was on the road and could be at my home over the hour. When nobody showed up I called two more times the same evening and was eventually told that they could not motivate me around the 25th but could be in my home Sat. the 26th at 10 am.

The identical situation followed as the day before; advised the team was about the road on three events but again no one showed up. I had been in the practice of selling my house and had to have all of the furniture removed that weekend. I advised the numerous people I spoke with in the business concerning the requirement to clean out my home that weekend.

I finally rented a uhaul truck along with two going men from uhaul to assist me mvery on Monday 28 May, Memorial Day. J & L Relocation firm never called to offer you a reschedule date. I phoned them Tue 29 May to inquire that the $76.16 reservation fee be reimbursed. The individual at the firm told me that the finance department could refund my money daily. I haven’t got the refund. I need help getting this cash refunded. All I get when I call them will be more lies.

    Price: $3,600
Interstate transfer from Charlotte, NC to Massachusetts
This business was picked for me, without my consent, from a broker company I had been using known as Open Road Moving and Storage. Run from this business please, they charged me three times what had been once he consented upon cost and held my possessions hostage stating they would not deliver if I did not pay. So I needed to pay $3500 to receive my things dropped off nearly 4 months after it had been picked up yet I had been told it’d require 10 times maximum. They’ve school kids who load and unload your material with no experience. They also”lost” my 60 inch flat screen television, 4 big boxes full of expensive pillows, blankets, sheets, towels, and a wall sockets and other different items in addition to damages on the things which were delivered. Along with also the”performance manager” Michael Cobb is a snake that has always lied to me and then goes weeks knowingly blowing texts and calls after he explained 3 separate times they lost my things in their warehouse and that they would be on another up truck. After all of this they things they believed were mine were not even mine and that I eventually said they do not understand where my things are and I can file a missing asserts to get”60 cents per pound” aka nowhere close to the value of my merchandise. This man deserves to find backhanded for how he conducts this dreadful company and it is not even a year old. Please learn from my errors and operate far away from the pathetically conduct business.

Interstate movement from Roswell, GA into Raleigh, NC
RUN, out of this moving business! I hired JM Relocation of Durham, NC thru a mover brokerage firm recommendation since I believed they had been a professional firm. I was incorrect. They didn’t return calls regarding time schedules, claims for damaged products, overcharges or supply delivery receipts for capital paid.

They showed up 4 hours late for pickup. The destination delivery was 1 day late per contracted date and supported by select up delivery driver. Communications was awful as nobody could offer status information all telephone calls go directly to voice mail with no yield response. .

Overcharge for cubic foot truck capacity. Truck capability for
26-foot truck is 1,800 cubic feet of that we have been contracted for 1,356 cubic foot for binding estimate of price and charged with transport addendum raising the prices by added 800 cu ft. The combined total is 2,156 cubic feet along with the truck total capacity is 1,800 cubic feet leading to an overcharge of 356 cubic feet @ $1.96 per cubic feet.

Damaged goods. It’s our view the products were ruined in Durham in their centre during the off-loading in the Georgia. The pickup and reloading was seen as a hastily jammed packed truck with alloy objects piled on wood things prior to sending to the destination. Their group wrapped and packed the recorded items in Georgia to comprised disassembly of their beds without a noted damage. In addition, they weren’t able to reassemble the king mattress during delivery because of damage to both railings. They didn’t unwrap (left wrapped as delivered on place ) numerous items which were wrapped by pickup staff in Georgia to incorporate the 2nd bedroom night stands, dressers, desks, book shelfs and kitchen dining table and reassembly of dining table.

We need this company to see this review and research into the situation. We’re overall disappointed with JM Relocation. The most disappointing about this moving business out of JM Relocation wasn’t any customer support supplied together with, but we enjoyed the employees they worked hard. Reviewer needs customer service to reach out to for additional discussion of the issue.

MO to WA, load in NC no delivery in 5 weeks, no one will return calls

My things have been picked up in Missouri to visit Washington state. But apparently my possessions were taken into North Carolina to finally make it into Washington. Why? Why move east to go west? This was end of Aug 2018. It’s currently October 2nd 2018. For three weeks I can’t reach anybody and only give voice email messages every day. No agreeing call back, agents can not reach them nor the owners, so no advice whatsoever. I’m no searching lawful means most probably, phoning law enforcement in NC and flying down myself to NC in man. Don’t use this corporation. Ever.

Worst Moving Company *DO NOT USE THEM

A Scheduled package and proceed for just down the street, for an older woman with cancer and they never showed up. She had been to be transferred out by a particular date. We predicted, maintained getting rerouted, hung up on and even moved with no acknowledgement from the individual answering the telephone. I eventually got the manager in CS and she’d just wright a email into the dispatch section. She was quite rude and may only say they needed to reroute the older client. They had no answer for why 3 times have [passed because they didn’t appear or call her to tell her a brand new date for move and pack. This really is such a shameful firm! The woman must employ a new business that is going to charger her longer for last minute scheduling. She had this movement scheduled manner forward to be certain that there were not any issues and they treated her like she had been a nuisance, and so I phoned them and had been treated exactly the exact same manner. I left a message to the shipment department manager and haven’t had a settlement. My spouse works for a business which uses movers every day and he advised me to utilize two brothers. I suppose we should have listened…. BAD, BAD, CUSTOMER SERVICE and they do not care…
