They gave me a more competitive quote and delivered an incredible personnel to assist me proceed. They came into my house just within the window that they stated they’d. Communication was fantastic. I would like to thank those men for their efficient solutions in transferring my family’s things throughout the nation to Dallas. The truck with all the team came yesterday to our new house. Their team packed and handled my furniture and my delicate items with this much attention that all arrived in good condition and we’re so happy for this. J&J Moore helped my parents with their movement from Maryland to Florida. Everything went as planned and they were only charged additional $100 for packaging materials. Everybody was great and client support was keeping us updated during the whole move from the first verification to the pick-up and shipping dates. Quite happy and certainly be using them again.

J&J Moore helped us move from our previous house in Philly, PA to Baltimore, MD for just $3,500. There was a few damaged, missing things, no matter how the customer service was really wonderful that after talking with a representative from client assistance, Gabby, all products were substituted quickly. Gabby took us throughout the claims procedure and what went smoothly from there on. Very happy with this organization and would certainly suggest J&J Moore and Gabby.

As soon as I talked with Peter about the telephone, he had been so beneficial. He gave me a lot of insight to what to look for when going and what things to look out for. This happened two times, getting calls asking when they might proceed early, and that I couldn’t. They day they picked up my belongings from the storage device, they explained that they’d need to charge me $250 additional, insisting it had been compensated in money, because my device was greater compared to 75 feet in the doorway. I called J and J plus they stated”We do not have a thing to do with all the movers, even if that is what they are saying that is what you are going to have to cover” I negotiated it to $150. This behaviour continued, including more and more into the price as we travelled along. I was supposed to cover $610 at transfer in, they said that I had been to give them $1000, it was absurd. The entire procedure added pressure to an already stressful time period. The men dropped my things, their truck hardly begun (which they whined about once I brought it on to them) and so were all around disrespectful. As soon as I attempted to get in contact with Joe back, I had been told”He does not even have access to your own documents anymore” anything that way. The entire business is a scam, so do not put yourself through this.

I gave the salesman my funding and somehow he was able to fulfill it to find the enterprise. Now I understand how! He bought quite a few things from the stock list and didn’t record them to bring down the weight. So my price went from $1900+ to $3800. . .even with all the obese warranty. They did not tell me that the growth till it was time to send….now they’re holding my things hostage. I’ve got a 19 yr. Old and a two yr. Older….not a fantastic scenario. I moved from MN to AZ.. .and I wish I’d have used another firm. They are horrible at getting back to you, providing you some helpful info, and are dishonest. I’ll be calling a lawyer. I’ve already contacted ABC Investigative News, and aspire to create their awful activities called many as I can.

I paid a $543 deposit using a pick-up date 6/6 or even 6/7. Note. I’ve a 2-bedroom flat, living area, NO dining area and nominal possessions. Now, Todd P. vanished. He minimally responded to emails and naturally his sales pitch was supposed to convince me to sign after which his campaign and claims were done. He put me in touch then with Gabby London. I will contact her soon. On June 1st, a couple of days before the movers seeming, I had been called by Travis Scott. He explained that he had been the individual who’d cover all of my possessions to ensure everything was among the. I supplied him my updated stock and he explained that he wished to up my burden to 3,000pounds at $2,700. I was ASSURED that when my weight was under this, I wouldn’t cover it. I had several businesses come outside and tell me they’d be amazed if I attained 2,000pounds. However, I (naively) guessed, that it had been nice as worst case I pay more up front and owe nothing after down the line. I consented to this and paid another $300 (at this stage J&J Moore had $843). I had been told I’d get a telephone at least 24 hours ahead of schedule the transfer. At 7:08am on 6/5 (notice. Pickup was presumed to be 6/6 or even 6/7 and this is the very first telephone EVER), I got a telephone from USA proceeding (aka Five Star moving) stating they had been in Atlanta and are there in two hours to pick up my possessions. Now, I needed to hurry to finish packaging. 10 minutes after, I get a call from”Alex” who possesses USA/Five Star Transferring, who states they’ll be there in a couple of minutes and that they don’t have another day accessible. I clarify what the motorist said about two hours and he said”if that is what they said go by that.” I hurry to complete packaging and 3 hours after the movers arrive. On the telephone is”Alex” again who states that he hears I’m unhappy about the growth in cost. I clarify that as long as it’s weighed in front of me since I had been guaranteed by Gabby in J&J, I’ll cover the .60cents/pound. That has been on the first contract. He informs me that J&J have no control over anything and that they are not weighing my possessions. I say that he must weigh my possessions and he informs me that he does not not need to do anything because he owns the corporation. He informs me that I included items which were not on the first inventory and that if I need it to be weighed against he will put those things on the face of the street and that I will transfer them myself. Certainly this isn’t feasible. He disturbs me stating that he’s all of my possessions at this stage and he was perfect. I don’t have any ground. I sensed extorted and jeopardized. I predict Gabby who states she’ll call Alex and return to me. Following 30 minutes without a telephone, I call her again. She states”I actually attempted for you but that isn’t keen to take it. There’s not anything I could do.” I am sorry but is not that your whole purpose?! Why did I only pay J&J $843??? To discover a dreadful extortionist I might have readily found myself? Gabby then yells at my buddy who attempts to describe my side once I begin crying, feeling completely helpless and pops us up. Now I call my attorney. I will not go into detail there as I’m now in process of producing a situation against J&J. Where to Start? The truth that they cancelled my transfer that the afternoon before they were supposed to transfer me and place me in a horrible situation, or the truth it has been over two months and they still haven’t reimbursed me the money they were supposed to? I would not expect a word they say. And of course gabby is really a snake. She’s the very best friend and assistant till they run you over and then she’s rude and short and of no assistance in any respect.

This firm is a comprehensive fraud!! They confessed to not correctly recording my stock, but since it was my fault that I had to pay $1000 more than what was initially quoted. I already have an attorney on this and it is highly illegal exactly what they did- it’s named Bait and Switch. For the ones that are looking to submit an official complaint together with me personally, report them to the Federal Motor Carrier safety government, also examine them to state regulatory agencies and BBB- let us take their prohibited ethical practice right down together! They put me up with a dishonest firm called American Eagle Moving & Storage and that I did not understand before the day of the transfer. This so called company has no work ethics, ethics, client service, and no sympathy at all for what they’ve done! They phoned me the day before my movement and increased my burden by 300 pounds and charged me an additional $400! Obviously my things came back 564 pounds UNDERWEIGHT! They say that you may receive your money back because of the gap that they just gave me the .55 a pound, however they will not give you back all of the binding fees that they add in there! They strove to then give me the price they first quoted me but that was still for a burden which has been much more than what my things really weighed! A whole lot of my things got damaged and broken! All of the great reviews need to be imitation or friends of the provider! I’ll be obtaining a lawyer for what’s happened to me personally. As soon as I signed the paperwork and Todd left his telephone he said that he would function as representative for the whole period of my move and also to reach out to him with any queries or concerns-although it sounds as soon as I signed the paperwork that he went on holiday and have been nowhere to be discovered.

I’ve moved four times in four decades. It was by far the worst experience. I obtained a first quote for 2300 on a 1 bed one bath apt. . I’d forget two coolers along with a rug and also paid the first deposit taking it to $2700. I had a requested transfer date of Thursday the 9th or even Friday the 10th. The movers called and asked if they can pick up early-on that the 8th.
I allowed that.

The moving firm came-packed up all of my possessions and set them on the truck then came in and informed me it’d be an extra $800 plus a $150″bulky fee.” I’ve since contacted the DOT along with the BBB and was told that this was illegal. I was supposed to obtained a revised quote upon birth before anything was packaged up or affluent. With this extra $800 that I’m disputing with the BBB and DOT-I might have rented a uhaul and completed this all myself AND gotten my items that I still don’t even understand where are.

Now is the 19th and I’ve still not merely not got my possessions but cannot find a date on when they will arrive. I had been told”there wasn’t any room on the toilet .” You said on the telephone it can take around 14 times BUT I’d be receiving them the next week. That too, wasn’t correct. Today nobody is coming emails or telephone calls. I can’t find an answer on where my items or or an ETA fourteen days when they picked it up. Do yourself a favor and select anyone else besides J&J.

This firm didn’t fulfill even the lowest quality of proceeding. They quoted me 1 price and then a couple of days afterwards, doubled the initial cost by stating that the gentleman that spoke to me initially hadn’t priced it properly. By then I’d already put a deposit of nearly $1000 and couldn’t afford to get rid of that money. Neither of those gentlemen that spoke to me said that they were agents and not real movers or I wouldn’t have participated them. I’d heard that agents would require you to the cleaners and this really was authentic. My transfer was sent 10 days following the lawful due date. And throughout that moment, J&J Moore didn’t have any clue where my possessions were. I asked them for some compensation for those days that they went across the warranty and their only response was that I would need to call the real moving business. They took no responsibility for the devastating move that led to the reduction of a 100 year-old antique baby cradle, harm to all of my furniture which did appear and finish shattering of all my mother’s china that I appreciated dearly. The gentleman who delivered my home goods indicated that the heavy big boxes were thrown on top of the boxes marked”FRAGILE” that I had packed. He discovered my possessions in a rental storage space at Minnesota and supposedly that was all that was there. The harm done for my furniture which did arrive had gouges, tears, legs and rockers broken away and a number of the boxes were torn open with clothing, newspapers and publications spilling out anywhere. What is more is that J&J Moore wasn’t upfront about them only being a”agent” and they hired another firm, Quick Relocations LLC based from New Jersey to really move my things. They were also awful and broke a sizable part of my belongings and smashed a doorway.

Todd also stated that it could be delivered in under 14 days from pickup on the telephone… in reality, it came on day number 30. I predicted J&J Movers asking about shifting my 1bdrm apt from Southern California to Central Oregon. I talked to some fantastic salesman called Ryan D. He was super friendly, recalled facts about my loved ones and sold me about the notion of allowing J&J move my possessions. I’d no idea they had been a broker and they wouldn’t be coming out. I was quoted a quote of $3290.83 plus they had a deposit of $701.25. I phoned Uhaul and to get precisely the exact same transfer it’d cost approximately $2200.00 to get a 26′ truck and gasoline. My quote went from $3290.83 to $6573.00!!!!! REALLY???? Plus they needed $1700.00 longer deposit. I cancelled on the place and have been attempting to receive my $700.00 deposit again. Obviously they reveal the fine print in which I forfeited my residue. You may just cancel around 48hr once you consent to your own contract. What a lot of scammers. I understand that $700 isn’t likely to make or break me but it still disturbs. Adding the $700 deposit I saved at least $3673.00 by NOT with J&J. I managed to paint my whole interior of my new residence with the cost savings and still have cash left over. Please do your self a favor and don’t USE this provider. You’ll be frustrated and over billed.

Conducting business with J&J Moore Nationwide Movers had been a nightmare from start to finish. The driver who picked up my furniture attempted to extort extra money away from me, stating that I owed more cash than I were contracted to cover. He was belligerent and rude.
One of my furniture was to the truck that the customer support person that was to be my contact from start to finish desired nothing more to do with all the issues.
I had been given a delivery date of April 9th. That date came and went without a touch from J&J Moore Nationwide. I had been the one who had to repeatedly call to discover where my furniture was first. After a couple calls without a returned phone I got a voice message which my furniture will arrive sometime next week. I had been told that the motorist could get me 24 hours beforehand.
But on April 23rd with no advanced note the driver called and stated he’d deliver now. I advised him that I had to possess delivery before 2pm since I had to leave to pick up my kids from school. He explained he couldn’t be there by 2pm and that I would need to place everything in storage and then cover to get a redelivery.

I ended up with someone wait at my house to find delivery. The furniture came with minimal packaging around it or protection. A rocking chair which had belonged to my Grandmother and also had great sentimental value came broken with on leg off and the timber on that leg using a 6 inch chip of wood missing.
