The men were nice enough and though we had been advised it’d be 1 -1.5 times with a group of 5 men we had a total of 3 individuals on a constant basis. The deficiency of individuals extended our relocation to past 2 times of providers. They lacked communicating within their work regularly having us repeat ourselves or not minding information resulting in extra time wastednevertheless, the greatest issue was at the elimination of their trampoline. Worst moving business ever. Lied to me many times too. Were overdue like other people. Ended up”shedding” a number of things and busting others to not return to mend them. After whining through email, (NAME EDIT) never contacted me personally but strung me along saying I would get my things back… I ended up taking him to court and winning the ruling.

I was frustrated that John and his staff proved almost 4 hours late to the movement; I needed to hit out to John and his staff to observe when their birth time could be. The whole beginning of the movement was very badly managed; I had been approximately 15 minutes away by ordering a UHaul and performing the job myself. After everyone arrived, the movement went pretty well. I had been disappointed in the way in which the bill was managed, it was cluttered and a few fees appeared uncertain. I had been told I could cover the Whole charge in my credit card, but mid way through the transfer I had been powerful encouraged to cover a few of this invoice in cash.    Here’s the deal, I saved over $400 by heading with JJ Cabus, however that $400 spared might have not been worth the hassle of the lateness and lack of professionalism in managing the charging, a few furniture not at 100% identical state as it had been delivered.

On April 21, 2014, my husband and I first asked Cabus movers to load up a truck at New Albany, Ohio.   We moved into Texas and wanted professional movers to Really load the vehicle.   We’d church volunteers Help out with packaging All our boxes and shrink wrapping furniture.   The volunteers pulled everything from the flat and put everything in the base of this truck.   The only responsibility of Both Cabus-hired guys was to PROPERLY load on the vehicle to shield my possessions.   THIS DID NOT HAPPEN.   After the truck arrived at Texas, we’d over $4000 of harm.   The dining area place had many gouges and scratches on the foundation and seats. . .but liberally the glass surface left firmly – go figure.   The lace sleigh bed had a 3 inch puncture over the footboard and several scrapes/scratches from the leather of both the headboard/footboard.   Among those box springs to the Tempurpedic mattress was totally broken. You will find many different scratches/dings to record here. . .each insignificant in their own. . .just exceptionally disappointing all collectively.   The Expert movers Which Were hired in Texas needed me to take images of how the truck had been loaded until They’d even unload for me personally.   They also had me take photos throughout their unloading procedure because they were fearful that they would be blamed for the harm.   Cabus Movers needed me to sign a reception once they finished loading saying that there wasn’t any harm.   I even wrote”excellent job,” since the two guys loading the vehicle were very personable.   Little did I know that I would Discover damages after the truck has been started in Texas.   They’ve not ruined anything while actually loading the truck; but,  the Way That They loaded the truck caused much harm.   I phoned and text messaged the proprietor for 2 weeks and that he never returned my phone.  He’d text to inform me he’d call that day or the next day…and NEVER did.   He was one of those loaders phone me to say He’d lose his job when I registered a complaint.   This Kind of communication is bad business practice.   To top it off, the owner emailed me that my receipt on JULY 24, 2014….over 4 MONTHS after.   According to my experience, I’d never again use this Organization or refer somebody else to do so.   My substitute furniture occurs on August 9….to that Cabus has provided ZERO in compensation for me to use to my prices.   (Note: I’m only allowed to post 2 images for this website….but I’ve lots of more.)

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.   You’d be much better off with two buddies along with a uhaul.   No communication, ” I had a deadline that had to be fulfilled and they had no where available.   Promised calls back and didn’t get.   Told I had been the sole Job – which has been a lie.   Promised they’d arrive between 9:30 and 10:00. – Lied.   At 12:30 I eventually got a call asking if I still wanted them to come.   Claimed they predicted a couple days – Lied because my telephone records revealed just 1 call.   Cost me two what I’d have paid them since I needed to lease my own truck and employ workers to get the job done.   After all of this I never even received a telephone call apologizing.   I understand I am telling everybody I know about these men.   You need to to.

I had been paying them $65 a hour. They had been to arrive in my house at 10 am on a Saturday morning.   In 9:52 I Got a telephone call out of a mover by an Entirely different moving business who stated he had been performing my move for a favor for”John” but understood nothing about my movement.   I was floored!!!   Then he told me it’d be abot One Hour , argued with me about how big truck I wanted, (I’ve got a very steep driveway )and went to Appear about 11:30.   MR. CABUS didn’t correctly share with all the brand new inspector the Quantity of things I needed to move, so the new man didn’t have enough guys, and had the wrong truck.   He chose to depart, get a second man and still at 1:15 I still did not own an inspector, and now the price had jumped to $80 a day. I’m furious with all the unprofessionalism of the organization and that I will NEVER EVER suggest them.

JJ Cabus’ movers have been overdue. They smelled of smoke and utilized a great deal of expletives and contended with each other since they transferred my bedroom suite furniture into the next floor. It was very embarrassing. They scraped my wooden staircase because they didn’t utilize moving pliers or wrap the wrought iron furniture legs. JJ Cabus won’t answer my telephone calls, return voicemails, return emails, or the written letters I’ve sent to them. It’s been 3 weeks since the harm happened and that I have been required to find the BBB involved. They were quite cheap in comparison to other movers, therefore that I figure you get what you pay for.
