I’m writing this review as a warning for all of you who are thinking of this business to move your furniture.
I’ve turned into a qutoe from them for $1800 once I recorded All the things I’d had, and also the salesman assured me that it’ll cover every thing,
On select up afternoon, their team was able to pick the furniture up and pack my own belongings, and the very first thing that I notice that they had no expertise whatsoever in packaging, and it appears like they were simply hired in the road free of training.
Second issue is that they loaded all of my things in their own truck, and then thye inform me that my things required more space compared to anticipated and due to that they must bill me $4000.00. Obviously I turned out, as their salespeople estimated myt price at $1800 and now the cost is much more than doubled.
They obtained theri salesman on the telephone and she was be the most liar man in the world, and demanded that I pay the entire price differently they won’t float my things, as well as my wife and new born infant who had been sitting at the car waiting and naturally the infant crying nonstop. Pure blackmailing case.
Since I needed my fabrics and the infant’s needs I inquired if I could find people but they had been taught to not unoad anything, I then offered to pay using a credit card but they wouldn’t accept asserting that I might challenge it, not understanding I can dispute the sum any time that I need , and to top it off would be that the period was 6:30 and the banks have been shut so I couldn’t pull any money from my account. Long story short, they shot my things on Saturday, also wouldn’t deliver until Monday, which compelled me to venture out and purchase fabrics and blankets, and also materials to your infant.

On the next Monday, I got into a huge fight together so as to bring over my stuff, and on shipping I paid the $4000. My things was damamged poorly, and the majority of my own furnitures had lumps all around.
I’m suing this compay for its blackmailing that they did, and also fictitious amounts they gave up.

I hired Jet Moving Systems if I had been going from Chicago to New York and had a horrible experience. They shipped Uber Movers to receive my things in Chicago without telling me. The afternoon of my transfer, I had difficulty getting in contact with the business and the movers kept pushing back the period of this transfer until I eventually got a phone around 8pm telling me that they would be coming the following day rather than Fortunately I’d given myself an excess day before the lease was up (though they did not understand that), however that could have been a massive issue had I not. When the movers arrived, they were falling my stuff and explained I couldn’t pay using a credit card even though the dispatcher had told me that I really could. They were supposed to put my things in storage while I looked for a location in New York, however, at one stage, they dropped my things for around a week and had no clue what state/storage facility/etc. It was all in. When I eventually found a location about two months after, the movers were really from Jet Moving Business and a whole lot more professional and professional. They are the sole reason I am rating this business with disappointing rather than bad. I won’t ever use Jet Moving Systems, or seemingly Uber Movers, again.

The experience was dreadful! Unprofessional, and terrible customer support. I’d love to indicate that this isn’t the first time that I proceed or use a moving business. As I called, my things weren’t delivered to the 30th, even though, I phoned on august 15th and talked to Charles, who promised me that the delivery will be created on august 30th and that I must call him next week to discover the exact time of this delivery. As soon as I telephoned him next week, nobody desired to talk with mepersonally, agents of the firm were carrying messages daily I would call and nobody will call me back. At a mean time, I’d, my boyfriend fly from new york to be here for shipping. In the end, on august 29th I talked to the identical individual, Farah, who promised me, which me delivery would be in Miami about the august 30th as proposed in the day, and somebody will phone me before 11:00 am to affirm. I took a day away from work to be home for shipping. Michael, the truck driver, refused to send the furniture unless I pad the balance in money before taking the items upstairs, as well as this, I needed to pay him $150.00 longer because the lift is farther than he anticipated. I am rather appalled at Jet Moving System to state the least First and Foremost, when I speak to Daron at March or early April I was quoted one price and when the movers came into Brooklyn New York to pick up my things they were so late that they arrived after 11 am that I left New York heading to Chicago after 5 pm rush hour! They took so long loading my things on the truck after loaded they dropped my cost to over $3000.00 as it needs to been around half of that when I talked to Daron. In addition, he advised me that anything I removed from my stock list of things that it will lessen the initial cost of that was $1914.00. I got rid of a good deal of things on the listing and it did not lessen my cost that it made it longer!  Additionally, I had been told that they do the packaging but a day before the movers came out I called to check in and they said that they do not conduct packaging. I needed to run around in the last minute and receive boxes until they arrive the next morning late! After I received my precise destination at Chicago I gave Jet Moving System that a 3-week note to come but they still were not on time but they didn’t do their very best to receive my things to me a day once I asked. But Once my things came my wooden furniture has been ruined my bed into my area and my child’s area were ripped dirty and filthy, they really use my children mattress covers to haul the speech on the floor throughout the pickup! . Both of my leather sofas are ripped in some specific regions on the sofas! Within my selection up of my things, I’d 35 boxes once my items were send I’d 34 boxes also somebody else matters were with my things! In a white and red stripe plastic tote! I told the men who send my things which isn’t my bag! When the men went to go set up mu furniture all of the screws were lost! My tall wooden cabinets for my youngest baby must be throw out since there aren’t any screws to put it all together!  I’ve also had problems with attempted to get in touch with a supervisor name Charles on many occasions every time I’d call regarding my things prior to and after the shipping he wasn’t accessible consistently in a meeting! The client’s service abilities over the telephone is dreadful! Farah is a part of work too! I wouldn’t suggest no 1 use this moving business please beware do not utilize jet transferring system to maneuver your things! Or you’ll be so sorry!

You won’t ever be happy with this business mark my word! You’ll never receive the cost what they let you. They’ll come pick up your product and cost you plenty of hidden charges that they never cite in the begning. In case you dont take my advice that you sick pay additional I promise you that. I don’t leave comments cus dont have time to get this but I believe its important to perform this time cus they’re 1005 incorrect and far away from becoming professional.

They underquote double and you the cost as soon as they have your belongings in the vehicle.

Worst experience of my entire life. WOULD NEVER DO IT AGAIN !!!!!

I can not even start to record everything that went wrong. This really is an AWFUL firm, DON’T USE THEM! They are incredibly dishonest. Was quoted $1100. Paid $3000. They place 4 holes in our walls while they have been still here. The subcontractor they utilized found somebody on craigslist or something to help empty the vehicle. Broke our dining room seat. Our enormous items came back together with dents/rips/scratches/ect. Disrespectful with our private things, throwing them onto the floor. I called 2 weeks after to check in my claim and there was not one. She lied to me and dismissed me. Just dreadful. Do not even bother about them. This is not even all that went wrong, I am simply tired of thinking about this POS business. Trust me, their”providers” are NOT worth the hassle.

Regrettably I didnt visit this inspection website till it was too late. Don’t employ these folks, you’ll be sorry. I discovered them via a site that looked somewhat like angies record. With this time they maintained my job was observed in Maine- farther away from your destination than once it began. They said it’d be transfered into your bunny and delivered by rail. About the 41st day it came, once they whined to the next to last period: stating it wouldnt arrive daily, and so I was not there in the destination. Ms Adams whined for the last time by asserting that she’d repay the entire body of their charge card fee – perhaps not the deposit and also the money the motorist needed. Obviously this didn’t occur. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I wish I’d have watched these reveiws before reserving this moving business.  The business estimates you one price and if they come to pickup the items the cost goes up by $2000.00.  The working managers are extremely impolite, disrespectful, and they lie in the start to the ending.  When my things had been fiinally delivered, the truck drivers said the truck wouldn’t make it in the development.  I reside in a 600 unit advancement and the advancement is constructed thus 18 wheelers can arrive in.  Long story made short, the truckers didn’t wish to come in the advancement, I needed to call 911 and they put my boxes on the road since they threaten to carry my things back into NJ.  No guys involved with shifting my boxes off the road both me and my daughter needed to maneuver boxes off the road for approximately 3 hours.  Private boxes where opened, whatever that stated frigile had been opened, they struck my profressional hair drier, they broke my grandsons train table and also in transferring the boxes out of off the road, it began to pour rain and the rest boxes got moist.  PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL GETROBBED!!!!!  I had been quoted $1080 however that I paid over $2000

Don’t use this moving business. I am presently moving from NJ to GA and I’m under contract together. They picked up our possessions on 6-20-2014 and are currently holding my possessions awaiting us to cover 3x the first quantity. They’re liars, I payed twice the cost they told me before, everything they told me wasn’t correct. The sales people were so rude, and left me on hold on for many minutes. In the start, they explained that I would get my things a week following the pickup, which was completely untrue, since the shipping was 30 days later. The supervisor was really filthy when I phoned her, and did not care whatsoever. I received my things clearly broken and they did not cover it. PEASE NEVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY, YOU’LL HONESTLY REGRET IT.

This firm has had our two bedroom home products for more than 60 times and they’re holding it to ransom. They’re attempting to bill us twice the initial quote, claiming we’ve got three times the sum than the initial estimate. They showed up at 9:30 pm with 2 trucks, one was already loaded with the other persons possessions and ended loading at 11:30 pm. We’ve spoken to attorneys, attorneys have sent letters and made telephone calls for Jet moving systems and they’ve ignored their connections. The business is situated in Pennsylvania and also the address recorded could be a bogus address. They can do business in NJ, PA, NY, DE and assert they’re long distance movers. They’re prepared to publish my house hold products for people for $1000 more. They already have $2200 out of us. They claimed that they can’t”shrink our belongings” but once they obtained duplicate of my attorneys letter along with some contact in the FMCSA they made to decrease the number of possessions by 640 cubic feet. They also composed on the newest quote which the cubic feet has been”unconfirmed”.   We only wish to receive our possessions delivered at the proper price. We’ve got a quote from a different moving company which operates together with Atlas moving to the authentic cubic footage of the things, because he reached the home and real measured the things in the home. Bottom Line information, proceed out of Jet and utilize somebody else. They had been profesional up front however discovered nothing after my products had been picked up. Moving truck took a long time to get there out of NY to CA. Furniture (bookcases, big roll top desk, armoire, quite big mirror etc.) obtained in damaged state, baseball sized gap at top of armoire. NOT pleased with this movement at all as shipping has been LATEthings were broken up and we are still going through the boxes to test for additional harm. Don’t suggest this moving business to anybody!! I might go on, but I’d be reiterating. Lily tried to be more useful. Estimate was far off and that I did not enjoy being told exactly what the gratuity ought to be.
