Jensen Movers and Storage guarantees you specialist service but they’re a total scam.

They are quite unprofessional, their quality of work is dreadful and they don’t honor their responsibilities. Jensen Movers and Storage is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Here are some details about our company dealings with Jensen Movers and Storage:

We supplied mails which itemized what we desired moved into our new residence, ahead of the transfer.

We fulfilled their staff on movement day and walked the house together. We pointed out every thing (and it’s tag ) which was to be moved to our new residence.

Throughout the transfer they ruined our walls, rugs and floors at our previous house and in our brand new home. They wouldn’t clean up or fix the harm when requested to do so.

They tried to tell us that they had been completed with the movement. We pointed out that our kid’s bedroom place, many boxes out of our cabinets and bedroom comforter’s weren’t attracted to the new residence.

They said – quotation:”oh we have to have missed that things because a number of those doors were closed”.

We thought they were joking, they were not. They then informed us it’d be an additional charge to return and find the things they forgot to attract.

I composed an email to the direction of Jensen Movers and Storage. They answered and informed me they were not likely to supply any kind of refund, so they could send out another team and bill us to proceed the things – and that when we did not agree to these choices, we could talk with their attorney.

I supplied my number and asked to get their Lawyer to telephone me. I have not heard back from them.

PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM: Jensen Movers and Storage.

I dropped $1,000 working together – do not make the mistake I did.

Packing was dreadful. They broke plenty of things and simply threw things in boxes. They failed to package everything the very first day so on loading afternoon that which got postponed. They came late on the afternoon of loading. They did not understand that truck that they obtained wasn’t enough and so towards the close of the day that they needed to call for one more truck which postponed service for one more hour.

On delivery day that they came late after which they were assumed to unpack per bargain. Crew had been LAZY and maintained that they had no concept that they needed to unpack. They have been so tired and tired towards the conclusion I needed to let them all go.

As soon as I phoned them that the customer service was dreadful.

DO NOT HIRE THEM. Do not examine any other testimonials, only trust me, that really is a bad poor support.

We utilized Jensen Movers to relocate from Philadelphia to State College at June 2019. My loved ones and I’ve moved regularly and this was undoubtedly the worst experience we’ve ever had with a moving business. Here’s a brief list of topics that we had:

– abrasive and disrespectful answers from direction when attempting to address problems
– charging almost $1500 more than the original quotation
