This organization is dreadful DO NOT USE!!!! We initially spoke with Jose over a week prior to the scheduled movement who left us believe he had been providing us a 25% off discount and also provided excellent customer support initially. We hired them to maneuver my dads proceeds from a storage device at VA to FL. All products were already packed up and we supplied a comprehensive list of all items along with the storage device dimension. The afternoon of the transfer 3 men showed up at a leased Budget truck (not an Irelocation truck) and if they looked in the device that they informed my sister it could be 3 times the quantity of the $1500.00 which people were initially quoted and that she needed to give them $4500.00 straight then. My sister had fulfilled all of them by herself in the storage device and if she asked Vladimir about the reason why we had been quoted a lower cost he started to get upset and began yelling at her then attempted to induce her to sign a paper with no completing it out. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD ANYONE USE THIS COMPANY. This firm is extremely unprofessional, unorganized and lacks communication skills. I feel as they might be a scam. This really is the worst company ever, lent me $1300.00 to proceed @1pm, director Arthur phoned at 12pm, stated I must pay an extra $200.00 since he simply went over my stock. I consented from despair.

Extorted cash, held our possessions hostage, damaged flooring, damaged furniture, such as a costly baby grand piano.

They intentionally gave us a minimal quote for the task to receive our company ($2200).

They badly scraped our hardwood flooring while transferring a piece of furniture. After our material has been in the moving truck (1 am! Since they began around 5 pm rather than because we had a lot of material ), the estimate increased by 5K. They drove off with our possessions and began extorting money from us the next week. We had been providing directions to wire extra money to two bank account — we all did. These were bogus reports, the cables were flagged and didn’t go through. We were receiving calls from Jamaica teaching us to ship MoneyGram to some other group of accounts. As soon as my husband told them he will repay the account in full of money as soon as they deliver our possessions, they’d hang up. They wouldn’t answer their telephones. Their mailboxes are complete.

They didn’t delivery our possessions on the day that they were supposed to and consequently we had been stuck in a vacant house with two small children and an older woman. We needed to purchase bare essentials to supply some semblance of conform to your household. They never called to apologize that the substance had been postponed, they had been unreachable. This went on for approximately ten days.

Then they proceeded to induce us to draw our complaints in exchange for bringing the remainder of the furniture. They didn’t delivery the remainder of the furniture till they had been forced by Georgia researchers and there was a warrant pending because of their supervisor’s arrest.

You still wish to trust them with your own possessions? Stay a mile off. Oh and did I mention that they are all either from Russia, Ukraine or Jamaica? That is the amount of support you’re likely to get. STAY AWAY.

On pickup they had been a day late and came the following day at seven PM, this was later they had been to arrive (a Nicole) between 12 and 2 PM….than between 3 PM and 5 PM wrapped products till 10 PM. They returned the next day at 11 AM, were to be there at 9 AM and also loaded a leased U-haul truck once they were completed 2PM the desired a tip. I’d packed and boxed all of the household products, they simply had to load the truck.

Nicole, she’s the firm scheduler and then a few.   She’s said I had been contacted by her by email and telephone about fraud. I’ve checked my email archives and there’s not anything out of their iRelocation systems. It might have gone to junk but I never watched it. I don’t have any reelection of her calling too concerning fraud.

Not able to contact Nicole till 6 July, and yes I spent a lot of my afternoon trying to phone her or anyone at iRelocation Systems, it always went straight to voice mail. Eventually On 6 July I got a grip of Nicole she said she’d checked with shipment and the dispatch could be sent on 7 July and that she would call me back by 9 AM 7 July to affirm. She didn’t call back, and no shipment wasn’t delivered. 
On 7 July she phoned me quite distraught that I’d filed a BBB complaint. She was impolite and crying. But guaranteed a Saturday or Sunday delivery along with a call back to confirm; of course that didn’t occur. 
10 July I again spent all the afternoon attempting to get her, telephone went straight to voice mail. When, and I believe by injury she answered her telephone, she said that she would need to sort’out this mess with her dispatcher and she’d call me back. I advised her that I’d hired and lawyer, to which she said that they had 21 days to receive my things sent, and wrapped. She never returned my phone. After nearly 60 tries to get Nicole and find a straight narrative, the story shifted every time that I was able to talk to her. I determined that it was in my Very Best interest to seek legal Assistance, but come to Learn legal actions must be filed in Broward County Florida.   
The thing for me was in my lawyers hands and we’d wait out the 21 day delay compared to sue for violation of contract. My aim is to still look for civil actions. 
Miraculously arrived, from the blue, on 17 July, I had been contacted from the iRelocation motorist and he said he’d arrive in 7 PM. The truck came at approximately 8 PM. The products were off loaded in a less that organized fashion, a few boxes were crushed. We’re still obtaining the quantity of harm. 1 sofa was sprayed with cat pee, and is destroyed. The things Weren’t stored safely if a cat can get spray and in a wrapped sofa.   
That really is a horrible company to work with. At no time could they inform me where my products were being saved. They held my merchandise hostage, and upped the invoice by 200 bucks, added storage I had been advised. They didn’t guard my private info. They have zero customer support. Not all of our possessions arrived. Things were lost and those who did arrive were ruined. No customer confidence in iRelocation Systems. Another evaluations have to be from family or friends since we noticed from the delivery truck driver that we were not the first time that he encountered issues on the day of delivery in which iRelocation systems advised customers to either pay a greater cost or the motorist would turnaround.

I establish a transfer date with Arthur and paid a deposit. He inventoried my possessions and stated I would be contacted two weeks ahead of the transfer by the movers. Nobody called so the day before I was scheduled, he phoned him. I’ve still yet to hear back from him. I was likely to be transferred out on Wed from 9am-11am. I didn’t receive a call before 10:30am to say they’d be late, but they can not get in contact with the driver in order that they do not know how overdue. Then when I talked to the customer support representative Nicole, she began crying.

Do not use these people they’re the worst in costs and at the time of shipping of your items. They broke my mattress and scraped my TV. Plus they never call you back once you call them again. 1 angry client. They charged me twice about what we had been quoted.,” |—–|-

Got a”binding” quotation and consented to it on the telephone. Paid my residue. Had problems receiving their”closing binding” quotation, and then received a telephone call from them increasing the cost by 25 percent +. They stated that they had not”realized” at which the pick-up place was, even though I supplied a speech and ZIP.

Its hard to even start to write this review since I am so angry at the moment. I would never recommend this company to anybody. They lie and as far as I am concerned that they steal!

Though there was a little miscommunication at the start I blame to the moving planner I’d formerly the firm handed my transfer into Nicole, that which was organized and managed great! I obtained my delivery date, so my possessions were sent and that I had been given 24 hours notice. On delivery day Shawn delivered my merchandise and he was fantastic! Took good care in his job, in ensuring I obtained all of my items, and wasn’t just general a real expert individual.

Wow! Our movers are all here and they’re so excellent! Strapping guys, cheerful, considerate, and quick! Singing cheerfully and these fantastic attitudes. I investigated Irelocation System on the internet through moverreviews and another customer review type sites and chose them. They helped set up a date which was okay to me using a backup date when they could not create this. I have moved together two. The very first time that they accommodated us in attempting to have a more committed truck as opposed to a huge semi’cause I lived from the nation and had a lengthy driveway which was approximately 700-foot. Super Awesome!! We moved from Boston to Clear Water, Fl and’d Irelocation pack all of our furniture. We packaged the boxes ourselves.We needed them store our belongings within their own storage for two months before it had been delivered at FL.I put in my quotation request 1 of their three company’s that supplied me with a quotation was Irelocation System and they were tremendously helpful and not pushy because the very first telephone call and were accessible at all times through Telephone and email,(Especially Jake Jeckel). Though they provided the most expensive quote (a 300 -$400 gap when compared with the quotations from different businesses that lent based on each wight or square footage) in addition they considered discussions and we’re delighted with what we paid. The men who came to fall off were great also, they fell away everything in two weeks and were very considerate because I don’t like people walking in on my carpeting with dirty shoes, two of the men agreed to care for their shoes to go into the flat and had unloaded the furniture.

The movers showed up on time and went right to work. The team was incredible. They worked hard all day and even despite our becoming a bit unprepared for the transfer, they had us all packed up in the conclusion of their very first moment. I would say that they handled the situation fairly nicely.
