Stay out of the company if you’re able to. I know it’s hard when the deal is too good to be true. However, as the expression is’if it’s too good to be true then it isn’t correct. When there was an choice to provide them a 0 (zero) evaluation, I’d have given that for this corporation.

You’ll be cheated outside of your own imagination. That is a scam, likely 1 man operated company casting as a mover. The individual (Chris, chris@integrityvanlines.us) appears to be a broker earning cash from you, and promoting one to some motorist.

I bought the contract out of them to proceed from NY to NC, and gave them complete details of our family i.e. variety of bedroom, things etc. to the maximum possible detail you can envision. Subsequently in the day of proceeding, once the driver showed up, he fell to pick up the things saying it had been too much, however once I asked the question what’s from this contract that he couldn’t explain. Initial contract was for $3694.22, however he stated he will not pickup unless we concur for $6,500. So, I phoned this company to inform them what was happening, and the provider rather than talking to the driver, told me that they can’t do anything, whatever driver is requesting we need to cover, should we want our belongings to be transferred. Considering all the items in movement, i.e. linking the job in a different town, children school beginning in the new town, I couldn’t afford to wait for another 2-3 months to plan the transfer with a different supplier, so that I negotiated with the driver and he consented to transferred everything (he stated he doesn’t have to see anything anymore because he’d only move everything), for $5,500.

I was frustrated but consoled myself believing at-least our things was moving as intended. Not correct. At about 11pm, while still the previous room was supposed to go, driver (called James) came to me and explained that he wouldn’t load anymore things, and I could do anything I want but that he simply will not transport anything in his truck). He said he doesn’t need to provide any motive, but he simply will not carry anymore things because he’s got to pickup another home stuff in precisely the exact same truck/trip. So, I negotiated with him again and made him to consent to place my son’s desk/chair along with our TV. I thought I was done for the afternoon, but that I was wrong, my miseries weren’t over. After he loaded the truck, he came to me about 12midnight and gave me a sheet of newspaper with virtually nothing inside, didn’t get my signature on any newspaper, or his signature on any newspaper, confirming what he’d obtained out of my property, and left with the truck.

I understand this is a very long article, but I need to warn everybody who’s thinking to employ this plumber, be very careful and pick a different mover. It’ll be worth additional cash when you need to pay this to another movers.

Very very dishonest! I had been brokered out to ethics and wa the worst moving company I’ve ever been connected with .overcharged me in the weigh station after my items were on the vehicle. They showed me that a weigh slip of the earlier fat and then a slide of what my weight was. . There is no way my one bedroom flat without the appliances weighed that far!
I’ve completed this movement ahead. . They then had the guts to tip around for a hint. . twice !
Believe they have enough of a shirt when they over charged me!
Still mad about it I should have registered a claim but did not. . But can still get the better business bureau

I had been brokered out to ethics van lines from plano Texas out of a business called ez moving van lines for my transfer out of Hammond LA to traverse city MI
What a rip off!! They showed up and packed up my items I had everything packed so that they simply wrapped the furniture out.
I had a binding quote of $2,500 fat estimate of 3,000 pounds and 480 sq feet, which had been high quote I had been advised for a 1 bedroom flat no appliances. I they also stated it would not go up unless I had over the amount of boxes I said on the quote
I followed them into the weigh station after loading plus they informed me my shipment weighed 6,000 pounds!
I advised them that was hopeless for that which I had a 1 bedroom flat! I’d transferred these things prior to and the weight was not even 3,000 pounds!
He said well I showed you exactly what the truck weighed before we loaded and that is exactly what it currently is. There were other people’s things on the truck once they showed up and I’ve a feeling that they showed me the burden of one of those two heaps probably the very first one they chose up. I he then said well I will place it in 5900 that I saidbhow canbyou do this? I told him this is absurd it does not weighvthat much!! There’s no way! He said well you’re also 20 items over. I said I’m not I just needed 15 boxes and 3 bags and furniture and that I really had over estimated the amount of boxes. Then he proceeded to inform me I’d 800cu sq feet rather than the 480 as anticipated. I stated this is absurd! I attempted to telephone es moving but they only said could need to phone me back!! I had no option but to fork over the $1600 additional which I am certain they pocketed. What could I really do was already on the 28 feet truck that they had and that there were 4 guys against me a girl alone. The foreman did all of the paperwork and talking. Very very dishonest! I’m filing a complaint and’m so pissed that occurred! Sontital I paid to transfer a 1 bedroom flat was 4,000 rather than 2500 or not from the quote, which likely would have been less

Do not be tricked by the title design. This firm doesnt practice ethics at all. I pick this business since the sales person convinced me that they’d do a fantastic job. During my interview while I was attempting to choose whether to use them, I specifically asked the woman if they used their own trucks and that I advised her that I didnt need them to agent out my occupation. She promised me that they didnt do this. Boy was that a lie! This woman was fine to me until about a week later I’d already paid them one third of their price and to my shock I got a call from a firm named Eden Van Lines and had been told that they had been my movers! I told them no because they weren’t Integrity Van Lines. The Eden Mover man than advised me that Integrity are agents! They totally lied to me on that actuality. Then I really wanted to cancel but didnt because it had been Very Hard to Discover another inspector on brief notice,
And also I didnt know if I’d have the ability to obtain my 1/3 deposit again. Had I known that it would just have gone from bad to worse I certainly would have cancelled together! The thing was that I was actually stuck. Eden cancelled me since I’d told them that I didnt need them,but just wanted pruning to perform the job. Than I had been phoning many different movers looking for a replacement but because I had to move my belongings picked up within two days it was not possible to discover another mover.

After Eden declared they discovered me a business calledTransit Moving Systems that they’re now calling their sister business.

Transit Movers is much worse compared to design for me,. They’re the people who brought me two very bad drivers equally on pickup and on delivery. The thing I’ve heard f rom this nightmare encounter, is that you’re in the mercy of this drivers.If you dont do precisely what they say, they give an authority over you and you’re left quite vulnerable. Especially because this provider is based in Florida and that I was first on Mountain Standard Time as well as on Pacific time, it had been quite hard to even communicate with anybody from Integrity. I am one girl and I felt really taken advantage of by these motorists.

The very first one who picked up my st uff attempted to induce me to sign papers saying I’d be ready to pay about $1500 more than consented. I denied and than he wished to cancel the task and he ceased loading my things! I eventually was able to get among those proprietors of Integrity on the telephone, from the title of Doran, and he talked directly to this particular driver. The motorist initially refused to talk to the proprietor,s aying he didnt understand him and he’d simply listen to his own supervisor! This is why I didnt need to use an organization which agent’s out their tasks. 1 firm doesnt know exactly what another firm consented and it complicates matters significantly. Do better research than I did, and be certain that they aren’t likely to agent out your work. The next driver, Rubi was mentally abusive, extremely upset, and also a control freak. However, more about him later on because he had been the actual reason my movement was hellish. I know this is long,but please see to the finish.

Another gripe I have about design is that they don;t return telephone calls and they’re quite very tricky to get on the telephone as soon as you provide them your deposit and enroll with them.There is just 1 individual in the business, who ever returned my calls. His name is Scott. Scott is also the only person from the business who had been truthful with me. He finally told me that, if agent firms like theirs informed clients that they were planning to provide the job to somebody else nobody would utilize them.That is why they lie about it. I was frustrated with the woman Lee, the saleperson who was really outspoken with me, since though I called her several times and left her messages she refused to return any of my calls although she’d told me” I’m always accessible” Yea right! L:ee had assured me that my things will arrive within a week after having picked up. It didnt arrive until two weeks after pickup so that I was without anything for an entire week and needed to buy items simply to survive.

The business never bothered to notify me of when my items would really arrive. I had to always call them to locate out.And again getting anybody at design on the telephone is quite tough. Scott is the only person that cared enough to help me and discover out the info I wanted.

Well here is the worst part. The afternoon my possessions were to eventually arrive. I had been in contact with the driver by telephone since the morning that he left Colorado. I were advised by Scott that my motorist left Monday evening, the 3rd of July when actually he really didnt leave before the 5th of July. Recall I had been told that my items will arrive by Friday the 30th or maybe even the 30th certainly by Saturday the 1st in the slightest!
When I talked to Rubi about the telephone I told him please come in the afternoon since he needed to move to my storage device following my residence. He argued with me about the telephone insisting the storage device will remain open until 9 PM. He believed he knew more than me in my own storage facility. He arrived at 3 PM and than that he required 30 minutes to even start unloading the truck.

This man Rubi behaved like I worked for him! He began bossing me around the moment he got off the truck. The very first thing that he said is that you want to stand here by the vehicle and head off the stock sheet. It had been very hot out and I wished to maintain my home to perform the stock sheet. He than whined feercly about me remaining I was not allowing him to perform his job since I didnt need to stand out in sunlight and do the stock. He acted entirely insane really. He than known as the authorities within the stock sheet! After the police guy came helped mediate between us by inquiring what we both wanted. Calling the police was utterly unnecessary but this man clearly has had plenty of issues in existence; and doesnt understand the fundamentals of communication and collaboration. The simple fact that the company hires people like Rubi is reason enough to not use them.

Rubi wasted lots of my time. He remained out on the phone for two hours phoning his boss and whining to whomever he was speaking to,meanwhile I had been abandoned only waiitng for him to get the work done! What should have just taken 2 hours took him 4 and a half an hour. He had been here from 3 to 7:30. I really had plans that night I had to cancel because of his inefficiency. In addition to that he had been plain mean to me! I had one piece of furniture, the costliest piece that was still about the truck .When I asked him about it, he told he he sold it to my neighbor for about $1000. He’d say all sorts of items to me to attempt to get me angry. He predicted it kidding but to me that he was incredibly violent. What he’d enjoy telephone the authorities, twice, once on Thursday and than again the next morning in the storage device, were so stressful to me that I couldn’t sleep once he left on thursday night along with the injury of how he spoke to me and what I went through remains with me

Along with the way I was treated, there are 20 boxes of my items lost, and a number of my items are broken. I dont understand how the organization will compensate me for the 20 boxes of my items missing and all of the broken items, but I also want them to compensate me for the psychological stress and the misuse brought on by Rubi and another motorist, and also for the items I needed to purchase throughout the week that they had been overdue.
I’ll gladly take them to court if they dont voluntarily pay me to the psychological horror I went through because I’ve witnesses.
Please do your self a favor and stay away out of Integrity Van Lines and fr om Transit Moving Systems.

My loved ones hired this company to get a cross country move, and it’s become the worst experience ever. The sales man, worked with us on the date for pickup by beginning with our coming date of June 8. With that date, he determined on a pickup date of June 1 and stated that would be lots of time. In addition, he stated that we have $40,000 of insurance, however we discovered that was not accurate when the movers came (unless we paid them longer ). Our stuff has been picked up, moved to storage someplace, and it sat there for allegedly 19 days. Meanwhile, the Integrity van traces maintained supplying us with unidentified or missed delivery dates. They made false promises over and over again, the sales man said that he wasn’t involved anymore, which we had been harassing him by asking him for upgrades. They stopped answering the telephone (unless we predicted out of another number), and if we did talk to somebody, they moved us, disconnected the line, or supplied another telephone number to somebody who does not respond or understand anything about the circumstance.

That is a fraudulent business, posing as a distributor, and they brokered out our whole move. There was an unmarked truck in pickup along with a North American truck in shipping – all of the truck photographs on their site with a symbol are obviously photoshopped. Integrity Van Lines and storage failed to have our things prior to coming, a firm referred to as”State to State Move” currently had them. The first State to State Move motorist that had our things was either fired or stop, leading to a different missed delivery date, and also the brand new driver/owner cussed out us and threatened us since I needed to drive into Los Angeles to collect my belongings rather than waiting for them to deliver our belongings to us. Our possessions were assumed to arrive June 8, 2017, but did not arrive before June 23, 2017 at a North American moving truck. Not only did we cope with unprofessional practices and individuals from pickup to delivery, however they ruined and lost many of our possessions.

After we had been threatened and cussed from the owner of State to State Move, we eventually heard from the owner of Integrity Van Lines and he said not to worry – that our stuff will soon arrive and he’ll speak to [NAME EDIT] about his behaviour. In addition, he stated that yes, we do have $40,000 of insurance, such as the salesman told us originally. He explained to take photos of all and send them to him, together with receipts for expenditures while we were with no possessions for more than 3 weeks. We filed that the stock listing of our damaged things, and he responded saying he obtained it and shipped it into insurance. After continued to follow him up , but maybe not hearing a reply, I finally got an email from him saying that he does not insure anyone who has written a bad review. It’s now August 2, 2017, and we still have not got any reimbursements.

Intergrity Van Lines and Storage whined about being a provider rather than a broker, payments received, insurance policy, the date of delivery, in which our possessions were found, the titles of their drivers, and they’ve been incredibly threatening and threatening in communicating. [NAME EDIT] from dispatch is very unprofessional. [NAME EDIT] out of Dispatch/customer agency threatened to postpone our shipping and eliminate any discounts if I did not eliminate a lousy review before delivery. [NAME EDIT] in the office informed me our stuff was in storage because we did not authorize a payment, however they charged our credit card 7 days before her saying that. They are also charging us considerably more cash than the initial cost although we did a comprehensive inventory over the telephone. Along with the brokered firm, State to State Move, jeopardized us saying that he’d push our possessions back into the original pickup place if we did not continue with the still unknown shipping date of our possessions. I monitored down our stuff, and the truck was parked at a haphazard storage centre in Los Angeles, and that I wanted to push there to get our belongings. I called the police and they consented to stand on the sidelines in the event of continuing threats. But, then after that which was escalated that much, I obtained a shipping date of the next Monday.
