This is an overview of Integrated Moving Solutions, Inc. from Kenilworth, NJ along with the agent who contracted together, Moving APT (www.movingapt.com/).
My wife and I moved from New Hampshire to Florida. We signed up a contract which our possessions would be sent in 21 business days of May 17, 2019. It’s currently June 27th, 9 days following the end of the agreed upon delivery window. Our items have yet to be delivered and we cannot reach someone in Integrated Moving Solutions, INC..
We did talk with Simone, a business representative on June 17th. She advised us that the moving truck could be departing on Wednesday or Thursday of the week. She promised to send me an email using all the motorist’s contact details. We’ve not got an email from her and once we call their telephone, it goes straight to voicemail.
We’re terrified that the firm had decided to not deliver our possessions.
Please bear in mind that the agent who subcontracted our movement from Integrated Transferring Solutions of Kenilworth, New Jersey was Moving APT (www.movingapt.com/). Gia, who promised to be a client support supervisor, promised to attempt and solve the non-delivery dilemma with Integrated Moving Solutions, INC.. She stated that she’d call us back until her shift finished on Friday, June 21st. She didn’t ever call us. Also, Moving APT is also not picking up our phone calls.
This is the worst going experience possible. In short it’ll took Intagrated Moving Solutions Inc 2.5 times to pack and load up my first moving truck, 28 days to provide my possessions and improved my initial, contracted shifting fee 110%. But on Wednesday 6/26 the team came 2.5 hours late. The team spoke broken English at greatest that made it extremely tricky to communicate. After signing the contract I’ve compensated for 50 boxes and relevant packaging stuff, they showed up unprepared using just enough stuff to package 25 boxes. Consequently they needed to head to Home Depot to buy more boxes. I had been charged an extra $980.00 to get 8-10 boxes. Throughout the packing/loading procedure the team was ineffective and slow. They packed my items really outspoken, in the end. A number of my items were simply thrown onto the vehicle without even being placed in a box. Moreover they behaved unprofessionally leaving an improper note in my own kitchen onto a post-it. In 1:15AM on Friday 6/28 that the vehicle had been eventually packaged. It was now I was informed that the price of the moving solutions would grow 110% in the first contract I signed up with an sub-contracting firm, Atlas Moving and Storage. Upon departing IMS Inc. advised they’d take around ten days to send my home, although my first contract said 5. After numerous calls for both Atlas Moving and Storage along with Intagrated Moving Solutions and 27 weeks after my delivery had been scheduled to Thursday 7/25 involving 1pm-7pm. They didn’t arrive till 8:30PM on the 25th. However again, the team spoke broken English which makes it challenging to communicate together. I had been ready with a money purchase, out of a national bank, to cover my residual balance. The driver refused to take the cash order since it had been from a financial institution, instead of the post office. Following a lot of commotion, the driver left without as much as opening the vehicle. I made many calls for IMS Inc. the next morning and rescheduled the shipping for 10:30am on 7/26. The truck came at 11:30am. Not one of the boxes have been tagged when packaged so the shipping team dumped all boxes into 1 room. A third of those boxes have been crushed out of being piled without thought of fat loss. The only bit of furniture which has been partly reassembled was among 2 mattress frames. They stated they did not understand how to finish the reassemble of their very first framework. And didn’t reassemble the next mattress framework since they stated a bit was missing, which they afterwards discovered. My hardwood floors has been ruined because of the movers pulling heavy furniture. As I start to unpack have begun to recognize that I’m missing things, biggest being a complete size head board. I noticed that I had not seen it come off the truck in the close of the afternoon. As soon as I asked the delivery guy around it, he explained it had been coming. I understood after they left that it was still missing. I made a message concerning the lost furniture but IF I receive a call back, so I am sure I shall only be advised to submit an insurance case. I signed up a moving contract using Atlas Moving and Storage. They didn’t disclose during the contract indicating which they would subcontract the solutions of Inagrated Moving Solutions Inc.. Had I understand this I might have sunk the contract straight off the’F’ company score IMS Inc. has together with the Better Business Bureau. They established throughout this whole procedure that an’F’ score is precisely what IMS Inc. deserves.
This movement from Ohio to Rhode Island has been a night mare. This firm throughout the movement Stole, Damaged and Missing tens of thousands and tens of thousands of dollars of their possessions. Customer Support and possession we non invasive and impolite. Owner was awful to speak to. Please Please stay away from this particular plumber. They’re a disgrace to the business.
I managed the coordination of this shifting of my buddies things. This business was utilized to transfer her things brokered by National Express Moving. The business dropped and broke things. My daughter stuck in a promise and they accepted it but never delivered her the check. After more than 6 weeks, I phoned them a few times and just went to voice mail. I contacted National Express Moving and they stated it was not their problem but she’d telephone Integrated Moving Solutions relating to it. After a few weeks and lots of answers from National Express which she’ll inquire again about the test, I never learned from them. I eventually threatened the individual at National Express Transferring and that I instantly caught on a conference call using Integrated Transferring and they eventually sent the test for my daughter. Do not conduct business with both of these provider’s. They had no plan on paying for the claim.

And also to all parties involved,
That is exactly what transpired in relation to the transfer between David Miller, All American and Integrated Moving Solutions. At the start of talks with Sandy I explained I’d love to have my things picked up on Wed.. Nov. 13th and delivered on Fri.. Nov 15th. I had been asked what I favored morning or day delivery; I picked day. There was to be 2 pickup ceases, my condo and my organization, no longer than 10 minutes off, less than 10 kilometers and 3 stops at Atlanta: I was told no problem. Initially it had been estimated I had less than a whole 26 Ft truck. After sending both videos and photos Sandy indicated to book a whole 26 ft. truck, and the pick-up date has been shifted from Wed. into Tue. that the 12th between 9-10 AM, since it might take two weeks to load. That’s the way it had been abandoned. There was not any mention about not needing to disagree the pickup day, delivery afternoon or some thing besides a 26 feet truck I was paying for.
I get a call Mon. about 5:00 from customer support my pickup is scheduled for Wed, at 7:00 AM. I stated it had been supposed to function as Tue. 9-10:00. I inquired if the time might be altered, she placed me on hold, known as shipment and told me that the time wouldn’t be able to be changed. I got a call at 10:30 Tue. evening in the driver telling me they’re arriving in 3:00 Wed. afternoon. I argued with him that wasn’t likely to do the job. He finally said they’d be here at 7 AM but might need to leave and return at 3:00. I kept asking why he needed to leave and eventually understood why was supposed to head to court. I asked him the number of stops have been scheduled for mepersonally, ” he texted me his quotations and the only quit he’d was 1265 Lost Country with the incorrect town, no 2nd cease for my enterprise. I texted back on the number of stops in George were scheduled but obtained no answer. When I talked to the motorist Wed morning I didn’t understand All American subs outside the true transfer to Integrated Moving Option (another moving firms warned me about employing somebody that’s only a broker) and that dispatch does not open till 9 or 9:30 the motorist did not understand. The driver shows up Wed. at 8:30 and they begin to wrap the furniture. I noticed that there was furniture in the front part of the truck, meaning that they had a pickup before me that is the reason they could not get to me until Wed.. I checked with Sandy and verified I had been to have a complete truck. Additionally, it happened to me there’s 1 man that has to go to court, and there’s 1 truck, so I asked the man,’are you currently both leaving together with the truck, heading to court and then coming back and you truly don’t understand when?’ He explained. From the time that I talked to All American, attained that the shipment individual contending with both and really telling them I’m cancelling the transfer and’m requesting the movers to quit wrap and to depart, I get a call from dispatch he’s sending Uber to pick up the driver so he is able to court. So today there’s 1 guy loading a truck be himself. Another man does not return until 4:30. My condominium took up 2/3s of this truck that signifies the 2nd stop was to be Cabinet Hardware, in which I have to have had a number of my company loaded on that truck, that evening. Dispatch is known as and is contending with me refusing to pick up any of my company things. Eventually tells the driver to proceed and can ONLY pick up ONE thing, a filing cabinet nothing else.
You have to agree, this whole move was unacceptable from the beginning, to me personally and as a business enterprise. I’d love to understand what could be accomplished. I have owned my own company for 50 yrs and also the 1 thing that I learn it customer support first. 1 way or another when something didn’t go the way that it needs to, I left it directly with this particular client. I have not been able to live at the flat
I’m renting and don’t have any stock that will be my livelihood so that I can run business. I’ve paid thousands of dollars rather than obtained anywhere the professional support I anticipated. Why is it worse, is that I still have my entire business back in Cleveland and that I might need to pay another company to transfer down it. I’d love a private phone call from one to explore this.

Integrated Moving Solutions packaged the things for my kid’s transfer and place all of the very expensive things in 1 box and didn’t record the products. The box has been allegedly lost and they made no attempt to locate it. The products were valued at more than 2000 and have achieved nothing regarding our promise. Worst moving business ever.
