This is only one of the most worst van lines I never seen. Shipped things from New Jersey to California. But plenty of things got stolen and damaged. Notably Dispatcher was quite unprofessional. Please do not opt for this van lineup for transferring. I filed my claim, however should I call them consistently they’re telling it’s going to require 120 days (4 weeks ). This vanline isn’t with any professionalism / ethics. My suggession is, please do not choose.

We’ve got multiple complaints for this corporation. The sales division made claims and promises that the shipment and moving teams wouldn’t comply with. We contacted Infinity Van Lines to get a quotation on 6/10. We had been sent a quotation depending on the gear list and box count (as requested). From this list they supplied us with a moving quote and assured us that a 1 day go on Saturday, 6/21/14, was potential and accessible and that they’d submit for early morning pickup. They also advised us that pricing can change and move down or up based on how much space our things took up at the vehicle. That is clearly mentioned in the binding quote. We made it clear to the sales rep that my husband’s company was paying for the transfer. After our company paid our deposit, the shipment staff called and told me that they had us scheduled to pickup Saturday, 6/21 and delivery Tuesday, 6/24. We advised them that we had been assured same day pickup and delivery which was the only reason we picked their company-dispatch stated that”sales is not able to earn those promises and doesn’t have anything to do with all the shifting dates”. They advised us that the earliest available date period was procured 6/21 involving 3-5pm. After asserting to no avail, we consented to this moment. Saturday at 12:30pm we received a call telling us that they had to move us again to Sunday since”their truck broke down” and they didn’t have any one available. We attempted shifting the situation to direction. 1 rep we talked with hung up in my husband and subsequently told me that”together with your mindset sir, I don’t feel awful about it”. Our newest pickup was now scheduled for 6/22 involving 8-11am. We requested shipment to program us as soon as you can. We had been advised that 50 percent (less our deposit) was expected at pickup along with the remaining 50% due to delivery. They stated approved payment methods included money and cashiers check (that can also be clearly mentioned as acceptable forms of payment at the binding estimate in addition to private check.) We pulled money and a cashiers check in the lender for the remaining payments. We phoned Saturday to ask exactly what could/could not be transferred – sales informed us what might be transferred, no stipulations except firearms. The movers didn’t show until nearly 11am and at that stage it was pouring down rain (Saturday weather was apparent ). At this time our private vehicles were packaged, our utilities were away in the present house/on in the new home, I needed to change my storage unit transfer out date, and we’d thawed our fridge/freezer and packaged with the food in coolers. If the movers arrived they informed us that they might just accept cash or a money order and that our cashiers check wouldn’t be approved. The movers also advised us that they wouldn’t take any plants, food, guns, or fluids so we needed to then unpack our automobiles and repack with all the items which they would not take. They came to the new home 3 hours after us and did not complete unloading until approximately 1:30am on 6/22. During the unloading procedure 5 distinct stacks of boxes dropped off their loading ramp and crashing into the concrete. We’ve got multiple damaged items which have to be replaced. Additionally, we lost a vast majority of those frozen foods because of the distress with pickup/delivery. Since we had been doing direct delivery that the movers didn’t perform an inventory/box count and because unpacking we’ve found missing boxes and things. The vast majority of those boxes and things were also wet as a result of rain. Many times the firm answered the telephone as”TransUnited” but then changed it once we informed them we had been operating with Infinity Van Lines. They never clarified the link, they simply skirted around a response. I was also promised a telephone call from the CEO as a result of dreadful situation (anticipated after the movement on Monday, 6/23). . .today is 7/7 and I am still waiting.

This business will inform you they’re”Not a Brokered Mover.” But believe me, they’re really a lot of mover. I used them no matter. So once you read a fantastic review, it isn’t authentic. I’ve moved a good deal through time, my livelyhood depended upon moving people and goods for more than 40yrs. The 1 time (during retirement) that I felt compelled to save on a movement…I had been bitten badly. My warning to anybody else is of of pure intent. Avoid this company at all price!!!

The driver that picked up our belongings from the storage in TX utilized intimidation on us around the telephone and plagued our represntative there. He refused to carry our things unless we cover the sum that he was providing us on the telephone immediately and that was triple than the initial prize. He then agreed to take our king size mattress for an additonal trophy of $165.00 but once we obtained the delivery here in NJ our king size mattress was lost so the motorist here place a notice on the receipt that it had been missing. He abandoned all of our furniture from your storage and just picked up a few boxes. A number of those boxes were shattered & busted and a number of my own chinaware were busted. I filed a whine but haven’t heard from them. Employing this moving business was the worst  nightmare that my husband & I ever had and still haunting us to the writing. Of the amount that we paid, we just received boxes of our private stuff. We lost all of our furniture, such as washer & dryer & ribbon mill, queen size mattress and mattress frames, the entire living room set that had been bought at Lazy Boy at 2011 along with other miscellaneous products. I asked for my deposit back. Infinity refused to give my deposit back and explained I would need to use the movers using what they’d abvailable or loose my deposit. Now, the driver stated that he could drive to Augusta, GA (75 miles away), shed off another man’s stuff on the vehicle into a storage building, and return the following day and proceed precisely how much that I were quoted, even though it still wouldn’t be sufficient to accomodate all of our furniture. He explained that he could transfer all of the furniture at our home, but it could cost an excess ~$2000. Infinity still refused to return my deposit and by this stage it was 8:30 pm. I was quite upset with the whole situation. I determined that in order to not loose the deposit I’d let them go anything they could, that was ~50% of the primary listing I gave Infinity (so much to your over-estimation). At ~11pm that night they drove away in their Ryder truck with two of my bed frames along with a mattress wrapped on the elevator gate, out the truck. It had been totally ghetto. I wouldn’t ever recommend that anyone use this moving business. The experience was so awful. I attempted to phone and talk with someone in customer support. I even left a message asking for somebody to phone me back, but nobody bothered to return my telephone call. It then took 4 days to allow them to journey ~260 miles to provide our furniture. Following that, we needed to lease a U-haul and move the remainder ourselves.

They’ll bill you extra for every thing that’s not informed upfront. In the long run, they’ll keep furniture because it is and never even assemble it. They’ll invest in money and threaten not to move if you don’t cover the men.

This was completed in 1st week of November giving them considerable time to organize my own pickup. They sales man stated that its ok and the pick-up won’t be overlooked. I paid an improvement of 500. I had been told I would be anticipating a call from their customer support 48 hours before the pickup. It is 29th Nov 2014, I receive a call at approximately 10 am in their customer support stating that sadly pick up can’t be achieved on 29th but will soon be undoubtedly performed on 30th Nov.. I didn’t have a choice except to wait. About 30th Nov I had been kept waiting in complete darkness until 3 pm. Nobody called. I tried hitting them on all of the telephone numbers that I can and should have abandoned about 20 voice messages. At 3 pm their client support individual calls and says that they cannot possess the pickup done on that day. I was livid and furious but they didn’t care. I had no option except to take my trip daily and beg you of my buddy to have a day away and look after the pickup on 1st December. About 1st December they had the pickup finished, however as I wasn’t that they did everything I had feared that the most i.e. my quote ranged from $1700 to $3900. I didn’t have a state since I wasn’t there and my hands were tied. They wanted to cover 50% prior to the substance starts being changed from Texas. I emailed them a photocopy of my worth values 1700$. The following day I find in my accounts that my 3400 was billed from my accounts. After all of the shipping was dine I discovered that My TV was lost. The motorist who had been responsible for shipping had no thought. They’ve unprofessional men and women who manage the entire business enterprise. Infinity Van Lines has been the most dreadful firm I’ve ever worked with.   We had been lied to multiple occasions about #1 cost of this ceremony #2 when our items are picked up #3 if our items are delivered.   The worst thing was when our items would be sent.   They’d PROMISED us that we’d have our items in no more than 1 week from the date it had been picked up.   21 days after isn’t 1 week that I will guarantee you.   In addition they treat their workers horribly (atleast from the Dallas area).   We had these bad boys dropped off in our House for Several days with no food or beverage and we dwelt in the country, in which there aren’t any fast food places near.   The bad men had to work all day without a until we understood They had had nothing to drink or eat all day and then we must feed them.   It was RIDICULOUS!   This company Ought to Be set our of company for their bad practices!   Believe me, we did our homework before we hired this business, read several reviews on the internet and spoke to their sales man on the phone several times.   However, I’ll let you employ someone else to save yourself the pain of coping with such a unreliable and dishonest Business.   Spend the extra cash and go with a more reputable business!

Just moved my in-laws into Texas from Ohio.   Worst moving experience ever.   How Infinity has great reviews on their Internet site is outside me.   Customer support Doesn’t exist in Infinity.   Claim service is much worse.   Do your self a favor. . .call a reputable, nationally firm.   It will not cost any more in the Long Term.   Infinity will quote you a cost but it is not exactly what you will Wind up paying.   Nationally known firms will do a much better job.   This outfit Isn’t a moving business.   MOVERS BEWARE!

This company does for its own customers is absolute fraud and they need to be criminally investigated to this. I won’t rest until each possible client knows of the criminal enterprise practices!! They gave me an estimate for transferring things out of Texas to Florida of 1386. From now I eventually recovered our things, it had been three weeks after, the complete we had been made to pay was 2190 and several things were destroyed, destroyed or lost. They kept our things before we gave them their compulsory new sum of $2190 and $125 to get a locksmith that they promised me I wouldn’t desire when I consented to employ their firm. The ideal part following the run-around, holding our items ransom, and dropping them for a little while, was that the situation in which they came, what really came! We’re lost approximately $2000 in things and many things are damaged or ruined for example antiques. This literally is your WORST MOVING COMPANY I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED, TOTAL SCAM. You better make certain you have your own regional banks on your telephone with you onto a three way call to receive your money back since it’ll be the only means you receive back your deposit!!! After having a $500 deposit (have to happen to be our red flag) they showed up in our home and than required that we had to cover an EXTRA $600 for them we’d”greater than that which we we initially said”. Placed the purchase from NewJersey into California  and earnings man given closing estimated cost $1400. However, while picking up the things driver billed $2200, alredy I compensated Advacne $420.00. Dispatcher and Notebook are extremely impolite and unprofessionals.Since 5/28, I had been calling the customer support in my dual billed. Daily they’re telling the term because”we have not receive the paper work in the motorist”. Almost the identical response I got upto Jun 22nd because of no appropriate communication between Client Support ->  Dispathcer -> Notebook. Eventually I received the things onto 26th Jun, however, plenty of Costly things was stolen or lost while send ( TV Stand, Vaccum, Office Chair with Stand etc.,). We asked motorist about missed things, he said as he isn’t sure about these products. What ever the things dispatcher loaded to the truck these things he delivered. You may speak with your business (Infinity Vanlines). I am not certain how I have to move along with thse stolen things will cost nearly more that $600.
I paid $2620 2620 and stolen things will price: $600 and overall: $3220. With this price I will buy all of the new products. We understand that I do not wish to select this particular vanlines. This mover is essentially a CHEATER and FRAUD. I will counsel NEVER do business together. I’ve proceeded together 6 months before, they charged nearly double what exactly what consented and broke my own furniture value $5000. As soon as I filed claim that they came up with $100 settlement. I send them the finished form 3 weeks past and try phoning (9 from 10 goes into voicemail) or emailing them however, they’re not coming my call or email. If somehow I receive some rep he/she ahead my my call to voicemail.

These men are horrible. They quoted me 1 price and more than doubled it once they arrived to pickup. They held my things in a warehouse for more than a week while awaiting a truck. When they eventually came much later than anticipated every thing was broken and ruined. Filed a claim in November 2014 and still have never been paid. The minimum amount they’re paying is absurd.

This business is a joke.

Infinity Van Lines is getting the unprofessional team, unprofessional dispatchers & motorists are extremely rude.Initially Revenue persion awarded the quote with X cost for its 1 Bed Room flats (given stock list too ).Dispatcher arrived and chosen the things and place inside their truck. Then they began to threaten me stating as all of the things occupiedthis much cubic feet, therefore I should cover Y cost (i.e nearly double to the X cost what ever I have got originally ).Driver spoke with Dispatcher (his title would be:Ale) and advised the motorist as cancel the purchase. Driver was requesting me affirm otherwise they’ll fall all of the things in infront of their flat at the first monring 2AM. I have no other choice, then I cofirmed and I paid the cash then only they chose the items.Please do not opt for these liers and do not trust and do not choose. This is only one of the worst experiece and worst movers now.

Infinity did a terrible job in my movement. They broke lots of my own stuff. Now, I packed the boxes myself, so technically they are not accountable for that. Personally, I do not believe they had to CRUSH my boxes, but that is my view.

They WERE accountable for the furniture and artwork, and they broke a number of bits. They also gave me a box which was not mine, and they did not care whatsoever about regaining that individual’s possessions once I called to inform them. Never attempted.

This was more than a year and a half ago. I registered a claim later for the broken material that they were accountable for, and they’ve given me that the run-around ever since. 90 percent of the time that they do not answer the telephone and also my messages go unreturned. About the 10 percent of the time that they do answer the phone, they apologize, and say they will call me back when they’ve figured out why the claim has not gone through yet. Never once have they called backagain.

This really is a dreadful company that prefers to go out of business. They create the planet a measurably worse location.

I named the business many times simply to discover Liz, yet another customer service representative impolite enough to hang up on me without telling me where my furniture moved for 11 days. The truck driver showed his course by acting exactly the way he did.  For 11 times we needed to simply sit and wait at this deceiving companies winner without understanding where all of our precious publications, handbags, clothes, furniture, and show bits moved. We trusted this organization and this is the way they deceive us by charging more, providing 11 days late and inducing us emotional stress. I’m not the first person, nor will I be the last person to really go through this. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I contacted bbb and certainly will do whatever else to find off this guys the marketplace. It appears that they have enougn time to reply to the testimonials. Well great, go dare anything and eveything I stated here. Any person with mind will recognize I’ve got nothing more to gain from lying about this business, if I’d gotten great service I’d have recommended this for everybody. For all of the psychological pressure, charging us twice, which makes us spend additional cash for 11 days that I curse you! Jake, anything commission he’s gotten from lying and taking his company to him,” God, Karma, or both would take out two as much out of him.

Our family used the business to move from Dallas, TX to Federal Way, WA. Just, after 3 months all of our items continue to be in Dallas. With this particular privellege we paid $15,000.00. We might have leased 5 uhauls, together with drivers and helpers to boot up for that much. I wasn’t pleased with my latest encounter using Infinity Van Lines. When I first scheduled my kid’s movement — I discovered my first salesman George to be quite careful and useful. We created a tentative list of things to be transferred and has been provided a quote of $1210.00. George promised me that the movement qualified for its 10% senior discount like I was paying for its transfer.                                                                                               Following the movers arrived and loaded with the items to be transferred, my son had been advised that the purchase price of the transfer was currently $2540.00, and it can be more than twice the quoted cost. I called my salesman George and had been moved to his manager Mike. I had been advised that my son had 3 additional boxes, a bag, a huge mirror, a file cabinet and two speakers. I know that I must have paid any additional for all those additional things but no solution did these things double the wt and distance. I contended with Mike and informed me that I believed that I was being scammed and also I was very upset about it. He determined that he could subtract $200.00 in the total, ” I advised him that I wasn’t satisfied with this,I didn’t believe that was a reasonable sum, the amount was still more than twice the cost I was quoted. I advised him that I did plan to write a disappointing review and Mike stated that when I meant to trash his firm that they need to unload my kid’s things and that I could locate another mover. I mentioned if he sued the money that I already paid to Infinity, then I would be happy to do this. He wouldn’t consent to return my deposit. We had been screwed and had to cover the double figure.                                 When my son attempted to use the 10 percent off voucher that was emailed to people by our salesman, then the motorists refused to honor it. When I again called the salesman George to inform him that today I wasn’t receiving the 10% senior discount. George explained I was eligible to find the reduction and he moved me to the manager –unfortunitely my calls stored repeatedly becoming disconnected on 8/11/14 x3 calls, on 8/12/14 x4 calls, on 8/13/14 x 3 calls, also forth 8/14/14 x 5 calls–I eventually talked to a manager Sierra and she fell to not honor the reduction since I wasn’t in florida once the boxes and furniture were loaded onto the truck. I guess that I must have flown into florida  and then back home to greet the motorists on the two ends. I believe that they were very unreasonable.                           The motorists in florida had advised me to be home to friday 8/15/14 to take the delivery. I recieved a telephone call on 8/13/14 to state the truck had abandoned florida.   No shipping to the 15th, I phoned Infinity and has been advised it’d be 3 to 7 days prior to my delivery.   I did recieve telephone from auto driver on 8/18/14 along with the shipping was created 8/19/14. The delivery guys did a wonderful job, nothing ruined and they were quite polite. The automobile had no title on it.

I moved from Boston to LA and my entire experience was awful. I won’t suggest this movers to other people since essentially they’re cheaters.
