Dishonest and unprofessional, DO NOT USE! I used them to ship some freight back into the US, and has been advised that the shipping was door-to-door. After my container had nearly attained, I’m advised that I want clear that the shipment from the vent from the US myself. I would strongly suggest going with a larger, more well known transport company if you are intending to send your merchandise to the United States.

If there’s an issue like I’d that they pass the money and do”their own” role by placing you on hold and calling the large moving business. They advised me on the telephone and within an email I had a 48-hour window to cancel to get my finance deposit back. I stopped only two hours after making the first booking however, the company will not give me my cash back. I’ve been repeatedly phoning and emailing the business for more than a month right now.
