Even though all you normally hear about movers is terror tales, Imperial Movers is a fairy story. The movers are really so good, I had them double in six weeks and did not even shop round the next time (I wore five movers the very first time and they defeat the cost by 50 percent ). I had a wonderful experience with Imperial Storage and Moving throughout my transfer this past weekend. Jubo, Giorgi, along with also their other partner (whose name I sadly forgot to request ) were considerate, professional, attentive, comprehensive, and created the shifting procedure stress-free for me – that I never believed was possible, because I despise moving:-RRB- I’d absolutely suggest Imperial Storage and Moving to anybody!

My movers foreman’s name was NARZULLO, that he had been really fast and productive. Everything was rapid and smooth. Totally recommend! He and his team were the very best!!!

I had a very complex move where I needed to be from my previous flat on a Saturday and at my brand new location on a Monday. In a panic, I called the staff in Imperial Moving. They weren’t only amazingly accommodating, they offered to store my furniture in storage through the weekend. We utilized Imperial Movers around 6/20/2018 and has been the worst experience from the 30+movements I’ve done.
The upfront sales pitch has been quite valuable. They were speedy and sensible and seemed like professionals. Everything changed when the real movers showed up. They whined to a flight of stairs and explained we had far more things then was around the quote. Then it got very bad
They had been not threatening, they broke three parts of furniture, and then destroyed a bit of artwork. They helped themselves into the liquor cupboard throughout the movement and then attempted to bill us 2x the quote.

Don’t use this small business. They’ve a pattern and practice of clinging to their own clients, overbooking moves, and abusing their teams. I used them recently for an out of state transfer. They dramatically under estimated that the amount of time it’d have to pack my flat. The team they employed had worked 30 hours at the 2 days prior to his move and were tired. After they had been together with me for 10 hours, then the business demanded that they go right to some other job. Then they switched out my team, filled the van with a different movement, and delivered it to Maine, despite a guarantee to get there in Massachusetts the following day by noon. I phoned their office many times. Nobody can give me a direct answer as to why my matters were postponed. They had somebody call me to state there was a problem with the truck, but that is really a flat out lie. Both of those foremen involved within my movement said the business lies to individuals all of the time. I phoned them about 10 times, and nobody could link me with direction, nobody cried, and the one thing they provided me was 100 off my movement.
I wrote to control and got no response. It is clear that they lie to folks all of the time and don’t have any issue with it because they believe that they can eliminate it.

NEVER MOVE WITH IMPERIAL MOVING. They do not care about harms and will not reimburse you for mending the harms. I had such a terrible experience and won’t ever urge and rebook imperial business due to their bad customer services.

I moved from Manhattan to Atlanta in June 2012. I had been going from this country for 6 months and hired Imperial movers to pack my own belongings and maintain the boxes inside their own storage before August when I’d be in Atlanta to take the delivery. Their representatives were fine, gave a sensible quotation and also managed to provide the material on the date that I had been promised. So no significant complaints from that aspect, except that the packers were simply too fast and blended up a few of my possessions (no separation of things between kitchen/stationary/bedroom etc.) it wasn’t performed in an organized manner ). Additionally, the tags were lost on a number of the boxes and this caused difficulty when unpacking since I wanted the kitchen things first but could not locate them before I unpacked all 50 of my boxes. He explained that the episode had occurred over a year ago since the storage area had any escapes but that was repaired and there are no issues today. He persuaded me that what is nice. However, to my horror, many of my boxes had been ruined as a result of rain and the truck driver explained that it was since there was a flow in the vehicle. I really don’t care what the rationale for this is, I specifically asked the sales man to ensure that the boxes do not become wet and he promised me that there will not be any issue. I’m very disappointed in this aspect. I’d love to attach images of the damage caused but seems like there’s not any option for it. The point is, I wouldn’t proceed with these guys again. FYI – I stumbled upon imperial movers on the internet. I didn’t have any furniture except for a dining table (4chairs) – my material was essentially 50 boxes.

I’ve proceeded with movers 5 days today (many transatlantic for function ), also while Imperial has excellent communication they possess the worst implementation and also followup of all my motions. The communication leading up to the movement was fantastic and the quote was quite precise, the problem began afternoon of. They were supposed for me between 3-4pm but came around 5:30 to start. Nobody called me to notify me they’d be overdue and their workplace (while on line they state is available until 5pm, was not answering the telephone in 4pm). A movement is stressful enough with no provider completely lacking in communicating. When they got that they had been speedy and effective moving items out and getting it on the truck. After they have been done left quickly packed up and abandoned. It was late and dark (approximately 10pm) so that I was not able to check before the day afterwards. In their hurry they ruined the flooring, a wall, and my mattress frame. No representative achieved to me personally and my calls weren’t returned. I wouldn’t suggest using them, they’re great top up into a movement, and the team had been favorable, however, communication was dreadful and implementation was bad.

Issues remaining out of a NOVEMBER movement (composing this in JULY)   Moved from NY to Fl. Among things missing is a box which contained electronic equipment, and DVD’s like my WEDDING VIDEO. I’ve talked to Raul (Spelling sorry). He said he’d take good care of hunting for the things, and will call back. This was 3 Weeks past. This was two weeks ago Spoke to Front Desk now to talk with Avi, stated he’ll probably be in at noon, phone back afterward. Called a time, Avi is at a meeting. Transfered to a different individual who said I want to talk with Sivan, Avi doesn’t manage issues… Sivan isn’t in today (Wednesday)… Can not look to be a well organized company, and I can’t appear to talk with anybody except the front desk person. Messages are either dismissed or not supplied to the proper individual. Should you go together, excellent chance, and I expect you don’t have any issues.

DANGER — do NOT use Imperial. Imperial DOES NOT HAVE INSURANCE, also that I heard the hard way.They had individuals moving and packaging that actually didn’t understand how to tape a box, or bunch delicate, for that I had been paying and they promoted: quite experienced, and household enterprise. They had been rolling my grandma’s classic wooden table on the sidewalk, with no cushioning, even less onto a dolly. When I asked every packer how long they’d been in US, and when they’d expertise: ZERO. The Team had all been movers for over two weeks, except that the Team Leader. Their workers don’t have any expertise, have been in the united states for less than two weeks. Hired off a street corner and compensated in money. I’m missing a few things which never left it off the truck, they destroyed a couch, and after supplying proof and recognizing it, ” said: We only pay $100. And they never even provided me with all the $100. Vile. Dishonest. Scary people, frightful packers who do not speak English and don’t have anything to lose by keeping your valuables onto the vehicle, and pushing off.

Worst Moving & Storage Company Employed this business to get a move outside, storage and move into brand new residence. I have numerous boxes lost out of storage let alone things were broken, and boxes were also crushed. Beware of the strategy on day of transfer they expect a person to stand near the movers to rely on the boxes like your whole home contents have been transferred out they then use that strategy on the day of transfer in and insist that you sign up paperwork which you’ve received all of the boxes. Just how are you supposed to do this and there’s absolutely no way to open each box before them. They also left things on the truck which were big and never boxed and ready to push off. I contacted  them no more communication, called a few times afterward told they’d appear in the warehouse – without any fortune and exactly what we’d provide you is quite small – most of those missing boxes needed expensive items in the boxes. In addition to that you’re advised to provide a 40% tip when they came at work. I expected them to accept this scenario serious and it wasn’t! Boxes had broken bits in them I inquired about the noise and advised”do not worry”

STOLE MY THINGS AND MY MEDICATION I Want TO SURVIVE! THEY HAVE MY THINGS AND WON’T RELEASE THEM! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

My medicine is on the vehicle, I am immunosuppressed and they will not bring me my items. I’ve texts demonstrating they said they’d treat bringing my items on the right date (because they initially came too early) then. . .without my consent that they unloaded my items, are attempting to bill me a slew of fees, also won’t give me some information regarding the positioning of my things.

They’re keeping my things in storage to control me more.

They offered me a 4 hr quote for a typical 1 bedroom proceed and they ended up taking 8 hours for no reason. Since they bill by the hour, the incentive would be to take as long as you can and overcharge you.

They receive their clients by supplying a reasonable price/time quote, and about the afternoon of the play, after I was already stuck with this particular service, the group of 3 guys they shipped worked so inefficiently that the transfer required eight hours instead of 4! Two of the 3 guys were largely standing from the truck speaking the entire time when awaiting the next one to gradually disassemble my furniture and also to wrap it upon his own, which generated a massive bottleneck. The other two would then move to move/load it just after a product was available. In addition to this, they essentially damaged almost each and every furniture piece they transferred: my pull out sofa doesn’t pull itself out, they ruined coffee table, television stand, and cupboard etc And nothing says unprofessional over damaging my television display, which is obviously a fragile product!

I complained to the firm about the lazy, ineffective job they did, and they totally ignored it. I was supposed to pay around $820 but rather it price $1815 for no reason! Plus all of the damages I must pay.

Additionally, not one of the 3 employees wore masks regardless of the pandemic and although we prompted them to!

I profoundly regret using them, I would strongly recommend you stay far. Either finish the transfer yourself or hire a business which doesn’t utilize a bait and switch and supplies a trusted quote!

I had an onsite scheduled simply to find a phone that same day essentially cancelling. Then it is put back on for 3pm and teh man shows up at 12:30pm. I had been operating from home and needed to cancel a telephone to adapt him only showing up.

I gave him 3 dates we could proceed and when I eventually got the quotation it had the next week as the moving date.

I sent an email and called to have it fixed simply to bargain with Sarya who had been outside unprofessional and rude. Then a supervisor, I believe Alan or Anthony predicted and slips into a complete tirade which finally ended with him increasing the quote from $400. He asked him why he was so competitive and huffy since I listened to him talk and when I attempted to say whatever that he huffed and puffed like a 12 year old that did not get their way.

Super unprofessional firm. If that is the way they’re in the sales point, can just imagine how awful they’re in the real transferring phase. No thanks! Schleppers here I come!

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE! Please BEWARE when contemplating Imperial Transferring, and if you read nothing past this sentence, then do yourself a massive favor and select a different moving business! Be aware that this inspection reflects only my view based on my expertise. While fine people initially (to suck you in), I shortly found Imperial Transferring for a lot of con artists seeking to have your cash, with absolutely zero proficiency in storage or moving and no respect for the law. I’m a licensed lawyer, and I am currently contemplating filing a suit against Imperial Moving to that which, in my estimation, has amounted to nothing short of fraudulent inducement and deceptive misrepresentation, combined with exceptionally (i.e., way past the ordinary wear and tear) resisted handling of my things in my transfer from NY to FL. These crooks won’t even supply me with all the signed invoice and stock in the shipping of my things — in possible violation of the state and national regulations. I am trying to have compensated through the insurance process, however naturally, Imperial Moving makes your own life incredibly difficult there also (with challenges to jump through and, as stated, withholding key documents requested for in the claims procedure ). PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY COMPETITIVE PRICING; their rates are low due to their workers (having discovered this firsthand in their drivers and movers ) are underpaid and overworked, and Imperial Transferring skimps on charges and fees hidden charges at each turn. A complete nightmare as soon as they receive your cash. I’m not the primary reviewer to state how bad Imperial Transferring is, and I am certain that I won’t be the final. If anyone else is contemplating suing the business, I’d want to understand (I state this as an individual citizen tripping in my own behalf, and don’t hold myself out as supplying or offering legal information — incorporating asserts collectively could allow for lawsuit against Imperial in federal court). To all potential customers of the company, SAVE YOURSELF A Massive NIGHTMARE OF WORKING WITH CROOKS AND LIARS AT THIS COMPANY INCLUDING RUSSELL MOHAMMED AND NATIA TSULEISKIRI. I really regret not getting the opportunity to do my own research on this company ahead of time and only being drawn to their own pricing, and I’ve attempted to be as objective as possible under the conditions in my personal inspection / along with my remarks. I genuinely hope that prevents this from occurring to at least a couple of others later on.

BEWARE. If I could give zero stars I would. I had been moving out of NYC to Chicago and we moved together with Imperial since they ensured that a date for birth. The afternoon before hoping to arrive that I got a confirmation email I want to know the movers will be coming 3+ hours later anticipated. Then then hardly anyone in the workplace would talk to us or email us. The movers had been 24 hours late and the workplace had lied to people. They whined in my project and then when seeking to go over the last invoice nobody would even come to the telephone. They threatened to depart with my possessions if people paid. We wanted to talk about a reduction and nobody would talk to us. The driver also had the audacity to whine about our suggestion. Ranked scam artists. No client support and also not to be reliable!!!

Worst move EVER.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS

Estimate – Charged me $1000 within the quotation, NEVER got a statement detailing why. Called customer support 6 before getting a call back.

Transfer – Movers FORGOT MY STUFF in my previous location. Wasn’t reimbursed for completing the movement myself although that is exactly what they TOLD me to do. They needed me to sign something stating I wouldn’t write a bad review if I desired the settlement. Obviously they did not tell me that if they told me to take action, just when I delivered them the bill to receive my cash. The letter that they sent really said that carrying the cash supposed I was happy with my movement. WHAT?!?!? So you don’t remember my things, do not call me back, I have to employ others to complete, move out of my way and back into my old apt to oversee the 2nd move and you believe I will say I was filled rather than write bad reviews for $200?!?!?!? BAHAHAHAHAHA. When I told him that was dishonest they did not even bother to answer…

Packing – The packers do not close any open containers thus be prepared for your creams, soaps, oils, and whatever else which can flow to flow. They simply throw them in a box. They do not even bother to stand up them straight. Since they offer you the packaging stuff they over wrap EVERYTHING and boxes are half complete. They broke the border of my huge mirror. Guess they hoped I would not notice and that I had a brand-new switchblade go lost…

Movers – They had been fine enough but they ate the bites I had laying around the home and drank about 6 cans of coke in my refrigerator without asking. They used the toilet and left stripes on the bathroom. Fortunately I had been going out so that I did not care but I did not let them use the restroom in my new location.

Save yourself a while and use anyone else

THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH ANY MOVING COMPANY…
They canceled my transfer 36 hours before transfer time since they couldn’t comply with my construction insurance conditions. Naturally, I advised the transfer ONE FULL MONTH beforehand, and I had been repeatedly told by different team members–Solaiman, afterward Charmin– which they’d look after it–but they never did, and I received an email (!) In the last moment, asserting that the email in my building went to”junk mail” so that they did not know there was an issue.

As soon as I called Imperial really upset about them unexpectedly canceling my movement, I talked with Ruma, that had been the very condescending and despicable individual I’ve ever encountered. She tried to attribute my construction and explained that their firm wouldn’t move me since it wasn’t financially beneficial for them. “It is not gont occur. We are not gonna cover $1000 to fix our paperwork to get a $300 move.”

She had been intentionally evasive and wouldn’t allow me to talk at any boss or higher-up. She actually said,”The proprietor –Daniel Norber–is currently in Israel and is not likely to bother with this.” I explained that this was reportable to Consumer Affairs Bureau, and she stated,”It does not really make a difference.” Click.

– they maintained via email thatthey would refund my money, and that I shall see if this is how it is, but this is beside the point– since they left me high and dry in the last minute for my own transfer!!!!

-I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS LEVEL OF UNRELIABILITY AND UNPROFESSIONALISM WITH ANY COMPANY!!!!

Warning –this moving company is a complete scam. They are dishonest and try to trick you into paying cash for undeclared charges. My movers showed up today towards the latter end of their time slot and everything started out fine. However, when trying to disassemble my bed, one of the movers struggled a bit with a screw on the bed because the screw head had been worn down. He came to me and told me he’d likely have to leave the entire bed frame behind. I went and found a wrench for them (why didn’t they have this when doing a move??) and helped remove the screw myself. Before leaving my apartment, the movers took payment from me for the agreed amount of $500 in credit card. However, they also told me I owed them the amount for tolls to NJ, in CASH. When I asked how much this would amount to, the mover told me $60!! He made a call to his “friend” at the company asking whether I could pay in credit, and I was told it had to be cash. I was not aware that tolls could be this high since in my experience driving to-from NJ, I would have expected it to be about $20. I now know that trucks are much pricier, but I think it’s only fair that amounts this high be disclosed prior to signing the contract instead of being left to a surprise. Luckily, I had the cash on hand and paid them $60. They did not provide me a receipt. They asked if I would pay gratuity and I said twice that it would be paid at the destination. I was having my furniture shipped to my elderly mother’s home in NJ. To be safe, I called up the moving company and explained to them the situation with the tolls and that I was surprised that an amount this large was demanded upfront in cash. They told me that tolls to NJ are typically about $50 and that I’d get an invoice after the trip. I informed the representative that I had paid $60 and that I was not given a receipt. The representative told me that he would speak with the movers. I said I’d just subtract the $10 form the tip I planned to give the movers. When the movers got to my mother’s home, they struggled once again to assemble the furniture. They tried to force a small 4-person table through the door even though I requested at the origin for them to remove the legs. My mother had to provide them a screwdriver to get it through her front door and after removing the legs they did not put it back together.  Finally, they demanded another $10 in tolls saying what I had given them was not enough. Since when do tolls to NJ cost $70?!? They continued to harass my elderly mother for the $10 and refused to leave the house until she signed a piece of paper saying we owed them $10 when once again there was NO WAY for us to verify their claims on the toll quantities.  My mother signed the form and provided a meager tip to get them to leave the house.   In my 4 years in NYC, I have moved many times and this was by far the WORST experience I had with any moving company. I highly advise that all customers steer clear of Imperial movers. Take your business elsewhere. When researching my move, I had found 4 companies around /- $20 of the price I paid, some of whom included tolls. Had I known about Imperial and their “toll” chargers, I would have taken my business elsewhere.  Now I feel obliged to warn others and spare them of these frustrations and fraudulent charges. 

Do not trust them!
The salesperson Sarah was really pleasant and accommodating. She gave me a fantastic price and answered all of my detailed inquiries quite professionally (the breakdown of the price, just how much they charge for every piece of furniture etc). I clarified five times which the cost would not alter the day of the transfer (as is done several times by firms ) so she composed at the contract”flat rate based on stock” and assured me it would not change.
I phoned them a couple of days once they took my possessions (before they came ) and asked to affirm that I just owe the next half of what we agreed upon (you spend half of the day that they pick up) and they informed me that I owed an extra $800! I asked why they said they will send me a breakdown, they never did! I told them do not arrive till you clarify to me why your overcharging me, that they never sent me an excuse.
The day that the movers came they would not unload before I paid them the excess cash so that they spent 4 hours in front of my home while the firm (maya) attempted figuring out how they got into the additional cost and eventually they said they will do me a”favor” and offer me a reduction of $400 so they will just overcharge me $400!
So dishonest! Do not rely on them if you do not beg na get screwed over!!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE:
*In case you desire them to sit around while you are paying them by the hour…
*If you would like your furniture ruined, things dropped, shattered and broken…
*if you would like things lost or stolen which never appear or arrive in your new place…
*if you would like the WORST possible service group, that does not respond to emails or telephone calls and after that calls you a liar…
*In case you need a business which takes ZERO responsibility to their wrong-doings…

If all of those things apply to you along with your relocation, then Imperial Moving is the own company.

If you like your possessions, your time and your cash, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

Each step of this service was fulfilled with fresh discoveries and new fees. Even continued to bill my credit card for weeks once they delivered my storage. I would not expect them to pick up and save my own pet waste.

Never have I ever felt so taken advantage of, cheated, and tricked.

DO NOT HIRE: WHEN THE MOVERS DEMAND More MONEY ON THE AT THE END OF THE MOVE, DO NOT PAY. ONLY PAY WHATS ON YOUR CONTRACT. I DID NOT PAY THE Additional THEY WERE DEMANDING AND THEY NEVER FOLLOWED UP ABOUT IT. THE OFFICE CONFIRMED THAT I ONLY OWED WHAT WAS ON THE CONTRACT.

After the project has been finished the movers were DEMANDING countless additional dollars. They said that they knew nothing of our contract or my sales rep from the Imperial office. I literally couldn’t make them leave my apartment unless I paid additional $$$. Following an hour of arguing that I finally got them out. It got somewhat painful when I could not make them leave my flat. The main man was scribbling calculations and numbers of why I owed them additional and his sidekick was laughing at the corner. This is a past dreadful and HORRIBLE experience with your organization.

Obviously the way that they packed my boxes was cluttered and unorganized.

This was HIGHLY unprofessional and dreadful.

Much like health clubs subsist on people with memberships which have significantly more intention than would to proceed, Imperial Movers is based on under-staffing tasks so that they can control more. For my late-March move, I had been allocated 3 gentlemen to move out of my storage unit in to my one-bedroom apartment within an elevatored building. They had been slow to escape my storage device, and the porter of this facility needed to help. After at my construction, 1 guy vanished. So as to not drag the movement on eternally and to extra $100s, I took his position. I think he sat in the truck while both dudes and myself broken buttocks, which was absurd. Their customer support was nil after they had been compensated, the salesman who secured in the”bargain” was nowhere to be discovered after the transaction.This wasn’t the experience I was searching for. I neither advocate nor will use this provider again.

On 8/24 I talked with Antonio out of Imperial Movers and went to book a moving date of 8/31. They clarified that has been their happiest time of season and went to send me a bill me for 630.00. They had me abandon a $100 deposit regardless of the fact that their policy reads that there is a $50 deposit required at the time of their reservation. I came back to find out on 8/25 that the move wasn’t likely to occur on 8/31 as frequently scheduled at which stage I both called and emailed Antonio in Imperial Movers informing him that the transfer was placed on hold till further notice. On 9/13 I had been advised that I could proceed with the movement where time I called and asked what the cost would be to get a transfer on 9/28. I supplied all information i.e. to and out of speech (that will be 3 blocks) the amount of things etc. ). . .read the information directly from the first invoice supplied for me by Imperial around 8/24. The gentleman on the telephone (Wilbert) lent me $385. I requested him to use my own 100 deposit into the new bill at which time he asked with Antonio that stated it was nice to move. At the point (9/13) he sent me an email representing the new statement in the sum of $385. I achieved through email on 9/19 since the transfer date was rapidly coming and I needed to be certain that they shipped their insurance certification to the construction. I got no reply. I phoned and requested to talk with Antonio around 9/20 nevertheless I had been told that he wasn’t at the workplace. I went to send him another email reminder requesting him to deliver the insurance certification to the construction once more no reply. He got me back later in the afternoon on 9/20 and went to explain that not only were they not able to reach me on the afternoon of 9/28 as originally clarified and said in the bill he sent to me personally but his colleague Wilbert was made a mistake in the statement which the price has since shifted to $630! This is a week ahead of my scheduled movement! They did not once bother to respond to my previous emails but instead decided to wait a week prior to my scheduled movement to inform me that the price has only doubled. . .talk about last minute! Now I had my daughter talk with them right because my english is bad. If my daughter originally called to talk with Antonio they advised her he was not there. She went to let them know that if their supervisor didn’t get on the telephone she had been reporting them to the BBB and certain enough Antonio instantly became accessible. My daughter explained to Antonio that which they had been practicing unethical company and running an outright scam telling the customer a week ahead of their relocation. We received that the price in writing a couple weeks ago and today unexpectedly according to Antonio September has suddenly become the most busiest year and also his colleague had been in error etc.. He wouldn’t give my girl an chance to talk but instead continues to talk over her. She asked to talk to his supervisor repeatedly and that he repeatedly explained that he was the supervisor and when she wanted she would send an email to client care. She had been getting nowhere with him. She explained that she would be reporting the Co. into the appropriate government and that is precisely what we did. We also sent an email to your proprietor Daniel Norber and have obtained no reply in any way. I’ve yet to get my $100 deposit again! Additionally, in the event that you look up the Co name online there are a variety of scam and complaints postings concerning this firm. I must have done this in the beginning but I was distressed at the moment. I phoned 10 unique movers and no one needed accessibility. Flash forward to my transfer day, the movers come and are pissed they must package the flat and get rid of these items because nobody told them about that. Umm…. what? We did not even have that much material and’d packed all our garments already. After the transfer is completed, it is following the office is shut along with also the foreman tells me that my TOTAL IS OVER $2700. The men refuse to leave till I pay them that number plus that I had a two month old baby, and so I wanted these massive scary dudes to depart. They informed me we can predict and”receive a refund.” Ok sure.

So I wind up talking with a few dreadful guy named Roy within their complaints section who gives me a $200 refund later telling me several days of getting”more things” that I definitely didn’t. What a joke. Finally after several complaints to them and the BBB I purchase that provide increased to 600, but he then quits responding to my mails. They owe me over $1500 and refuse to even come near this amount.

I know Daniel’s quotation was incorrect from the start, but this is their issue, not mine. I am likely to continue to battle this before I receive back my money, since scamming a kid having a kid will be effed up and we all actually need this cash.

HORRIBLE experience! Be warned. The Business charged me twice what they lent along with the following issues emerged:
Boxes and packaging materials I asked delivered to some Sat Weren’t delivered before the Tues morning prior to my Wed move
Obviously , this made packaging my flat hard
My movement was scheduled to get 2-4pm
No one came until 6pm even though I would Allow the firm know my building’s elevator could only be booked until 5pm (happily my doorman seemed another way)
Only 2 from 4 movers came at 6pm (two hours beyond their scheduled window)
Others did not arrive till 6:30pm
Just 1 of those movers did their job in a timely way. Another movers went missing repeatedly for long smoking breaks
When I inquired why they had been gone so long, they both laughed and said they are working
The transfer for my 1 bedroom shot a ridiculous amount of 8 hours – it didn’t complete until 2:15’m!!!
1 mover inappropriately educated me that box he had place my private items in – 3 occasions
Being billed double the initial quote with this unprofessional and improper encounter was infuriating. Among the movers even said he consented that his colleagues were both unprofessional and slow and that I should not be billed additional. As soon as I took up this with direction, they refused to issue a reasonable refund. FIND ANOTHER MOVING COMPANY!!!
