I don’t suggest this company.  Don’t rely on them.  They’re at best incompetent.   The furniture that I wished to move out of Calgary into Ontario was picked up as intended at Calgary.  But after weeks of explanations and tales on where the truck had been as it made its way over Canada, it became evident that they were not likely to produce my furniture.  The company then stopped all communication with me personally and might not longer respond to mails nor did they provide some reimbursement.  The things I had been going were 4 pieces of furniture which had belonged to my grandma so were more than a hundred years old and that I was fortunate to have misplaced them.

Movers were to transfer my house on Dec.16 at 10am.  I had been known earlier in the week to switch the appointment period from 10 am to noon for the identical moment.  On Dec.16 at 1pm I contacted the moving firm and has been awarded the contact information for individual to call at Calgary.  In this conversation was advised that there was a error in the machine and that the transfer period was really updated to 2pm.  This is currently 4 hours following the agreed period and two hours more than I approved that the preceding week.  After I contacted the individual shifting my possessions, he stated that they were having a problem with the individual which was before me personally and that he wouldn’t be there till 4.  6 hours afterwards.  He also then confirmed the speech where he had been meeting me and they’d mixed up the pickup and delivery address so during rush hour needed to drive into the opposite end of town.  After the movers got there (they did include another individual to make up time lost) the moving van that they leased had quite bald tires.  The were stuck in the center of the road for approximately 30 minutes.  At about 10 pm, the movers came in my new address where drowsy, as this proved to be a really long day for them, they attracted most things just to the doorway and did not need to take anything that they did not have to any farther.  The bigger items they fought with, and at the new home damaged the walls.  They also struck an armoire.  After I moved back into the”pickup home” I not just had a enormous mess to clean- that they did not take off shoes during the transfer ,’d all stairwell walls ruined in addition to a complete truck load of things which didn’t get placed in the van.  I contacted the direct individual who initially ordered the movement who stated that he would charge me $100.00.  It took me more to maneuver the remaining things and wash their mess, but at this stage I agreed to this.  I’ve contacted IML three occasions in relation to this refund and that I still have not received it. I wouldn’t ever suggest this shifting service. . Terrible.

We utilized IML’s subcompany, Alberta Moving Lines (which can be referred to as Casabella Movers) place us at the worst period of our life. 
They didn’t live up to some of those statements on their site. They weren’t professional or needed their very own moving crews, they subcontract all of the workout. 
The moving team came late in both places, seem longer then they stated they’d. We paid additional for bicycle transport and did not arrive with any gear for this and then WE needed to load the bicycle ourselves. They did not understand how to properly secure the load, so thank goodness we understood how to perform it. When they came to unload the truck driver made among my acquaintances to move nearly everything and just paid him 13 dollars of the 15 which had been guaranteed. 
We might have paid to get a uhaul and gotten much better support. 
They don’t know anything about customer support and have verbally insulted me quite profoundly. They also illegally billed my fiancee’s credit card another cost of $350.

The movers arived on time that I discovered them to be quite considerate, and stedy employees They packed all of my belonging securly and correctly. I had all of my property delivered into the destination on time without any obligations and it was a really fair speed. I will recomend this company to other people for certain. Ive read a number of the other reviews after my movement was finished and I think that everyone diserves another chance.

I was rather impressed with their professionalism. They were courtious and freindly. They managed my possessions with the best of care. I would strongly reccomend IML International Moving Lines.
