Ideal gave me a two successive day window to my own move. The dates were immediately coming and…no telephone from Ideal. I began phoning them and they couldn’t seem to tell me that day that the movers were coming. I needed to be current on the day of the transfer so that I could put them into my storage unit center.
I just had boxes of personal items, no furniture and nothing much bigger than a large sized packaging box.
The dates came and went, no movers, no telephone call, no messages left for me in my own cell phone.
I began calling, searching for any info. They eventually gave me a date a few days afterwards.
While sitting out of my storage facility gates, waiting for them to reveal, the movers called me and informed me that they had been in their way. When I inquired where they were precisely, they explained that they had been roughly seven hours drive time off. Eventually at approximately 8:35 a.m. they roll up in. Really it had been one”moving” man and another man who just stood around for another two hours tallying up the costs and extra fees on his own calculator.
There were prices the amount of steps involving their truck along with my storage device, additional packing materials, additional boxes that they picked for a number of my distinct things, in addition to an added uncharge for extra small sized boxes.

In 10 p.m. they eventually arrive.
When they started the rear of the truck that I stood there looking in side and instantly understood that not all of my boxes were at that truck. Along with this I observed that my boxes weren’t fastened in any manner and so were strewn throughout the rear of the vehicle, splayed out around the bottom of the vehicle. I advised them that I did not feel that they had all of my products, but they explained that they picked up my belongings in a pod center in Los Angeles and this was all that was inside. Each of the boxes were unbelievably filthy, broken into, broken open and a few were actually defeated. I even had some boxes indicated brittle that were completely annihilated. I didn’t need these bug-infested, filthy boxes within my home so that I had them pile up everything in my own garage. I predicted. A whole lot of times. Talked to many individuals. Nobody can help me or even tell me if my delivery will be.

Back in Boston, btw, you are supposed to procure a road permit for a big truck shipping but that is not possible to do with a date.

I digress.

Despite giving me zero information about once I could expect a shipping, they advised me I’d be billed $1500 to get a shuttle, and $95/flight of staircase. Again, another additional cost. I jumped to spend three months sleeping on the ground hoping to hear when I would be receiving a delivery.

After moving back and forth with them for months attempting to schedule daily or night when I did not already have responsibilities, I came from a meeting near to 5pm to determine that I had a missed call. I phoned them back and they advised me I had to be home to receive my shipping involving 2-3 pm THE following day. I had significant meetings all day but they said they would charge me an additional $1500 to reschedule and that never in their ten plus years of business had they ever had anybody anticipate that a delivery to be worked out of their program. They phoned me back at 6:30pm to inform me that my delivery period was upgraded to 9am-noon.

My road was shut off for a 3 day festival that the day of shipping. A street seller was kind enough to enable us to obstruct his part for a little but I had been advised that when we incurred some tickets or had to maneuver the truck I’d be paying for this.

They got all up the stairs once I counted out that the closing $1200 money but ends up my mattress never left it out from California and after calling for days I was eventually informed it had been nowhere to be found and that I had to submit a claim for missing merchandise. They’ve *FOUR MONTHS* to examine and also return to me.

NEVER. EVER. USE. THIS. COMPANY.

These folks have very lousy service and very impolite.
I dont even waste time to inform so many things about those individuals.
I’d very very hard time with individuals inside Alex, Oliver and Andrew ( motorist ). This provider is the large scam.
Dont waste your time and cash.
I discovered later that lots of legal instances are operating contrary to this business.

Obtaining a quote on the telephone to get $2,000 to get a transfer from California to Texas, using a thorough collection of my things, but as soon as the movers arrived they looked about and said hello have more than what’s on the record. They were planning to bill me $5,700 rather!! He kept saying that I’ve 380 cft greater than what’s about the quote, but once I needed a comprehensive explanation, he could not tell me obviously. I recalculated that which I moved over, and it had been hardly 100cft. (Mosely since they obtained the dimension incorrect from the start )
They’ll double the speed per cft should they find some little items that is not on the record. I wished to cancel the transfer since it was totally different from what had been about the deal, but they chased me that they would cost $800 (deposit+ $500 cancellation fee).
Worst experience ever.

The sales reps may guarantee one of the world. DO NOT LISTEN. Delivery dates are estimates and in no way guaranteed. Prices are based on imagining square footage, constantly quote large over the telephone. In person it belongs to extreme prices if your over your footage.

Just stay far, maybe not worth the price or headaches.

2-ON THE DAY OF PICKUP They’ll SHOW AS EVERY THING IS FINE TILL THE ITEMS Aren’t LOADED into the TRUCK AND THEN 1 PERSON WILL SHOW YOU THE BILL Which Will BE ALMOST DOUBLE AND WILL Request CASH ONLY. AND TO UNLOAD THE ITEMS HE WOULD ASK $200/HOUR AND That’s TO PUT YOUR ITEMS ON THE ROAD.
3-THEY DON’T HAVE ANY TRUCK. They’re BROKERS AND WORK WITH OTHER COMPANIES. THEY OPERATE WITH Unique NAMES LIKE IDEAL MOVING, PREMIERE RELOCATION ETC..
4-WHILE GIVING THE ESTIMATE THEY WOULD SAY 12-13 DAYS FOR DELIVERY AND AFTER SHIPPING THEY WOULD NOT TALK TO YOU EVEN AFTER CALLING THEM Many times. AND THEN FINALLY 1 PERSON WILL TELL YOU It Will TAKE 21 CALENDAR DAYS. ON THE OTHER DAY CALENDAR DAYS WILL BE CONVERTED TO BUSINESS DAYS AND WAIT AND WAIT AND WAIT..STILL that I AM WAITING. PICKUP DATE WAS 08/04 AND CURRENT DATE IS 08/24 AND NO NEWS.

I had been referred to Ideal with a buddy and you lived up to this recommendation she supplied! I had a quick turnaround time on reserving the transfer as a result of other moving business I had reserved not following through on supplying a quote and scheduling. Your workplace provided a quote in a couple of hours and managed to schedule the transfer only a couple of days ahead of time. The moving team was on time, professional, and effective. They loaded and unloaded my things carefully. Transferring a very long distance is stressful but I’m glad I did not need to worry about hauling my things – it just magically acquired, and has been done well. Due to the whole team working in my move – I will definitely suggest Ideal Moving to other people later on, and will use you again once I move back again.

These two gentlemen were the complete fantasy movers. They were quick, effective, extremely courteous and professional. They took the best care of my furniture and things and I am so amazed how really powerful they all were. They can move my thick (and I mean all of my furniture was big and hefty ) each independently without needing one another’s aid on nearly all of my bits. I apologize for my own thick safe they needed to move however they handled it exceptionally well. My brother and I truly appreciated their being there even though they had been so active and working the entire time. They left us both fell so comfy and confident that they were caring for us. That’s what Customer Service is all about! You really should do everything you can to hang on these two guys!!

Both movers who provided support for me personally were beyond outstanding. I’d multiple employees in my house concurrently and they could take overall direction and work independently. I’ve seldom had service suppliers that had equally such a fantastic work ethic and a fantastic attitude. I can not say enough great things about these men. They made a challenging day much better, and that I will utilize Ideal moving again at my first chance. FABULOUS!

I loved having the ability to speak through the procedure over the telephone. It was quite well explained the way and what was required. They also went over the price and choices to make me comfortable about what I had to cover. I needed to call back a couple of times for queries and they always answered the telephone. They also called me personally to confirm the appointment and what I wanted. They looked really concerned that they make my movement right and that they appear with what we had. They did exactly as promised. They were friendly and courteous.

BAIT & SWITCH SCAM – This firm practices a all to ordinary shifting Bait & Switch scam.   They Are Extremely professional and nice initially and assure a Fantastic price, shipping times, and Solutions.   As Soon as You have hired them and they have your belongings they begin adding prices, have overdue delivery times, and send damaged/missing goods.   The men and women who speak with you in the start refuse to take telephone calls following the service is bought and nobody at the office reacts to queries into charges or missing products. Ideal added charges to my bills of lading once I signed up to some few on the day of pickup and refused to delivery my merchandise unless I paid the”fee” they inserted without my approval or knowledge. Total I ended up spending 35 percent more even though I sent LESS things than in my quote.   They refuse to answer any telephone calls or emails and I am still awaiting 1 big box. I’d urge anyone who has coped together to report them into the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (Interstate moves just ( sadly ).   Eight guys in NJ were recently arrested for conducting a moving company that has equal clinics.   The further complaints into the FMCSA the more probable serious actions will be accepted.
